had another album coming out. Andanybody who's remotely interested in Taylor Swift and
the music she makes has been quiteexcited about this announcement because it was a

and what to expect, and thenthis week she went full on Easter eggs
and people who are really following thestory have been trying to solve puzzles and
fill in the blank word things tofigure out her clues. She was doing

tell you a letter. And thenwhen you put that letter into this little

the typical vasectomy candidate fit a commondemographic. He was white, married between
forty one and forty five years old, had two or more kids, the

youngest nearly three years old, andaccording to data that they found between two
thousand and six and twenty fifteen,the primary reason got men got vast sectomies
was women and their husbands or partnersdidn't want to have any more kids.
So that's what I always thought about, Like I'll hear about it from a
dad who or you know, heand his wife have decided that they're done

having kids and they don't want anymore. But and this was the case really
as recently as twenty seventeen, onlyfour percent of men who got vsseectomies did
not have any children. But thathas changed and now an acdotal reports are
finding that younger men who don't haveand don't want kids are increasing in numbers,

and they're getting best sectomies to ensurethat they don't have kids. So
we have younger men now who aredeciding on their own, whether they're in
a relationship or not, that theydon't want to have children, and they
don't care necessarily what happens later inlife who they end up with. They're
going to go ahead and make shortthat they can't have any children. And
this is something that is growing andbecoming more common. This article kind of

long time and you're like open backup, it might not make it.

It seems like a lot of work. I mean, the surgery in itself
doesn't sound fun. But this particulararticle found like six men that had done
this and kind of asked them allabout it. Here's one guy, for
example. His name's Alex. He'stwenty five. He's a research specialist in
psychology and public policy from New Jersey. And it says why did he get

the procedure? It said, I'dcome This is him speaking. I had
come to the decision that I didn'twant to have children, probably three years
ago. When the news about RoverSuade getting over ruled was leaked. Last
year, I started reading about howa vassectomy compares to other forms of contraceptives.
The more I learned about it,the more it became a no brainer.
I'm single, so this was independentof anyone else. Why horny too,

people like. It spikes the mostaround March madness because people use it as

here squashing thing that it's just ashot. Yeahpo through that. Here's another

guy, Eric, he's thirty oneyears old in North Carolina. Why he
got it? He says, theygot really serious with my current partner.

in the morning and work in theafternoon. The whole thing top to bottom
was maybe seven minutes. Don't outit like that, y'all. I felt
a little pinch of discomfort during theprocedure. The next day I had some
slight soreness, but by about aweek later, I was feeling fine.
I had more discomforted did disappointment.Yeah, it costs one fifteen hundred to

two thousand dollars because insurance won't coverit. Speak it for less than that,
just a pair of scissors. Ah, But then he says, then
what does a lighter? That's allit takes. Then one day I got
a check in the mail from myinsurance company for the entire amount out of
nowhere. So insurance companies are perhapsconfused on if they should cover their's or

send you money. Yeah. I'venever had that happen me either, neither

was fine. The worst part ofthe recovery process was not being able to

just don't think about young guys thathaven't had kids yet, that maybe aren't
even in a relationship yet. Theyjust want to have a lot of sex
