Speaker 1 (00:00):
Talking with the biggest stars from our Mercedes Benz Interview
Lounge backstage at See one hundred's jingle Ball. This is
Elvis Duran in the Morning shows jingle Ball Diaries. We
are live from the Mercedes Benz Interview Lounde. I'm Danielle,
this is Gandhi, and this is Frans Ga. Okay, so
we were just told that when you performed at jingle
(00:20):
Ball in Los Angeles, people went nuts that you were
like the show stopper.
Speaker 2 (00:25):
Oh definitely not the show stop but that's so kind. No,
it was so so surreal. I mean, I definitely did
not think when I came off the world because I
told this summer that I would be back in arenas
so soon. I mean, I was so nervous, and I'm
just so grateful to have fans in the crowd who
made me feel so loved and so wanted there. So yeah,
I feel it's all thanks to It's all thanks to them,
(00:47):
So really nothing to do with me.
Speaker 3 (00:49):
After all, I would disagree.
Speaker 1 (00:51):
They're coming to see you, right.
Speaker 3 (00:52):
So definitely they're not coming to an empty arena. That'd
be weird. But you are headlining. You just headlined your
first show here in New York City.
Speaker 2 (00:59):
Yes I did.
Speaker 3 (01:00):
How was that?
Speaker 2 (01:01):
Honestly like nothing I've ever experienced before in my life.
Like when I say, I came out and I was
so excited. I mean, I've never headlined a show before.
I've never been at a place where everyone's there just
to see me, and like the thought of that is
like sickening. It just doesn't make sense. So when I
came out and everyone was just so like passionate and
enthusiastic and energetic, it just like, oh, it made me
(01:23):
feel so emotional and just grateful because like I've really
dreamt of that my whole life, So to actually like
feel the love and hopefully they felt it back for me,
was just like a moment I'll never forget.
Speaker 3 (01:32):
And this is about to be year full of firsts
for you. Yeah, you're going to headline your own tour
as well. What is something that you're looking forward to
the most? And who is someone that you want to
collaborate with the most?
Speaker 2 (01:44):
Wow, Okay, a moment I'm looking forward to the most.
Next year on the road, I think just all the
memories I'm gonna create And it sounds like kind of corny,
but I mean it like I just love performing live
because I feel like there's nothing like it, Like the
connection you get with the people in the crowd. It's
just like it's just something that happened, is something that clicks,
that's like indescribable. And to see people face to face
(02:05):
and to get to perform and put on a show.
I mean, I've always dreamt of putting on a show.
I have all of these wild ideas. So the fact
that I'm given the opportunity and the platform to you know,
bring these ideas to life and like put on these
crazy shows that hope hopefully people remember for the rest
of their lives is like an honor. And in terms
of collaborations, Alex Lawren I've been says a lot.
Speaker 1 (02:23):
I love it.
Speaker 2 (02:23):
I can't run into him because I don't know what
I would say run into him.
Speaker 3 (02:27):
He's here tonight, Oh not like here, I mean, like
sure we can make this happen.
Speaker 2 (02:31):
I hope he's on stage because like I I think,
I don't know what I would say. I think he's
so talented. I have loved him since like like when
he was doing TikTok and like back in the day.
So yeah, I think it's the most incredible voice, and
I think he's so talented. Never gonna happen, but I
love him.
Speaker 3 (02:49):
Of course it's gonna happen. You're in the same building
with Niver to have a huge year. It's going to happen. Yeah,
I love him.
Speaker 2 (02:55):
If he sees this, which he won't, I hope you
don't because I fang out. But I love you.
Speaker 3 (02:58):
We're gonna.
Speaker 1 (03:01):

Zombies four and you sing a lot of Descendant songs. Yes,
I love this.
