In Episode 4 we talk to Mike Andrews about The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride. A motorcycle ride that unites classic and vintage style motorcycle riders all over the world to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer research and men’s mental health.
We discuss with Mike, from experiences as a rider and Auckland event host, the origins of the DGR from 2012 and how the ride has grown to 120,000 riders globally, raising almost 7 million US dollars.
We also discuss what motivates so many people to support this ride and his personal motivation to participate.
