After a decade at the helm, Shane Harmon will step down as CEO of Sky Stadium at the end of the year.
His time's overseen highlights including the 2015 Cricket World Cup and this year's FIFA World Cup, but also the decline of the Wellington Sevens and crowd numbers in general at sporting events.
He joined Adam Cooper to look back on his time at Sky Stadium, and offer views on the future of live sporting and entertainment.
