Charlotte and Kylie from Property Brokers were back in to share the results of the Property Brokers Best Christmas Lights Competition

Hi, Hi, did you hear the heartwarming tale from our
friends down in Timaroo about the town tree? It got
burnt down. That's not the good part, that's the despicable part.
But then a whole bunch of locals have found a
new tree, a real one, and it's massive, it's like
ten meters tall, and they've gone and put that on
Bay Hill. And then the really special part is the
v asked locals to decorate it because all the boar
balls and tints on and everything got burnt as well.

Imagine that's how cute some of those decorations must be.
Like the wee kiddies draw coloring something in and putting
it on the town tree. It's bringing a tear to
by eye.

The community spirit's right there, isn't it? Absolutely yeah, terrible
thing to happen, but.

Yeah, yeah, you'd expect the same sort of thing here
in Ashburn, and thankfully ours is out of reach. It
sits on top of that present probably for a very
good reason. At bearing square back here. So there's are
a few traditions this time of the year. Talking trees.

see that it's been given a five thousand dollars boost

We were actually to a Christmas party and I asked
some parents that were there if they knew what it
was about, because I don't have children, so I'm not
in the cool gig. All these kids keep coming up
to me and doing it and I don't know what
it is. Hend is it rude?

I don't know context do I use this thing? I
don't even think the kids know. It's just a thing, right, Yeah,
So it takes a little bit of extra effort to
get on top of that I can appreciate with my
kids being younger too. Okay, so we're standing by for

as much fun making that as getting out on it
and your road trip and checking out the lights around town.

competition thanks to Properly Brokers, and we've got some prices

Okay, so very strict judging criteria that we had two
there was a lot of it was quite intensive, a

out until after midnight to be figured not too much
looking at the lights, but making sure that we were,
you know, getting all the technical stuff right. So Best
Christmas Lights in ash Burton for twenty twenty five.

That was outstanding. Yeah, you can see it radiating from
strong Field I think.

Just walking through that we light tunnel. Yeah, the week
tunnel with the music, it was very it was.

Impressed, like the Christmas music leveled that house up.
