be happy with. What were the highlights for you?

Probably a defense outside of a we laps at fifteen
twenty minutes, I thought we defended really well. Yeah, probably
our best eighty minutes on the defensive side of ball
all year. So just showing that together at this time
of season really really pleasing.

Tom Ricky, a superstar in his fiftieth and even at
the death we had I think it was Ashton macartho
who dotted down went for the resets, the hooter blows
with forty points up and yet we're still going for
another try. I mean, is that drive being trained or

a bit of a cliche and boring as anything, but
we're all on zero points. Again, we're all very even

In preparation, does anything change from the usual?

Not particularly. You're silly to think that it's not just
another game. You can't walk into it to say no,
it's just another week. It's in the game. There's a
lot more to it, obviously, a feeling and all that
sort of thing, so you've got to allow for that.
But as far as the extra weeks, as the knows
are concerned, we're just going to do what we do
really well, probably do it better than we have so far.
So there's an exciting opportunity for us. I suppose we touched.

On it with Jason Rickard on Friday. How much of
an advantage is it not having to travel messive?
Speaker 2 (02:26):
You know, it's really really huge for us because it
doesn't matter where you go really outside of the South
Island and it's all it's all quite niggly. There's nowhere
really where you just land and that you're there, so
you're having to not having to worry about that. Yeah,
it's a huge, huge plus on their side.
Speaker 1 (02:48):
Semi finals often come down to composure, but I feel
like we've sort of been preparing for these pressure moments
all season. Do you feel like it's a culmination yourself.
Speaker 2 (02:59):
Yeah, we were really keen to make a statement. We've
been up and down at times throughout the season and games.
I suppose throughout this throughout we've been tested for some
good sides, so you'll be able to go out and
put a statement on that this week, just being that
puts us in good steed going forward. But yeah, we
have found ourselves in a variety of different scenarios, so yeah,

we're pretty well prepared.

I'd like to think, Yeah, and just quickly, what's your
message to the fans.
Speaker 2 (03:27):
Good dawn here as much as you can. I know
it's on TV, and I know it's live streams and
it's convenience time at home, but it means the absolute
world to the voice to have that hell and it's
then pat It's a big reason why we do it
is for our people in our regions. So if you
can be there for us, it'll be huge.
