Speaker 1 (00:01):
The Flavor Podcast Network Flavor Breakfast Podcast with Stace Azorah
and Charlie.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
We are not alone in the studio and we are
being joined by a very special guest who will be
in the finals and hopefully winning for the Voice Australia.
Speaker 3 (00:17):
Jaen Random Wake and everyone's claiming you. Did you notice
that Jayda please claim away? Yeah, he's my coachin Yeah,
Louis or Mahi.
Speaker 4 (00:31):
So tell us about the Voice Australia. You've actually recorded
all of.
Speaker 1 (00:37):
This already, hye, So the whole season is pre recorded,
so you know this is the first week though that
I don't know the outcome of an episode. So this
is real like happening in real time. It's all based
on votes and then they will editon whoever won.
Speaker 4 (00:51):
Your performance are like Katy Perry wide awake and how
you looked. You looked like an absolute diva in the
best way, Beyonce, but you know, wow, how was that
experience for you?
Speaker 1 (01:05):
It's quite surreal, like there's just so many pinch me
moments and you know to have it so that dress
was custom made.
Speaker 3 (01:11):
It there you can tell that.
Speaker 1 (01:12):
So it was so like beautiful and the makeup team,
the creative team who create that beautiful set, Like everybody
works really hard behind the scenes, and so I'm so
grateful that I got to have that yeah, beautiful set,
just like I'll just screenshot that video forever.
Speaker 3 (01:25):
Well that's your new profile pack.
Speaker 4 (01:27):
Yes.
Speaker 5 (01:27):
So one thing is like performing. I know that you've
performed live. Your voice is beautiful, but is it different
for you?
Speaker 3 (01:33):
You know, Charlie's vocal house is down.
Speaker 5 (01:36):
I know, like while you're singing, you're waiting for the
chairs to sort of turn, Like like, how do you
feel when nobody is reacting?
Speaker 3 (01:42):
Oh, it's so scary.
Speaker 1 (01:44):
Like the whole time you think just like, please do,
please do, try to concentrate. I had an experience where
they did, and you know how sometimes people like sing
the first line they turn. That didn't happen for me,
so I was like, oh my gosh, please And then
they did, which is super cool, but I was just like,
oh my gosh, please. The judges they are coaches. Sorry,
they look quite far away, but they're actually closer.
Speaker 3 (02:03):
That is I know, that's very awkward.
Speaker 5 (02:07):
It's just like, you know, performing and you got like
that Auntie is just standing in front of you, like the.
Speaker 1 (02:13):
Bedroom, right, and then you know, they turn around and
you're looking Guys Sebastian in the eye like sorry.
Speaker 4 (02:19):
So And then you did Wana del Mardi and Wana
opening on the same day as one of two worldwide
so in English and a Marti simultaneously kill Forakaro?
Speaker 3 (02:35):
What does that do for ted El Mahdi?
Speaker 1 (02:37):
The most exciting part for me is the fact that
our to get to watch the movie in their deel
first and hopefully only you know, usually they have to
watch one of the English one first and then they
get it in the dell. But this time it's just
like right there and will always be there, which I
think is really cool.
Speaker 4 (02:54):
Yeah, and I can see you know, you've been a
cupa hacker queen. What how coupa haka? What did kapaka
give you as a performer?
Speaker 1 (03:02):
First and foremost, I think it gave me the ability
to storytell, because you know, in kaaka, you're trying to
tell the story of what you're singing about and hopefully
that audience feel that. And I think by using that pukinger,
I've translated that in all of my performances and so
that I can tell those stories because they can't see
my face, right, so I have to be really intentional
about the tone and which.
Speaker 3 (03:22):
You singing one. I'm like dead crying.
Speaker 4 (03:28):
We all need to make the box office hat and
we'll all support you and be so proud. But you
reaching the final of the Voice Australia. Wow, go and
vote because you still care.
Speaker 3 (03:42):
If you live in Australia, tell all your as please do.
The number is on your Instagram a like some long number.
Speaker 1 (03:50):

think I prepared earlier because I posted on my story

Speaker 5 (05:04):
Okay, now we haven't played this game in a very
long time. In the ring and in the studio.
Speaker 3 (05:14):

studio and she'll be going hit to head with a Zorra.
Speaker 4 (05:25):
Jadenmandl the voice and Azra who has our voice, our voice?
Speaker 3 (05:30):
What I what I deal?
Speaker 5 (05:33):
And yes, just you know, to end any confusion, it's
not me, by the way, that's going up against our
special guests. It's Zorra, even though our voices in terms
of our tone it's the same. This is going to
be great. So how the game works is this. Okay,
you got five seconds. We're gonna play an instrumental of
the track and you have five seconds to guess the
(05:54):
name of the song and the artists.
Speaker 4 (05:57):
Yeah, you use your name as a buzzer, so for
use your buzz please and yours Jayden, Jayden, come bye?

for it as soon as you don't take it easy.

Obviously, I want you to.
Speaker 4 (06:09):

job by uh Katy Perry.
Speaker 2 (06:43):
No wait, you will say.
Speaker 4 (06:51):
Jaden's you literally sang that on the voice though, come
ont okay okay. So it's quite important what happens with
this track shanones confessions.

of you. Right now, I go, we bought a rough
