Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's the Flavor Podcast Network. You're listening to Stacis Zorah
and Charlie's off the Record. What's your record? Welcome to
Off the Record with Stacey's Zura and No Charlie. Hopefully
he'll be here tomorrow. This is off the record because
(00:21):
it's kind of like my own business.
Speaker 2 (00:24):
If you say on my business as well, I can
really well you. Yeah, I think this sounds like you've
decided it's an ongoing issue and you've got to make
a stand.
Speaker 1 (00:35):
Yes. I basically had an argument with my partner Devin
during a BFT workout yesterday. So he's just started at
BFT and I'm so proud of him. He's doing the
eight week challenge with me. It's been great. I never
thought i'd see that trady man doing a hit workout,
but he is.
Speaker 3 (00:53):
He's doing it. He's showing up to good on him.
Speaker 1 (00:55):
But like the level of stubborn stubbornness this man has
when it comes to me telling him something, it's like
he immediately is like, no, I don't want to do it,
just because you're saying it, And it got the coach involved.
One of the coaches involved Blue to her heart and
I even you know, had a mini snap at her
(01:17):
as well, because what was happening was she would say
to me, make sure you know as he comes down,
he's got to bend disneys because otherwise his back, or
tell him directly, I guess because I've been going for
a while and he just started, and you know, but anyways,
it doesn't matter, it doesn't matter, long story short, I
would relay this information or just give him a tip.
(01:40):
He's never used to ski you before. That's all good,
bro like. And if I'm saying, oh, make sure your
feed her at the back, it's like he hears me
giving him this tip, and his pride or whatever that
I don't even give a shit whatever it was getting
in the way. He said to me at one point,
I'm just going to do it the way I know
that's not going to hurt my back. And I'm like, oh,
so like your own made up way, That isn't it.
(02:02):
That's not you. That is how you're gonna hurt your back.
And also the information is not even coming from me.
So I ended up turning to one of the coaches
and I said, can you just tell them that, because
you're actually starting an argument between two true it's not
like I've got nothing. It's got nothing to do with me,
especially because you know, the heart rate monitors is something
that they're using these sort of classes and you've got
to like be in a certain color in order to
(02:25):
you know, get the points and get a gold at
the end of the class. So me being like, oh,
let's run shuttles one for one, and then changing the
workout because the coach says, oh, hey, but you guys
are actually under You're not in the right right a lot.
It's a lot for him. So if I tell them
it's two shuttles and then they go, actually, just keep running,
keep running, He's like, what what look as if I'm like, yeah,
(02:46):
bossing him around, I'm like, I just said, never put
us together again. Don't freaking put me with him.
Speaker 2 (02:53):
And also don't use using in between to be fair, like,
it's just better if they do it.
Speaker 1 (02:57):
But you think I was ready, I was ready to
walk out. I don't know what it was. I've also
been in a bit of a grumpy mood.
Speaker 3 (03:03):
My sleep'spinner.
Speaker 2 (03:04):
But shit, oh you're on a challenge, So it's all that's.
Speaker 1 (03:08):
What happens when I don't have fries for four days, everybody,
I'm to lose my frecking mind.
Speaker 2 (03:14):
Now it's been more than that, it's been five or
six days. You didn't have any on the weekend where
we were sitting there any really yummy fries too. But
what I else say is the other day I did
a work out with my husband and I'm just coming back.
I'm getting some strength back, which I'm happy that that's
working now. But he goes to try to check me
and like he tricked me and actually had twice as
much on the bar than I thought there was. Because
(03:35):
I realized the bar ways twenty kg. I was like,
far out, why is this so heavy? And I'm okay,
that's why.
Speaker 1 (03:41):
And he knew what you were doing just the watch quietly.
Speaker 2 (03:44):
Yeah yeah. He's just like, oh, well, you can do it.
And then when I'm doing a fireman's a farmer's carry,
He's like, you have to walk fast and you have
to hold it like this, and I was like that
is fast for me, and my wrist is sore. I know, hey,
when you're holding the weights week, I need to use
my strong hand.
Speaker 1 (04:02):
But the part that it's supposed to be working out,
I'm like all I can think about is how my
grip strength is absolutely shocking and like the pain of
the wrist and the forearms, and that's not even the
part you're supposed to be working on. But I like that, Scotty,
See that's sort of he knows that you can do it.
So it's almost like is he supporting you and backing
you or is he doing it for his own enjoy?
Speaker 2 (04:23):
Is he getting entertained by this civil's luck that I
give him? I think probably the letter, yeah, because he
just laughed out of the blue the other day. So Fatty,
you look so angry working.
Speaker 3 (04:34):
