Speaker 2 (00:03):
You're listening to Stacis Zur and Charlie's Off the Record.

Speaker 1 (00:09):
Your record. Welcome to Off the Record. You're with Zur
and Charlie this morning, where we talk about things that
can be juicy or sometimes they just didn't go on
the radio. And today I want to talk about something
in my relationship and it's actually a great thing for me.
So I get I get gazed up quite a bit

(00:31):
when it comes to cooking. And it's quite funny because
you know, I'm all right at cooking, but.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
I'm not I'm not a chef. I've seen your guys
dinner yesterday. I was like, whoa, this is pretty pretty flash.
It's always like we're saying chop style stuff. Was that
like a like a bone marrow mi steak?

Speaker 1 (00:51):
No, it was just a Scotch filet with garlic, butter,
prawns and a roast salad. I was like, yeah, okay,
well it's glad. I'm glad you're impressed too. So this
is the one thing that I really love about my
partner Devin. Is he what do I say? He can cook,

(01:13):
but not really like you know, he could. He can
he can give by if it needs to, but I
wouldn't call it like cooking cooking. Yeah, yeah, you know,
he's got a very few dishes in the in the
in the catalog, in the cookbook, and you're the same.
You know, a few go tos. You know, you can
pull it off, but you don't really have much Raine.
And that's all good, that's all good. But it means
that he's really really impressed, like I'll make I'll make

(01:37):
like a burger and fight and he's like, that's my girl. Yeah, yeah,
I know what I mean. Oh my god, she makes
the ship. She's a ship. And he did it last
night too, which, yeah, to be fair, like you're impressed
by it, but it really is roast veggies with a
piece of steak and prawns. I'm pretty sure actually anyone.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
But you know what.

Speaker 1 (02:01):
I put the plate down and he goes, oh, man,
you're pretty good at cooking, and I thought, yeah, yeah, yeah,
that's right, man.

Speaker 2 (02:12):
It makes you like shift almost like chiff Rams.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
I do, though I do, and it is like that
a lot of the times, you know, even making tacos
and stuff. I am one of those people though you
know me too. By now, Charlie. I put a lot
of love into my food because I just love food.
So even if it is something simple like a natchose
or a you know, a burger, there's a lot. You
can see the look of my eye. I'm really, I'm

(02:37):
not just you know, slapping it together. I'm I'm really
thinking about it. You know, buttering every inche if you
know what I mean? Why did that sound dirty? Like
without I mean, like actually buttering all corners of the bun,
you know, so that I forgot that bun can mean something.
Bat All right, we'll just intand thanks for listening to
