What's your record? Welcome to off the Record with Stacy's
there and Charlie. This is where we talk about thanks
that didn't go on the radio. This is actually an update.
So one of my good friends she goes to my
gym and she reversed or drove ford. I'm not actually
sure the details of that, but she hit someone else's

(00:30):
car in the car park yep, and she drove away. Yeah,
why did she do that? Because she didn't have a WAFF,
so she knew that she wouldn't be insured. That was
her last minute panic anyway, that was her thoughts behind it.
So I come to find out yesterday when I was
with her that she started writing a note and she wrote, sorry,

(00:51):
I hit your car, and that's it.

Speaker 3 (00:54):
Don't have she just start writing a note because she
knew she gets in on the cameras.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
No, no, no, no, she was going to explain like
I've got no wharf blah blah blah blah, but she
only wrote sorry, I'm sorry I hit your car. And
then she decided, nah, no, I'm just not going to
do it. And she's also convinced that the person that
she hit right outside of our gym when there's nothing
really else in that area to do, right, it's kind
of industrial. She's now trying to say, Oh, no, no,

(01:21):
they they don't go to the gym, the person I
had to go. How do you know that? I'm assuming
because I sat in the car for twenty minutes after
I hit them, and no one from the gym came
out to get the car, So it mustn't be anyone
from the gym.

Speaker 3 (01:34):
And I was like, that's they might have just gone
into the gym the car park. Yeah it's the car park. Yeah,
there's really not I was like, come on, now, come on, now,
she just has to go into the gym. And she's
really trying and doesn't want to make it, doesn't want
to get but.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
She got snapped, right, so she snapped from another member.
And this is where the plot fikins are again against her,
not in new favor. Turns out the person that goes
to our gym that saw her do the car crashing,
she got seen. Yeah, she got seen and reported. Turns
out this person is one of her best best best

(02:09):
friends work colleague.

Speaker 3 (02:11):
Oh my gosh, see, yeah, there's the thing you live in.
All claims you live in New Zealand too small.

Speaker 1 (02:17):
And then it's like embarrassing for the for her best
mate because her work colleagues gone. I literally saw your
best friend hits one's car drive away, and I'm like,
oh my gosh.

Speaker 3 (02:26):
And drive away because she said she's set there for
twenty minutes.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
Hopefully that they come out.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
But what do you do when you like especially she
wanted to explain in person, Yeah, but like the on
the busy road, right, Like let's say, like I was
here and you got eyes everywhere, you got cafes, you
got people working in the studio, you had a car
by accident.

Speaker 1 (02:45):
Don't drive away. You don't drive away, you know what
I mean?

Speaker 2 (02:48):
You do whatever it takes.

Speaker 1 (02:50):
You don't drive away, even if it's in a quiet No,
you don't.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
And actually, what is it called? What is the definition
of integrity? What you do when no one's watching? Yes,
also the CCTV is probably watching.

Speaker 1 (03:00):
No, you are right. Actually, that happens to me all
the time. I get guilt even if no one's around here,
even if you're cutting things things, I go, I probably
shouldn't do that. Because I I flip, I'm scared of karma.
I'm actually scared of it.

Speaker 3 (03:12):
That's legit.

Speaker 1 (03:13):
Yeah yeah, but then again, sometimes it's it's hard doing
the right thing, like stopping and letting them. But I
will say, I will say her insurance, she's the person
did reach out. She got a Leonard from their insurer,
so she's she has been well actually snapped. But do
you know the thing is, we can't work out whose

(03:34):
car it is. We know the person who saw everything
go down and snitched, but we don't know who the
person is that she head into. Couldn't she get a
walf and then she did that? She did yeah, she
did that. She went and got a wolf like yeah,
oh then god, she did all this for nothing. I know.
Let this be the listen. Don't be that guy.

Even if you go, oh, waff insurance, just don't be
that guy. Don't be Azyr's mate.
