After representing New Zealand at the U19 World Cup, Finn Allen made the move from Auckland to Wellington for an explosive 2020-21 summer where he became the top run scorer in the Dream11 Super Smash, propelling the top-order batsman to make his debut for the Black Caps in 2021 at just 21 years old.
In January he played one of the great innings ever seen in T20 international cricket, blasting 137 off 62 balls against Pakistan – Breaking several records in the process including most sixes in an innings, highest individual score, most runs in a series, and highest strike rate of a Black Cap in T20.
After a thriller last ball loss to Australia last night, the Black Caps go for round two against tomorrow night at Eden Park.
