This mindset's exercise is mood lifts. Adjust to a comfortable
rest interval position lying down. Put one of your hands
on your chest and the other on your stomach. Take
a slow and regular breath in through your nose, then
breathe out through your mouth slowly. Notice the hand on
your stomach as it lifts and lowers. Repeat this process
