Good afternoon. I'm Wendy Petrie and this is your afternoon
news FOIKS. For Friday, the eighth of August, Israel's enacting
a full military occupation of Gaza after nine hours of
security cabinet discussions. The plan will force more than a
million Palestinians out of Gaza City and into compounds in
southern Gaza. Starvation is prolific in the region, with close

General Mark Schwartz told the BBC there's a sense of
urgency about finding a way forward. The Arab countries first

Maori electorates, with most changes happening in Auckland, Bay a
Plenty and christ Church and the Lower North Islander plans
to remove or Hardy Manu and all Tucky electorates and
replace them with two new ones, Kennepuru and Carpeting. Lachlan

It says it made the move to account for population
growth in the South Island as legally they can't add
any extra seats. The changes follow public hearings in seven
hundred and seventeen written submissions on the proposed boundaries.
