this update, warm words between China and New Zealand as
the leaders met at Beijing's Great Hall of the People.
Chris Lukson's in China with a delegation for his first visitors.
Prime Minister Mister Luckson says the relationship is long standing
and of great importance to New Zealand. He says China

should have an opportunity to play its part in global affairs.

major global power to play a constructive role in addressing

partnership with New Zealand. This as Foreign Minister Winston Peters
has put millions of dollars of development aid on hold,
saying trust needs to be restored. The island nation signed
a comprehensive strategic partnership with China without reference to New Zealand.

and Mister Mark Brown, has affirmed their right to engage
with international partners that align with their development goals and
national priorities. He says they'll continue to prioritize dialogue with
New Zealand. Police are asking for the public's help to
