been shot and another has escaped after a search warrant
was served on Auckland's al Fetu Peninsula this morning. An
armed officer shot the man after he allegedly attempted to
ram police officers with a vehicle. He's been airlifted to

hospital and is in a serious condition. Three other people
have been detained and police are still looking for a
fifth person. It's believed the missing person doesn't pose any
wider risk to the public. Matcopa locals are voicing their
desire for the Tom Phillips investigation to be over. Four
