news fix for Monday, the fourteenth of April. No confirmation
on whether the Crown will fight a High Court finding
it breached a treaty settlement. The court found the Crown
essentially took away allocation, giving Maori a stake in fishing
company Sea Lord and a share of quota over time.

Fisheries Minister Shane Jones will lead the next.
