four trying to summit around midnight. Police, the Warnaka Alpine
Cliff Rescue Team and the Department of Conservation located the
fallen pair about seven this morning. Canterbury or RK Area
Commander Inspector Vicki Walker says the other two climbers were
flown out uninjured.
