In this update, Ukraine's President Vladimir Zelenski has outlined an
updated peace plan, calling it the main framework for ending
the war with Russia. The twenty point proposal replaces an
earlier twenty eight point plan. The BBC's Samira Hussain says
Zelensky previously ruled out any land concessions, particularly in eastern Ukraine.
Speaker 3 (00:29):
But now those possibilities are on the table now. The
ideal version for Ukraine would be the creation of a
demilitarized zone where the front lines are now.
Speaker 1 (00:40):
Zelensky says Russia is expected to respond after talks with
the United States. Freeview setting up a backup system to
improve reliability after a global broadcast fault disrupted several channels
this week. The problem is from outside New Zealand, but
additional fixes yesterday coincided with a localized transmission issue in Canterbury.
(01:01):

Rush and HGTV are back on air. It says the
new backup option will help prevent future interruptions. A Christmas

of their mother's imprisonment.
Speaker 2 (01:56):
Baby come tohap victims in other ways, and just to
remind that they loved notwithstanding the distance, and brings some

That's news. The Sport and England cricket captain Ben Stokes
is accepting the criticism after a disastrous Ashes series loss
with two games still to play. The struggles on the
field have been enlarged by an investigation into alleged excessive
drinking on a Team NUSA trip prior to the Third
Test defeat.
Speaker 4 (02:26):
When you're three Niel down and you've lost the series,
everything you say, everything you do gets scrutinized and brought
into unrightly. So you don't really have a leged stumn
when you lost three games in a huge series like this.
So when you win in everything's great. When you're losing,
it's not.
Speaker 1 (02:42):
