Speaker 1 (00:00):
Yoda. I'm Sonia Gray, and I'm excited to be back
with a second season of the award winning New Zealand
Herald podcast No Such Thing as Normal. I'm the parent
of a neurodivergent child, I'm an ADHD myself, and in
the first season I learned a lot about how we
all experience the world differently, but we have barely scratched
the surface. No Such Thing as Normal is back and

(00:21):
we're going deeper into the world of ADHD, autism, dyslexia,
and the many other profiles. Over the next thirteen weeks,
I'll talk to experts and those with lived experience, including
Annika Moore.

Speaker 2 (00:34):
My ADHD is fifteen thousand voices in my head all day,
every day, and Eric.

Speaker 3 (00:39):
Murray, who will still need full time care but I'm
not going to be around forever and that's the hard part.

Speaker 1 (00:44):
We'll unpack the struggles, but will also be celebrating the
many positives of neurodiversity. You can listen to No Such
Thing as Normal every Saturday from July sixth on iHeartRadio
or wherever you get your podcasts. This series is made
with support from New Zealand on Air

I’m Jay Shetty host of On Purpose the worlds #1 Mental Health podcast and I’m so grateful you found us. I started this podcast 5 years ago to invite you into conversations and workshops that are designed to help make you happier, healthier and more healed. I believe that when you (yes you) feel seen, heard and understood you’re able to deal with relationship struggles, work challenges and life’s ups and downs with more ease and grace. I interview experts, celebrities, thought leaders and athletes so that we can grow our mindset, build better habits and uncover a side of them we’ve never seen before. New episodes every Monday and Friday. Your support means the world to me and I don’t take it for granted — click the follow button and leave a review to help us spread the love with On Purpose.
