following it from Japan. I couldn't believe Craig all the

Karaz and being an Australian, absolutely, I think Alexi was bigger.

I heard Jokovic say in the postmatch after the game
that it was probably the worst tennis he's ever played.

Speaker 2 (00:49):
That his serve and all that was was totally off.
That he has been a little bit lackluster since being here,
and is tennis has not been at the level that
you would certainly expect from him. I think a lot
of that has also got to do with the fact
that he won the Olympic gold medal, although he was
also suggesting he doesn't know if that was the case.
I mean, that was the summing, that was the prize

that he was targeting the most this year and he
ended up getting it, beating Carlos in the final. But
and I think maybe that's just taken a gloss off
a little bit, and I mean even to somebody like him,
maybe a fraction of a letdown after the euphoria or
something like that.

So some intriguing matchups looming now in the fourth round.

for the for the Open. So let's take a look

Yeah, absolutely well. The one person the player already through

interesting matchup coming with Cocoa Golf to play Emma Navarro.

year in Auckland, and Golf won on that occasion. But
Navarro turned tables at Wimbledon this year so I think
that one hurt golf and she looks she's looking for
revenge today as far as Yeah, So those are some
of the highlighted women's matches really for today. And then

the women's gold medalist, Jiang chin when of China will
play the silver medalist. So we've got to repeat at
the Olympic Women's final today donavekch being the silver medalist,
and some on the.

Mean side of the drawl, there's some interesting metchups.

Yeah. Look, there's an interesting one going on right at
the moment. I mentioned Grigor Dimitrov. He's playing Andrei Rublev.
Andre goodness, gracious, he's a character. I mean, he just

his racquet and all that. He drew blood today. Seriously,
I mean he's just off with the pier seas at times.

six three. So that's the situation on that one. Another
one that's on at the moment, Taylor Fritz against Caspar

ones that are coming up today, and again the whole
Ossie aspect, and I mean, after all, New Zealand isn't

tonight and if he wins, we're going to have two
men in the quarter finals and that'll be remarkable because

to do the job today and if it is that,
it'll be the first time since the nineteen ninety eight
US Open, and at any major since the Wimbledon Championships
