Speaker 1 (00:00):
Tony Stream's Christmas Gift Guide twenty twenty four.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Number one on the list is a blunt umbrella. Yes,
And the reason I'm saying this is because they're the
best umbrellas in the world. Blunt umbrellas, dot CO, dot
n Z. The Metro is the nice, cute, small one.
You don't want to get too big a hefty umbrella.
But everyone that I know that has a blunt is
obsessed with it, and they have the coolest colors to
fit whatever your mother or mother in law. Luck I

(00:26):
tell the story every time. But I did a promotion
with them and we got them at the Auckland University
Winden Tunnel and we could not damage them. At one
hundred and twenty k words.

Speaker 1 (00:34):
Amazing, Yeah, I concur.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
Yeah, I've got down here in Augustine Voucher. So what
I like about Callie co from Augustine, and remember she
played in our Coast Invitational Netful team. Was very talented
woman she is is. She's just put out a really
amazing drop of summer dresses. It's called High Summer. I
wore one the other day to MC and I got
so many compliments on it. And there are so many

(00:58):
versions in that all floral, and they're all in the
most beautiful vibrant colors. And I just think if you
got someone in Augustine voucher, they could go and spend
it on what she've addressed suited them and it'd be such
a cool experience. Not my wife, though, because she already
owns every single one of them. Well luckily she's not
your mother, so you won't be getting her that The
Fragrance Discovery pack. I actually had this suggested to me

(01:21):
by a Coast listener, So thank you for that one
hundred and fifteen dollars from Farmers. Now here's what you
get for that. You get eight mini perfumes and a
gorgeous packaged box. And what happens is you get to
test those eight they are the top sellers at Farmers,
and then there's a voucher in the box to choose
the one that you like the best, and then you
can go and pick it up. Genius idea. I love

(01:42):
that too, because so often you can't quite decide for
someone with a perfume before you know it. Yeah, I've
actually purchased that for my mother in law. Hopefully she's
not listening today, but if you are, like great, how exciting.

Speaker 1 (01:55):
A dark.

Speaker 2 (01:57):
A dark Hampton milk scarf is my next recommendation, or
a twilly so Darkhampton is a Kiwi company. Just go
to Darkhampton dot com. The silk scarves are beautiful and
they essentially just add a pop of color to any outfit.
But not only that, you can tie it to a handbag,
you can tie it around your summer hat and it

(02:18):
just ties in your whole outfit. I saw them a
lot at christ Church Cup Day and I thought, what
a magnificent thing to do. You can add that just
it's a beautiful accessory.

Speaker 1 (02:26):
It's kind of an old school tradition that we kind of.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
Like go and it really does add to an outfit.
So I'm going to try and do that over the summer.
Let's see if I can pull it off. I'm going
to mention curated botanics again because they are my absolute
favorites faux floral pieces. The one I'm recommending today is
called the Little Magnolia for eighty nine dollars. Magnolias are
one of my favorite flowers. Will they come on a

(02:50):
tree technically, and it's this beautiful little potted magnolia. It's
faux so it's gonna last, it's not going to die.
You don't need to water it, and it would look
amazing on a bedside or perhaps in a bathroom. And
every person that I have got curated botanics for absolutely
loves them. And as you mentioned, Sammy, you got me
that olive tree and it sits pride of place and

(03:12):
I get so many compliments on it. It's not in
the garage like the Neon sign.

Speaker 1 (03:15):
It's made into the lounge my goal.

Speaker 2 (03:17):
And when you think faux flowers, sometimes you can go
oh tacky and cheap. This is high end faux flowers.
You can't even tell. And it's in all the home
and garden books in New Zealand because it is so
so good. Show tickets. Have you ever thought about getting
show tickets for someone core? It's such a good idea
and there are so many cool shows at the moment.
Sixth the musical is coming in the at the beginning

(03:38):
of the year, and the same company G and T
who just did Matilda, the sold out season of Matilda,
are doing Priscilla, Queen of the Desert each year and
that will be a smash hit. You wait, Brian Adams tickets. Yes,
Brian Adams, get them some show tickets and get or
you could just get them the ticket Master voucher and
then they can maybe pick the show. And my last
suggestion for your mum or your mother law is a

(04:01):
KEII company called Author Ceramics. Let me tell you the story.
So this guy was working at my food back and
decided he wanted to go out and start a company
of his own, and he started Author Ceramics from the
ground up. And for sixty five dollars, you go to
author ceramics dot com you can buy a homemade pottery kit.
Now I've had experience with these guys because at my

(04:23):
food bag launch, I got to make my own piece
of pottery. And if I can make my own bowl,
then you can too. It was so satisfying and it
felt like an hour of mindfulness. It was just amazing.
And then you go and take it to get glazed,
and then suddenly you've got it. He's also at a
benefits Okay, Patrick, thank you for that.

Speaker 1 (04:44):
