Not exaclty a peaceful episode for us to gather our wits was it? Boy oh boy! No sooner were we mourning Jyave than we were dragged hair first into what Rhaneyra must think is the endgame! BUt... we know better, right folks?
Jamie is riding solo this week - sprry about that, but he does come bearing gifts... three to be exact, in the shape of Clinton Liberty, Kieron Blew and Tom Bennet aka Allun, Hugh and Ulf!
Welcome back Dragoncasters! How much have you missed HOTD?! It's been a long few years that's for sure.
Well, Dragoncast is back - but it's a little different this time round.
To celebrate the launch of House of the Dragon Season 3, on top of our regular recap of an INSANE episode (what a battle!), we also speak top Abigail Thorn aka the swasbuckling, treacherous heathen that is Sharako Lohar!
Hi everyone... it's been a while.
Lots to talk about, and a bit of an update on the future.
We'd love to hear from you...

You didn't think we'd leave it alone did you? Hell no - jkust when you thought you'd consumed ALL the HOTD content you thought you could muster - Jamie & Chris casually drop not one but TWO cast interviews with new dragonriders- and they are absolute DOOZIES!
In part one we get the brilliant Clinton Liberty aka Addum of Hull and part two sees Hugh Hammer himself Kieran Blew dropping by.
Both are such fantastic chats and it's ...
And just like that... it's all over!
As Jamie says in this breakdown of the season 2 finale - It wasn't the episode he thought he wanted, but it was the one he needed. Jamie and a poorly Chris talk through visions, parentage, loose ends, frustrations and satifactions. Come now, it wouldn't be a Thrones finale without some fan outrgae now, would it?!
DO NOT LISTEN UNTIL YOU'VE WATCHED SEASON 2 EPISODE 8! SPOILERS LIE AHEAD - OBVI...
How is there only one episode left? This feels incredibly unfair. Thank goodness the HBO gods are spoiling us rotten though because HOLY SMOKES - You wanted Dragons? WELL 'ERE WE GO LADS LADS LADS!

APOLOGIES!
So sorry we missed a week - forces beyond out control and all that - all will be explained!
Jamie & Chris tackle Smallfolk, the 6th episode of House of the Dragon's second series, which a LOT of people had a LOT of thoughts about. A tough one to follow at times - with a huge amount of exposition and dialogue to wade through - but... WHAT AN ENDING!
DO NOT LISTEN UNTIL YOU'VE WATCHED SEASON 2 EPISODE 6! SPOILERS ...
"By all means stay and wait for his empty promises husband, with them you can feed the mouths of ghosts."
WHAT A LINE! In an episode jam-packed with all the lines!
If you were expecting a breather after the craziness of last week, think again. Whilst no flames were emitted from mouths, instead was an avalancje of character development, plot movement and stage setting for the final half of this epic season. BUT WHAT DOES IT ALL ME...
Mystical flashbacks, leaky roofs, unexpected cameos, nun disguises and finally FINALLY a misunderstanding gets cleared up... kind of!
ERMAHGAAAAWD. We're in bits. We dont' read the books, therefore everythning that happened in Season 2 Episode 4 of House of the Dragon was a visceral catspaw dagger to our hearts. Where to even begin?! The visions? The prophecy baton passing? The cameos, the ENDING ERMAHGAAAAAAWD!
DO NOT LISTEN UN...
Mystical flashbacks, leaky roofs, unexpected cameos, nun disguises and finally FINALLY a misunderstanding gets cleared up... kind of!
Episode 3 was a dialogue-heavy smorgasbord of brilliance and Jamie and Chris, still flustered at the brothel scene, manage to hold things together for just long enough to get under the episode's skin.,
DO NOT LISTEN UNTIL YOU'VE WATCHED SEASON 2 EPISODE 3! SPOILERS LIE AHEAD - OBVIOUSLY!
Don’...
Will everyone just please stop doing shitty things to each other for one god damned second?!
Episode 2 shows that, in Westeros, f*** about really means find out...
Feeling the brotherly love, as ever, are Jamie and Chris, who get confused about dragons, celebrate Alan and Adam and wonder what the hell it's going to take for everyone to find some common ground.

DO NOT LISTEN UNTIL YOU'VE WATCHED SEASON 2 EPISODE 1! SPOILERS LIE AHEAD - ...
Only a few more sleeps until the INCREDIBLE first episode of S2 premieres! Honestly, you are going to LOVE it!
In the meantime, feast your ears on this brilliant chat Jamie & Chris had with none-other than King Aegon himself, Tom Glynn-Carney. What an absolutely top lad!
