Kate Pierson and Monica Coleman run the super hip Catskills motel Kate’s Lazy Meadow together. Kate is also a member of the new wave band The B-52s.
The two women have been up in the mountains since the pandemic began, taking care of the motel, bird watching, gardening, canning tomatoes, and hiking with their German Shepherds. This is also the longest amount of time they’ve been together now that Kate isn't off on tour.
Listening to the two of them you can hear how fascinated they each are with one another and how they support one another creatively.
