Voting rights, trans people in sports, the death penalty—they’re still on that legal fascism grind, down to every little gear and lever.
Papers, please. The hallmark of fascist states of eras past and your favorite movie about authoritarianism is now also the official policy of the United States, with the Supreme Court’s blessing.
