It's way up with Angela Ye, I'm Angela Yee and
Jasmine from the Jasmine Brand's hair. What's today to Wednesday?
Happy help Day? Right? All right? Yes? I don't know

(00:21):
what it means. Kirkland the right so to love. I
always like to get the energy up in American get that, kay?
Happy Wednesday. Monique Special came out on Netflix. Yeah. I
haven't had a chance to watch it yet, but I
want to make sure everyone knows because we are gonna
definitely soon as I was out all day yesterday, but
definitely this weekend or maybe even tonight if I get

(00:42):
a chance watch it. Okay, I'm gonna watch it since
you mentioned it. I've seen some clips that look pretty funny.
She's funny us surprising. They said she won't say how
much Netflix is paying for her after everything, but she
got paid because you know she wasn't budget on that
right has they're you know her worth? Um? Donald Trump again, UM,

(01:04):
We're gonna keep on updating you. But he went back
to Marlago yesterday and did his own speech yes after
he pleaded not guilty. It was thirty four felony counts
a falsifying business records. It's historic. It's unprecedented, uh for
Donald Trump to actually be charged a former president a
criminal indictment. What is happening? Um? He actually has until

(01:26):
August eighth to file any emotions and the prosecution will
respond by September nineteenth, and the judge overseeing the case
that he will rule on the motions at the next
in person hearing that is schedule for December fourth. So
that's a long time. This is going to drag out. Yeah,
we got time. Oh man, the assassinations, kidnapping because he
posted the Um, yeah, I saw that. We're talking about

(01:49):
about that. Yeah, that's crazy. But let's move away from that,
so we could shine a light. Yeah, let's China light instead. Yeah,
all right, this is the part of the show where
you call up and you get to shine a light
on somebody doing something power positive, somebody who's done something
really nice for you. When you come across someone and
they just touch you in that way, then asking their name.
If you don't know them, or if it's a family

(02:10):
member or a friend who did something great, you can
always call us up. Eight hundred two nine two fifty
one fifty people don't do things because they want to
get recognized. But it's so nice when it can happen. T. K.
Kirkland came in here with flowers, right, that's right. Plant. Yeah,
that's a plan more than beautiful can tell us. We
have to make sure we wanted this. We should get
a planter to put that in. Yeah, it's a plan,

(02:30):
but it's an actual plans, beautiful. We got to make
sure we water it. Yeah. He also spent six dollars
on a ice cream yesterday. I got jet he got.
All the money were sprinkles though, okay, okay, sprinkles are expensive.
Three dollars exactly. You know, since in demand eight hundred

(02:51):
two nine two fifty when fifty call us up and
shine a light on them, it's way up with Angela ye,
turn your lights on, y'all, up to those who are
doing greatness. It's time to shine a light on them. Yes,
it is way up at Angela ye. I'm Angela yee.

(03:11):
And we have our guest host T. K. Kirkland here, right,
that's right, and we have Jasmine from the Jasmine brand.
Good morning. Have we want to shina light? I want
to hina light real quick on somebody so initially it
was going to be Rashida Jones, president of MSNBC. Okay,
we went out to dinner last night and I absolutely
adore her. She's a boss. Yeah, she's a boss. Yes,

(03:32):
But we're gonna shine a light because we both agreed
on this artist who was our server. His name is
Artist Artists. Okay, he actually took care of her. He
was like, I paid for y'all, Like, you know, don't
even he paid for your bill, Angela, Yes, and both
of y'all could afford the bill for sure. Yeah. I
was actually gonna treat this time because last time she
did so I was like, it's mine, but then he

(03:53):
paid for it. Does that count that I did it? Yeah?
You did? No, No, it doesn't get so. But really quick,
what did you guys have? Just can you kind of
tell me? No, Jasmine, Okay, stop being greeting, all right, No,
I'm like add roasted chickens. She had crab cakes and
uh some type of iceberg wedge salad or something. What

(04:14):
did you guys have to drink? That's what I add?
A spicy margharita. I think she just had like some wine. Okay, Okay,
shout out the artist well, yeah, shout out to artists.
He's amazing. And right now, you guys get to shine
a light on somebody. Eight hundred two nine two fifty
one fifty Tanika, who you want to shine a light on? Hey,
I want to shine a light on my sister Melenda. Okay,

(04:36):
she is, Oh God bless you also happy here. I'll
try and believe on hearing your voice. All right, So
shout out Melenda. Shout out to my sister Melenda. She
is a clinician. It's her passion to help others in
the mental health field. And she's always work with about
her you know, her clients and her employees, always helping
to fix them up, give number supervision that they need

(04:58):
to move forward in their careers. And she is always
conflicted because the business end of it prevents her from
actually really helping people, right, Okay, And it's her passion
and she breaks down and it's so hard for her
and she gets burns out. But she cares so much
about people, and she's worked in very a lot of

(05:18):
different areas, like with miners, with undocumented immigrants, and she
just cares so much. I want to give a light
China light on her because She's an amazing person and
she doesn't get the respect and the appreciation that she deserves.
Shout out to Melinda Man. She is out here changing
people's lives, doing God's work. We have a we have
a sense pay package that we can send her. All right,

(05:41):
we're gonna get a package out to Melinda. But what
were you gonna say? Please, um, Angela, if you don't
mind plugging my daughters, go fund me. Her name is Star,
it's her Stars NYU Education funds on go fund me.
If she got into NYU this program, this program, she's
a high schooler, but they didn't receive my scholarship applications,

(06:03):
so now I have to pare the pocket and I
don't have fifteen thousand dollars pay So so if you
can plug my daughter and you know, that would be great.
I would appreciate it so much. God bless you. Then
you said Star at NYU Education, so it's Star n
YU Education Fund, Star NYU Education Fund. I just want

(06:24):
to say, also, God bless you, and I love the
passion that you have them helping others and giving that
information out to the community and everything. Because my sister
and I do read. Listen, all right, we'll thank you.
I appreciate you, Yes, I appreciate you. You know you're
the one with the information given it to us, and
so I want to pick you up for you. Thank
you so much, all right. She sounds like she got
a great family. Thank you, all right. Well that was

(06:46):
shining a light on him. Eight hundred two nine two
fifty one fifty again is a number just in case
you couldn't get through. You can always leave a message
for last word. And we have a Yet when we
come back, we'll be talking about Donald Glever. He has
a new interview with d Q magazine and he talks
about a whole lot of things, crying over the show
Atlanta Saturday Night Live, how that could have changed the
trajectory of his career, the song This Is America being

(07:09):
a disc record against Drake and all of that. It's
the way up with Angelie. She's like to talk like
a Angela Jeane, like a angela yee. She's spilling it all.
This is yet. Yes, it's the way Up with the
Angela Ye. I'm here, I'm angela ye. T. K Kirkland's here,

(07:29):
Jasmine from the Jasmine Brand is here. Good morning, Hey,
TK I'm glad to your k's here for this one
because we're gonna be talking about stand up comedy in
a minute, okay, And you know he is one of
my favorite stand up comics. Yes, yes, So Donald Glover
is on the cover of GQ magazine and talks about
a lot of different things. First of all, you know,
he worked with the Obama's daughter, Malie Obama, and he

(07:49):
revealed that he's going to be doing a short film
with her. Okay, so she's gonna be putting out a
short movie. And she also worked on a Swarm with
Dominique Fishback, so she for that as well. I think
she wrote one episode too, or like you know, came
up with a concept of one of the episodes. I
know she worked on the whole series too. Yeah, and
he's been mentoring her for some time now. So he
also said that his career would not have happened if

(08:11):
he had gotten the role on Saturday Night Live. So
he auditioned, and he said, I died so many bullets.
Me being on SNL would have killed me. He said,
his friends who made it, He said, he had friends
who made it on there. But he said, but if
I got on SNL, my career wouldn't have happened, and
thank God. So that's his feeling, thank God for missing
a gig. Yeah, yeah, I would like to know his

(08:33):
take on that and why he thinks he thinks that. Yeah,
I mean maybe, you know, he said he failed a
pair of auditions, and I guess maybe that wouldn't have
led him to do his own thing because she'd have
been working so hard on that, right, you know. And
he also said that he cried over Atlanta season three backlash.
He got a lot of backlash, she said, as a

(08:53):
product maker, as an entertainer, as an artist, as somebody
who loves to make things for people. I've studied it
enough to understand that things feel good because of what
comes before and after them. We deserve quality, We deserve
something that isn't easy for everyone to digest. All the time.
I knew season three wasn't easy. We all knew it
wasn't easy. We knew opening the season without any of
the cast was going to make people mad and be like,
what the f? It felt like you're climbing, and you're

(09:15):
climbing to get to the top where the light is,
and when you get there, you can do whatever dance
you what, and that's what everybody's fighting for. But he
said people never give him the benefit of the doubt. Interesting,
you know, he was kind of defensive, not n He
was defensive on Twitter about the season. So now what happened?
People didn't like it as much? Okay, okay, he changed characters.
It was not the characters, it was more so the story.
I think people it was hard some people to follow. Okay. Now,

(09:37):
he also said this is America. You know that song,
This is America. He said it was originally supposed to
be a disrecord aimed at Drake. It started off as
a joke, you know, as a joke to be a disrecord,
And he said, I had the idea three years before.
He told the director of the idea. He said, I
really want to do that. The idea for the song
started as a joke, to be completely honest, this is America.
That was all we had was that line. And he

(10:00):
said it started as a Drake disk to be honest,
as like a funny way of doing it. But then
I was like, this sounds kind of hard though, so
I was like, let me play with it. So we
did it. People love that song too. I kind of
would have liked to hear the Drake Dix as well.
All right now. Donald Glover also says in the cover
of GQ that Chris Rock convinced him to get back
to stand up comedy. This is where you weigh in TK,

(10:23):
So he said, I was with Chris Rock and he
was like, people aren't good at stand up until they're
your age. The only one who was better when he
was younger was Eddie Murphy. What do you think about
that until they get to a certain age. Yeah. I
think a lot of comics um knee life experiences to
make them better. But in my journey, there was three
comics that had the ability to not have experience. They

(10:46):
were just truly gifted. And it was Chris Tucker, Jamie Fox,
and the great late Robin Harris. See, Robin Harris had
years of experience when he blew up. But then I
saw the making of Jamie Fox, and he was so
talented his first four or five years of the game.
He didn't have to struggle, he didn't have to suffer
blew up. Chris Tucker became a superstar in three years

(11:10):
of his stand up comedy, and the rest is history.
So you get those gems once in a while, but
then most of the communities, like me, other communities who
put those thirty something years in, you become better. And
that's why I'm still consistent at all these years, because
every month, every year, I've gotten better. And I gonna
ask you get do you feel like you're getting better? Oh? Yeah,

(11:31):
she'll tell you. I booked her to be on her
show for every two or three years. Yeah, he's like,
I know when he knows when he's going to be
in town. All right, so that is done. We should
read the other thing though, because it is a really
great artist. I'd like to see people winning this game
because we all started at to comract then in eighty
five when we was only getting twenty dollars a show.
All right, Well, when we come back, I think you

(11:52):
tk we have about last night. That's when we talk
about things that happened last night and things that we
feel like we can relate to because you know, every
day we're out and about right, super regular. All right,
it's way up with angela ye about last night. Next
about last night night I went down. Yes, it is

(12:13):
way up with angela Ye. I'm Angela Yee and Jasmine
from the Jasmine Brand is here and we have our
special guest host T. K. Kirkland. That's right, that's right.
I'm clapping for you. Yeah, that's right. That's right, that's right.
We don't have a budget for Okay, we do have
a class. I love it. And since you're our special guests,

(12:37):
you are going to do about last night because you
were telling us something that really bothered you. Yes, yes, yes, yes.
Then I want to go over to talk to Donald
Trump because I wanted to explain to him how he
got to stop really talking mess with the judge. So
he didn't show up. I felt bad about that, you know,
I thought I was gonna running to him talk to him.
So I got me some ice cream from the ice
cream truck and I was excited. I'm double pop the

(12:58):
clock because you not really think I'm the dude. And
got out the car, walked up to the ice cream
stand in line right, I said, yes, sir, can I
get another ice cream with sprinkles? He walked away. He came.
They said, that's six dollars? Is that that soft cone?
A soft cone? Six six dollars? Six dollars? He said, yeah,
I said, the last time I bought the ice cream
from the ice cream Chuck. I said it was seventy

(13:20):
five cent. He says, come a long way, took him
out twenty dollars. Were in Manhattan. I was at Central Park.
Central Park, like, I'm not buying iceking for everyone, because
remember the guys old people used to buy ice for Yeah, yeah, yeah,
because that's the way it was back in the day.
So I ate that ice cream with passion did because
it was six dollars. And I didn't even let him melt.

(13:41):
I just stood out there like everybody else looks for
downald truck. How much where the sprinkles you think? I
think the sprinkles probably have been four dollars and fifty cents.
But you know sometimes when things are more extensive, they
taste that right, yea, yeah, didn't taste like six dollars
ice cream. Yeah, it was very tasty. Matter fact, when
you say it now, huh, I'm really because you really
say it was. Yeah. What if they would have said

(14:05):
we have a six dollars option, but we also have
a twenty five dollars option. You might have said, let
me try the twenty because automatically, I think in our head,
well a customer, it must be better. No, No, I
was guy in my vehicle. I'm an a pre member.
We have a limited edition twenty five dollars software. You've

(14:26):
been with me, you always been with me. I have up.
You definitely would have bought it. Definitely. That's my girl.
We got we got roses yesterday and we got a
plant today. Gentleman, to all you gentlemen, when you I
always tell you when you go meet a woman and
being her presence, either if you buying her you at
the club and you're just talking, you buy her a drink.

(14:47):
That's for a time, Okay. I buy Angela things because
I love our respect her and every time I see her,
even if I was here next month, next week, tomorrow,
I was still bringing something. What's the next thing you
would bring? Like a tree? Maybe? No, No, she gets
dying diamonds. You know. That's how we do it. You know,
I'm a boss. That's how I love it. Can wait

(15:08):
to see you tomorrow. Yes, my girl, that's common every
day for the next month. I bet, I bet, I
say consistent. Yeah, that's what the man, you know, that's
what a good man did. We stay consistent. That's right.
All right, Well, you're gonna love this now. T K.
Kirkland has not been here for this segment when Mano

(15:29):
co host. This is his favorite segment on the show.
This is called tell us a secret. All right, So
tell us a secret. We don't judge, so TK. No
matter what anybody said, you cannot judge them. Okay. We
had somebody calling who stole their cousins forty thousand dollars
from under that person's mattress and went and bought all
kinds of stuff and never paid the money back. Did
the person find out they took the forty thousand now, okay,

(15:52):
who did it? It's not okay, you know it's missing.
They just didn't know it was their own cousin. Okay,
But there's no judgment. We're just letting people talking about it.
One guy had two secret kids in Dominican Republican hasn't
told his family, right right right? Wow, Yeah, that's secret.
All right. Eight hundred fifty call us up to tell
us a secret, no names and no judgment. It's way
up with angela Ye. It's a judgment free zone. Tell

(16:13):
us a secret. Yes, it's way up with Angela yee.
I'm angela ye. And Jasmine from the Jasmine brand is here.
Good morning, t K. Kirkland. This is your first experience,
but tell us a secret. Yes it is, and I
can't wait to hear it. Yes, so everybody is calling
in and you get to remain anonymous. We don't judge you.
Eight hundred two nine two fifty one fifty is the
number for you guys to call in again. Do not

(16:35):
say your name now, t K. Can you do this
with no judgment? Nope, got try, you gotta try? Okay,
all right, so um anonymous, no judgment, Jasmine? Okay, that
means you too? All right? All right, hello anonymous caller,
Please share with us your secret. Hey, so I've been

(16:56):
with my personally for about almost three years, and they're
a pressure in me to get married. But the thing
that's like really holding me back is like the sex,
Like it's so terrible. So yes, oh my good him
and I just feel so bad. What makes it bad?

(17:17):
I can't do everything that I want to do, and
that's been an argument for like three years. And now
you know, I feel like I'm being pressure to be married,
but I can't be married to someone you know doesn't
satisfy me sexually. So so what do you want to
do that you can't do. Yeah, what would you like
to do? I don't know, you know, yeah, we respectful,

(17:41):
but let us know, give us a hint, you know,
spe it up with you know, for some lingerie, some
heal song, you know, just sight it up. It's it's
like really really boring, and it's it's so terrible because
they're good in every other aspect, but that Now, what
about when he does do his normal whatever boring sex.

(18:03):
Are you at least having an orgasm? Yeah? But I've
also had to fake one just to like get it
over with. Okay, Okay, Well what will happen if you
just put on the Lingerine Hills and just was like, hey, well,
I'm not talking about me, he putting it online Hills,
I'm talking about her. Okay. You want her to do it, well,
hard to do it all, all right? You can't make
her put on something that she don't want to put

(18:24):
it on. It's not making her put it on. Like
we've been together three years and it's the same thing.
So you get a dude, what she doesn't like? Guys,
she's like a guy you no, thank you? Sure she
does not like I'm just saying I have to represent
the men. I know some dudes at a highlight and
get it right now. You don't stop it, thank you

(18:47):
with us aged. I was trying to get it. I
was a secret anonymous caller. Okay. So my segrette is
basically kind of difficult. Okay, it's a family segarette. It's
been in the family for a long time. Okay, we're listening. Okay.

(19:10):
So I was raped and I became pregnant. Behind the race,
I found out that my mom was having an affair
on my father. So I basically lost the baby. But
my mom had a child and the child is actually
my sister, but she thinks I'm her mother. Wow, And

(19:32):
it's just been a lot different. Yeah. So it's it's
a lot that's been going on. It's kind of affecting
me because me and my sister it's kind of havn't
like it's hues. But at the same time, I don't
know what to do. I just don't know what to do.
But I'm just wanted to say something to worry and say, hey, look,

(19:53):
this is what it is, this is what's going on,
this is what happened. But I don't want her to
look at a mother why right, And that's your that's
your sister, but she thinks you're her mother. Correct, God,
have you spoken to your mom about this, because it's
not fair for you to have to have this burden yourself.
That's a lot to carry. I have spoken to her,

(20:15):
but my mom is up in age now and she
was like this, let it be, and I'm like, no,
I don't want to let it be. I think that
we should just put out all the family drama, the
family you know, bad vibes and ties, you know these
family curses, generational no curses. I just think she should

(20:37):
know how old is your sister? How old is she?
She thirty four? Thirty four? And hold your mom? My
mom has one hundred and three now wow, okay, yeah,
do other people in the family know? Are just you
and your mom? It's just us? Can I can I
say something? Can I give it a leather? Just go like,

(20:59):
don't don't, don't don't say it. After when your mom
trans go to the other side, didn't let her your
sister know? Have you had therapy or talk to a
therapist about this? I have, I mean and I have
I have a two kids myself, and they you know,
they wanted to know, like y'all look so much alike?

(21:20):
Or how how does you this? And she's got you know,
they have questions, right, and they always had questions, right.
You guys get along, of course, we get along, but
she kind of feels some type of way because she's like,
she feels like I love my two kids more than her.
But it's not it's not that way, Okay, the same, right, yeah,

(21:44):
but it's kind of it's kind of like a sister sister,
if that makes right. Okay, Well listen, we're not here
to judge. We're glad that you shared with us because
I know that's not an easy thing that you've been
having to deal with all of this time, knowing the truth.
And I also feel like sometimes that truth can tear
us a partner. It's really not fair for you. But

(22:05):
I can't say I totally disagree with tik. Your mom
is one hundred and three and so at some point
you'll do what you need to do. Right. Thank you
for telling us a secret. Eight hundred two nine tifty
one fifty is the number, and you guys can always
call and leave a voicemail in case you can't get through.
But that was tell us a secret and when we
come back, we have a yet and let's get into Monique.

(22:28):
Her special came out on Netflix yesterday and we got
a couple of clips for you. It's way up with
Angela Yee. She about to blow the lead above this.
Let's get it, Come and get the tea. Yes, it's
way up with Angela Yee. I'm Angela Yee. And we
have a special guest co host today that is T. K. Kirkland.
Here you go, I am here. Also, Jasmine from the

(22:50):
Jasmine brand is here. I am here as well. Smelling
good Jack Oh, we got on that Valentino and they
gave me my bottle for me and my daughters. I'm
truly excited from way up with the angel Yee. I
really appreciate you. All. Right now, let's talk about Monique.
T K. Kirkland is one of my favorite stand up comedians.

(23:12):
And I know you were saying that you're happy for
Monique as we all are that her Netflix special is out. Yes,
so love for Monique, just so love. Oh, we follow
without the budget somebody so her specialist called. My name
is Monique m And the name of the special was deliberate,

(23:33):
she told the Atlanta Journal Constitution. I just think when
you sit in a situation and you hear all that
you're not when you're going through a battle of a lawsuit,
when you're being questioned about your skill set, people are
trying to overlook the accomplishments. My name is Monique. Let
me tell you why I had to follow that lawsuit.
Let me tell you why I will not waiver. Let
me tell you why I won't flinch. Let me tell
you why I don't take to bullies very well. Here

(23:54):
is one clip from the special that has gone viral.
I'm want to be from other woman sexually. Have you
looked at me so beautifully? It's so patient, It's so
like daddy took took the news. Well, why are you laughing?

(24:16):
T K? I just wished she with a holl at
me TK what everybody? Is that the answer? Yes? That
an answer to everything. I'm a man, Okay, Yes, you
know I'm a mar Now you have a special coming right, Yes,
and it's called T to the MFK is out now
really on TK dot network on all major platforms July fourth.

(24:37):
But the one that's gonna be truly interesting is the
one with me, Jamie Fox and Marcus king Um. Jamie
Fox is going to direct it. We don't have a
name for you. Wow, it's gonna be like a movie
movie thing because of my journey in this game of
stand up and hip hop, everything from n WA to
the Cash twenty Millionaires, because I'm about to do the
movie called Ball the Block and we're about to do

(24:59):
I think, and I'm excited about this spot. I think
I'm gonna call my spect show about damn time. That's
what Jamie ever directed one before. I don't care. I'm
just glad he associated with it because I don't I
don't even know if I can recall Jamie Fox directing somebody.
But we'll collaborated on together, um to make sure that
it is right. But now you're going, we don't have

(25:19):
that yet. But my goal is to make sure that
it's truly one of the most classical stand up specials
that you have ever witnessed in your life. And that's
to go and all the comedians know, My My My
show is off the chain, and it also relates to
this weekend. My girl uh and just coming to my
show at Comedy in Harlem in New York. So make

(25:40):
sure you get your tickets Lady JEMs almost sold out.
We're truly excited about it, and I'm just happy. I
can't wait. Do they have food there? Yes? They do? Okay, yeah,
they called me or raised the ticket. We want to
let we want to lay it up for I said,
it's my show. No shade out to Jamie doing this
thing over there. Um, I'm really excited. I'm gonna bring

(26:01):
teacase and flowers. Yeah, I and not the flowers he
got you either. All right, Jasmine, Okay, all right, now
let's talk about Angel Reads, the LSU star. She was
on the I Am Athlete podcast with Brandon Marshall, and
here's what you have to say about whether or Nachi
is going to go to the White House after Joe
Biden said she went in to invite both teams, both

(26:23):
IOWA and LSU, to come. Are you going to the
White House? We're gonna see. I just know if the
roles were reversed, they wouldn't be the same, and we
were to lose, we were not be getting invited to
the White House. And I remember she made a comment
about both teams should be invited because it would be
the sportsmanship. And I'm like, are you saying that because
of what I did. It bothers me because you are
a woman. At the end of the day, it's hard

(26:44):
to see things like that and not to comment back
on it. But at the same time, like I have
the platform right now where I can't speak out and
a lot of people have had my backthrood yeah and listen.
To be clear, Caitlin Clark is very aware that there's
a lot of trash talk right game and she supports
that an Angel Reese does as well, and it also
happens in men's basketball. And so Caitlyn Clark in the meantime,

(27:09):
went on outside the line and she did an interview
and here's what you had to say about Angel Reese's actions.
You know, I think the biggest thing is, you know,
we're all competitive, we all show our emotions in a
different way. You know, Angel's tremendous, tremendous player. I have
nothing but respect for her. Um. I love her game.
I'm a big fan of her. And even though entire
last two team, UM, you know, like I said, they
played an amazing game. So um, you know, I don't

(27:30):
think there should be any criticism for what she did. Yes, yeah,
because to make it clear and I was saying this
yesterday and the day Caitlyn Clark was not the person
that was saying that. That was classic. She had you know,
she was like, look we lost. Yes, she's right, she
took that l And one quick thing that Angela and
Jasmine made me aware of, let's start getting these girls,

(27:54):
these basketball players, more money, these women women. Yes, let's
get these women some more money because what googled and
what I saw is embarrassing. Yea, and I mean that.
And even the accommodations remember when they were awful? Yeah,
all right, well that is your Yet when we come back,
we have under the radar. These are stories that are
not necessarily headline news. They are flying under the radar,

(28:14):
but we want to make sure that you are informed.
It's way up with the Angela. Yew listen to news
that relates to you. These stories are flying under the radar. Yes,
it is way up with the Angela. Ye, I'm Angela. Ye,
Jasmine from the Jasmine brand is here. Yes. T. K.
Kirkland is here. And these stories are not necessarily headline news.

(28:34):
This one is pretty new. This actually happened at two
thirty five a m. On Tuesday. According to reports, the
San Francisco Police Department and officers responded to a stabbing
and they found a forty three year old man with
the parents stab wounds. That man was taken to a hospital.
He had life threatening injuries. Later on he died. That
man is Bob Lee, the founder of cash app. Wow. Yes,

(29:01):
he was serving as the chief product officer of mobile
Coin and they said Bob was a force of nature
helped to berth Android and cash app into our world.
Moby was his dream, a privacy protecting wallet for the
twenty first century. I will miss him every day. So
what happened forty something years old? Please? Said? Tuesday, the

(29:23):
incident was being investigated by the department thom Inside Detail
and as of early today, no arrest appeared to have
been made. Wow, God bless him. Hope it didn't do
nothing wrong and somebody got upset and take it out
on him, right, I mean, we don't know what could
have happened, but it was at two thirty five in
the morning. And what are you doing. I've been a robbery.
It could have been you know, who knows I was

(29:44):
being in the house of nine o'clock. Kay. I'm just saying, hey,
you've been out of celebrating something. You've been out to
thirty and God forbids. Something happened to you, something happened
to me. You'll better come look for okay, all right,
especially definitely, well, thank you, we'll find them all right now.
Lab grown chicken meat is getting closer and closer to

(30:05):
restaurant menus. You know, we just ordered some Chick fil
a up here. Did say it wasn't real? It was
real to me. I tasted it, all right. So this
is to protect animals and simultaneously cut down on greenhouse
gas emissions. That's part of sometimes why people feel like
they don't want to eat meat, because it's not good
for the environment. So they have cleared two American producers

(30:27):
of lab grown meat to bring their products to market,
finding no questions about the company's claims if the product
is safe for human consumption. Does that mean if you
get lab grown chicken meat that you are a vegetarian
because it's not real, that's not meat. Yeah, I mean
that's that's not meat. That's a vegetarian dish. Well, I'm
not sure we shall see, but environmentalists are saying the

(30:49):
technique has the potential to dramatically curb greenhouse gas emissions
from traditional animal farming, which also requires a lot of
land and water and antibiotics for disease control. So that's
why something like this can be good across the board. Okay,
all right, And there's also a huge demand for meat
products that continues to soar globally, so advocates and investors

(31:10):
are saying that cultivating meat has the potential to dramatically
supplement and expand the world's existing food supply. I like
this if it's gonna taste good and it's gonna have
more vitamins. I like the contact. I think everybody should
stick the fruit. So you're not gonna eat your Chick
fil at how you're gonna make a huge statement like that.
And because closed on Sunday and when something's clod on

(31:32):
Sunday just makes you want it more. What kind of
sauce do you like? What you're that's my favorite too.
I like the barbecue sauce is the best. You know what,
It's crazy. Polynesian sauce, right has always been the most popular.
I feel like, yeah, you're not google to Angela, but
it's too sweet for me, which Polynesian. I feel like
people be trying to stock up on it, right, right, Yeah,

(31:55):
I had to go through a couple of packages because
I forgot you gotta eat so fast. I don't playing
attention and so when I thought it was Polynesian, but
it wasn't. So then I got took. I was like,
this the one we need to eat slower. Yeah, I
watch today, thank you? All right? That under the Radar
stories and when we come back, we have the way

(32:16):
Up mix, you know, at the top of the hour.
Also it is a wealth Wednesday. We got ask Ye
coming up and so much more. It's way up at
Angela Yee. She's like to talk like a angela ye,
like a Angela Yee. She's spilling it all. This is
yet in the music industry, deems to be over. And

(32:41):
you know, they are one of the best selling girl
groups of all time, just to be clear. So I'm
sure there is so much that we still don't know
about them. And I love Toys and they had chemistry.
Yeah they still do. So quest Love and Missy Elliott
make appearances as well, and they're also prepping a forthcoming
summer tour, so good, good, all right. Shrek five has

(33:02):
been confirmed, so that's gonna be amazing for people who
are huge your right, Jasmine, I don't know what's going on,
coughing all day, not on you though, that's right? All right?
So the original stars Eddie Murphy came and did as
Mike Myers are all in talks to reprise their roles.
You think it's um I would imagine that. If you're

(33:23):
doing voiceovers, it's just easier than having to actually be
on camera, and you make more money, you do, Yeah,
you make more money being doing voiceovers that actually acting.
All right, Yeah, it's interesting, that's the plan. Listen to me.
Can say real quick, Angela is the most phenomenal woman
that I have met in my life already. She going

(33:45):
after nine certificates and degrees sitting here and I'm just
amazed by herself, and I just want to salute her
and give her her roses. Take a course, phenomenal girl.
I let it take a course and get a certification.
And yes, because he's a nerd. Okay, all right now,
Na's Mary J. Blige, Robert Glassberg, de La Soul but

(34:09):
um chance the rapper. They have all been confirmed for
the Blue Note Jazz Festival. Corday is going to be performing.
Uh and it's unpacked. Dave Chappelle is hosting, So this
should be fun to go to. Um so that is
in Napa, So in California, Okay, Okay, yeah, I've never been. Yeah,

(34:31):
you like it? Wine Country up there and angle like
it sounds like your type of vibe. TK Kirkland and
Trees and wine and Wine Mum pull out chairs all right,
and Ray Kwan and ghost Face they have a joint
album on the way. It's going to be produced exclusively
by Pete Rock. Yeah, so that should be exciting. I

(34:54):
think you'll like that, tkah, I probably like it yea
or Legends all right. The source dot com is gonna
update information on that. There's no schedule release date yet.
And here's something that I hustle like, Love is Blind.
Oh Lord, season four I have I know you have
no idea? What that is? No idea? And Angela break
it down. Please listen. You're gonna love the idea of this. Okay.

(35:17):
So Love is Blind is on Netflix and the story
is by the way, Season four, the reunion special is
going to air live on Netflix and that's going to
be airing streaming live from LA on Sunday, April sixteenth,
at eight pm Eastern. But what they do is it's
pods set up right, so it's a group of men
and a group of women. You don't get to see
the men, don't get to see the women, and women

(35:38):
don't see the men. So you go into each pod
and there's a wall that separates you from the other person,
and you guys just have conversations and date but not
but you can't see each other. So you date through
this wall. You get to know each other, you share
your deepest, darkest secrets. You connect, and then somebody can
if you want to meet each other in person. Someone
proposes to someone, but the problem is people do make

(36:00):
multiple connections, so you might be deciding between this person
and that person. You have no idea what they look like.
With the idea is to fall in love with somebody
because of who they are, not because of how they
love and once you're seeing what happens. Uh. Well, season four,
there was one couple that didn't go so well. Once
she saw the guy that she picked and she told

(36:21):
them that he looked like a cartoon character says that
out out. Yeah, he was like, I don't know if
that's a compliment. No, it's not and then every time
he tried to touch her, she was like disgusted and
repulsed by him. Wow. And then she had she made
friends with another woman that was on the same side
with her. They were like best friends, and then she

(36:42):
tried to go after her man. So it's pretty much
she just had a horrible character about herself. Yes, and
so get ready for that season four reunion specially, Well
that is your yet and when we come back, T K. Kirkland,
you've done some things. Yeah, and we actually can pass judgment.
And so we're going to do pick a side with Ta.
He's gonna let us know some strip club etiquette that

(37:04):
I felt like he was wrong on. And we want
to see what y'all think. It's way up with the Angelague,
You up with Ala, It's way up with Al. Jason
from the Jasmine Bearing is here. T K. Kirkland is here.
He's about to tell all his business. We'll go to bed.

(37:28):
You know, I am Thio. Have you ever wet the
bed as an adult? No? No, no, no, no no
no no, you know I thank god that And when
I go through airports, I really appreciate it because you
see a lot of people in wheelchairs you see a
lot of people on cane and I take my help

(37:49):
very very seriously. So yeah, I'm very thankful. Okay, Well
we're grateful to you. Yeah, and we every day we're
like we're blessed. Yes, right, yea blessed. All right. Well,
since you were talking about seeing people in wheelchairs in
the airports, yes, TK Kirkland, you did something that I
found to be really horrifying. It's I told you the

(38:12):
word hilarious. It's kind of care and behavior. Yes. Um.
And I want to say that you would call the
snitch you did snitch? Yes, and you know snitching is
something that is um looked upon as bad. Yes, so
you know the story of snitching. Okay, so we want
to hear your TK Kirklands snitching story. There was a

(38:34):
crowd of people calling you a snitch. Yes. So let
me explain something too, is that as you get older,
you want to do everything for the Lord. Right, So
I tell on people now because as you get older,
everything is based on the point system. So I build
up points for God. So the other day I'm going
through the airport and I pay for TSA and clear

(38:55):
on the airlines because that's what makes me feel successful. Okay,
because yeah, because I walk apast average people like yourselves, right,
also have global entry as well. Yes, I don't have globalry.
I got global, but they cancer of my advocation. But
there's a whole nother story. Okay. So I'm going through
the airport and I know these two women just getting

(39:17):
out of their car. I'm giving tsa clear my ticket
to get past everybody. The next thing I knew these
two women was in the wheelchair zooming by me. So
I said, oh, not today. So I get to the gate,
I noticed that these young ladies are on the same
flight I'm on. Okay, so I'm snitching. I talked to
the ticket that's excuse me with a real software. Excuse me?

(39:39):
Is there a supervise in the area, she says, sir,
is there a problem? I looked around, said I rather
not talk here. Can they meet me down at gate nine?
Supervisor comes down Gate nine, she says, sir, there's a
pro said yes, you see the two girls at gate
three in the wheelchair? She said, yeah, I said them
holes can walk, and I'm tied. I'm taking advantage of
the system, right, But just because you're in a wheelchair

(39:59):
doesn't mean that you can't walk. I just want to plant.
That's true. That's why I'm telling. No, I'm telling yeah, Okay,
that's why I'm telling. So I go to the bathroom,
I'll come out. They the two ladies and the supervisors
in the huddle they supervised. Now were they in the
huddle standing or were they still in the wheelchair? And

(40:20):
I only see what think of that? No, they was
in the still in the wheelchair. I found out they
know her because they all her buddy pads. So on
the whole flight they snitch. So I'm on frontier. I'm
not getting off the plane. So the pilot comes back
and said, sir um, you have to get up. The
fly said, no, did you see the women with the tattoos?
That's what they never women? There were black and you

(40:42):
know they from Hallow. So I was not getting off
the plane. So that's why you gotta come see me
hollow this weekend. You told on black women. I sure
wouldn't I do it again tomorrow, t K. I am
so disappointed in you. Why why can't you let them
just get on the plane and whins pass you? I
was in a bad move. You know your best part,
the best part of story. The best part of the

(41:05):
story is them on the plane yelling snake right, right right?
But does not everybody know it's a joke. And we
just hate to throw that in the nick because I
know y'all take stuff very very seriously. I don't want
to hit my d I knew he was that too.
I believe this happened. No, no, no, and that women
who this happened to please call us up. Let's see

(41:25):
if somebody to call up just to see real ck
Kirkland has had the most random people calling in. Yes, yes,
I think that he's allegedly done and I'm not sure
who I believe, right, but we do want to ask
do you think that? And this is pick a side, yes,
so pick a side and stay there. Do you believe

(41:45):
that T. K. Kirkland was wrong for telling on these
women for pretending to need wheelchairs so that they can
go past everybody in the line, or do you think
he should mind his business? He was having a bad day,
but that doesn't mean it's okay. Yes, that's so true
for you to do that. Now take everything into account,
he said. The two women, by the way, two black queens. Yeah,
two black queens, right, who why not let them have

(42:07):
that moment to go past, but instead you I did
went and I had a bad day, okay, and that
probably made your day worse. Yes, well I got it
off my chest now, so God, so God dropped the charge, Jasmine,
What are your thoughts? I think t K should have
minded his business. Fab Are you really gonna say that
on the air. I thought we had a kidnaped ship.

(42:31):
I thought we was moving in the right direct to Jack,
you're throwing me under the bus, Jack, I am, okay, Okay,
that's I mean, if you go to six flags, you
can also cut the line in that way. Yeah, you
ain't gonna cut the line of six flags. Can I
tell you something really quick that I used to do
that I'm ashamed of. Okay, Um. I would act like
I had an injury so that I can get on
the plane first. Before I used to get a first
class all the time. I used to do that so

(42:51):
I can get on the plan. Before I was a
senior citizen. I was a senior citizen. Like when they
said people with UM services and he helped to get
I act like I have a lamp and walked towards
the thing. And once I passed everybody the Lord. It
was a miracle. I just walk fifties and I'm gonna
call this pick a side? Are you with or against

(43:12):
TK Kirkland. It's way up with Anngela ye side. Stay
there all right, It's way up with Angela Ye. I'm
Angela yee. And Jasmine from the Jasmine brand is here. Yes.
TK Kirkland is here, Yes I am. And he did
something that was despicable words on two black women because
they were in wheelchairs and he saw them walk before

(43:34):
they got into wheelchairs. If they walk like that, and
he saw them get in a wheelchair zip passed him
on the frontier flights right, and they called him a
snitch the whole flight for trying to tell. But it
turns out there was a twist to all of this.
When he went to go and snitch on these black queens,
they actually were in cahoots with the women who he

(43:56):
went to go snitch. Too. Funny, how God has a
sense of human funny, How God has a sense of Now,
we want to see whose side are you on on?
Pick a side? Do you agree with T. K Kirkland?
These women had no right to go pass him in
a wheelchair. It's so dramatic right now to get on

(44:17):
this flight. Never mind the centuries of pain they've had
to deal with Black Harry as burdens on their back.
That probably is the reason why they needed the wheelchair
in the first place. Or do you agree with Angela
and Jasmine let them live? Yeah, okay, everything doesn't. We
gotta fight every day. Mind your business. Let Cassandra, what

(44:40):
do you think. Hi's beautiful, but you need to mind. Yes, baby,
you're right, honey, you're absolutely right. Because two weeks ago,
my friends right um as I'm standing there by the
gate for her, she's been coasting a wheelchair. I was like, ship,

(45:03):
what's up? She said, it was too much from you
the war. That's that. Every time we're traveling, she's the
only one who gets wheelchairs, but she does it sit
them well too. Okay, she takes whoever gave her all,
but everybody else she zips past. Yes, she can'd mind yours? Yes, dull,
and I will from this moment on. Okay, well maybe
you should get it. Well. I love you so much. Angela,

(45:25):
you love you too, Thank you, love you, and make
sure you come to my should this weekend. I am
coming as both of us are coming well to you there? Okay, great? Thanks?
Don't you a wheelchair? Lula? Pick a side? Hi, I
am not. I'm on the lady side. I'm not on
TJ side. Okay. So you think it should mind his

(45:46):
business with these women are using their wheelchairs to cut
the line, especially against black women. I mean you can't racist? Yeah, absolutely,
a white woman racist against god women said I could
do the white people. You can absolutely. I mean you
shouldn't do it at all. You should always find your business.

(46:08):
But if we're gonna do it, you know what I'm saying.
And I just want to know, will you forgive me?
I will forgive you. Thank you do. We're gonna give
you two tickets to the show um this weekend in
hallom at Um Comedy in hallm Okay, so we'll take
your stuff. Ye, stay on the line and we'll give
you some tickets. Thank you so much. Yeah, that's what
you really forgive me? Right, you forgave one. Yes, man,

(46:30):
let's not go after the show a good time. Let
me be a whole bunch of women and wheelchairs at
this show. Rack, what's good? What's up? I don't with
t K on this? Yeah, of course, ye don't on
this women. Y'all want to equal right, y'all get equal

(46:50):
treatment across the boy. T K, we're fighting women twenty three.
I love your family, I love you. Really. What I
was out, well, I did anybody want to be on
my side? This has got to be a number women.
Oh no, I'm not fighting. No, don't say fighting women.
Just I can't be on that side of the fighting women.

(47:13):
And she just looked at me. I felt my daughter,
and my daughter did not play with me, got that look.
She was about to check me out. Let's get to yah.
So let me tell you. Listen, you're saying. Listen, flyer,
you're saying all the wrong things. Just say I agree
with t K and then say TK. You take it

(47:36):
from there, So I'm gonna take it from there. I
want to say thank you for agreeing with me. I
was just having a bad moment that day, and it's
really just a true comedy moment in my head that
I thought was funny. So I take something and I
see it and I put the twist on it. But
I want to also thank you for just standing up
beside me. But you was getting ready to take us

(47:56):
down the path that we wouldn't believe to come back
with I'm also going to I'm also gonna give you
two tickets to Comedy and Harlem this weekend at the
show mission you come through and we could talk about it.
Then alright, play to play a pick already, Okay, stay
on the line, they'll get your name. Okay, all right, right,
thank your family, all right? It out him as Carler.

(48:18):
We are doing pick a side. Do you agree with
um Angela and Jasmine or with TK Kirkland when it
comes to see that day Kirkland, that's all the way,
because I have a I have a family member that
does it, and she'll fly somewhere, she'll take a wheelchair
and act like she can walk, and then she get

(48:39):
up the plane, go to her party and then right
back home and they don't have wheelchairs with some people
that really need them. And then when I confront her
about it, she'll say, oh, well, you don't know how
I was feeling. Oh I don't, but I saw you
on Facebook look like you were feeling good, dropping it
like it was hot after same, So he's BK. Kudos
to you, brother and Angela, great show, Jasmine brand. You

(49:01):
guys are amazing. King I love you, got your stuff together.
We're gonna give you two tickets. We're gonna give you
two tickets to Comedy and hallm this weekend. Please stay
on the line. We got you, my man, and thank
you for explaining your reason for choosing my side. I
like that. Yeah, I'm in Atlanta, man. I wish I
couldn't make it, Okay, So I'll be in Atlanta Uptown

(49:22):
Comedy Theater the last week of April. Just sent me
on my Instagram a t K underscool Kirkland. I'll make
sure you get tickets to the show. And I got you, Okay.
I really appreciate it all because you agreed with him.
All right, Well, it seems like it's a tie. TK.
Some people agree with you and some people did not
two and two. All right, Well, thank you for participating

(49:45):
in pick aside. And when we come back, we have
a wealth Wednesday's it's a Wednesday, but it's also time
to get ready for a Memorial weekend. It's also time
to get ready for fourth of July vacation for a
Labor Day weekend. And if you are a plan aheader
like TK Birkland, as you're getting ready for the holiday, vacations,
Thanksgiving and Christmas, and we're gonna tell you how to

(50:05):
get your money up so your money doesn't go down.
It's the Way Up with Angela Ye. Wealth Wednesdays when
we come back kind a dream of wealthy and I
don't mind sharing my wealth dog getting you straight financially,
mentally and physically. This is Wealth Wednesday on Way Up
with Angela Yee. Yes, it is Way Up with Angela. Ye.
I'm Angela Yee and T. K. Kirkland is guest hosting. Yes,

(50:27):
Jasmine from the Jasmine brand is here. Yes, And for
Wealth Wednesday today, we want to do something that's fun
because I'm not taking any vacations until July, just because
the show has just started. But I'm already planning for
that trip. Okay, where you going, m We have a
couple of different options, either Saint Martin or Turks and Cacos. Okay,
both of them are nice. I like Saint Martin because

(50:49):
when you when you're actually coming there, how beautiful that
water looks, and how the homes are in the mountains
there in Saint Martin. Yeah, so well those are the
two choices that we like. Both places. Which are you
gonna it's a quick trip because it's only a few days.
Oh to you. Um, if I was going to be
gone for like ten days, okay, I would love that,

(51:11):
But that's not going to happen anytime soon, just because
we have this new show we're doing. But what we
want to do for Wealth Wednesday today is talk about
how you can effectively budget and plan for that vacation
so that when the time comes around, you don't feel like,
oh my goodness, I have to spend all this money
all at once, right, and we should be planning ahead.

(51:31):
So I want to hear some tips from you guys.
I tell you one thing that I do is every
year I save up all my points and I actually
have a Delta AMEX card that I use because I
fly Delta all the time, and then I have American
Express points and so combined, at the end of the year,
I always have a nice amount of points so that
I'm able to use those miles and points to get

(51:53):
a free flight and sometimes also a free room. Now,
when I book my hotel rooms, usually use one of
the apps like Expedia, and you get points every time
you book rooms too, and so with that you end
up getting money off your room. So right now I
have like seven hundred dollars credit okay, you know for hotels,
so I can use that to apply. So imagine you
get the flight paid for because all year long you've

(52:15):
been using this card that has rewards and points, so
now you're not paying for a flight. And then with
the room, by the time it's time to book for
the room, you have these points that you can use.
And you have to know a season too, because some
hotels the prices go up. Yeah. Quick question Andrews an expert,
what do you do with people who don't have the
experience the knowledge to get points. How would you suggest

(52:36):
to how they could save up to go on the trip. Well,
first you got to start cutting back on expenses when
you know, I also have a separate account that I
put money in that's just specific for a trip. And
then our job actually has this, and you should check
with your jobs too. Sometimes your job might have special
discount rates at hotels, and so you should see if

(52:58):
they have access because a lot of you feelup here
didn't know that we had that until I was talking
about it one day and they were like, oh, I know,
we had that that. Yeah, So sometimes there's programs at
your job where you can make that happen. Okay. Also,
if you're going with a group of people, if you
can rent a house yeah, on Airbnb for instance, instead
of each of you getting hotel rooms. That way you

(53:19):
can get food if there's a kitchen, right it cuts back.
Oh yeah, definitely. The only thing sucks about the airbnbs
is the cleaning fee sometimes, but it does even out.
If you're gonna basically say it's don't be a bump. Yeah,
Can we talk about some of the the cheapest countries
to visit. Yeah. And the other thing we're gonna say
is when you're going places sometimes if you go off season,
not when everybody's traveling, the flights are cheaper and the

(53:40):
hotels are cheaper. Just like with Ta Cares. One of
my ways still to this day and I've been doing
it over thirty eight years. Book your ticket early, four
months in the van. I guarantee you you'll be shocked
with how much money you'll save. Right. Yeah, book away
in advance and you have a cheap flight and one
last thing before you get to the cheapest places to go.

(54:01):
Another thing I would say also is sometimes you Mike
got to get a little extracide gig for a period
of time. Yeah, so true, just because people do that,
and it's nice when you have a goal that you're
working towards something. I like people who do that. Set
a goal, be like this is how much money it's
going to cost, and then committed to what you want
to do. Okay, okay. So the ten cheapest countries to visit.

(54:22):
Number ten is Greece. You ain't coming back. The number
nine is Portugal coming back. Number eight is Dominican Republic.
Number seven is Mexico, Number six is Costa Rica. Number
five is Hungry. Number four is Thailand. Number three is Indonesia.
Number two is Turket. Number one is how do you
say this? I can't see it right here, laos La.

(54:46):
I would like to go to time the time never.
I feel like that flight is expensive, but once you
get there is cheap. Yeah, yes, we'll see. All right,
Well that is your wealth Wednesday, because I know everybody.
Everybody's getting ready for their vacation out to Angela. And
we do have ask ye when we come back. Eight

(55:06):
hundred two nine two fifty one fifty is and I'm
to call this up if you have any questions. We
can help. It's way up with Angela Ye, Angela's dropping facts.
Ask what's app is way up with Angela Ye? I'm
Angela Ye. T. K. Kirkland is here, Jasmine from the
Jasmine brand is here, and we are doing ask you
you get to call in and ask for advice on anything. Hello,

(55:27):
who's this anonymous caller? O? My god, I can't believe
what got through? Hey you guys say how to TK Kirkland? Oh,
what's good? TK? What's going on? Player? Man? I'm coming
to your showing on. That's what's up. That's what I'd
like to hear. All right, Well what's your question for ask? Ye?

(55:47):
All right? So this is um, my girlfriend and my
best friend hate each other and I have no idea
what to do. Okay, Um, it's like, like my girlfriend,
you could now grow your best My best friend and
my best friends come here and leave my girlfriend. So
I'm just stuck in the middle. Why do they not
like each other? Like? What did something happen? Well, my

(56:11):
best friend likes to make a lot of like stupid
jokes that can come off his rule, but I know
he won't mean nothing buy it. And my girlfriend's extremely sensitive. Okay,
So I'm just like, I think it's little, but they
just can't seem to get along. I'll say this, I've
seen this situation happened. I actually had a buss whom

(56:34):
everybody hated. His his fiance, and he used to be like, well,
you don't have to like my wife, so I'm the
only one that has to like her. Did they end
up working out? I know they actually did end up
wreaking up later on down the line, okay, but however,
that's not the point. He went hard for it. And
I also feel like, if your friend is really your
best friend, then he's gonna have to just kind of

(56:57):
just when he's around her, knowing that she's said right,
because he would do that out of respect for you example,
we don't you just keep them away from each other
that too, But I'm sure at times or who's easy
to replace the girlfriend is easier though. I mean, I
would try not to have to each other. I know
sometimes that's kind of impossible, right, you know, to do.

(57:19):
But if that's really your friend, then he should be
a sensitive because it feels like he does things that
because of their personality, she gets offended easily, and she's
sensitive and he says things that offend her. You know,
I think that he should try to just adjust that
when he's around her, just knowing that sometimes the reaction

(57:40):
is not there the way that he would want it
to be. So beast, don't say grow up man, and
and just keep them away from each other. You're playing
like you're eighteen years old. You're grown. Just keep them
away from each other. You spend time with your boy,
spend time with your girl. They shoudn't even be around
each other anyway, because they started liking each other dating.
You really get upset. She can't have that. It's right,

(58:01):
keep him way from each other because she's your attractor.
She definitely is alright, keep your dude away from your
girl period. Okay, there it is, keeping separate Angela, all right,
thank you, thank you. All right. Well that was asking.
And when we come back, we have last word. That's
when you guys get to call in and just have

(58:24):
your last comments. Maybe you want to weigh in on
something on the show that you didn't get a chance
to get through. Maybe you want to call while we're
not even on the air. Eight hundred two nine two
fifty one fifty is a number you can always do
that last word next, hake up the phone gets your
voice heard? What the word gets the last word? On
Way up with Angela Yee? What's up? It's way up

(58:48):
with Angela. Yeah, I'm Angela Yee. And that's Jasmine from
the Jasmine brand. And that over there is T K.
Kirkland Sance Snitch. And if you missed the show earlier,
he told on two women for using wheelchairs to cut
the lines. Right, He's ten toes down with that snitch episode.

(59:10):
And the one thing is, if you decided to be
a snitch, you gotta really like just go all the
way in. Yes, you got to commit, Yeah you do, Yeah,
you do have to commit. I'm committed to it. And
then after he did it, he still is like, yes,
I snitched and I wasn't wrong, and I'm ten toes
down in my Snitcher doched it snitcher them. And now
to this day, I push people who are innocent in
the wheelchair for nothing. If I see them standing they're

(59:32):
waiting for the wheel chair pushers, I take and volunteer
and push them at least three gates. See you feel bad? Yeah,
and I just let them go and whatever happens, what
happens up in the third gate. I don't know because
I pushed them already they're gone. But if they're going
the wrong direction, I'm sorry. Hopefully somebody canna get you.
That is something though, that when you see somebody and
you're like, really supposed Yeah, exactly, because I see that

(59:55):
as six flags. Yes, it does happen in the airport,
right right, especially the one that put their leg out
like it's a broke and then they take the wood
off and they start walking. It's like, yo, and I'm
not really a snitch, everybody, so don't take that thing
too seriously in the world. I don't know why this
mic sounds so low, Okay, snitches, snitches have low mics

(01:00:19):
trying to snitch. Angela and T Can I just say
something and I say this all the time, Angela, we
are so blessed, we are sobing less, we are so yes, yes, yes, yes,
for sure, so many ways. Yeah, there's a doctor listening.
Jasmine has this persistent cough has been like three weeks. Yeah,
it's not a cough, it's a throat clearing that is
annoying to you all listening. That's not me, that was

(01:00:40):
Angela just out Yeah, Yeah, I'm going to the doctor.
I'm flying back to I'm going to the doctor from y'all.
Stop stop not saying y'all that's going on. I'm going
to the doctor from hopefully. Would y'all play stop it's
your fault. I'm being cough shamed. Remember when coffee met
covid exactly you had two coughs, two sniffles. I go

(01:01:02):
almost sniffles, almost sniffles. But again, thank you guys for
listening today. Of course we will be back tomorrow and Friday.
Actually have to go to Cincinnati. Yes, I have a
good time. Yeah, so I'll be in Cincinnati having a lass. Alright,

brother Geo and many does everything for me. Little do
you know. I look up to them and yeah, do

I would love to meet you one day and just
want you to know that you do have a secret

was just listening to story about a young lady who

(01:02:05):
has been taking care of her sister and her sister
thinks that she is her mother regarding to her one
hundred and three year old mom. I agree with what
you guys said that it probably is best to let
her mom pass and then perhaps that woman could have
let her sister know what the deal is. But also
I think that me me, her sister would probably like

(01:02:27):
to hug her mother for real before she passes, knowing
that that was her mom. It's kind of a difficult
situation that gave me the chills, and uh, you know,
I just wanted to friends and love Thanks so much
for everything you guys though. I have a great weekend.
