Adida's shareholders have filed a class action lawsuit against the brand.

They're saying that they did not warn.

Investors about the anti semitism and extreme behavior exhibited by
Kanye West before their partnership ended last year, and the
lawsuit and that lawsuit was filed on Friday, by the Way.

In the federal court.

Shareholders allege that Adidas routinely ignored his behavior as early
as twenty eighteen, and that senior execs ignored serious issues
that affected the Easy partnership, which were his anti Semitic
remarks and troubling public comments about slavery. So, they said
in a report from that year, Adidas was generally alluding
to the risk rather than stating that the company had
actually considered ending the partnership as a result of Kanye's

personal behavior, and they're saying that. Add the lassuit also
said Adidas was aware and failed to take a meaningful
precautionary measures, so.

we outright reject these unfounded claims and will take on

I guess there were some decisions that had to do

they did not file the necessary paperwork for final permits,

festival organizers in a timely matter. They said, we asked

and the taxpayers of Atlantic City. The event was fast
approaching and these issues were still unresolved, so people had

the Kid sexually assaulted her in January and prevented her

consensual sex, and she managed to get free, she claims,
And she says that rich the kid allegedly went back
to her home where they had more sex, but this time,
according to the lawsuit, the sex was consensual that resulted

foot studio, Wow, and that is for future film and
TV projects. He shared a video of it on Instagram

look deal also, so this is something that was announced previously,

but it also will give them first DIBs on scripted
and unscripted film and TV content from the company, and
the rights to live stream the upcoming Rock the Bells
Festival that'll be held in August in Queen's at Forest
Hill Stadium. It's going to be fifty years a hip
hop that they're celebrating this year. That's dope, all right,
So that's a big deal too. And then another thing,
you know, I love looking at what people are investing in.
