Speaker 1 (05:30):
Yes, I met her yesterday. Okay, okay, wonderful woman, good morning.

Speaker 3 (05:35):
Tell us why you want to shine a light on Mana.
We got to hear this, yes, because he's a sweetheart.

Speaker 11 (05:40):
Got a lot of people get to a certain place
and you know they might not want to interact with people.
But Mano was so dope and nice and respectable.

Speaker 3 (05:53):
Attractive women. That's why she's she's.

Speaker 1 (05:55):
A good woman.

Speaker 8 (05:56):
That's why black queen.

Speaker 11 (05:59):
But then I wanted to try to like, oh, my daughter,
because my daughter met him at a project he did with.

Speaker 1 (06:05):
The mayor's office.

Speaker 10 (06:06):
Right, he said, yes, she told she told me that.

Speaker 11 (06:10):
She said, may my mom loves you. And then I
got to meet him yesterday. So I want to shout
the light on key Arrow, who was like talking at
Randa University student and doing her thing in marketing and
independent Yes.

Speaker 3 (06:21):
Kara, okay, And you know Mano loves women with kids.
I only have one, so I don't know about that.
The whole conversation.

Speaker 1 (06:31):
You know, you gotta stop, you gotta stop.

Speaker 3 (06:33):
Step let you could you could do without the kids.

Speaker 10 (06:40):

you don't work out whoa Okay, you ain't got to
push no bottles to the side to read to them.

Speaker 12 (06:58):
Absolutely not.

Speaker 3 (07:00):
We know how to worry about the playing with cabbages,
none of them really first gas all the.

Speaker 1 (07:05):
Way, nice talking.

Speaker 3 (07:07):
I like this Obioma. All right, we thank you for calling.

Speaker 8 (07:11):
That's what's up.

Speaker 10 (07:12):
Take care.

Speaker 1 (07:15):
Well.

Speaker 3 (07:15):
That would shine a light out. I'm eight hundred two
nineteen fifty one fifty. In case you can't get through,
you can still call us up for the last word
and shine a light. Brought to you by Born in
Roma by Valentino, available at Macy's. Don't forget Mother's Day
is coming up, though I thought i'd throw that out
there too. And when we come back, we have your
yee t and let's discuss Chris Brown and Usher. We'll
break down what was happening on social media and what

(07:36):
we actually saw in real life. It's way up with
Angela ye, this says.

Speaker 5 (07:40):
In the rooms from industry shade to all the gossip
out Angela's feeling that EyeT.

Speaker 3 (07:48):
Yes, it's way up with Angela.

Speaker 1 (07:49):
Yee.

Speaker 3 (07:50):
I'm Angela yee. Jasmine from the Jasmine brand is here,
good morning, and Maino is in the building and we
are doing yeet. So over the weekend we saw there
were a lot of reports about Chris Brown versus Usher. Now,
at first they were saying there was a scuffle between
the two of them and that we didn't know exactly
what happened. Then I saw Love B Scott reported and

(08:11):
said that there was an issue where Chris Brown doesn't
get along with Tiana Taylor and it was a surprise
birthday party the Usher threw for Chris Brown and he
saw Tiana Taylor there and was upset and then he
I guess Usher followed him out of the club and
tried to calm things down, and then according to reports,
Chris Brown and his security jumped Usher. That's what they

(08:33):
were saying, right, and that he had a bloody nose.
But then you saw the Lovers and Friends festival, Usher
looked very unbothered, undamaged. We didn't see that there was
any type of bruising or anything, because at first they
said he had bruised ribs, a broken nose, his face
is messed up. They said he will power through the show.
And when we saw the Lovers and Friends Festival, it

(08:54):
looked like nothing.

Speaker 4 (08:55):
Was wrong, you know how I know something happened.

Speaker 8 (08:58):
How you know, how you know?

Speaker 6 (09:00):
I don't know, but but usher Son said something on Instagram.

Speaker 3 (09:03):
Yeah, he alluded to and then he said he's not
taking any calls from people.

Speaker 1 (09:06):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (09:07):
And and also yeah, I think something happened. Maybe it's
not exactly what.

Speaker 3 (09:10):
It wasn't as big a deal.

Speaker 6 (09:12):
Yeah, maybe it wasn't a jump situation, could have been
a little Tousso it appears that something didn't happen though.

Speaker 1 (09:17):
Maybe a little maybe a little chef.

Speaker 3 (09:19):
Yeah, And they said that he had an issue with
Tiana Taylor for pulling out of some performance that was
a Michael j Michael Jackson tribute.

Speaker 6 (09:28):
But you know, Usher is still not that matters. Usher
is still following Chris Brown on Instagram. I don't know
if that means anything a.

Speaker 1 (09:34):
Beat up because it's you don't ever put hands on Usher.

Speaker 3 (09:40):
This is would also be like the matrix and move
out of the way.

Speaker 1 (09:43):
You never you never did, you never touched.

Speaker 6 (09:46):
Usher and Chris Brown seemed to be really good friends.
So I mean, as a guy, you guys get into
a little scuffle sometimes with each other and then you
you're fine the next day.

Speaker 1 (09:54):
No, okay.

Speaker 3 (09:55):
Well, Chris Brown also did perform at Lovers and Friends
after this quote unquote brawl that happened over an argument
with Tianna Taylor, and Usher posted a variety of videos
behind the scenes. Then there was footage of Chris Brown
and they said he was arguing backstage at the concert,
but he made it very clear what happened with that situation.

(10:17):
He responded, and he spoke out on his page. He said,
y'all being geeked all weekend. Y'all dragging it.

Speaker 13 (10:23):
Now.

Speaker 3 (10:23):
It was mad people backstage and security was trying to
clear everyone off the stage. People started pushing back. I
intervened to let them know my child was back there,
so y'all can keep your narrative. So he did respond
to that one.

Speaker 4 (10:33):
Yeah, but you ain't respond to the other one, which
is fine.

Speaker 3 (10:36):
Yeah, that's fine.

Speaker 13 (10:37):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (10:37):
If y'all had some type of situation, nobody's addressing it.
So maybe there's a let's not talk about this publicly
and make it bigger than what.

Speaker 1 (10:44):
It was, right, because when you talk about it, it
actually just gets bigger.

Speaker 3 (10:48):
And everybody's been reporting about it and then saying, oh,
y'all is wrong there to get they're fine, and it
could have been just something that was not that big
a deal.

Speaker 1 (10:57):
Yeah, sometimes it's just better than not to say nothing
at all.

Speaker 3 (11:00):
All right, And Boosy was arrested over the weekend in
San Diego and that was for a legal possession of
a firearm allegedly now according to the San Diego County Jail,
he was booked on four charges fell in possession of
a firearm, can sell carry weapon in a vehicle, possession
of ammunition by a prohibited person, and unlisted owner of
arrested firearm. According to reports, though he did bond out

(11:21):
of jail as of Sunday afternoon.

Speaker 4 (11:24):
Moosie got a hand full of hair?

Speaker 3 (11:28):
What is that to do with this?

Speaker 4 (11:29):
Nothing? Just look at I'm just looking at the picture
that you and I was just.

Speaker 3 (11:34):
Like, you guys have a good hairline. It does.

Speaker 4 (11:38):
It says he's forty, he got a good he got
a good head of hair.

Speaker 3 (11:41):
It's that boosy fade.

Speaker 4 (11:43):
Is that boosy fad? All right?

Speaker 3 (11:44):
Well, that is your yee t. And when we come back,
we have about last night. That's where we talked about
what we did last night and how that pertains to you.
It'll be some things that you can definitely relate to
it's way up at the Angela yee.

Speaker 1 (11:55):
Yeah last night.

Speaker 5 (11:57):
So about last night last night that went down?

Speaker 3 (12:03):
Yes, it's way yep, but Angela yee. I'm Angela Yee.
Jasmine from the Jasmine Brand is here and Mano is here.

Speaker 8 (12:08):
Yeah, and we.

Speaker 3 (12:09):
Are talking about last night. And now I was talking
to Mano and Jasmine about this movie theater that just
opened that I saw is called Look. It's one of
the dining theaters. You dining movie theaters.

Speaker 7 (12:20):
You know.

Speaker 3 (12:20):
I love going to ipic theaters. I like that experience.
The last movie I saw in the movies, though, was
The Woman King. I haven't gone to the movie since then,
and I know I need to go back. I see
all these movies that I want to go see. But Mano,
you went to the movies over the weekend.

Speaker 8 (12:35):
Yeah, I saw Guardians of the Galaxy.

Speaker 3 (12:37):
Okay. By the way, that movie made one hundred and
fourteen million dollars over the weekend domestically. It's the second
highest opening for the Guardians franchise.

Speaker 4 (12:46):
I feel like that's a long movie. Was that a
long movie?

Speaker 1 (12:48):
Mayno, Yeah, it's a Marvel movie. All Marvel movies alone.

Speaker 3 (12:51):
All right, But going to the movies is expensive. Let
me see how much a ticket costs? Because I'm looking
at Mayo because I know you have a hack for us. Yeahs,
as for us, what type of theory did you go to?
Was it one of the dining of course?

Speaker 1 (13:06):
AMC dining?

Speaker 3 (13:07):
Okay, let me see how much. Let me see how
much a ticket is for the AMC dinings.

Speaker 4 (13:11):
Mayo got money, that's.

Speaker 3 (13:14):
It because I know you was in there, probably buying popcorn.

Speaker 1 (13:17):
But I bought children's tickets. What I bought children?

Speaker 4 (13:20):
You buy children's tickets?

Speaker 3 (13:22):
Yes, you are lying.

Speaker 1 (13:24):
I bought child tickets.

Speaker 6 (13:25):
Let me ask you this. When you went to the
movies yesterday, did you go by yourself or did you
bring someone?

Speaker 1 (13:30):
My son?

Speaker 3 (13:31):
Okay, uh, your son is grown, you got you got
him kids ticket too.

Speaker 8 (13:35):
Yeah, everybody gets kids tickets.

Speaker 3 (13:37):
So they think it's two kids going into this.

Speaker 1 (13:39):
They're not looking.

Speaker 4 (13:40):
How much is a kid's ticket?

Speaker 8 (13:41):
Roughly it's less than the.

Speaker 4 (13:45):
So when you bring a date, do you do that
with your date?

Speaker 8 (13:48):
Everything is children's tickets?

Speaker 4 (13:50):
How long have you been doing that?

Speaker 8 (13:51):
For a long time?

Speaker 3 (13:53):
An adult?

Speaker 8 (13:54):
About thirty forty fifty times.

Speaker 6 (13:56):
Has anyone ever come up to you and said sir
one time, and how did you handle that situation?

Speaker 1 (14:01):
They said, uh, oh, you have a children's ticket. This
is wrong. I said, why would it be children's tickets?
I reversed it, why would it be a child ticket?

Speaker 2 (14:09):
Okay?

Speaker 3 (14:10):
So it says a ticket price for an adult is
seventeen to twenty dollars and for children is twelve to fifteen.

Speaker 7 (14:16):
Here you go.

Speaker 4 (14:17):
Okay.

Speaker 6 (14:18):
So it's interesting that people with money, like Mao, they
like to skimp on things like like this, like I
don't want to pay for a twenty dollars ticket.

Speaker 1 (14:25):
I'm going to act like I'm.

Speaker 3 (14:26):
A child and buy a child's ticket.

Speaker 1 (14:29):
We just listen. It doesn't matter. They sell children tickets
all day long.

Speaker 3 (14:35):
But what if it's it rated ar movie. Aren't you
supposed to have an adult with you?

Speaker 1 (14:37):
You're not looking.

Speaker 3 (14:40):
Everybody who works at a movie theater right now. If
you see me, ask to see a ticket coming in.

Speaker 7 (14:49):
Yes, too many.

Speaker 8 (14:50):
People going into a movie.

Speaker 6 (14:53):
That is one of the reasons why you do the
cheaper ticket, so that you can buy more food and popcorn.

Speaker 8 (14:58):
It's just once A started doing it, that was like,
oh this works.

Speaker 3 (15:02):
So you just randomly tried it.

Speaker 4 (15:04):
Do you bring food into the theater, or you buy
food there.

Speaker 8 (15:07):
Stop playing with me.

Speaker 3 (15:08):
Oh you know what you could do?

Speaker 8 (15:10):
She definitely brings food with this Angela.

Speaker 3 (15:12):
Yeah, definitely not like to order. That's part of the experience.
But I also don't go to the movies a whole lot,
So it's not like I've definitely and I like movies.

Speaker 8 (15:21):
You don't go much because you don't nobody.

Speaker 3 (15:22):
Nobody, Nobody likes me movie theaters where there's a restaurant
inside too, and then you can sit in order from
the sea. It's fun.

Speaker 1 (15:29):
But if if I have took you to the theater,
then we get into children.

Speaker 4 (15:33):
We can't get to adult tickets for what. I just
something different.

Speaker 8 (15:37):
Why what difference.

Speaker 1 (15:38):
Does it make.

Speaker 8 (15:38):
We're going to watch the movies.

Speaker 1 (15:39):
We're gonna pick the seat.

Speaker 3 (15:40):
Some people like jas Men believe that if you pay
more for it, it's a better experience.

Speaker 8 (15:44):
Nah, yeah, that's what you're going wrong.

Speaker 3 (15:46):
Now, there's a disease that you could say you have.
It's called Hutchinson Gilford progeria syndrome. I did a deep dive.
It's a genetic condition characterized by the dramatic rapid appearance
of aging beginning in childhood. So you can say that
you're a child, but that you have this. It's kind of,
I guess, like a reverse Benjamin button.

Speaker 8 (16:04):
So I can say that I have that.

Speaker 3 (16:06):
Yeah you can.

Speaker 6 (16:06):
You've been doing this thing for a ticket thing for
a while. Yeah, okay, what are the concerts?

Speaker 1 (16:10):
Do you ever?

Speaker 7 (16:11):
No?

Speaker 1 (16:11):
We just walk in? All right?

Speaker 3 (16:13):
Excuse me, excuse me? All right. Well I missed the
days when I used to be able to go from
theater to theater and be in the movie.

Speaker 1 (16:21):
I've never done that.

Speaker 3 (16:22):
I've definitely done that. I spend a whole day. I've
done Now you have to like reserve seats.

Speaker 1 (16:27):
So right, you pick it seats, you pick one child,
two child, child children?

Speaker 3 (16:33):
Yeah, okay, all right, well mayno, thank you for sharing.
I believe that's called stealing childhood.

Speaker 1 (16:38):
Yeah yeah, blowing me up now now I'm not gonna
be able to do it no more that.

Speaker 4 (16:41):
You're still try.

Speaker 3 (16:42):
All right, Well, you guys, when we come back, we
have tell us a secret. That's where you guys get
to call in and tell us something that maybe you've
never told anybody.

Speaker 1 (16:50):
Tell us.

Speaker 3 (16:53):
It's no judgment, it's anonymous. It's way up at Angela.

Speaker 1 (16:56):
Yee, this is a judgment.

Speaker 2 (16:57):
Freeze on, tell us the secret.

Speaker 3 (17:00):
Yes, it's way up at Angela ye, I'm Angela yee.
Calm down, Minos, Jasmine is here.

Speaker 4 (17:06):
Good morning, guys, and.

Speaker 3 (17:07):
We are getting ready for it. Tell us a secret now,
this is Mano's segments. And don't y'all be trying to
call here and make stuff up to impressing me there
so that.

Speaker 4 (17:16):
He can call you to start that might be happening.

Speaker 3 (17:18):
Alright, all these legendary out to my legends out there,
oh my gosh, legendary stuff. But any type of secret,
maybe something you've never told anybody, or very limited people
know about, or people don't know the whole story. We
are here for you to listen, no judgment. Sometimes it
helps to just put it in the atmosphere and take
the burden off yourself. All right, anonymous, calor what's up?

Speaker 1 (17:41):
Hey?

Speaker 14 (17:41):
How you doing? Good afternoon?

Speaker 3 (17:43):
Good afternoon? Or good morning?

Speaker 1 (17:45):
Really?

Speaker 8 (17:46):
What's up?

Speaker 1 (17:48):
Yah?

Speaker 14 (17:49):
Much?

Speaker 3 (17:51):
I don't like this? All right, let's let's hear your secret.

Speaker 14 (17:54):
So I had two baby moms, right, I was messing
with both of them, but both of them thought that
I wasn't messing with the other one. And I had
them living in the same crib for like two three months,
Like I was getting it off, you feel me, and
I was both like every night. It was crazy. Nah,
they didn't know the way I was playing. It was

(18:15):
so crazy. Plus they worked different schedules so they barely
saw each other, but my kids was playing together. You
feel me. It was great for all of us.

Speaker 1 (18:22):
You had the kids together, right Yeah?

Speaker 14 (18:25):
Yeah, yeah, I mean you feel me. Now they still
once they found out feel me, they was mad at me.
But my kids still get to see each other, so
it's still a win for me.

Speaker 3 (18:34):
They did find out, so it's not really a scene.

Speaker 1 (18:36):
Oh he's a legend because he kept the kids together,
and that's that's a good man.

Speaker 3 (18:40):
Yeah, I want to know how you put this out?
Which were you sleeping in?

Speaker 9 (18:44):
See?

Speaker 14 (18:44):
The thing is like you feel me. I would say
I was tired of something, and I go stay on
the couch and they stay in their own little room.
So I had a three bedroom crib, so my kids
had their own room. They had a room, you feel me.
And when one would go to work, you work thirstif
I'll go mess with her, And then when she would
get off, my other baby mom would go to work
and I go mess with her and did the right thing.

(19:06):
But I even took them both to my cousin winning
at the same time. Be crazy.

Speaker 1 (19:11):
You did the right thing, Bro. You kept the kids together, kids,
the kids bought the kids, and he bought his women.

Speaker 3 (19:18):
Yeah, it stressful for you.

Speaker 14 (19:21):
I mean, it wasn't really stressful until you feel me.
They started getting curious about certain things, or if I,
like I say, I did smack one, he would be like, dang,
why why you ain't trying? Good night type.

Speaker 1 (19:35):
So what you should have did, Bro, was sat them
down and had a conversation with them together and said, look,
we're gonna do this.

Speaker 8 (19:42):
That's what you should have did.

Speaker 7 (19:43):
That.

Speaker 8 (19:44):
They would have built the state statue about him for that.

Speaker 4 (19:46):
But that may not. That doesn't always work.

Speaker 1 (19:48):
No, But because he was already there, he was already.

Speaker 4 (19:51):
They didn't know. They didn't know.

Speaker 1 (19:53):
They sit them down.

Speaker 8 (19:54):
He sit them down, He comes with you know, with
the conversation.

Speaker 14 (19:58):
I should have. But I was young though, and I
ain't had no man in my life to tell me
no stuff like that, I'm wrong.

Speaker 3 (20:03):
Now you can have a man like man in your life.
You again, all right, Well, thank you for calling.

Speaker 14 (20:09):
Thank you have a good day.

Speaker 3 (20:10):
You thank you?

Speaker 1 (20:11):

Speaker 11 (20:17):

five years.

Speaker 3 (20:19):
You've been going out with your sister in law?

Speaker 1 (20:21):

Speaker 3 (20:22):
Going out with his sister in law? So how is
she your sister in law? My wife's sister, my wife's sister.
So now what's the situation with you? Where your wife?

Speaker 14 (20:31):
I don't know.

Speaker 9 (20:32):
She still doesn't know you some time whenever her sister
comes over is like suspicious in order.

Speaker 11 (20:38):
Man.

Speaker 1 (20:38):
So you're still with your wife, yes, sir? And you
with her sister?

Speaker 12 (20:43):
Yes, sir?

Speaker 3 (20:45):
Do you ever feel like you might get cut?

Speaker 11 (20:47):
I tried to come on, but she keeps coming back.

Speaker 4 (20:51):
What do you What do you like about the sister?

Speaker 7 (20:53):
She came up to me.

Speaker 14 (20:53):
I didn't come on to her.

Speaker 4 (20:54):
Yeah, but what do you like about her?

Speaker 3 (20:56):
I couldn't help it. I couldn't say no.

Speaker 4 (20:58):
What do you What do you like about this stern law?
What's the appealing her lips?

Speaker 8 (21:05):
It's not it's not his fault either, Oh it's not.

Speaker 9 (21:07):
He say no?

Speaker 1 (21:08):
He couldn't say no.

Speaker 3 (21:09):
Why are you trying to cut it off. Then if
you don't feel like it's anything.

Speaker 11 (21:12):
Every time I'm move away, she keeps coming back.

Speaker 3 (21:15):
Do your duty, bro, and you keep letting her come
back do your duty?

Speaker 9 (21:19):
Comes back by herself.

Speaker 3 (21:21):
If you had to choose between the sister in law
and your wife.

Speaker 1 (21:24):
Who would you pick both.

Speaker 14 (21:27):
Both?

Speaker 3 (21:27):
No, don't listen to, don't copy Mayno.

Speaker 4 (21:29):
Okay, which one would you? Which one would you pay?

Speaker 3 (21:31):
Be by a children's tickets?

Speaker 14 (21:33):
I'm a listen on my eye about.

Speaker 3 (21:37):
We're not judging him, So okay, you're not judging you.

Speaker 1 (21:40):
Hey, bro, do what you feel, you understand and do
it as long as you can do it.

Speaker 3 (21:45):
What do you think would happen if your wife found out?

Speaker 14 (21:48):
You'll probably you'll probably live, but you don't care.

Speaker 9 (21:53):
I'm not really sis.

Speaker 3 (21:55):
Okay, Well, thank you anonymous college.

Speaker 1 (21:57):
Good luck.

Speaker 3 (21:57):
Good to know they're still good man out there.

Speaker 4 (22:07):
I can't believe this is crazy?

Speaker 3 (22:09):
What's epnatymous color?

Speaker 12 (22:11):
Hello?

Speaker 3 (22:11):
You want to tell us a secret? Yes? Mariam, Okay,
I'm listening.

Speaker 12 (22:16):
All right. So my boyfriend been talking to this girl
for a while. He didn't know I knew about it.
So I added a girl on Facebook and now me
and her been talking and I think we've about to
start dating him.

Speaker 3 (22:28):
Good, good, Well that's the best revenge.

Speaker 1 (22:31):
That's not revenge at all. She's gonna bring it on
in gosh.

Speaker 12 (22:34):
Yeah, we gonna see what happened.

Speaker 8 (22:35):
But everybody, right, yeah, we're gonna see.

Speaker 3 (22:37):
I mean that is like, so you're enjoying this woman?
You like her? Yeah?

Speaker 6 (22:41):
I like her?

Speaker 12 (22:42):
I see why he like her too?

Speaker 4 (22:43):
What do you like about her?

Speaker 12 (22:45):
She's cool?

Speaker 10 (22:46):
Were the same time, we get along real well.

Speaker 1 (22:48):
This is a good this is it?

Speaker 3 (22:51):
Mann? Listen to what's your I know this.

Speaker 8 (22:53):
Is a good woman right here. She's a good woman.

Speaker 3 (22:56):
You know what's Someboddy? I have a friend who did
that before, But you didn't tell the guys. She just
started dating the other girl on the side.

Speaker 8 (23:03):
Nice.

Speaker 12 (23:04):
Well see, I want to see his reaction when I
say I got a friend and she come in too.

Speaker 3 (23:08):
Do y'all do that often?

Speaker 7 (23:11):
Women?

Speaker 1 (23:11):
We want to see Yeah, see, I go.

Speaker 3 (23:13):
I wish you the best of luck. You sound a
good spirit.

Speaker 4 (23:15):
Can you call us back and tell us how it goes? Okay?

Speaker 3 (23:19):
All right, thank you, good luck.

Speaker 8 (23:21):
It's a good woman man, all right?

Speaker 3 (23:23):
Well that was tell us a secret, of course, eight
hundred nine fifty one fifty is a number you can
always call us. I can leave your anonymous secret. And
when we come back, let's talk about some beef over
the weekend. Machine Gun Kelly is just in Jack Harlowe,
let's discuss. It's way up at Angela Yee.

Speaker 2 (23:38):
She's about to blow the lid ab off this pot.
Let's get it.

Speaker 5 (23:41):
Angela's feeling that yee tea, Come and get your tea.

Speaker 3 (23:45):
Ooh dome for some beef. It's way up at Angela Yee.
And Mano's here. Jasmine from the Jasmine brand is here. Yes,
it was all kind of beef going on over the
Let mean think about it. First, they tried to say
I sharing Chris Brown with beefing. That is neither confirmed
nor denied. Because we saw Chris Brown was at Usher's festival.
It happened lovers and friends, but we don't know if
it was as deep as they tried to say it was.

(24:05):
He didn't look like he had bruce ribs or a
broken nose.

Speaker 8 (24:09):
You didn't see his ribs either, didn't It's.

Speaker 3 (24:11):
A know how hard it is to move around with
bruised ribs.

Speaker 4 (24:14):
Something happened, but maybe not as Yeah, I'm.

Speaker 3 (24:16):
Saying I don't think it was as deep as they
try to say. It was maybe an argument, maybe a push,
a little shoved. All right, Now, other beef that happened,
We saw some podcast beef going down.

Speaker 8 (24:27):
He did no such thing as paulcast.

Speaker 3 (24:28):
Be And then Machine Gun Kelly versus Jack Harlow. Now
Jack Harlow, he put out a new album and he
actually had said this on on one of the tracks.

Speaker 15 (24:41):
Your boy's striving to be the most dominant ever, the
hardest white boy since the one who rapped about prominent
sweaters and hold the comments because I promise you I'm
honestly better than whoever can.

Speaker 3 (24:50):
Be Right there, They don't love it.

Speaker 1 (24:52):
I like that.

Speaker 3 (24:53):
That's Jack Carlo has a pretty good album too, I
will say, Jack, So what's so, what's the problem? All right? Well,
the problem is is that he said he's the hardest
white boy since the one who rapped about vomit and
sweaters and hold the comments because I promise you I'm
honestly better.

Speaker 7 (25:07):
Oo.

Speaker 8 (25:08):
Okay, someboddy you came up with?

Speaker 10 (25:11):
Yeh?

Speaker 3 (25:11):
Then then whoever came to your head? Right then? That's
what he says. So now Machine Gun Kelly then went
ahead and freestyle over Renegade, the jay Z song that
features Eminem, and here is what Machine Gun Kelly had
to say.

Speaker 15 (25:23):
Make sure there's no confusions. I'm a great white I
can eat these bed recruiters.

Speaker 14 (25:27):
See who I am.

Speaker 2 (25:28):
You're stupid. It's nice to meet you.

Speaker 15 (25:30):
I just put this hole in the ground for you,
like a soccer clich shoe. I see why they call
you jack Man. You jack Man's host.

Speaker 7 (25:36):
Whine.

Speaker 2 (25:36):
Get Drake his flow.

Speaker 15 (25:37):
Back, man, I need rappers like pac Man must have
regurgitated to show you who's in my stomach from the
last dance I battle rap. No Instagram, so yelling at
the camp damn y'all may be the feeling when all
along I've been Batman?

Speaker 4 (25:50):
Does does Drake have a I mean, does Jack have
Drake's flow?

Speaker 3 (25:55):
I didn't really think so. And Tik has a lot
of different flows, so I don't know about that. But
he is very cool Drake.

Speaker 1 (26:00):
I don't know. But so, okay, So the argument is
about who's the best white boy Eminem since Eminem, Okay, he's.

Speaker 8 (26:06):
The best white boy. Who do you give it to
as the best white boy?

Speaker 11 (26:11):
Yeah?

Speaker 8 (26:11):
Yes, best white boy?

Speaker 3 (26:13):
Rapper Jack Carlett, machine Gun Kelly, which one.

Speaker 1 (26:17):
I mean, I don't know see the problem with.

Speaker 3 (26:19):
And I really like Machine Gun Kelly. He actually when
I was on Serious I Had, I had a segment
called Don't Quit your Day Job, and when he was
I think sixteen, he called in. This was before he
was signed Machine Gun Kelly. Really yes, and he told
he told me he gets embarrassed when he thinks about
it because he's way better now obviously than he was
at that young age. But I will say this, Machine

(26:41):
Gun Kelly hasn't necessarily been rapping as of late, been
rocking and rolling. Yeah, So I think sometimes drinking blood
the way that this.

Speaker 4 (26:48):
World is do some different things.

Speaker 1 (26:50):
Drinking blood this topic, his girlfriend.

Speaker 4 (26:55):
Blood, drink each other blood.

Speaker 1 (26:57):
Definitely vampire.

Speaker 3 (26:58):
But it feels like this could just be the type
of you know, this is a hip hop right, better right,
I don't see anything wrong with it.

Speaker 1 (27:06):
Who's the best white.

Speaker 4 (27:07):
Boy between those two?

Speaker 1 (27:08):
You know?

Speaker 4 (27:09):
I don't know, Angela.

Speaker 3 (27:10):
I think I mean Jack Carlow most recently put out
an album that I actually really like it and it's good. Okay,
So now machine Gun Kelly had, Machine Gun Kelly has
to put out a whole album and we'll see okay.

Speaker 8 (27:20):
White and white crime.

Speaker 3 (27:21):
Yeah, white crime, yeah, white crime. All right. Now, the
Baby I was on the shop uninterrupted, and he had
some things to say. I feel like a lot of
times he's not apologetic about things that happened. The Baby
would just be like, bang, did that whatever? Keep it moving,
and he got his whatever, yes, whatever, All right. Well,
here's what he had to say about all the twenty

(27:44):
twenty one Rolling Loud performance where he made some comments
that definitely offended the LGBTQ community, And he told Maverick
he could have handled things differently.

Speaker 1 (27:55):
If you could go back, now, would you do the
beginning of it? Would you deal with it differently?

Speaker 2 (27:59):
Absolutely? I would have maybe handled it the way here.

Speaker 16 (28:01):
I would apologize, but I didn't mean to, like I'm
not gonna let you you know what I mean, make me.

Speaker 2 (28:07):
I'm not a bad person.

Speaker 16 (28:08):
You know if you look back on like I was
the most marketable artist in the world, Like when that happened, Bro,
I had a meal at Burger King. I had so
much going on, bro, Like, you have no idea.

Speaker 4 (28:20):
Mail at Burger King.

Speaker 3 (28:21):
Yeah that's a big deal. Yeah, that's the one thing
you thought of like I had a meal at Burger King,
Like who gets that?

Speaker 1 (28:26):
Yeah, the baby needs another.

Speaker 3 (28:28):
Chance, you know. And sometimes I feel like when people
come at you, people get very defensive, especially in social media,
and I see that happen all the time, when you
could have just said I'm sorry and they could have
went away a lot faster. Sometimes people feel like, I
really got to actually defend myself. I know what my
intentions were. I didn't mean this, but people don't understand that,
and people will try to get you upset and get

(28:50):
you canceled even more.

Speaker 1 (28:51):
They enjoyed it, right, But sometimes it takes looking looking
back at things.

Speaker 3 (28:56):
And also it's your ego too. Sometimes your ego just
won't allow you to just be like I'm mess.

Speaker 1 (29:00):
Right at the time because a lot is going on,
everything is moving fast. But when you get a chance
to look at it, you see things from twenty twenty All.

Speaker 3 (29:07):
Right, well that is your yet and when we come back,
we have under the radar. These are stories that are
not necessarily headline news stories, but they are flying under
the radar and they're important. It's way up with the antel.

Speaker 2 (29:17):
Take the news news.

Speaker 5 (29:19):
This in the news that relates to you these stories
are flying.

Speaker 2 (29:22):
Under the radar.

Speaker 3 (29:24):
Artificial intelligence was able to pick these stocks and actually
gain for you while leading investment funds actually had a loss.
And I know a lot of people are very nervous
about this artificial intelligence and about chat GPT, but it
seems like there's going to be.

Speaker 4 (29:39):
If they picking better, then I have to go with them.

Speaker 3 (29:42):
Yeah, you know there are some drawbacks to chat GPT,
but I mean with artificial intelligence. I know people are
nervous about all of the things that are possible with
that and people who will be losing their jobs. But
some people are saying that it's really helpful, Like if
you need an assistant, it's a lot cheaper than hiring
a person because they can actually do things like compose music,

(30:03):
they can write and debug computer programs, they can write
business pitches, they can mimic the style of celebrities and
all different types of things. And yeah, it seems like
it's inevitable at this point. So yeah, you got to
figure out how to use it, and they have to
figure out how to regulate it all right. A Harvard
trained doctor has shared ten hidden signs that you're not
getting enough sleep, and here are some of the signs.

(30:26):
All right. If you guys answer yes to three or
more of these, then likely you are not getting enough sleep.
Does it take you thirty or more minutes to fall
asleep at bedtime?

Speaker 4 (30:34):
No?

Speaker 8 (30:35):
May, No, it takes me less than that.

Speaker 3 (30:38):
You rarely remember your dreams. I remember my dream I
don't really.

Speaker 8 (30:41):
I don't remember them all the time.

Speaker 3 (30:43):
You wake up in the morning still feeling tired and
not very rested.

Speaker 4 (30:46):
Yes, I do feel like that.

Speaker 3 (30:48):
I don't really feel like that anymore. So much. You
feel hungry more often. I don't think that Jasmine can
answer that, but especially for junk food.

Speaker 8 (30:55):
Now love junk food.

Speaker 3 (30:57):
You wake up earlier in the morning than you would
like to. You sometimes feel sleepy and tired throughout the day.

Speaker 1 (31:02):
Yes.

Speaker 4 (31:03):
Normal.

Speaker 3 (31:03):
You frequently wake up one or more times during the night. Yes,
I don't normally. You often lie awake at night in
your mind are races with worry and other thoughts.

Speaker 1 (31:11):
Yes.

Speaker 3 (31:12):
Sometimes your eyes are puffy or red, or you have
dark circles or bags under them in the morning.

Speaker 4 (31:17):
Not anymore.

Speaker 3 (31:18):
Yeah, MANO does have that puffy eye? Let me see
is it?

Speaker 17 (31:20):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (31:21):
Yes?

Speaker 14 (31:22):
Good?

Speaker 1 (31:22):
Okay, yeah, act.

Speaker 3 (31:25):
Your emotions are all over the map, anger, impulsivity, anxiety, sadness,
and so forth. That's definitely, Jasmine, I take my medicine.
That's not man, Jasmine, you need rest. It's basically what
we learn just now, Jasmine, Okay, go to sleep, all right,
all right, And consumers have wrapped up record credit card
debt right now as pandemic savings has dwindled. According to
data from the Federal Reserve that was released on Friday,

(31:47):
revolving credit grew by seventeen point six billion dollars in March,
so the total is a record one point twenty four
trillion dollars. And that's a symptom of people relying more
on credit cards and less on saved up cash to
pay the bills, acording to research. So you guys, one
thing we always learn is don't spend more than you
can pay if you can afford to do that. So

(32:08):
I know that it is tough times for people, but
if you don't need it, like me right now, is
I'm budgeting, then don't don't buy it. Yes, all right,
all right, Well that is you're under the radar. We
do have the way up mixed coming at the top
of the hour. Plus we do have a Monday, main
ovation coming, it's a Monday and then pick aside. Later
we were talking about money and saving money, but what

(32:29):
about buying things and returning them? All right, it's way
up with Angela. Ye, it's like the tout like they
Angela Jean, like they Angela Jean.

Speaker 5 (32:38):
Man, she's spilling it all. This is yet way up.

Speaker 3 (32:44):
Yes, it's way up. But Angela yee, I'm Angela Yee.
And Jasmine is here and Mano is here.

Speaker 1 (32:48):
Yep.

Speaker 3 (32:49):
All right, let's discuss Finest two times. That is his
name for a reason. Now he is under fire for
allegedly having his own brother performed for him. So people
are saying that when he was set to perform at
a huntspal Alabama club, somebody else came out and did
his songs on stage. A lot of people were saying
that it wasn't him, and Finess actually ended up arguing

(33:10):
with the show promoter on FaceTime and that has gone viral.
Watch this listen what.

Speaker 2 (33:21):
We ain't doing?

Speaker 3 (33:22):
No cloud But I ain't doing I ain't doing no
cloud chasing. That's the number one thing I'm not doing.
You had to if you had to spring heel, I
can come pull up I can come pull up.

Speaker 1 (33:31):
We can talk.

Speaker 14 (33:37):
Boy, everybody, everybody.

Speaker 3 (33:41):
Else all right now. When he went on the stage,
the first thing he did was asking to turn the
lights off.

Speaker 8 (33:51):
The finesse was in sometimes.

Speaker 3 (33:54):
And by the way, forty thousand dollars he was getting paid. Yeah,
you know. So they showed that there was a twenty
thousand dollar deposit that was made and the promoter Kenja
Barbie Fletcher went on social media and was very upset.
So they said, you know, and they should be.

Speaker 1 (34:10):
Yeah, he couldn't miss the show though, like he had
to be two places at one time. What are you
supposed to do?

Speaker 7 (34:14):
Not?

Speaker 3 (34:15):
Do? Not take the money?

Speaker 4 (34:17):
Mean, man, I'll push you out this chair.

Speaker 3 (34:19):
Now. That's them posted Huntsville, Alabama. I showed up tonight
and did the unforeseen circumstances. I wasn't able to perform,
but I got y'all at bo Dean Johnson a war
booming on the next show in Huntsville and surrounding areas.

Speaker 4 (34:32):
But does he got Kendre Barb Barbie Fletcher.

Speaker 3 (34:35):
Yeah, I mean that's that you don't want to also
ruin your own reputation that way when people are.

Speaker 1 (34:41):
It's funny though it's funny though, it's funny that had
to turn the lights off.

Speaker 8 (34:45):
And then you've seen him he had, he had the
mask on.

Speaker 3 (34:49):
And then he showed that he was there at spring
Hill Suites for people that say he didn't even come
to the city. And he said the person who performed
wasn't his impersonator, but an opening act. He said, I
let my opening act come on stage. And then he said,
why is it opening acts performing your music? I don't know, Wow,
I don't know what was going on.

Speaker 1 (35:09):
I told you.

Speaker 3 (35:11):
Mouse is home.

Speaker 6 (35:12):
Yeah, and he can actually get mouse rap.

Speaker 1 (35:16):
Yeah you could.

Speaker 3 (35:17):
All right, Well, there you go to put the mask on,
all right. Lebron James's spring Hill is reportedly discussing offering
roughly one hundred million dollars to buy Complex Networks. As
Afrotech previously reported, the company is shutting down their news
division and a BuzzFeed acquire Complex for three hundred million

(35:40):
dollars in twenty twenty one. And we told you about BuzzFeed.
So in an effort to reassure some staffers, they said
some of them will be able to find positions. A
Huffington Post, which was acquired by the company in twenty
twenty and they're saying that spring Hill reportedly has interest
in Complex according to Business Insider, and is willing to
put in that offer. According to one of the sources

(36:01):
familiar with the spring Hill situation, they said, there's ongoing conversations,
but it has not progressed to a place where there's
a formal negotiation. Okay, all right now, speaking of buying things,
fifty cent Shack and Kenya Barris are interested in purchasing BET.
We've been telling you about all these different entities that
are interested in purchasing BT, including Tyler Perry, Tyler Perry, Diddy.

(36:22):
All right now, According to sources familiar with everything, they said,
fifty cent and Kenya Barris were seen at the Paramount
offices this week to talk about a potential bid for
the network, alongside Shack. So they are in talks to
make an offer with the help of investment firm CBC
adil has not been agreed upon just yet, but the
parties are deep in conversation.

Speaker 6 (36:43):
But they both fifty cent and Kenya Bearris create good content,
so that would be a good place for a home
purpose of some of their content.

Speaker 3 (36:51):
Yeap and Jamie Fox is reportedly in stable condition and
has been advised to keep stress levels down after overcoming
a life threatening medical situation. Uh so, that's what sources
are saying. We've been hearing so many different things.

Speaker 4 (37:04):
And we don't know, we don't know what's on.

Speaker 1 (37:05):
Would happened to them? No, was it a stroke or
something else?

Speaker 3 (37:09):
Yeah, they have not confirmed, no confirmation of any We've
heard so many different things. All you can do right
now is pray that he's better. We know it's serious.
That's what we do know, all right. And Angel Reese,
she has recently done a photo shoot for the twenty
twenty three Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue. And here's what you
had to say about body positivity. I am unapologetically angel.

Speaker 1 (37:31):
I am a queen.

Speaker 11 (37:32):
I am confident, I.

Speaker 3 (37:34):
Am strong, I am who I am.

Speaker 13 (37:37):
The biggest takeaway I want people to know is you
can off the court and still have swag and just
see who you are. I mean, I ambrached my body
and who I am. And on the court, I can
still ball. I'm six ' three, I'll work out a lot,
so I mean, why not show it.

Speaker 8 (37:50):
I got it A nice little body.

Speaker 13 (37:51):
So when I go to the v T or go
to the pools and everybody looking it's like, damn you,
sexy girl.

Speaker 1 (37:56):
Do you show it?

Speaker 8 (37:57):
Show it?

Speaker 3 (37:58):
I'm sorry, do you show it or what body positivity?

Speaker 8 (38:02):
No, you don't show it at all.

Speaker 3 (38:05):
Sometimes summertime, but right now her Ni l valuation is
one point four million dollars. All right, name immage likeness
for enjoys. And by the way, speaking of that, when
we come back, that was your eut. We do have
some main ovation. It's a Monday. That was very renovating
to me.

Speaker 1 (38:22):
It was she said, yeah, show it.

Speaker 3 (38:24):
So Mano, get your mainnovation together. When we come back.
It's way up with Angela yee.

Speaker 2 (38:31):
You ride a way up with Angela.

Speaker 3 (38:35):
Yes, it's way up at Angela Yee. I'm Angela Yee.
Jasmine from the Jasmine brand is here and it is
a Monday, and Mano's here, so it's time for some
Monday manovation.

Speaker 1 (38:50):
It's day's renovation. I will say, protect your energy. You
have to protect your energy. You can't give it out
to everybody. You can't just freely give it out. And
what I mean by that is this, you can't be
afraid to to, you know, rub people the wrong way
because you can't over do your like over try to
be everything for everybody. You can't over please people, right,

(39:14):
don't be afraid to you know, not burn bridges. But
you know you gotta.

Speaker 3 (39:19):
Potend, you know, sometimes you have to say no the
power of right.

Speaker 8 (39:22):
Do you right? Be about you first?

Speaker 3 (39:26):
Yeah, it's time to be selfish at times when you
feel like I'm getting burnt out, I'm doing everything for everybody.
I'm not taking care of myself.

Speaker 1 (39:33):
You can't over please everybody. You can't be everything for
everybody at all at once.

Speaker 3 (39:38):
At the expense of yourself exactly. Okay, that's a good mondaynovation.
Do you find yourself in that situation?

Speaker 1 (39:45):
Many times you got to you gotta remind yourself though.
You have to remind yourself that you can't be everything
for everybody.

Speaker 3 (39:51):
And sometimes and sometimes people do not even appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (39:55):
Of course, that's the thing, and that's why that's when
you get reminded because you people gonna always be people.
People gonna be.

Speaker 3 (40:02):
Peopling, right, people are gonna be peopling that person they personed, Yeah,
the person person.

Speaker 6 (40:09):
So the the theme is to not be a people
pleaser into.

Speaker 1 (40:17):
That is a part of that that falls under the
category of energy.

Speaker 3 (40:22):
Can't give it out and I feel like this though.
Don't also overdo not fulfilling obligations because there's some people
who would be like, I have to protect my energy,
so I just didn't show up for this obligation. That's wrong, wrong, Okay,
communicate if you know you said you were going to
do something because and I'm not talking about jazz Man,
to stop it for the purpose of protecting your energy.

(40:44):
You decide not to do it, let them know, not
showing I have to protect my energy, and don't just
not go because I just don't feel like it. It
has to be valid because I also feel like I
do a lot of stuff I don't feel like doing
at the time, but once you get there, you're like, okay,
because I think a lot of the things we do
in life, it's like I don't necessarily feel like it.
But if it's not something that's putting me out of

(41:04):
my way and I already agree to do something, I
also like to be a person of my word. It's
a balance exactly.

Speaker 1 (41:09):
Do what you say you want to do, do you Angela?

Speaker 4 (41:11):
Do you have a hard time saying no?

Speaker 3 (41:13):
It depends on what it is, and sometimes I have
to say no, I don't really have a choice if
I'm booked for something already, or I know I have
other obligations, or I don't want to have to cancel
at the last minute. I'll tell you. I'll try, but
I'm gonna give you a definite answer.

Speaker 1 (41:26):
Can be overly worried about other people's feelings to the
point where it diminishes you. Yeah right, Oh, man, I
don't want to tell them this. I don't want tell
them that. I want to overly please people, because when
you overly please and what you're leaving for yourself?

Speaker 4 (41:38):
And man, know, how do you protect your energy? Can
you give us an example?

Speaker 8 (41:43):
I block?

Speaker 4 (41:44):
Oh my god, you block people? Is that how you
protect your energy?

Speaker 8 (41:47):
Block Monday?

Speaker 3 (41:48):
Yeah, it's block and block. We blocked seven days a week,
day d. Instead of me responding to you, I'm just
gonna block.

Speaker 4 (41:54):
You're a block or two you black people.

Speaker 3 (41:56):
I actually to enjoy restricting people because then they don't
know they're blocked and they're still like going crazy and
you just can't see it.

Speaker 1 (42:02):
Okay, No, seriously, I just remind myself of who I am,
Like everything is not for everybody, right, I can't be
I can't beat everything for everybody.

Speaker 3 (42:10):
And you know what else is a common thing to
You can go out of your way for somebody all
the time, and then the one time you can't do.

Speaker 8 (42:16):
Something the worst person in the world.

Speaker 3 (42:18):
They get mad. They don't remember anything they're great for them.
All they remember is just now you just told girl,
don't be that guy.

Speaker 1 (42:26):
Right. People like to highlight the negativity or the things
that they feel all wrong, right, never the positivity.

Speaker 3 (42:33):
Yeah, So be appreciative of people who have done things
for you and make sure that you do what you
can for other people, but not at the risk of yourself.
And I always feel like, if you can't do something,
communicate it as early as possible. Don't wait until the
last minute. They can't find somebody else to fulfill whatever
role you were supposed to do. Let them know as
soon as you can if you can offer a solution, like, look,
I can't make it, but I contacted this person and

(42:55):
they can. That's how what you're.

Speaker 1 (42:56):
Signed up for, what you said you was gonna do,
see it out. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (43:00):
I like when Maino does these Monday man. I like
when he does his main ovations on social.

Speaker 4 (43:04):
Media in the car.

Speaker 3 (43:06):
Right, this is a thing.

Speaker 6 (43:07):
Yeah, yeah, you love him, Yes, I do. I like
your motivation. You feel inspired, I do this is this one?

Speaker 4 (43:14):
Isn't that inspiring for me?

Speaker 1 (43:15):
You already felt that way?

Speaker 4 (43:17):
I felt very inspired.

Speaker 6 (43:18):
It was like one where it was right before I
invested into the gosh and I think you were something.
You were saying something like, oh you gotta you know,
you gotta venture out and try and.

Speaker 8 (43:26):
Got scared and not being being uncomforted.

Speaker 4 (43:30):
Yeah, that was my favorite one.

Speaker 6 (43:30):
We did one up here too, I know that's you
said it, and then I invested them.

Speaker 3 (43:35):
Yeah, yeah in the Detroit Midtown building. Yeah all right, well,
thank you for that Monday maynovation. And when we come back,
it's time for pick a Side. That's where you guys
get to call in and choose whose sides you're on. Now,
today's pick a side is going to be based off
of La Lakers four point four million dollars a year
star Jared Vanderbilt to set the scene. Yes, that is

(43:56):
what he makes and he goes out, has a good time.
You know, you gotta walk through the tunnel. Yeah, I
like to go on a flyout fit. Yeah, you have to,
And apparently he wore fly outfit, but then was called
out on social media. He spent two thousand dollars on clothes,
wore them prior to his team's first game against the
Golden State Warriors in the second round of the NBA Playoffs,
and then returned said close the next day. Now the

(44:20):
SAX employee, uh was upset, okay, because he returned to close.
He said, nice guy, but but two K worth the
clothes Monday. This outfit especially warred to tunnel and postgame Tuesday.
Then he turned it yesterday. I wasn't at the store
and someone took the return. Lord knows why obviously used clothing.
Man If I didn't have a reason to hate the

(44:41):
Lakers and root for home turf, now I have more reason.
Who is right and who is wrong? Pick aside eight
hundred two nine two fifty fifty will get your guys
takes when we come back. It's way up with Angela, Ye.

Speaker 2 (44:55):
You rabbing way up with Angela yee.

Speaker 3 (44:59):
Yes, it is way but Angela yee. I'm Angela yee.
Jasmine is here and Mana was here. Yes, and we're
doing pick a side, all right. We're discussing LA Lakers
four point four million dollar a year, Starry Jared Vanderbilt.
He bought some clothes, wore them to an NBA game
night in the tunnel and after the game, and then
return the clothes the next day. Now, someone from sax Is,

(45:21):
the salesperson said nice guy, but but two K worth
of clothes Monday? This outfit specially wore it to the
tunnel and postgame Tuesday, then returned it yesterday. I wasn't
at the store and someone took the return. Lord knows why.
Obviously used clothing.

Speaker 7 (45:35):
Man.

Speaker 3 (45:35):
If I didn't have a reason to hate the Lakers
and root for home turf, for now I have more reason. Now,
what are your thoughts on this?

Speaker 1 (45:42):
What's your thoughts? Jazz?

Speaker 4 (45:44):
You so funny?

Speaker 6 (45:45):
Can I first of all say I'm not with the
sax employee blasting this NBA player. I think that's very whack. Yeah,
but it's great content. I have definitely wore something and
taken it back. Yes, definitely done that before. However, I'm
I'm not a fan of I don't like I don't
like that he did this, right, I don't like that
the NBA player did this because I feel like I'm
all in his pockets and I feel like you got it.

Speaker 4 (46:06):
You're fine.

Speaker 6 (46:07):
You wore not only in the tunnel, that he worked
afterwards too. Yeah, yeah, no, I think I think you are.

Speaker 8 (46:13):
You gotta do it after the tunnel.

Speaker 4 (46:14):
Yeah, I think he wore after too.

Speaker 6 (46:15):
You can't do you can't do two times and then
you're gonna take it back and then and then two
thousand dollars.

Speaker 4 (46:22):
That's fine, but then you got to pay for it.

Speaker 3 (46:23):
Okay, and you know what a hypocrite because you've done it.

Speaker 4 (46:27):
But I'm being honest, hypocrite.

Speaker 3 (46:29):
But she's like, I do it, but I don't like
it that he did.

Speaker 8 (46:31):
Yeah, being a hypocrite.

Speaker 4 (46:32):
Yes, man.

Speaker 6 (46:33):
Know there's something that you do that you don't want
other people to do, like what I don't know. Maybe
I don't want to say it on air right now.

Speaker 3 (46:38):
Okay, here's the thing, guys, they have this thing, and
especially for him, I would think that he has a
stylist if you can do that, because stylists actually can
pull things and return them to the story. They charge
a restocking fee. So when the stylist pulls for you, right,
they have to pay twenty to twenty five percent of
what the counts would have been to bring it back.

(46:59):
But that's part of the advantage of having that, so
he's in a position to have that. Now, have I
ever in my life warn't something and returned it. I
probably have only done that once in my entire life.
I really haven't done.

Speaker 8 (47:12):
That much done it before more than once.

Speaker 3 (47:13):
I did it once, I promise you, I don't know.

Speaker 4 (47:15):
I don't know if I believe.

Speaker 3 (47:17):
That, really don't do. I never really returned things, even
stuff that I have a whole bunch of stuff at
home that I've been meaning to return that I've never returned.
And so now what I do is like sometimes I'll
get things if I order it online in two different sizes,
and the size it doesn't fit, I send it back.
But I normally don't return things, and I feel like
I waste a lot of money that way. So, you know,
I also used to work in retail, so I understand

(47:38):
how difficult it is when people bring things back. And
then now that comes out of your commission, and you know,
you got to give the money back after you think
you made it.

Speaker 1 (47:46):
Had a good I understand that, and I respect that
I haven't done that in you know, some years, right,
But I'm thinking maybe I should try it again. Right,
maybe I should have there's something up here.

Speaker 3 (47:57):
And they are a lot more strict now too. At
these stories that used to take anything back in any
amount of time, and now the return policies are a
lot more strict. They have a you know some stores.
When I used to work at Macy's, it was lifetime
you could return something and people used to come in, well,
old polo shirts years ago. But it's missing and you
still have to take it. It's not like that anymore.
But let's see what you guys think. Eight hundred two

(48:18):
nine two fifty one fifty is a number. Pick a
side what you believe.

Speaker 2 (48:22):
It's time to pick a side and stay there.

Speaker 3 (48:26):
Yes, it's way up at Angela Yee. I'm Angela Yee,
and Mayno's here, Jasmine is here, Marino and we are
doing pick aside. This is all about La Lakers star
Jared Vanderbilt. He makes four point four million dollars a year.

Speaker 4 (48:37):
It's a lot of money.

Speaker 3 (48:38):
And he purchased some clothes two thousand dollars worth of
clothes from sacks now. According to a sex employee, he
wore those clothes in the tunnel and then postgame Tuesday
and then returned it. He said, I wasn't at the
store and someone took the return Lord knows why, obviously
used clothing. What are your thoughts on Jared Vanderbilt allegedly

(49:00):
returning two thousand dollars worth of clothes. What that means
for an employee of sex is that that commission that
you made is then know and void and it actually
comes out of your check. Yes, all right? What do
you think about that? Now? As far as what I believe,
I'm not big on returning clothes that I know that
I'm not gonna wear more than once. I can understand

(49:22):
why one would do it, though, because it gets very
pricey to keep on trying to buy fly outfits in places.
But right now I'm realizing that I have to be
more cautious about spending money. Therefore will not be buying
no two thousand dollars outfits. But I get it, I
understand it. I understand both sides. I understand somebody being mad.
The solution for somebody like a Jared Vanderbilt who makes
that much money is hire a stylist I like going

(49:44):
to bring things back and they pay a restocking fee
and everybody's on board. What do you guys think that's
a great solution.

Speaker 1 (49:50):
You know, when you do that with the stylist, if
you mess anything up, smoking it or anything, you gotta
pay for it.

Speaker 3 (49:58):
But that's what it is too, with these returns policies,
you would have to pay for it if something was
messed up, because it specifically says I did a deep
dive and I went on the SAX website and it
does say anything that's worn you cannot return. So if
there's anything on it, you can't return it. Anyway, They
could have refused it.

Speaker 4 (50:15):
The rules are the rule.

Speaker 1 (50:16):
They could refused it.

Speaker 3 (50:18):
Yeah, but they may not have known that he wore it.
That's what I'm saying. It must not have had any
stains because they do expect the clothing to make sure.
So he was careful. Yeah, he was careful. It is
full of this right back up, nice and neat. Let's
see what you guys think. We have Cherish on the line.

Speaker 10 (50:35):
I agree with the SAX employee off of his sail.

Speaker 12 (50:39):
They made a commission off his sail and then he
took it up.

Speaker 10 (50:42):
And I agree because this is not right to you know,
take out They can afford.

Speaker 3 (50:46):
It now, Cherish, be honest, have you ever purchased and
returned something after you wore it?

Speaker 18 (50:52):
I have?

Speaker 3 (50:53):
Oh, so you kind of did the same thing.

Speaker 12 (50:55):
Well, I'm a regular person. There's just a commission at charge.

Speaker 4 (51:02):
So it depends on the place in the store.

Speaker 3 (51:03):
If somebody works on commissioning, it's not okay, all right,
then you test fair?

Speaker 11 (51:08):
Okay?

Speaker 3 (51:09):
Hey, Mike, Hey, are you team Jared Vanderbilt or team Sacks? Nah?

Speaker 9 (51:14):
We teamed back. You don't.

Speaker 1 (51:16):
We don't.

Speaker 9 (51:16):
We don't do no by addressed in front back to
the store.

Speaker 3 (51:20):
OHI aside from him being a millionaire, though, have you
ever returned clothes?

Speaker 9 (51:29):
Nah?

Speaker 3 (51:30):
You paused, you hesitated.

Speaker 14 (51:33):
No, it was too.

Speaker 9 (51:33):
Small, too big. I gave it away. I never took
it back to the store.

Speaker 3 (51:37):
Okay, So you never bought something and returned it.

Speaker 9 (51:39):
Never. I gave it back from my brother, gave it
to you know what I mean?

Speaker 4 (51:43):
Like that, he's rare.

Speaker 1 (51:44):
You're rare.

Speaker 9 (51:46):
But I'm trying. I'm struggling with that. By two thousand
dollars outfit, I mean two thousand dollars a lot of money.
But if you make a four point four million, yeah,
then you you wear it on TV? Then you when
you return it?

Speaker 3 (51:57):
Hey, all right, well you definitely don't like Wamino has
to say that, thanks for sharing. Essence. Hi, Okay, girl,
are you a team Jared Vanderbilt or Team Sacks.

Speaker 11 (52:19):
I'm one Team Jared Vanderbilt.

Speaker 3 (52:21):
Okay, okay, let's way he got one.

Speaker 12 (52:24):
Being realistic, it was two thousand dollars worth of clod
he was only gonna wear one. And of course everybody
has an ego.

Speaker 11 (52:32):
Nobody's gonna admit that at some point in their life
they've worn something, didn't like it, and returned it.

Speaker 1 (52:38):
Right after they wore it, right.

Speaker 4 (52:39):
The only exactly after they warrant.

Speaker 12 (52:42):
The only reason it's a big deal is because he
was on TV. They saw him beforehand, they got photographed.

Speaker 3 (52:48):
Okay, so what if you were if you wore something,
you did like it, but you're like, I'm just not
gonna wear it again.

Speaker 1 (52:54):
Right, I'm still.

Speaker 12 (52:56):
Gonna return it if I did like it, but I
know I'm not gonna like, I'm not.

Speaker 9 (52:59):
Gonna wear it again.

Speaker 12 (53:00):
Realistic for one, were I got it, I didn't damage it.

Speaker 3 (53:05):
So Essence, you've done this before.

Speaker 10 (53:07):
Clear I haven't personally done it, but I'm not.

Speaker 9 (53:11):
I'm an advocate.

Speaker 3 (53:12):
I have friends advocate.

Speaker 6 (53:14):
Essence, essence, what if you worked off commission and it's
happened to you?

Speaker 12 (53:19):
If I worked off Oh that's tough.

Speaker 3 (53:21):
Oh so now the shoes.

Speaker 17 (53:25):
Right right.

Speaker 12 (53:26):
You gotta play double advocate.

Speaker 10 (53:28):
But yeah, I still couldn't be too mad.

Speaker 12 (53:30):
I gotta be realistic. He wasn't going to wear two
thousand dollars worth.

Speaker 7 (53:34):
You gotta look good for the tunnel.

Speaker 9 (53:35):
He looked good for the tunnel.

Speaker 12 (53:37):
Respect he was bowling on a budget.

Speaker 3 (53:42):
All right, we feel you. All right, well, thank you, essence,
thank you, really you you.

Speaker 10 (53:50):
What I'll be listening real thank you.

Speaker 3 (53:55):
Now, what is your take on this? Are you team
Darren Vanderbilt or team Sacks with Avenue when it comes
to return and close.

Speaker 14 (54:01):
Ten sacks fift avenue.

Speaker 10 (54:03):
Being an artist, you have to put on the persona
of yourself, like you get me, like I know. There's
always an image or a thing you have to look
like or represent at the same time, like you got
to represent you too, like I killed the whole world
in a Walmart hoodie.

Speaker 3 (54:20):
So you're saying that he shouldn't have returned the close?

Speaker 10 (54:23):
No, because in my opinion, if I'm buying what I'm buying,
I can afford it, so I make that purchase. That's
that's a part of my collection.

Speaker 3 (54:31):
All right, But thank you.

Speaker 10 (54:34):
Definitely, thank you guys for being through being you mean.

Speaker 11 (54:37):
Your throat, all right.

Speaker 3 (54:38):
I appreciate you.

Speaker 1 (54:39):
What I for you to send somebody else in there
to return the form.

Speaker 3 (54:42):
It's still on his car though, so they know it's
and they know he worried.

Speaker 4 (54:45):
They see him in the tunnel.

Speaker 1 (54:46):
Right, but it's different. Right, did he personally go in there?

Speaker 7 (54:50):
Oh?

Speaker 3 (54:50):
I don't know what he said. He's a nice guy,
so maybe he must have gone personally and bought it,
but I don't know who returned it. Well, you know
what I want to do, since none of us are
experts on this, okay, I want to call a friend
of mine. She actually works in fashion, she's a stylist,
but she also works at a store, and I want
to see what the protocol is because they dress a

(55:11):
lot of people. But I know a lot of people
return things to this store, also Alice and Olivia, and
I want to see what she has to say about this,
all right, Okay? And that way, I feel like that'll
put a bow on it because we're all in here
talking about popular any things I haven't, but I want
to see for people who do that, what is a
proper protocol? What can you not do? I feel like
anybody who buys children's tickets as an adult.

Speaker 1 (55:31):
Oh crazy? And I shared that with you. I shared
that with the people making fun of it. I was
trying to save you money.

Speaker 3 (55:39):
All right, Well, listen, we're going to get the expert
opinion when we come back. It is way up at
Angela Yee.

Speaker 2 (55:47):
You ride a way up with Angela yee.

Speaker 3 (55:51):
Yes, this way up at Angela Ye. I'm Angela ye.
Jasmine may know what's up guys.

Speaker 4 (55:55):
Yes, Happy Monday, Happy Monday.

Speaker 3 (55:57):
We've been talking a lot about this returning clothes things
because I feel like people all the time, and so
what I wanted to do was have my friend. She's
a stylist and she's also worked in retail. You can
follow her on social media, Sammy Jay Watts, and she's amazing,
like her style is cute. If you look at her,
you can see her. And let's get her on the
line right now. So we have Sammy on the line.

(56:17):
Mayo's here, Jasmine is here.

Speaker 8 (56:18):
And Ross Sammy we're talking.

Speaker 3 (56:20):
About at Lakers start. Jared Vanderbilt. He makes four point
four million a year. Now. He wore this outfit into
the tunnel. He bought an outfit from Sacks and then
he returned it. The guy who was a salesperson said,
nice guy, but bought two K worth of clothes Monday.
This outfit specifically, wore to the tunnel and postgame Tuesday,
then returned it yesterday. I wasn't at the store and

(56:41):
someone took the return. Lord knows why. Obviously used clothing. Now, Sammy,
as a person who works in the fashion business as
a stylist but also with a store, what is your
thoughts on people returning clothes and how to do it?

Speaker 19 (56:55):
So my thing is like, you should already tell the
person before they even leave clothing what the policy is, right,
But if a client brings something back and they've worn it,
I'm privately going to reach out to them.

Speaker 11 (57:07):
Privately, Okay, you just tell you know.

Speaker 19 (57:10):
It's as like it's like a rule of thumb in
that business is that you let them know ahead of time.
You keep a credit card on file, and you charge them.
If they want to return something, you just you take
it back and you speak them privately if they've worn it.

Speaker 3 (57:23):
Okay, so you wouldn't put a client on blast. Yeah,
you're going to put them on blast?

Speaker 4 (57:27):
That makes sense, now, how absolutely not?

Speaker 3 (57:30):
How often do people return things? Did they? Did they
warrant you?

Speaker 19 (57:36):
They a lot a lot of times. But also in
my field, like we gift a lot of clothing, so
as like it depends what the event is or the
right carpet is you are gifting, so you already know
ahead of time that this you know the client's going
to wear it and then return.

Speaker 3 (57:51):
It, okay, And so how do you handle it when
you know somebody wore something and then they return it.
But what if it's still in good condition.

Speaker 19 (57:59):
So it tagged her on usually and the garment is
perfectly fine, I'll take it back from them. But if
it's you know, if it's been worn and it smells
like smoke they've worn it or damage right smoke, or
they've been out all night in it, I'm not.

Speaker 12 (58:15):
I'm not taking it back, but I'll tell them that privately.

Speaker 11 (58:18):
Okay, I can't take this.

Speaker 8 (58:20):
All right.

Speaker 3 (58:20):
That's why Sammy's classy.

Speaker 4 (58:22):
All right, Well, thank you, Sammy.

Speaker 19 (58:24):
You're welcome, You're welcome.

Speaker 1 (58:26):
All right.

Speaker 3 (58:27):
That's my girl right there, whenever I need things, She'll
go shopping with me to buy.

Speaker 4 (58:31):
I think I've met Sammy.

Speaker 3 (58:32):
Yeah, we actually what I wore from my way up
with Angela Yee party. Sammy helped me pick that out.
It was like a dnim jumpsuit. I still have it
and not return it after Yeah, I still that one time.

Speaker 7 (58:42):
I pick.

Speaker 3 (58:45):
I did not all right, Well that was putting a
nice bow on things. So you hear what the policy is.
Don't come in return and clothes. It smell like hookah
with lipstick on it and all kinds of makeup on
the shoulder, things like that. When we come back, we
have asked y eight hundred nine fifty one fifty is
a number. Any question you have, we are here to help.
It's way up at Angela Yee.

Speaker 5 (59:06):
Whether it's relationship or career advice. Angela's dropping facts.

Speaker 3 (59:10):
You should know this. Yes, it's time for ASK's way
up at Angela Yee. I'm here and mayno whose advice
is normally have a thresomes here?

Speaker 8 (59:18):
That is not true accurate?

Speaker 3 (59:21):
Don't have an attitude of me. No, that's not is
that No matter what people ask, I think I give
the best advice up here. You are an award winning,
award winning advice giver.

Speaker 4 (59:32):
Yeah, you forgot about that award an.

Speaker 3 (59:34):
Award advice giver. But women are giving.

Speaker 1 (59:39):
For the work that I do, for the work that
you do, for the work you.

Speaker 4 (59:42):
Do in the community.

Speaker 3 (59:43):
But it doesn't matter what the question is it to
be like I'm having two in school.

Speaker 1 (59:48):
That is your listen. I think I give. I think
that people call up here and they feel like I give.

Speaker 3 (59:54):
The best advice is like get a honey peck from
the gestage.

Speaker 6 (59:57):
And the thing is if you say anything remotely but
the other way around to man know, he will fall
out of his chair.

Speaker 4 (01:00:02):
You have me, I meid something to him earlier to
that he about.

Speaker 1 (01:00:07):
I'll hit me up.

Speaker 8 (01:00:08):
Was crazy, asked me.

Speaker 4 (01:00:09):
Repeated.

Speaker 3 (01:00:10):
I was like no, no, no, I was like, oh,
but again that number is eight hundred two nine fifty
one fifty. We are always here to give you guys
the best advice that we can. We all have very
different points of views, yes up here and come from
different spaces, and so we want to hear your questions. Jersey,
what's your question for? Ask you?

Speaker 7 (01:00:28):
All Right, So I'm trying to figure out wanted what
should I do? So my ex, which is my my
mother of my child. We've been on a break, but
she's been she's been a little out. I ain't say outside,
but I've seen some stuff in the phone.

Speaker 1 (01:00:44):
You know.

Speaker 7 (01:00:44):
He ain't supposed to go through the phone. And it's like,
you're telling me all we're going to be back together,
we're gonna be a family, blah blah blah blah. But
she wants a break. But break that she's having, she's
she's doing some crazy mess that she should be doing
with me. What she's doing with this one particular guy.

Speaker 1 (01:01:03):
What's she doing?

Speaker 3 (01:01:04):
Man?

Speaker 7 (01:01:06):
Respectfully, I can't even yeah, said.

Speaker 3 (01:01:08):
They still have a child together, break though, right there?
A break, but she's saying she wanted to get back together,
and he is seeing all this stuff in her phone.
What what made you look in her phone? Anyway?

Speaker 7 (01:01:18):
Oh, she had came through like shell came through over tonight.
You know what I'm saying. She was lit. So we
was doing to do and then she called me them
up abody because she called me to do names. I
was like, what's the song?

Speaker 12 (01:01:34):
Okay?

Speaker 7 (01:01:34):
And then she passed out because she was drunk, so
I was like whatever. So then you know that, right, there,
and I was like, dang, well, let me go ahead
and do what.

Speaker 3 (01:01:43):
You know you had a reason, Okay, And have you
said anything to her about it that she knows she
did this?

Speaker 18 (01:01:50):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (01:01:51):
I mean it's more so like why are you like
stringing me along while you're doing this? And then you know,
like I can't look at you to say, like, I mean,
ipectful as far as like.

Speaker 3 (01:02:10):
Can you see yourself being with her now knowing all
of this?

Speaker 17 (01:02:14):
Now?

Speaker 1 (01:02:14):
No?

Speaker 7 (01:02:15):
But like I don't know, how do you get past
seeing you know what I'm saying word for words?

Speaker 8 (01:02:21):
You know you know what to do?

Speaker 7 (01:02:24):
What?

Speaker 4 (01:02:25):
No?

Speaker 1 (01:02:25):
You know what? The dude, you can't let nobody walk
all over you, bro, you know it don't matter. But
they was laying down and they was doing what they
was doing, and she called him another man's name. This
goes back to what we talked about earlier. You gotta
put yourself first, stand up, stand up business man.

Speaker 3 (01:02:43):
But clearly you love her, right. But my whole thing is,
you guys have to have a serious, like constant communication
about what's going on because she may not even want
to be with you. But have y'all even discussed I
know you said he's saying that she wants to get
back together. But you guys, aren't You gotta just tell

(01:03:03):
her both of them. When you go through somebody's phone,
you're gonna find something. Now, what do you do with
that information? Once you find it? All right, I feel
like there's no way you cannot address this with her.
You were wrong for going through her phone, but you
found what you found. Now it's all on the table.
Put it there, discuss it. What do you need to
even be able to try to move forward? And can

(01:03:24):
she do those things? Or is she willing to do them?
That's what it is.

Speaker 6 (01:03:27):
Okay, it's not easy to say it was easy, but.

Speaker 8 (01:03:33):
I'm just giving you a whole lot.

Speaker 3 (01:03:34):
As an outsider looking in, you know, can you move forward?
What do you need to be able to move forward?
And is she willing to do those things? That's the
real question. If she's not even willing, then it's not
even worth thinking about it.

Speaker 8 (01:03:45):
We'll get you a new girl.

Speaker 1 (01:03:46):
Brove another man's name. What's your name?

Speaker 3 (01:03:56):
You just called them another man's name to.

Speaker 9 (01:04:00):
Man?

Speaker 7 (01:04:01):
But yeah, you that's just that's is too much, you know,
and then you can't see I can't put it out there.

Speaker 3 (01:04:13):
All right, all right, I'm sorry Jersey that you're you're
hurt though, I am sorry for that, and that's okay
for you. You should be upset, you should be hurt and
have all those feels feels what.

Speaker 1 (01:04:28):
If you want?

Speaker 3 (01:04:30):
Thank you man. I never recommend looking at people's phones
unless you're ready to act on what you're about to see.

Speaker 8 (01:04:36):
But I feel like I gave him the best advice
though honestly you gave him.

Speaker 3 (01:04:41):
Though he may not really want to, and something you
could tell people to do with that that.

Speaker 6 (01:04:49):
He has feelings, deep feelings. Yeah, there's a deeper connection.
It's easy for us to sit back with no emotion
and no attachment.

Speaker 3 (01:04:56):
That is hard. Yeah, all right, when we come back,
we have last word?

Speaker 4 (01:04:59):
Why Why are you? Why are you looking at me
like that?

Speaker 1 (01:05:02):
I'm just trying to understand you.

Speaker 3 (01:05:03):
Two nine fifty one fifty. You guys always have the
last word. It's the way up at angela yee?

Speaker 7 (01:05:07):
Hat up the.

Speaker 2 (01:05:08):
Phone tap to get your voice heard? What the word here?
Is the last word on way up with angela? Ye?

Speaker 3 (01:05:17):
Yes, it is way up at angela yee. I'm Angela Yee.
Jasmine is here from the Jasmine brand and Mano is here.

Speaker 1 (01:05:22):
Yes, No, I don't know how for long though, because Jasmin.

Speaker 2 (01:05:25):
Don't want me here no more.

Speaker 1 (01:05:26):
Oh good, Jasmine wants.

Speaker 8 (01:05:30):
Me on the show.

Speaker 4 (01:05:31):
That's not true. Man, it's not my show, it's Angela's.

Speaker 3 (01:05:34):
It's okay for you to feel your feels. Mana very s.

Speaker 1 (01:05:39):
Not Yeah, you know what, I'm not telling you nothing
no more. No is being very sensitive because I told
I told y'all some stuff and y'all just used it
against me earlier.

Speaker 3 (01:05:47):
Oh you feel misunderstood in the room.

Speaker 6 (01:05:49):
No, Mano, you're not being honest with yourself. Oh really, Yeah,
let's get Meno. You want to call him for asking,
you should call him from.

Speaker 8 (01:05:55):
Yeah, I'm gonna call him when I'm not here.

Speaker 3 (01:05:56):
Yeah, calling for asking.

Speaker 4 (01:05:58):
Yes, we want to give you some advice, but you
got to promise to take it.

Speaker 8 (01:06:02):
Yeah, I need somebody like me up here to give
me the real.

Speaker 3 (01:06:04):
Advice, because man is very upset about this woman saying
all the man's name yeah from Asking, Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:06:12):
Yeah, yeah, yes, yeah, he got to get another girl.

Speaker 3 (01:06:17):
Yeah, I mean I don't know if I can handle that.
Imagine Jasmine, Imagine you're with a guy, you're a man,
and he says another name.

Speaker 4 (01:06:25):
I would be heartbroken.

Speaker 1 (01:06:26):
What would you do?

Speaker 4 (01:06:27):
I would be devastating.

Speaker 8 (01:06:28):
You would replace him?

Speaker 4 (01:06:29):
Right, I'm definitely doing something else.

Speaker 3 (01:06:31):
I was just thinking about a situation where this actually
happened at one of my old jobs. This guy that
used to work there, we had it was brand new,
this job, right, and wasn't here at iHeart I just
want to put that out there. But anyway, he was
dating this girl and we had been out like all
day was Christmas. We had went to the company holiday party,
did all kinds of things, worked, and then he called

(01:06:52):
her my name in bed, Oh my god, yes, and
she he said. She got up and sat on the
edge of the bed, fully dressed, and went and talked
to him. And then she hated me after that. And
I didn't even do anything. He must he must have
liked you, oh maybe, but yeah, that's exactly what he said.

Speaker 4 (01:07:07):
Happened devastating.

Speaker 3 (01:07:09):
So we're together the whole day.

Speaker 4 (01:07:11):
Wet care.

Speaker 1 (01:07:13):
Like that.

Speaker 8 (01:07:14):
It so's done all.

Speaker 3 (01:07:15):
Right, Well, anyway, let's get ready for last word. And
we did pick a side today. And I know a
lot of people didn't get a chance to get through
to talk about returning clothes to a store, who is
in the wrong and who is in the right hair.
So I know a lot of you want to call
in about that, but again, you guys always have the
last word. Eight hundred nine.

Speaker 18 (01:07:32):
Yo, What Up's Randy B? Tapping in with ANGELA? Ye,
way up, y'all. I just want to say congratulations of
y'all on coming up. You know what I'm saying. I
want to give a shout out everything y'all doing. May know, Hey,
all I gotta say to you, may know, was hey,
what did you really see what you're looking at me?
If you know what I'm saying, you know the rest

(01:07:53):
may know? You know I'm mad with it, man, Randy B.
For other than that. Man, Once again, y'all keep doing
what y'all do you know? I mean blessings on top
of blessings. Yet if you be headed, Hey, keep blessed,
keep going, keep doing your things, don't stop, stay way up.

Speaker 17 (01:08:10):
So what I will say, first and foremost employee was
wrong for calling him out as an employee. Of fact,
what I will say, that's a common practice. Like He's
not the only celebrity or a millionaire person that would
buys me, wears them and returns them. I see it
every day on a regular basis. Did she have to
go online and make a comment. No, But I totally
understand it from her perspective, because if she receives commission

(01:08:32):
off of that, like, she's back in the negative. So
if you're not gonna keep the purchase, bring your scholars
in and have them do it. That way, she won't
even perceive the commission or I won't increase her I
guess her percentage that she's supposed to incur every day.

Speaker 1 (01:08:47):
Hey, Angela, I was just saying, I'm calling them for
the for the Teller secret, and my secret is I do.

Speaker 18 (01:08:56):
Not know how I got shot.

Speaker 1 (01:08:59):
I don't know who's shot me. I think it was
a boomerang in the room.

Speaker 18 (01:09:03):
All right, talk to you later.

Speaker 1 (01:09:04):
I love your show, Angie.

Speaker 14 (01:09:06):
Bye.
