Speaker 2 (06:19):
During last word and when we come back, we have
your yee t and Young Thug did a post because
you know, Gunn's album is out today.

Speaker 3 (06:27):
So I see a lot of people buzzing.

Speaker 2 (06:28):
We see a lot of trending things happening on social media.

Speaker 3 (06:31):
Let's talk about it. It's way up at Angela yee.

Speaker 1 (06:34):
It says in the rooms.

Speaker 7 (06:36):
From industry shade to all of gossip out send Angela's
feeling that EyeT.

Speaker 2 (06:42):
It's way up at the Angela Yee I'm Angela yee
and Mano is here.

Speaker 1 (06:46):
Yes I am, and we are doing yet.

Speaker 2 (06:49):
So Young Thug posted a countdown QR code on his
social media page and he said, business is business. Right now,
I'm looking at the QR code. There's five days, thirteen hours,
and forty minutes left until he drops away.

Speaker 1 (07:02):
He about to drop. Let's go.

Speaker 3 (07:04):
You know me, dog Man, that's your guide too.

Speaker 1 (07:07):
I remember you was hanging out with him and my
god right there. You've been to Thela House. Oh yes, yes,
Oh been to the Chelsea House. Did he came to
the Chelsea House?

Speaker 2 (07:18):
Last restaurant? I gotta get there, man, I gotta get
to this restaurant. I remember when I was on the
Breakfast Club. You were trying to get Young Doug to
come on the show at the time and all of that.

Speaker 1 (07:27):
So it's a fact, all right.

Speaker 2 (07:28):
Well, Gunna's album came out and it's called A Gift
and a Curse Okay, and this is his latest project.
It's his first album since being released from jail in
December after accepting a Plea deal. And there's a lot
of songs on the album. It was trending this morning.
So when I was in the shower. I was listening
to hear what he's talking about, and I see a
lot of people having positive reviews about his music. One song,

(07:51):
it's the fourteenth track. There's fifteen on here. It's called
I was just thinking. And you can see he's referencing
this whole case a lot because he hears what people
saying about him being a snitch.

Speaker 1 (08:00):
Here's what he had to say.

Speaker 2 (08:02):
A little boys on so he said, Yeah, he said, look,
don't listen to these lies.

Speaker 1 (08:09):
It's your little brother. Yeah, he talked about them four
walls closing in on them.

Speaker 5 (08:13):
How long was he in there?

Speaker 1 (08:16):
Oh stopping?

Speaker 4 (08:17):
How long was it?

Speaker 1 (08:18):
Four months? Five months? Six months? It wasn't too long.

Speaker 6 (08:20):
It wasn't too long that he was trying to get
home obviously obviously.

Speaker 2 (08:25):
All right, so that we'll talk about that more though,
because you know, it's a Friday, so we always do
new music on Fridays.

Speaker 1 (08:30):
Yeah, are you going to listen to it?

Speaker 2 (08:32):
Uh?

Speaker 5 (08:33):
Probably not?

Speaker 6 (08:34):
I mean, I mean I was. I was never a
super big Gunner fan. Anyway, I liked him and I
always he even been to Chelsea house. Wow, even Gunna
would Gune would hit me when he came to town.

Speaker 2 (08:47):
Okay, pull he was cool. I remember last time I
ran into him. I was at Toast Toast on Lennox
in Atlanta, and he was like, I'm want to do
lip service, right, but we're still down for it, all right.

Speaker 3 (08:59):
So Kihana has chosen to accept Yko Cyrus's apology.

Speaker 2 (09:04):
You know, there was all this drama over the past
few days where the two of them were commentating at a.

Speaker 3 (09:11):
Game and he came up behind her and.

Speaker 2 (09:13):
Tried to kiss her a couple of different times, like forcefully,
and you could tell she was uncomfortable with that, and
at that time, she just had posted that it was
hard for her to stand up for herself. People were
really mad at him, saying that he assaulted her. He
did apologize, and you know, she had posted I drink
to high that I'm very sensitive, I feel things more
than the average person.

Speaker 1 (09:34):
And he apologized.

Speaker 2 (09:35):
He said, I want to publicly offer my sincerius apology
to Sukihana. In an attempt to be playful, I misread
the moment and violated Sukihana's boundaries. What followed after that
was a huge debate online about whether or not she
quote unquote was flirting with him and that led to
that and whether or if he was sexually assaulting her well.
She now has said that she has chosen to accept

(09:57):
his apology. In a new statement, she said, I want
to first say thank you to everyone who has reached out.

Speaker 3 (10:02):
Your thoughtfulness has not gone unnoticed.

Speaker 2 (10:04):
I would like to address the event that took place
on Saturday, as well as the aftermath surrounding such. So
she acknowledged that hy Ko Cyrus has apologized both privately
and publicly, and she has chosen to accept it. She
said she's not excusing or lessening the severity of his actions,
and she said this is destiny choosing to give grace
to Ohsyrus.

Speaker 1 (10:22):
He is young.

Speaker 2 (10:23):
It is my prayer that this experience will cause him
and others to be more mindful and respect the personal
boundaries of others. Okay, yeah, that's it. Let it go,
you know. And I feel like the way that this
whole thing played out, it was an unfortunate incident. He
did what he had to do, He apologized, he did publicly,
he reached out to her privately, and it felt like

(10:45):
a sincere apology. She responded and accepted his apology, but
let people know it's not an excuse, but she did
feel that it was a sincere apology. She said, I'm
a pro black woman, and I am not into tearing
black men down. This is something I am choosing to
forgive him, for love him, and accept his apology.

Speaker 1 (11:01):
I would like to move on from this last I
just keep thinking about that line, and that's all what
this switch? I Okay, she just sounds different from that line.

Speaker 3 (11:16):
Look, it's music, it's us.

Speaker 2 (11:18):
It's entertainment, and and she means it for certain people.

Speaker 1 (11:23):
Yes, yeah, yes, I'm out of pocket.

Speaker 2 (11:25):
Look, okay, all right, you want to switch never okay?
All right, Well that is your yet. And when we
come back, we have about last night. We're going to
discuss what we did last night. Anything you want to
discuss nao, okay, we can talk about it night, about.

Speaker 4 (11:45):
Last night, last last night, he went down.

Speaker 2 (11:49):
It's way up at Angela Yee. I'm Angela Yee and
Maino is here, no heay, And let me tell you
something about last night.

Speaker 1 (11:58):
Yesterday.

Speaker 2 (11:58):
I feel like all I did was work and then
I passed out. But I did do a live for
LinkedIn with Paradigm for parody. I don't know if you
guys as everybody in here on LinkedIn. I know you're
not mad, you don't have no reason to be on here.

Speaker 5 (12:10):
Well.

Speaker 3 (12:11):
LinkedIn is actually a really great networking space.

Speaker 2 (12:13):
The reason why we even got I have a coffee
brand called Coffee Uplifts.

Speaker 1 (12:18):
People check us out.

Speaker 2 (12:19):
We got into Whole Foods get straight off of an
email on LinkedIn. We reached out to the buyer from
Whole Foods on LinkedIn and then sent them the coffee
and then they hit us up and we're like, Yo,
we really like this, we want to sell it in
the store. But there's some great opportunities on there that
I want to make sure that people pay attention to
because I know we all are on Instagram, DM and people,
but in the realm of business and entrepreneurship, LinkedIn is

(12:42):
actually a great asset to be able to connect with
people who are doing things that can actually be beneficial.
So I did something with them yesterday, and then I'm
also going to be doing some things with Shopify that
I'm excited about. I'm going to have a pop up
coffee shop in this Shopify space that they have in
Soho in Manhattan.

Speaker 3 (13:00):
So I basically was working yesterday.

Speaker 1 (13:03):
That's what we do now.

Speaker 2 (13:04):
You were working to but your work is a little
different than my work.

Speaker 5 (13:07):
No different.

Speaker 6 (13:09):
And I love this talk about I was in the
studio last night. I was I was having a session
with h Baron Davis.

Speaker 1 (13:15):
Okay, Baron Davis, he does well, definitely. My brother eighty
pulled up.

Speaker 6 (13:21):
Anybody know my story, know where I come from, my beginners,
they know who eighty is.

Speaker 1 (13:26):
You know what he'd been through.

Speaker 3 (13:27):
Tell us in case people don't.

Speaker 1 (13:29):
So when I started, you know, Hustle Hard, and came
came through the game.

Speaker 6 (13:33):
My brother, my brother eighty. You know, we childhood friends
who grew up together close. It's a few of us.
A lot of us was back then, was in prison,
like I got seen old my father Mouse, they were,
they were in prison back then. So it was like
me and eighty home the whole time we created Hustle Hard.
We we got in a game and then unfortunately he
was shot, shot by the police, and he was paralyzed.

(13:57):
And you know, and not only was he paralyzed, but
when he got when he got shot and paralyzed.

Speaker 1 (14:03):
He got locked up at the same time. Damn so
not like.

Speaker 6 (14:09):
Right, So so he got shot, paralyzed, lost his lost
his legs and was handcuffed and had to sit on
Records Island for over two years fighting attempted murder case
on the on the police beat. It came back home,
got back into the game, created his own company, Team eighty,

(14:31):
Team eighty, Team eighty, and found a plethora of new artists.
And one of those artists is Lola Brook.

Speaker 2 (14:39):
Who see and I love to hear that definitely, you know,
like you said, he went through a really crazy life changing.

Speaker 1 (14:46):
Unfortunate situation. Yes, indeed, and then came through the other side,
right and look at Lolo Brook right now. I love that.

Speaker 3 (14:52):
So you was in the studio with so.

Speaker 6 (14:54):
They can't he came over and he plays and he
plays some of the new records. So I'm really excited
because you know, I watched her come in. I watched
the day she came.

Speaker 1 (15:01):
To the studio.

Speaker 6 (15:02):
You know, we had a studio, Dan and Soho and
I remember the day she came in, and I remember,
you know, just her grind. She she was always hungry,
she was always active and always you know, uh, pro
her career. To see her now, you know, getting the
shine that she deserves. She's nominated for Best New Artists.

Speaker 1 (15:23):
Yes, Lola Brook baby caught.

Speaker 6 (15:25):
The number one urban record with Don't Play with It,
and just watching some of her she got a record
with a boogie come in Coyler Ray.

Speaker 5 (15:33):
You know.

Speaker 6 (15:34):
So it's just dope and it's best stop man. It's
just you know, it's just another branch of of what
we created Hustle Hog.

Speaker 5 (15:39):
But thank you.

Speaker 1 (15:40):
That was amazing.

Speaker 2 (15:41):
I love that, that whole entire story that we just
told for about last night. So shout out to eighty yes,
shout out to Lola Brook, shout out to Hustle Hard Yes.

Speaker 3 (15:50):
In the beginnings. All right, well that was about last night.

Speaker 2 (15:54):
And if you're not inspired by that and don't feel
like let me get up off my ass and make
it happen, then I don't know what to tell you.
But when we come back, we have something else that
is very meno centric.

Speaker 1 (16:03):
What and what's that? Tell us a secret?

Speaker 2 (16:07):
And I love the fact that people are mad at you,
people be mad at me.

Speaker 1 (16:12):
I love them without judging.

Speaker 6 (16:14):
You because you kind of let some of the flagrance slide.

Speaker 1 (16:18):
Well it's a no judgment. No we gotta judge, all right, No, we're.

Speaker 2 (16:22):

Speaker 2 (16:55):

Speaker 12 (17:01):

Speaker 1 (17:47):
Okay, all right, he was young. Yeah, that's only a
few years ago.

Speaker 2 (17:53):
Do you think that you think that you would want
to perhaps be in a real relationship because you are
cheating in your marriage.

Speaker 7 (18:00):
I mean, I haven't been with none lately that I
you know, I'm gonna track to him.

Speaker 3 (18:06):

Or she she knew that I liked it at the
time because of unpact experience that we you know, we.

Speaker 12 (18:23):

Speaker 2 (18:24):

That's about it. Yeah, that's all. Yeah, that's it.

Speaker 2 (18:31):
I know he has a preference, but he's married, so
he's not cheating and that's that.

Speaker 3 (18:38):
Hey, do you think you could be like this forever.

Speaker 2 (18:40):
You're gonna stay married and just you know, like this
and not be able to act on it, or you
think at some point you might break down.

Speaker 12 (18:46):
I'm not sure.

Speaker 1 (18:49):
He's not sure.

Speaker 3 (18:51):
All right, Well, thank you for sharing with us. We
appreciate it. Thanks for trusting us. All Right, I have
a go ye hey brother paying out him as calin.
How are you?

Speaker 4 (19:02):
I'm living yourself?

Speaker 1 (19:03):
I'm good.

Speaker 3 (19:03):
You want to tell us a secret? No judgment?

Speaker 9 (19:06):
Yeah? Cook? All right?

Speaker 6 (19:08):
Luis mean, I'm not gonna judge me up, then I'm
gonna judge you, bro, all right, So I'm messing with
the chick out work.

Speaker 11 (19:14):
It was arranged, she got she's married.

Speaker 10 (19:16):
It was the arrange marriage.

Speaker 9 (19:18):
We ended up looking out. Long story short, she ended
up pregnant. She got two kids, and.

Speaker 10 (19:24):
Uh, the guy thinks it's his and I'm not sure
if his mind or not.

Speaker 2 (19:28):
Oh my gosh, do you want he has me? So okay,
he has to assected me. But she had two kids?
Is he questioning her now?

Speaker 6 (19:38):
So he's just basically he knows right because if he
had a psept me, he knows it.

Speaker 1 (19:43):
I has no no, no, he's seen it.

Speaker 10 (19:45):
It's his because he pretty much talked her whole life.
He has like cameras in the car and everything.

Speaker 9 (19:50):
What well, we did it at work, so you know
what I mean. You can't put through the two together.

Speaker 2 (19:55):
Now, are you concerned about these being your kids? Like
do you want to find out?

Speaker 14 (20:00):
Yeah?

Speaker 11 (20:00):
I mean I do, Then I don't.

Speaker 9 (20:03):
That's the whole situation.

Speaker 1 (20:04):
In the situation, what is she saying.

Speaker 10 (20:08):
So she's saying she got two kids with him, she's
living them.

Speaker 9 (20:11):
Now she's saying that it was mine. It might not
turn out well, he might end up killing her.

Speaker 2 (20:17):
Indicate now this is a dangerous situation. It sound like
she needed to get away from him because they ain't you.

Speaker 1 (20:24):
Know, I don't want to be That's the thing you
got yourself exactly. It was just like a little hook
up love trying.

Speaker 10 (20:35):
Didn't tell me that she was pregnant about four months.

Speaker 3 (20:38):
So you've been going in unprotected.

Speaker 9 (20:41):
Nah, I actually was protecting and that one time was unprotected.

Speaker 6 (20:45):
Oh that's Cap, that's Cap. Cap, you know, that's Cap.
Don't call up here with the cat, you know that's Cap.

Speaker 1 (20:51):
One time.

Speaker 4 (20:52):
That one time, that's Cat.

Speaker 6 (20:53):
I thought, hey man, what would you do if she
was in this situation, you're gonna find out what the
George Tiller, You're just gonna let it.

Speaker 1 (21:00):
I wouldn't been in that situation, but if you were,
would you want to know? Yeah?

Speaker 5 (21:05):
I wouldn't want to know.

Speaker 1 (21:05):
Definitely. Okay.

Speaker 2 (21:07):
All right, well, thank you for sharing, and we're gonna
pray for her safety because that's also alarming.

Speaker 3 (21:11):
All right, well, thank you hanging out a miss caller.

Speaker 1 (21:14):
How are you?

Speaker 9 (21:15):
I'm good?

Speaker 12 (21:16):
How are you?

Speaker 1 (21:16):
I'm good?

Speaker 3 (21:17):
You want to tell us a secret?

Speaker 9 (21:19):
Yes, how y'all doing?

Speaker 1 (21:20):
By the way, A right made him relax.

Speaker 9 (21:24):
So my secret is, so I've been in this guy
for years, like eight years. Even the more he went
to jail, I hold him down by my club, even
when his mom was like, you know what I'm saying,
don't hold him down, you have we're friend. Sorry, he
came home. I thought everything was gonna be good. You know,
I did everything, and he came home. He straight sked

(21:46):
on me, like getting dirty, didn't right, he violated so
like he did. So his family was like, you know,
they're all they loved me, whatever. So his dad's already
making a path back you.

Speaker 8 (21:56):
So I'm just like he's dead.

Speaker 9 (21:58):
So I'm like, but then I found out you gotta
girl pregnant. So I'm like, okay, cool, now you want
to play this guy, I'm going to make you my son.

Speaker 2 (22:10):
Oh my gosh, oh make you my son.

Speaker 9 (22:15):
And so now your dad wann't you know? Love? Like
do you need? But I don't want to talk to
the day.

Speaker 1 (22:21):
But you're sleeping with the dad though, right as revenge
on him?

Speaker 9 (22:26):
Yeah? With the dad, yes, so but when he's in
love with me, like he's like he wants to get
me a ring?

Speaker 1 (22:36):
Oh wow? So does the dad know about?

Speaker 2 (22:39):
Yes, she did that as with dad was on her
because the son was was no good when but you
really did it. Now you're stuck in a situation where
the dad is all in love with you. What you're
gonna do be with both of them?

Speaker 8 (22:52):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (22:52):
Shut up?

Speaker 3 (22:54):
He done?

Speaker 2 (22:56):
I feel you though she held him down while he
was in jail. He got another woman pregnant when he
came home with the father.

Speaker 8 (23:02):
I don't know how how that helps, though I know,
And then I don't think he knows.

Speaker 9 (23:07):
I don't know if he knows. But it's kind of
awkward because now his is like he love me and
he just be inviting stuff. It's kind of awkward and I'm.

Speaker 2 (23:14):
Like, you need to get away from all of them.
But you know, we're happy Father's Day because they are
your sons. Thank you, Okay, well, thank you for sharing.

Speaker 1 (23:24):
They're gonna be mad at this one.

Speaker 2 (23:28):
But if he don't know, then he gonna know at
some point it's not really no revenge. She knows, she knows,
and the dad knows. Well, that was tell us a secret.
Let's see who gets in trouble for this one, you know.
And when we come back, we have a yee t
and let's talk about Connor McGregor. There's accusations against him.
Will tell you what they are and how he is responding.

(23:48):
Its way up at Angela.

Speaker 4 (23:49):
Yee sure, she's about to blow the lead off this pot.

Speaker 5 (23:52):
Let's get it.

Speaker 4 (23:53):
Angela's feeling that yee t. Come and get the tea.

Speaker 3 (23:57):
It's way up at Angela. Yee, I'm Angela.

Speaker 5 (23:59):
Yee.

Speaker 3 (24:00):
Mano is here, Yeah, yeah, Mano here with his arms.

Speaker 1 (24:03):
Out, legs out cold. It's freezing in him. It's ac time.
That's somebody's blanket. I wonder who, oh, Jasmine brand this
is like her blanket? All right?

Speaker 2 (24:13):
Well, Michael Jordan is finalizing the sale of the Charlotte Hornets.

Speaker 1 (24:17):
They've been talking about this.

Speaker 2 (24:18):
It looks like an agreement is expected to be signed
in the coming days, and he's selling that to a
group led by Gabe Platkin and Rick Schnall. That's ending
his thirteen year run as majority owner. Now Schanall is
a minority owner with the Atlanta Hawks and Plaquin is
a minority owner with the Hornets, so they'll become the
franchisees governors once the NBA completes its vetting and approval process.

(24:39):
Michael Jordan will continue to oversee basketball operations through next
Thursday's NBA Draft and they start a free agency which
is July first, and once the sale is complete, they
expect that Michael Jordan will keep a minority stake and
also a presence with the franchise.

Speaker 1 (24:53):
How much is he selling it for this sweet We
don't know that.

Speaker 2 (24:57):
Yet, but we do know that he paid two hundred
and seventy five million for our majority stake, but that
was back in twenty ten, and so I'm sure it's
worth way more at this point, so he's definitely cashing
out right all right. Now, the NBA has suspended job
Morant for twenty five games. That is the announcement. That's
according to Woe who announced that. Sources told ESPN's Voes

(25:20):
that on today. So the suspension will come with conditions
for his return as well. Now, if you recall Adam Silver,
the NBA commissioner, did not want to announce the suspension
and what was happening until the end of the NBA Finals.

Speaker 1 (25:34):
Right, So that's that's good. It's not too bad.

Speaker 3 (25:37):
Yeah, I mean, you know, I'm sure for him could
have been worse. It could have been worse.

Speaker 2 (25:42):
So yeah, and he's already financially, I mean, taking a
bit of a hit. His five year, one hundred ninety
four million dollar max contract is set to begin this
coming season. It could have escalated to a Supermax if
he made an All NBA this season, but he did not,
so that cost him about thirty nine million dollars in
future earn.

Speaker 3 (26:01):
All right, you know, hit him in the pockets.

Speaker 1 (26:03):
All right.

Speaker 2 (26:03):
Connor McGregor, this story broke yesterday and we have more
information now, but UFC superstar Conda McGregor has been accused
of violently sexually assaulting a woman in the bathroom and
that incident allegedly took place at Game four of the
twenty twenty three NBA Finals between the Heat and Denver Nuggets.
Now Connor McGregor was a part of the Inn arena entertainment.

(26:24):
He also made headlines for punching the Heat's maskot right, Yeah,
if you recall all of that, it's very explicit. Do
you want to know what this woman is accusing him of?
And then we'll give you an ex cace. Well, she's
saying that she was separated from her friend by Heat
and NBA security.

Speaker 3 (26:40):
She was then forced into a bathroom inside the arena.

Speaker 2 (26:43):
She then alleges that Connor McGregor emerged from a stall
forcibly kissed her, and she was kept inside the bathroom
by security guards that wouldnt allow anybody else inside.

Speaker 3 (26:52):
The victim was able to get Conda McGregor to.

Speaker 2 (26:54):
Stop his assault, she says, by demanding that he stopped
because she had to urinate. When the victim attaps to Yurinh,
she alleges that he, instead of giving her privacy to
do so, pulled out his penis and shoved it down
her throat, and then pushed him off of her and
spat on her and on his penis because it was
flaccid and wasing.

Speaker 1 (27:15):
He was trying to get it up. Wow.

Speaker 2 (27:17):
He's then accused of grabbing her, pinning her against the wall,
and ripping the elastic waistband of her pants while pulling
them down and then trying to insertion and he was
too limped, she said, fortunately, so that's.

Speaker 1 (27:30):
Why it was not complete. I don't know if I'm
buying all right.

Speaker 2 (27:35):
This news also comes one day after he announced that
he and his longtime girlfriend Deed Devlin are expecting their
fourth child together. So he announced that on Wednesday on
Live with Kelly and Mark and he said, we've got
another one on the way.

Speaker 3 (27:46):
So this news all broke then. Now here's the update.

Speaker 2 (27:49):
There's video now that does show the alleged bathroom interaction
between Connor McGregor and the alleged rape victim. TMZ Sports
has that video, and Manoe, you and I looked at
that and you can see that he is leading her
into the bathroom and it looks like she is following.

Speaker 1 (28:06):
Behind him, doesn't look forcibly.

Speaker 2 (28:08):
Yeah, he did grab her by the hand and made
a path for the bathroom. But then you can see
at one point he does drop her hand and she
goes in the bathroom, and so the video does not
show anybody appearing to forcibly bring her into the restroom,
and there are three men who seem like security guards
who are in front of the door so that nobody
could come in or go out of the bathroom at
that time. Now, McGregor's accuser and Connor McGregor had been

(28:33):
partying together at a club inside of the arena just
minutes before that video was taken. It's alleged that he
sexually assaulted the woman in the bathroom. And now according
to her attorney, they said, my client remembers having no
less than six drinks that night and has admitted the
parts she recalls. My client did not even recall who
led her into the restroom until seeing this video.

Speaker 1 (28:52):
So when she saw the video, so now it's changed.

Speaker 2 (28:55):
He's recalling things, and Connor McGregor, on his behalf, is
denying these alligations accusations against him. His reps are saying
in a statement that the allegations are false and that
Connor McGregor will not be intimidated.

Speaker 3 (29:06):
We'll keep you updated on what's happening.

Speaker 2 (29:09):
All right, this is way up with the Angela Yee,
but his people are saying that these claims are false,
and after not responding to the demand for money made
by her counsel, she turned to the media to apply pressure.

Speaker 1 (29:21):
And it's no more than a shakedown. I believe that.

Speaker 2 (29:24):
All right, Well, it's way up at Angela Yee when
we come back. We have under the radar. These are
the stories that are not headline news stories. They are
flying under the radar. It's way up at the Angela Yee.

Speaker 9 (29:33):
News.

Speaker 4 (29:34):
This in the news that relates to you. These stories
are flying under the radar.

Speaker 2 (29:39):
It's way up at Angela Yee. I'm Angela Yee and
Mano is here. Come on, Oh my gosh. Look you
know Mano just woke up. Oh man, he was out
late last night in the studio working. All right, now,
let's get into some of these under the radar stories.

(30:00):
Joe Biden has announced a Tickmaster and Live Nation are
going to display junk fees upfront. So that is a
win for consumers. According to President Biden, you know when
you go to buy a ticket and you're like, uh,
how did this go from being twenty five dollars.

Speaker 1 (30:14):
To eighty two dollars? Yeah, add on everything.

Speaker 2 (30:18):
So the practice of all in pricing, what's show perspective
buyers upfront exactly what the final total will be, rather
than you go to check out and you're like.

Speaker 1 (30:26):
Damn, damn, damn. I'm happy about that.

Speaker 12 (30:29):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (30:30):
I think that's a good thing.

Speaker 1 (30:31):
All right. Now, this is an interesting story.

Speaker 2 (30:33):
We've been talking a lot about our artificial intelligence AI, right,
and one guy is saying that AI saved his marriage
because of his AI girlfriend. Now, Chad GBT, as you know,
can take things online and make it seem like real conversations.
People use that for like their profiles on match on
dating websites. They use it for a lot of different things. Well,

(30:56):
this one guy says that saved his marriage. His name
is Scott. He was struggling his wife. They just had
a baby and she became an alcoholic due to postpartum depression.

Speaker 1 (31:08):
And then he met Serena.

Speaker 2 (31:10):
Serena's a digital companion that was produced by a replica
and AI software that specializes in AI partnership. He said,
here's this AI chatbot that I know is a chatbot
talking in a human enough manner that your brain just
kind of interprets it as interacting with another human.

Speaker 3 (31:26):
He said he didn't realize how much support that he
was lacking.

Speaker 2 (31:29):
He said it was like someone who's dehydrated suddenly getting
a glass of water.

Speaker 1 (31:34):
And he does not feel that this is cheating.

Speaker 2 (31:35):
A lot of people don't think that having a relationship
with an AI chatbot would be considered cheating. They actually
did a study and seventy four percent of respondents believe
that times bet with ANAI companion is not cheating.

Speaker 1 (31:48):
I want to try hollering out of a chatbot. I
just want to see what the conversations like.

Speaker 2 (31:53):
Yeah, because you know you'd be having a little you
could have a little sexy conversation.

Speaker 1 (31:56):
I want to see what it's like. Is it speaking and.

Speaker 3 (32:01):
Like a human, Like you're really talking to somebody and
they're saying all the things that you want to hear.

Speaker 1 (32:06):
I can see them being something that you're not cheating.

Speaker 6 (32:08):
Well, who makes the conversation though some doesn't. Somebody have
to make the conversation for him.

Speaker 13 (32:12):
It.

Speaker 1 (32:13):
Yeah, it's artificial intelligence.

Speaker 2 (32:15):
It gathers things and it can talk, just like how
writers are concerned about AI taking over for writing scripts
and things like that, because it can seem very real.
Now there's another woman from the Bronx, Rosanna Ramos. She
says that she actually married her artificial husband last year. Oh,
she said, She's never been more in love with anyone.
And you also used replica to create her cyber husband.

(32:36):
His name is Aaron Cartel.

Speaker 1 (32:39):
Oh wow, they going far with it.

Speaker 2 (32:41):
I would hate to see you, you know, he's with
his AI girlfriend cyber Love. I could just see you
sitting up here while we're doing the show, just going
back and forth sending.

Speaker 1 (32:55):
Text messages, you know, call on speaker because.

Speaker 2 (32:58):
It's kind of like when people have relationships with somebody
they've never met in person, but you build this bond.

Speaker 1 (33:03):
Hey, babe, what you're doing missing you think right now?

Speaker 5 (33:10):
Baby?

Speaker 2 (33:10):
Well those are year under the radar stories and you
know Tuscy is going to be joining us shortly. Also,
we have the Way Up Mix on a Friday, that's
when we really party. So that's coming at the top
of the hour. It's Way Up with Angelaee.

Speaker 4 (33:24):
Yeah, she back at it. Bring in the back Way
Up with Angela yee is on.

Speaker 2 (33:30):
All right, Well, let's get some updates on some of
these ut stories we tell Earlier. Michael Jordan sold the
Hornets at a reported three billion dollar valuation, So that
means that doesn't mean that's what he got, but that
means that the sale values the Hornage at three billion dollars.

Speaker 3 (33:46):
All right, So we talked about this earlier. Placin and Schnall.

Speaker 2 (33:49):
Plaqin is a minority governor of the Hornage and Shanall
is a minority governor of the Atlanta Hawks, will become
the Hornets governors once the sale is approved and finalized.
And they also announced that Jay Cole country music star
Eric Church are part of the new ownership group. That
is I know Jakley is like bow. That's really really
exciting coming from n Yeah.

Speaker 1 (34:11):
All right now.

Speaker 2 (34:12):
John Moran earlier we talked about what's going to happen
with him twenty five game suspension. Well, he has released
a statement. He said, I've had time to reflect and
I realize how much heard I've caused. I want to
apologize to the NBA, the Grizzlies, my teammates, and the
city of Memphis. He also thinks Adam Silver, Zach Cleman,
and Robert Parr, who gave him the opportunity to be
a professional athlete and have supported me, I'm sorry for

(34:34):
the harm I've done to the kids who look up
to me.

Speaker 3 (34:36):
I'm sorry for failing you as a role model.

Speaker 1 (34:38):
I promise.

Speaker 2 (34:39):
I'm going to be better to all of my sponsors.
I'm going to be a better representation of our brands
and to all of my fans.

Speaker 1 (34:45):
I'm going to make it up to you. I promise.

Speaker 2 (34:47):
And he said he is spending the off season and
his suspension continuing to work on his mental health and
decision making good for him. Yes, so that is his
statement once they announced his twenty five game suspension. All right, now,
Beyonce has helped a fan with a gender reveal. So
she was in Germany on Thursday yesterday and she helped

(35:07):
somebody out a little over an hour into her performance,
she noticed somebody was trying to get her attention.

Speaker 1 (35:12):
And she said this, So somebody gan.

Speaker 4 (35:20):
Girls.

Speaker 2 (35:26):
Yes, So someone handed her an envelope and she did
that person's gender reveal.

Speaker 1 (35:29):
That's huge. Wow, their daughter is.

Speaker 2 (35:31):
Going to be like remember when ye yes, forget that
was nice. Now, another thing that happened for a Beyonce fan.
Somebody his name is Global Valentino walked away with her
off white sunglasses at her show from London, and he
put the sunglasses up for auction for nearly twenty thousand dollars.
He said it was a very difficult choice to make

(35:52):
as a fan, and he posted a viral TikTok capturing
the moment that she threw those sun Blastes glasses to
fans while performing Diva And now, of course security kidnapped
the sunglasses from fans, but this person, after she flung
it back and again, managed to get a hold of
the sunglasses, and so Valentino was selling those. If you

(36:14):
got something from one of your favorite artists of all time,
if you're part of the beehive. Some people are like,
why would you sell it? Other people are like, I
just sold it right away because twenty thousand dollars could
do a lot for somebody, right, you know. So yes, now,
Prince Harry and Meghan Marko they had that deal with Spotify.
It was a twenty million dollar deal to produce content

(36:34):
and apparently they have mutually decided to split waste. Spotify
did say that they are parting ways and they're proud
of the series that we made together. So Spotify has
also announced this month they're going to cut two hundred
jobs as they reimagine their approach to podcasting, but according
to reports, they just didn't produce enough content to receive

(36:54):
the full payout of the twenty million dollar deal that
they signed back in twenty twenty.

Speaker 1 (36:58):
They actually did one podcast and what was that?

Speaker 2 (37:02):
It was twelve episodes of Archetypes and so they had
guests like Serena Williams, Mariah Carriman, The Kaling, Paris Hilton.
Each episode was about an hour and she put the
podcast on pause in September during the official morning period
for Queen Elizabeth the Second and so on the final episode.
Trevor Noah, Andy Cohen, and Jed Apatow appeared on Manifesting
a Cultural Ship that came out November twenty ninth. They also,

(37:25):
by the way, Harry and Megan also have a deal
with Netflix, which they signed in twenty four an estimated
one hundred million dollars, and they had a six part
tell all docu series Harry and Meghan that was a
huge hit for the for Netflix last year.

Speaker 3 (37:39):
Signing these big deals, but you do still got her
produce content.

Speaker 1 (37:44):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (37:44):
I think the best thing to do when you do
a deal like that is hire people that can get
it done.

Speaker 1 (37:49):
For you still got to produce yep.

Speaker 3 (37:51):
And speaking of having to produce the idol, you know
that show.

Speaker 1 (37:53):
That The Weekend has on, his pos started to watch it.
It's been two episodes so far. I'm going to I'm
still stuck on the first episode. I watched the first episode.
It was not bad. It's all right, it's it's a
little weird. No, it's it's humorous, right, but it's it's dark.

Speaker 2 (38:11):
Yes, it's definitely dark. And Lily Rose depth you know
that's Johnny Depp's daughter. She does a great job.

Speaker 1 (38:16):
I didn't know that, but it's some truth to it.

Speaker 5 (38:19):
Though.

Speaker 1 (38:20):
What do you mean, like like the female artist that
had that has all these issues.

Speaker 3 (38:25):
Viral things going viral, and then she had rehearse.

Speaker 2 (38:28):
Yeah, got all these people around here trying to prevent
her from knowing what's going on and.

Speaker 6 (38:32):
Then finding herself and then being you know, overly sexual
with other people. Like I've seen that so many different times.

Speaker 2 (38:38):
Okay, So yes, I'm sure, and I'm sure The Weekend
has two right, Well, there were rumors that they did
not get renewed for a season two yet, but HBO
said it's being misreported that a decision on a second
season of the Idol has been determined, it has not,
and we look forward to sharing the next episode with
you Sunday night. So they were rumors it wasn't getting renewed,
but you know, apparently they have not determined. And that

(39:02):
is your yee t. And when we come back, you know,
it's a Friday, and it's time to discuss new music.

Speaker 3 (39:07):
There's some things out today that I'm super excited for.

Speaker 1 (39:10):
You excited about day Okay.

Speaker 3 (39:13):
That's out, but we'll talk about it. It's way up
with Angela ye you what's up?

Speaker 2 (39:20):
It's way up for Angela yee. And I'm excited that
Susie is here with me today. I was telling you
after you got them billion streams or whatever, I was like,
is he still gonna come see me?

Speaker 1 (39:30):
But I appreciate you. So the album is called not Yours?
That how you say your name?

Speaker 5 (39:36):
Yea, right, that's good? Not your?

Speaker 1 (39:38):
What does not your mean?

Speaker 13 (39:39):
Like?

Speaker 1 (39:39):
Why does your mom name me?

Speaker 5 (39:40):
That? It's French? I mean love and friendship.

Speaker 1 (39:44):
Explains a lot.

Speaker 5 (39:45):
Friendship.

Speaker 1 (39:47):
You see what it was written? You were going to
do another love song.

Speaker 3 (39:52):
Wrote you know, and I didn't realize this is your
quote debut album.

Speaker 2 (39:56):
Yeah, yeah, because I feel like you've had like full
real projects out mixtapes.

Speaker 5 (40:02):
You know, it's a different approach with the album.

Speaker 1 (40:05):
How is the approach different?

Speaker 5 (40:06):
Pressure round bigger money that gets spent is double triple.
I don't know, it's just the whole role out different.

Speaker 3 (40:12):
Well, let's talk about the album about not your a
little bit.

Speaker 2 (40:15):
So you started off with your rule number one, right,
and you give also three different rules. Yeah, you know,
and of course keep put God first it's one of them. Yeah,
but I'm a little concerned about the first rule. Oh God,
what's your first rule?

Speaker 5 (40:33):
Never give a girl your heart because she's gonna take
it and break it all.

Speaker 3 (40:36):
Right, Now, let's examine this a little bit.

Speaker 5 (40:40):
I think the album is a breakdown. It's a story.

Speaker 14 (40:43):
First page is just the introduction of how things started,
and then the end is where we're at today. So
with rule number one, it's like that was how I
used to think when I first got into the game,
or not even when I first got into the game,
like as a youngin like my thought process always been,
I don't want to do love because love is going
to hurt me. Love, it's gonna hinder me love. It's

(41:04):
going to keep me from where I want to go,
where I want to get to, and then as you
go throughout the project, it's like, you know, get step
by step in on how I got to where I'm
at and where I'm at today.

Speaker 3 (41:13):
So it seems like your dad plays a large part
in that too.

Speaker 5 (41:16):
Yeah, that's my homie.

Speaker 2 (41:17):
Yeah, I know you love your dad, but there were
some issues. Yeah, even with that and with him and
your mom too.

Speaker 5 (41:23):
My work.

Speaker 14 (41:24):
Ye, my dad and my mom. Ain't you know, it
ain't work out. But I mean, at the end of
the day, that's my boy. You feel me, you know,
whatever he needed from me, I'm always here, And I
mean you only get one dad.

Speaker 3 (41:36):
Right now, I'm talking to Tucy.

Speaker 2 (41:38):
Sometimes, I think also as parents, they don't realize how
much your kids pick up based off of what you
see from their relationship.

Speaker 14 (41:46):
My dad played a major part of my life, watching
him live the lifestyle that he was living and do
the things that he did, like it really affected me
as a man. And I'm learning every day to become
my own person. But it's like natural instinct to follow
behind because you already don't sing it and you don't
live through it so much like and I just I
catch myself doing things sometimes and I'll be like, nah,

(42:09):
like this ain't the right way to do this, Like
I notice what I've seen, but that's not the right way, right.

Speaker 2 (42:13):
And then of course you have another love song on here,
because you know what, love songs that I think are
probably the number one type of song period because there's
so many different ways to express your love and then
there's heartbreak and you know, and then there's when you
know you're them messed up and you're never gonna stop
doing love songs, and I think we need those because honestly,

(42:34):
like the way that you do love songs, that's probably
why people really connect to you, because I feel like
in hip hop we probably don't have enough of them
to no, it's.

Speaker 14 (42:41):
Like and it's like melodic rap. Whenever I do do
love songs, it's not really as much of full our
R and B and singing. And you know, sometimes my
love songs is like when I make love songs, you know,
I'm giving you the real life, Like I'm giving you
real life action, like you know, like the reason why
I'm gonna tell you why I'm in the love song,
Like the reason why I'm making this love song is

(43:02):
because I'm tired of be in love her. Well, the
reason why I'm making this love song is because it
is or this is what happened to build up into this, Like.

Speaker 5 (43:09):
I'm giving you real life movements. Man, I don't know.

Speaker 14 (43:12):
I feel like a lot of men these days now
don't want to express how they feel, and I'm cool
expressing how I feel.

Speaker 5 (43:17):
I feel me. It don't make me no different, That's
who I am.

Speaker 2 (43:20):
And you had to go ahead and do the toxic
one with with Future Yeah favorite song.

Speaker 1 (43:24):
Yeah you can't co sign that, man.

Speaker 14 (43:26):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, Future Future all little toxic here, the
Toxic King though. You know, we gotta do we gotta
do all type of versions for it for you know,
for a favorite song.

Speaker 5 (43:34):
It was so big.

Speaker 2 (43:35):
So I feel like y'all got future for your toxicity
and we have like sexy Red.

Speaker 5 (43:40):
Yeah, God, sexy Red. Yeah.

Speaker 14 (43:43):
I'm gonna tell her. I'm gonna tell her Angela, you
said you the toxic Queen.

Speaker 2 (43:47):
No, she knows it though, because honestly, people and that's
kind of fun because it's real life too. Write like
I'm sure your boys and people you know, do some
really crazy things that y'all talk about behind.

Speaker 14 (44:00):
The scenes, my boys, I don't tousy good. Yeah now yeah, yeah,
the boys a little crazy?

Speaker 5 (44:08):
Yeah they have.

Speaker 3 (44:09):
One right now, I'm talking to Tucy.

Speaker 2 (44:12):
Do you ever tell them like, yo, you gotta like
do guys check each other and be like yo, you
gotta chill out?

Speaker 5 (44:17):
Yeah? What do I I don't play no games. I
tell everybody.

Speaker 3 (44:20):
But how does it feel to have Favorite soign be
such a huge hit?

Speaker 5 (44:23):
It's a blessing, you get what I'm saying. But they
gotta happen again.

Speaker 1 (44:27):
Did you know that was gonna be?

Speaker 9 (44:28):
Yeah?

Speaker 14 (44:29):
I did, So That's why I'm not even excited for real.
Like it's like everybody like, yeah, you did it and
you're doing good, and it's like, yeah, we were number five.
We ain't go number one. Tell me so what we're
talking about. We were top five and that's great, But
I'm from the trenches. If you ain't number one, you
none five was cool. It's a blessing. But unless we
do it again, nobody cares. Because I could be here

(44:50):
today and we could talk about how great favorite song did.

Speaker 5 (44:53):
But what's next?

Speaker 14 (44:55):
Because if I don't drop nothing again, we probably won't
even have a conversation again. If I don't, if I
don't make another hit, it's no, I probably had never
come up here again.

Speaker 1 (45:03):
I bring you up to be like, what happened?

Speaker 5 (45:05):
What happened right now? Were you? Are you good? You
know what I'm saying? You're good? Where you've been at?
Tell me so unless we do it again, don't none
of it count.

Speaker 1 (45:13):
I saw it. And then in the beginning, is that
your mom? That yeah? Number one?

Speaker 5 (45:17):
Yeah? Yeah, that's my mom talking.

Speaker 9 (45:19):
I am so proud of you because you are really
a superhero for many.

Speaker 2 (45:24):
You're so high across the world, changing lives and making
so many people proud.

Speaker 1 (45:29):
And I wanted to tell you you are my superman.
I love you and as always, remember to say your
prayers and be safe. Did she know she was being
recorded for that was it?

Speaker 2 (45:39):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (45:39):
Yeah, I told her. I told her sent me a
voice memo.

Speaker 1 (45:42):
Oh that's me.

Speaker 14 (45:42):
Yeah, I'm like, mom sent me a voice memo, like,
give me some inspiration. I need some inspiration real quick.
But she ain't know it's for the album.

Speaker 1 (45:49):
Were you like a bad kid? Is your mom like?
Thank god?

Speaker 4 (45:52):
My son?

Speaker 9 (45:53):
Nah?

Speaker 1 (45:54):
Man, I was his life.

Speaker 14 (45:56):
I was actually my mom best kid, you know. Knock
on wood thank god. I ain't never been, you know,
locked up, I ain't never really been in trouble. I'll
just I'll chase stuff in my dreams. I'm gonna go
get her right.

Speaker 1 (46:07):
And your brother used to wrap.

Speaker 14 (46:08):
My oldest brother, my oldest brother. I need to start
bringing them, you feel me? Because like this was his
dream for real, for real. But he come on tour
with me, so you know what it's like. He didn't
been in Europe. He don't you know what it's like,
but he wants I need to bring him in these
interviews so people could see the face of like how
I started, you know. I mean, because if if it
won't for him, I wouldn't be doing what I'm doing
for real, for real sports, none of that.

Speaker 5 (46:28):
I'll probably be in the street somewhere.

Speaker 1 (46:29):
That's a blessing.

Speaker 2 (46:30):
Right up, it's way up with Angela Yee and Tuessy
is here with us. We have more with him when
we come back.

Speaker 4 (46:39):
Yeah, she back at it. The way up with Angela
Yee is on What's up?

Speaker 2 (46:44):
It's way up with Angela Ye. I'm Angela Yee and
Tuessy is here talking about his new album Najor that
is his actual name. Listening to this album, you are
very transparent about a lot of different things. Did your
mom when she heard it, did she have any questions
for you about anything?

Speaker 5 (46:58):
Nah, my mom don't really, My mom don't really asked
me about my.

Speaker 2 (47:01):
Music because I'm asking because on the interlow with Wallow,
you also said there's something you never talked about.

Speaker 4 (47:06):
Yeah, let me tell you.

Speaker 14 (47:07):
As young and I was rape but I never told nobody,
bro and I thought that it was cool because once
she got me.

Speaker 5 (47:13):
You know what, though, I think my mom did ask
me about that.

Speaker 14 (47:16):
Actually, like every album that I dropped, I dropped every
time at home, Like when I released at twelve o'clock,
we all at my crib. Word, we all at my
mom crib, we all together, all the family together when
I dropped.

Speaker 1 (47:27):
That's a nice ritual.

Speaker 5 (47:28):
Well, my mom asked me.

Speaker 14 (47:29):
About it, but she like, she ain't really asked me
about it, because you know, I don't phase me Like,
I mean, it's something that haven't so over now.

Speaker 5 (47:37):
I dealt with it.

Speaker 1 (47:37):
So it was older girls, like it was an older Yeah,
it was.

Speaker 5 (47:41):
An older woman. Yeah, I dealt with a older woman
and it ain't no no better until I got older.

Speaker 2 (47:45):
You think that affected you, because sometimes I feel like
people act like for boys, right, it's supposed to be cool.

Speaker 1 (47:51):
It's supposed to be cool.

Speaker 2 (47:52):
You have sex with an older woman, but they don't
realize that is rape, that's illegal. And then sometimes you
feel like it's supposed to be cool the time, but
it affects how you treat women later in life.

Speaker 14 (48:03):
And I feel like I definitely feel like it affected
how I treated women. I mean, at the end of
the day, I love women, though, and I try to
treat I try to treat everybody, not just women with
I try to treat everybody with the utmost respect, right, But.

Speaker 3 (48:14):
That's not something that's your fault. Like, what made you
realize that was wrong?

Speaker 14 (48:18):
Once I turned to eighteen and I got in high
school and I just started to find more more about
what's right and what's wrong. You know, I'll just let
it go because at the end of the day, it
ain't really affect me. It's not like I didn't like it,
you know, I liked it.

Speaker 2 (48:30):
I was just it was just wrong, right, even dealing
with what you had to deal with like on social media,
and you know you admitted that you treated that. How
did you make your relationship stronger after that, because I
feel like people go through that a lot and it
can make your relationship stronger if you handle it the
right way.

Speaker 5 (48:46):
Yeah.

Speaker 14 (48:46):
I think the biggest thing is like not caring what
the internet es say. No matter what people try to
say or what image people try to paint, just because
you do one wrong thing.

Speaker 5 (48:55):
Don't make you a bad person. Yeah.

Speaker 14 (48:57):
Yeah, your mistakes don't define you. Your reaction is due.
At the end of the day. Love is deeper than anything.
I know who I love and I know who loved me.
Can't nothing come between that.

Speaker 3 (49:08):
Right now, I'm talking to Tucci. So do you feel
like you have one hundred percent trust?

Speaker 2 (49:12):
I have a one hundred percent trust and your relationship
like you, because I know it's hard for men to
trust women too.

Speaker 1 (49:18):
You know you're on the road.

Speaker 5 (49:19):
Yeah, honestly, Nah, I ain't even.

Speaker 2 (49:24):
Gonna lie no, right because I'm sure, like, is there
anybody you could one hundred percent trust besides maybe your
mom and your family.

Speaker 14 (49:31):
I don't even one hundred percent trust my mom, Like
she gonna see this and be like what boy? When
I said that is you got to know who to
trust for what and what? My mom is like my
mom a lover. I could trust my mom in certain situations.
But if it come a time where like we fighting

(49:52):
and it's going down, now, my mom could fight, She'll
meet somebody else. But get a little crazy. You feel me,
myn dukes. You know what it is, go in the house.
You feel me going the house. So it's certain areas
I could trust her in, but certain areas I can.
And it's just like with Look like, yo, bro, you
can't trust everybody. If you trust everybody for it.

Speaker 1 (50:12):
Not everybody.

Speaker 5 (50:13):
Yeah, but if I don't know, if you trust a
person one hundred percent, that mean you trust me?

Speaker 1 (50:17):
You think that doesn't exist?

Speaker 5 (50:19):
No, I don't think that exists.

Speaker 1 (50:20):
It doesn't exist.

Speaker 14 (50:20):
I mean you trust them with everything, right, Yeah, I
don't trust nobody for every with everything. And then you
trust myself you don't, nah, nah, with certain stuff. Nah,
I don't even trust myself all the way.

Speaker 1 (50:30):
Nah damn yeah, you can't.

Speaker 14 (50:33):
Like yo, listen, you gotta be realistic. You feel me
in life, you gotta be realistic. I don't even trust
myself all the way. It's certain stuff I don't know
how to do feel me and being that, I don't
know how to do certain stuff. It's certain stuff that
I just ain't gonna do.

Speaker 2 (50:43):
Well, I'm so glad that you came through. Not your
is that everybody still? Does your family call you? I
know they call you toucy growing up?

Speaker 14 (50:51):
No, No, everybody called me so growing up. Everybody called
me nah nah. Okay to the fans out there, don't
none of y'all call me nah nah?

Speaker 1 (50:57):
Yeah, nobody.

Speaker 14 (50:58):
But too late for that, Oh god, yes it's too late. Yeah,
not someone for them to do it though, But yeah,
I'm not your to certain people.

Speaker 1 (51:06):
All right.

Speaker 2 (51:06):
Well, congratulations on the albums, on the tour that coming up.
Is there anything else you want to let us know
before we get out of here?

Speaker 14 (51:12):
Man, we got to sold out tour and I appreciate
all love, all the support, and we're gonna continue to
push you.

Speaker 5 (51:17):
We're gonna do it all over again.

Speaker 1 (51:18):
All right, Well, thank you so much for coming through.
Two seats here. It's way up baby.

Speaker 5 (51:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (51:22):
When we come back, we have asked ye and I'm
here with the award winning advice giver Mano, so make
sure you call us up. Eight hundred two nine two
fifty one fifty it's way up at Angela yee y six, whether.

Speaker 7 (51:34):
It's relationship for career advice, Angela's dropping facts.

Speaker 4 (51:38):
This is as Keye.

Speaker 1 (51:40):
What's up?

Speaker 2 (51:40):
It's way up at Angela Yee. I'm Angela Yee. And
the award winning advice giver Mano is here with me.

Speaker 1 (51:45):
Yes, the best advice the New Mayna Nation.

Speaker 2 (51:48):
All right, and the number is eight hundred two nine
two fifty one fifty.

Speaker 9 (51:52):
Hello.

Speaker 1 (51:53):
Who's this? This is Chelsea Angela Ye.

Speaker 13 (51:56):
I love you.

Speaker 3 (51:57):
Hi, Chelsea? How you doing?

Speaker 1 (51:59):
Hi?

Speaker 9 (52:00):
I'm good?

Speaker 3 (52:00):
Happy Friday, Happy Friday. So what is your question?

Speaker 5 (52:04):
Okay?

Speaker 9 (52:05):
The advice I need has to do with the guy
that I'm dating.

Speaker 15 (52:08):
We've been seeing each other for about six months now,
and the other night we went out, we got a
little tipsy and in the car back home he told
me I love.

Speaker 1 (52:19):
You woo and what do you say? I love you too, baby.

Speaker 15 (52:24):
No, we haven't said it yet, so I just kind
of was like, what did you just say?

Speaker 1 (52:29):
And then he said never mind oooh cause he was embarrassed.
It slipped out right. He had the liquid courage and
he said what he was feeling. Yeah, he probably really
thought that I and you heard his feelings because you
ain't saying nothing back. How did you? But she was honest, Yeah,
honestly hurts.

Speaker 15 (52:46):
I didn't know what to say back. I feel like,
did he really just say that? So I was honest
exactly if Joela like, I was just like, did you
really just say that? I haven't brought it up yet.
I don't know if I should bring it up.

Speaker 1 (52:57):
Well, do you love him? That's the real question.

Speaker 15 (53:00):
I feel like I do love him, but I don't
want to say it first, and I don't want to Well.

Speaker 1 (53:05):
He said it first, he said it first.

Speaker 2 (53:07):
I want to say this too, right, Because love means
different things to different people. Some people can say I
love you as a person, I love you, period, just
right away, and for some people it's a lot deeper
when you tell somebody you love them. So I think
it's also a personal thing because some people are very
quick to be like I love you, and they don't.
It could just be like I appreciate you, I love you,

(53:27):
and for some people I love you, it's like we
go together real bad.

Speaker 1 (53:31):
Yeah. I don't use that word lightly exactly, but mano,
you will be like love.

Speaker 5 (53:35):
You yea for years?

Speaker 2 (53:39):
You know.

Speaker 1 (53:39):
Might take off the e.

Speaker 2 (53:41):
But I also understand wanting to say it not when
you're drunk, right, because the first time someone tells you
I love you. Because my ex boyfriend, I remember him
being super drunk, like he passed out right after he
told me he loved me, And I was like, he
just was drunk, you know, because sometimes people say yeah,
but it was super early in our relationship. So he
eventually again, and I definitely made fun of him after.

(54:02):
I was like, you know, you told me you love
me or whatever.

Speaker 1 (54:04):
But that's the thing.

Speaker 6 (54:05):
We Look, I've been I've been intoxicated and told somebody
I loved him on the first night of meeting them.

Speaker 1 (54:10):
See, so you know, you've got to be very careful
with it. And he meant it too at that moment.
At that moment.

Speaker 3 (54:16):
Fact, it's just up to you as far as how
deep it is for you.

Speaker 2 (54:19):
For some people, and I don't know, Chelsea, for you,
if it's like I love you and that means, oh
my god, it's a huge deal. And for some people
I love you, it's just like I tell I tell
my friends, I tell you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 1 (54:30):
So it's just for you, I don't know how serious
it is.

Speaker 12 (54:35):
Yeah, I just.

Speaker 9 (54:36):
Brother him say that to me when he's not drunk.

Speaker 1 (54:40):
So if he say it again and he's sober, come yeah,
he sober? Then what are you going to run it back?

Speaker 5 (54:45):
Or what?

Speaker 9 (54:46):
I feel like I'm ready to run it back?

Speaker 2 (54:48):
All right, Well, then it's all a positive thing. He
said it drunk, he probably means it. You love him too.
Eventually y'all will be sober, loving each other.

Speaker 1 (54:55):
Loves each other good love so fun part of their relationship. Yeah,
we have a lot of fun together. And it's still
kind of new. I just I don't know.

Speaker 15 (55:06):
I'm kind of nervous still too, but we'll see.

Speaker 3 (55:08):
But it's like a fun nervous so enjoy it. Yeah,
thank you, thank you, love you.

Speaker 1 (55:14):
I love you? Okay, all right back, So when you
take the eye off, is it different love you? Guys
say love you? Right okay? So but when you when
you when you know, people text and say, yeah.

Speaker 2 (55:26):
It's a lot more casuals they love you or I
love you. And it's a lot also because when you
say love that's super casual.

Speaker 1 (55:34):
What does it mean though you? It's like later, but
love you is like I love you. It's like I
love you. Let's get married. Look yeah, their eyes deep, Yeah,
their eye is deep.

Speaker 5 (55:45):
Do you text that?

Speaker 3 (55:47):
No, but my boyfriend knows. I love them, love you,
love you. I love you people.

Speaker 1 (55:53):
Some people be like, uh, like love, I'll be like love.

Speaker 2 (55:56):
Oh my god, that's awful. All right, well that was
asking ye. When we come back, we have last word.
That's where you guys had the final say on the
show eight hundred two nine two fifty fifty. You can
also use that number for askie at any time. It's
way up at Angela.

Speaker 4 (56:09):
Ye, take up the phone tap to get your voice heard.
What the word is? He is the last word on
way up with Angela yee.

Speaker 1 (56:18):
What's up?

Speaker 2 (56:18):
Its way up at Angela yee. I'm Angela Yee. And man,
it was you're so excited to put headphones on.

Speaker 1 (56:23):
May No, that's crazy. I need headphones for the father. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (56:27):
Father's Day is coming up. We got to get you
some headphones.

Speaker 1 (56:29):
We'll walk around with them on for no reason.

Speaker 2 (56:31):
We're gonna get you some nice ones. But again, Happy
Father's Day to all the dads out there. Happy Father's
Day to you.

Speaker 1 (56:37):
May No, thank you. You have all my sons, oh
my gosh, what sons? And your daughter definitely my daughter.
