Steph lian Don has a dish against Jada Kingdom is
called dead gallon walking, and we'll play a little bit

Speaker 3 (04:49):
It's way up Yea. T is next Joe.

Speaker 1 (04:51):
She's about to blow the lid off this, but just

Speaker 3 (04:58):
All right?

Speaker 2 (04:58):
His way up at Angela. Yeah, I mean Elliott Wilson
is here.

Speaker 3 (05:01):
Ely idiot doesn't sit there and laugh.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
That's laugh baby, all right, and let's get into some
yeating now, Elliott.

Speaker 3 (05:09):
I was sending you this too.

Speaker 2 (05:10):
Because we were talking about Stephlandn versus Jada Kingdom. I
don't know if you would have been paying attention to
this if I.

Speaker 1 (05:15):
Was put on exciting.

Speaker 3 (05:18):
We wasn't into it like that.

Speaker 2 (05:19):
But you know, it all started with Steph Landan doing
kind of a subliminal disk to Jada Kingdom.

Speaker 3 (05:24):
Here's how it started. Never Overcome box figures, all right.

Speaker 2 (05:33):
That was data that and Jada Kingdom then knew that
this was kind of about.

Speaker 3 (05:38):
Her and she went live and here's what she had
to say.

Speaker 10 (05:42):
Copanague with your gube it was a month clone and
that is that true?

Speaker 11 (05:46):
His name is small Animis.

Speaker 3 (05:47):
I'm almost wildly cooks.

Speaker 10 (05:48):
You move on your most Deluli London.

Speaker 2 (05:55):
So basically she's saying that, you know we're not beefing
over no guy. He's for everybody talking about burning boy
Causetephlan don data burna boy. Jada Kingdom then was pictured
out with him. He mentioned her. Here's what Jada Kingdom
had to say.

Speaker 3 (06:08):
This is a week beefing me over a guy?

Speaker 10 (06:10):
Should I left song where it's stay uncomformed fairly confident
because I think I can go take for tot with
me and I'm sparing you like militarily a sperial.

Speaker 2 (06:19):
All right, well, now Stephan has put out a full song.

Speaker 3 (06:22):
We can it be known where she.

Speaker 2 (06:23):
Stands, and mind you, this is after Jada Kingdom said
that she was pretty much done with all of this.
You know, she said that she just was testing the
waters and that's it, like she kind of felt like
the beef was over.

Speaker 3 (06:36):
I said what I had to say, let's move on.

Speaker 2 (06:38):
Well, Steph Landon was not ready to move on, and
she put out a full song dead gutwalking and.

Speaker 10 (06:44):
In my cemetery, everybody and my eggs and soone on me, God,
your hegg just your nose. If you forget your buddies,
don't never be done.

Speaker 3 (07:03):
Never over no mind.

Speaker 11 (07:04):
So for your for your grandmy go to you.

Speaker 3 (07:07):
It's never no mind, no mind saying it's not over
a guy. And by the way, the folk song is
about three and a half minutes.

Speaker 1 (07:13):
She went in on that joint.

Speaker 2 (07:14):
I know I was over here single part, but she references,
you know, Meg, this dallion.

Speaker 3 (07:19):
She said, you should have got shot. And Jada's met
partisan called a jail partison.

Speaker 2 (07:24):
She partisan, you know, she talked about her child's father
and just all kinds of things.

Speaker 5 (07:31):
So so now it's Jada and the partisan and cook
something up to responses going to keep going.

Speaker 3 (07:35):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (07:36):
Jada Kingdom has said she said her peace and she's
good now, but I don't know if she can leave
it alone. And I, like I said before, you know,
hopefully this all just stays into the music. But it
was definitely something to listen to. I will say stephlan
Don definitely went.

Speaker 3 (07:51):
All the way in Oh my goodness.

Speaker 2 (07:55):
All right, Well, let's talk about some brighter things. Jason
Momoa and Lisa Bonet, even though they did get a divorce,
they did settle everything one day after filing, and they
agreed to join custody of children.

Speaker 3 (08:07):
Sometimes things don't work out.

Speaker 2 (08:08):
They have two kids, their daughter Lola who's sixteen, and
their son on Nicole Wolf, who's fifteen, and so they're
going to share that custody without any formal child support pay.
They've also waived their rights to spousal support and they'll
each have their single status restored on July ninth.

Speaker 5 (08:24):
See they even the first marria at least when name
went Leny kravisseeem that was very amicable.

Speaker 1 (08:28):
When they split up. To look at that.

Speaker 2 (08:29):
Yeah, and Damon Dash in the meantime is in the news. Also,
he told the judge and his child support battle that
he made just over five thousand dollars in the year
of twenty twenty two. So he wants to lower his
payments to four hundred and twenty eight dollars a month.
The current rate is three thousand dollars a month, because
that's all he can afford due to struggling business ventures.

Speaker 5 (08:48):
Yeah, he's been battling that much he should pay. That's
been going on for a while, that battle.

Speaker 3 (08:52):
Mm hmm. All right, well that is your yiet. And
when we come back, we have about last night.

Speaker 2 (08:57):
That's where we discussed what we did last night, Elliott
chair back in New York. We want to find out
what you have so exciting you can't wait to hear it?

Speaker 3 (09:03):
Right, all right, it's way up about last night.

Speaker 2 (09:05):
It's next in the meantime, here's one dance with another
one of your friends.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
So about last.

Speaker 6 (09:13):
Night last night, I went down, all.

Speaker 2 (09:17):
Right, it's way up with Angela. Ye, I'm Angela yee.
Elliott Wilson is here.

Speaker 7 (09:20):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (09:21):
Those who sit there and laugh, I have a great laugh,
you do.

Speaker 2 (09:25):
It's what's the good word for what's the good word for?
Your laugh is very contagious. No, I was going to
say it's recognizable too.

Speaker 5 (09:33):
Yes, credit Angela, you maybe discover my laugh on your
old show. You had a laugh drop for me. I
didn't realize that an outrageous laugh.

Speaker 2 (09:42):
We had the laughtop. Actually, and I've told this story
many a time. I was at a restaurant with Ellie.
We were at bald to side so I love this.
So we were having a lunch. We were sitting down
having a I forgot it was me, you and somebody else. No,
I think there was one other person there now, and
somebody was at the table behind us, and they complained
to the waiter about Elliott's laugh. They were like, I

(10:04):
need to move. I cannot sit here. This person is obnoxious.

Speaker 3 (10:08):
Laughs.

Speaker 1 (10:08):
The older couple was really frightened by my last I said.

Speaker 3 (10:11):
All right, well, anyway, what did you do last night?
This is about last night.

Speaker 5 (10:14):
I just watched some basketball. Man, the Knicks is hot again, Man,
five game, Winn Street, Right, that's.

Speaker 1 (10:19):
How they're doing it.

Speaker 5 (10:19):
Man. Next, the city feels good when the Knicks are good.
And then also saw the Lakers Raptors game. It was
controversy about all the foul calls that the Lakers the
Raptors were getting, and the coach went crazy in the
press conference about the referees doing.

Speaker 3 (10:33):
What are you saying?

Speaker 5 (10:34):
He just said it was horrible officiating, that they were
favoring like Lebron James and Anthony Davis, like those star
players were getting favored over.

Speaker 3 (10:40):
You agree the Raptors.

Speaker 5 (10:41):
I mean it's a terrible discrepancy of this twenty four
files on one team and only two for the other.

Speaker 1 (10:46):
I mean, you know, he has some legitimacy there. I
think to have a gripe.

Speaker 3 (10:50):
How are the Pistons doing now? They're doing okay? If
I won a game, they worked that long ahead the street.
If you're going to do it, do it big. You know.

Speaker 1 (10:58):
I watched that game when they finally won. It was emotional.

Speaker 2 (11:01):
It was like, yes, I feel like people went to
Wingstop after that there. They probably did Wingstop had some
type of promotions. But when they finally win.

Speaker 3 (11:08):
A game, as I recall, yes, yes, what did you do?

Speaker 8 (11:12):
Well?

Speaker 3 (11:12):
I was actually at home watching a lot of TV.
First of all, I've been watching this series on Netflix
called Fool Me Once. Okay, have you watched that all
this woman sees her her husband gets murdered.

Speaker 2 (11:25):
I haven't finished it yet, so I'm not going to
give any spoilers for anybody who's listening. And she feels
like she saw her murdered ex husband like playing with
their daughter on a nanny camp. So we're trying to
figure out what's going on. But her sister has also
been murdered before that, and so I guess they're trying
to figure it out.

Speaker 3 (11:42):
I have no idea.

Speaker 2 (11:43):
Every time I think I think I know what happened,
there's like a twist in a turn. But I'm a
binge watcher, so I fall asleep watching something and then
I have to go back. Then I was also binge
watching Sisters season one of BT. I didn't realize it's
twenty two episodes in.

Speaker 1 (11:58):
It, and that's a season, right.

Speaker 2 (12:00):
And Tyler Perry writes all of that by himself, Like
remember there was this whole talk about how he doesn't
have a writer's room and it's just him. So as
I'm watching that, I'm thinking about that that he wrote
all of these episodes. All right, Well that is about
last night. But when we come back, we have a
fan favorite. Y'all love it and you also love to
hate it. Tell us a secret. Eight hundred two nine

(12:21):
two fifty one fifty is a number.

Speaker 3 (12:23):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (12:23):
We're not gonna judge anybody who calls Elliott, but you
can't do your signature laugh.

Speaker 1 (12:27):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (12:28):
If somebody has something to say that you find amusing
their secrets, it's no judgment zone. Call us up, tell
us a secret. It's way up.

Speaker 1 (12:39):
This is a judgment free zone. Tell us a secret.

Speaker 3 (12:43):
What's apps way up?

Speaker 2 (12:44):
But Angela yee, I'm Angela yee, and Elliott Wilson is here, Yeah, yeah, yeah,
and it's time to tell us a secret.

Speaker 3 (12:50):
You got a secret, Elliott?

Speaker 1 (12:52):
Oh man, let me think for one.

Speaker 3 (12:53):
I'm kidding. I'm kidding, But you guys are the stars here,
so call us up.

Speaker 2 (12:57):
You get to stay anonymous. We don't judge you, and
you tell us a secret. Great eight hundred and two
ninety two fifty one fifty anonymous. Carla, what's your secret?

Speaker 8 (13:04):
I can't stand my baby Obama.

Speaker 3 (13:06):
I'm sure you're not the only person that feels that way.

Speaker 1 (13:10):
I probably felt good to say, though, right, I felt
good to say that.

Speaker 3 (13:13):
Why don't you like her?

Speaker 8 (13:14):
She could take that baby and shove it back where
he came from.

Speaker 3 (13:16):
Yeah, now you go, oh, we're not gonna judge. Now,
what is it about her that you don't like?

Speaker 8 (13:23):
She's just so mean? It's nothing that I do is right.
It's always something and I can't understand it.

Speaker 7 (13:29):
You know.

Speaker 8 (13:29):
I'm just trying to be the best grandmother I can be,
and I'm not mean. I'm not rude, I'm not disrespectful.
So I just don't kid.

Speaker 2 (13:36):
I can tell you not mean because you wanted to
say she could shove that baby back where it came from,
but you said it so nicely, very nicely.

Speaker 3 (13:44):
Now is your son still with her?

Speaker 12 (13:46):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (13:47):
Yeah, since this is a no judgment zone and nobody
knows who you are, are you sure it's not you?

Speaker 8 (13:52):
I'm cofiable and they get married.

Speaker 3 (13:54):
You're gonna go to the wedding.

Speaker 8 (13:55):
Yeah, you know, I'm going to be supported. You know.
You know, even even though she he says for me,
thinks to me, I'm still respectful.

Speaker 3 (14:02):
Give me an example. That's something mean. I want to
see what's mean in your opinion.

Speaker 8 (14:07):
My son has epilepsy, so because he's always in the hospital,
I'm always there, you know, because he's unconscious and stuff
like that. So she called him a mama's boy, and
so she wants him to get a license for him
to drive, but he has epileptic you can't, So why
would you try to talk this food into getting a
license and he can kill some one?

Speaker 3 (14:28):
Okay, first of all, why did you call your son
a fool?

Speaker 8 (14:30):
I didn't even say that.

Speaker 5 (14:32):
That's a baby. That's a baby. Now, God loves fool,
God loves school man.

Speaker 1 (14:39):
Come on.

Speaker 8 (14:42):
The thing, I guess the thing that really irritated me
because he was contemplating doing that.

Speaker 3 (14:51):
All right, but thank you for calling. Okay, thank you.
You have a wonderful day hanging out him his caller.
How are you?

Speaker 8 (14:59):
Until are you?

Speaker 2 (15:01):
I'm good at May and Elliott Wilson and we can
I wait to hear your secret no judgment?

Speaker 1 (15:05):
Yes, yes, all right.

Speaker 8 (15:06):
So in college, it was a group of four of us.
There was me and my two female friends and our
male friends who are our whole four years of college.
He was cat fishing us as another person, trying to
get naked pictures out of us and trying to get
conversations out of us. So when we're in college, we
were we were confide in him and tell him like, oh,
we can't wait to get a husband, and tell them

(15:28):
all kinds of crazy things. So he would take this cat,
this guy and give us that same information as if
this guy already knew so much about us and he
wanted to marry us, and we've never seen this guy.
He would say, hey, let's face time. When it's time
to face time, he will never answer. So this happened
for four years, and our best friend was beside us

(15:49):
each and every day. So how we caught on one
day is actually after we graduated, we noticed his text
messages were kind of similar to how our male best
friend the text but he would use kind of like
the same emojis and the same birthdays.

Speaker 3 (16:06):
Language.

Speaker 8 (16:07):
Okay, he was so dumb. So one day my friend said, hey,
I think this is He said, no, this can't be true.
So our friends decided to confront him about it. So
he decided to confess. He said he had mental problems
and he didn't need to He said he was going

(16:29):
through depression. But y'all, this happened for four years.

Speaker 2 (16:34):
That's a long time. But nobody sent a picture right here. No,
nobody said, that's.

Speaker 3 (16:39):
Some creep that's long term creep.

Speaker 8 (16:43):
It happened for four years on and off though, so
it wasn't like he would go go for a few
months and then come back.

Speaker 2 (16:48):
He's like a calculating creek to do that for so long,
calculating how.

Speaker 1 (16:54):
Many other girls did that too? You don't even know? Right?

Speaker 3 (16:56):
And he got he got no.

Speaker 8 (16:59):
My friends told to me that he confessed to doing
a few other fems.

Speaker 1 (17:02):
Yeah, there we go.

Speaker 8 (17:03):
Yeah, since the past a few.

Speaker 1 (17:07):
Probably got some photos who.

Speaker 8 (17:10):
And everything else. It was the craziest story.

Speaker 3 (17:12):
Well, thank you for sharing with us. That feels like
that should be his se me.

Speaker 13 (17:16):
Thank you.

Speaker 3 (17:17):
He got caught using text patois all right? All right?

Speaker 2 (17:20):
Well that was tell us a secret eight hundred two
nine fifty one fifty in case you couldn't get through.
And when we come back, we have your y e t.
Let's talk about more Cat Williams where people have to say,
what did Kevin Hart say about his ex wife going
on tour with Cat?

Speaker 3 (17:34):
We got all of it for you. It's way up
they say in the rooms.

Speaker 6 (17:39):
From industry shade to all the gossip out send Angela's feeling.

Speaker 2 (17:43):
That EyeT, all right, it's way up with Angela ye,
I'm Angela Ye. Elliott Wilson is here.

Speaker 10 (17:48):
Yeah, it doesn't sit there and lives.

Speaker 3 (17:52):
You add so much. That's not all you do.

Speaker 1 (17:54):
I ask nice questions sometimes too.

Speaker 3 (17:55):
Yes you did. All right, Well, let's talk about Kevin Hart.

Speaker 2 (17:58):
And yet now people say that he claims he's a
member of a secret action movie group chat. Now, this
sounds like an amazing group chat to be in. It's
Dwayne Johnson, Tom Cruise, Mark Wahlberg, Harrison Ford, Jetty and
Jackie Chan.

Speaker 1 (18:14):
That's kind of dope.

Speaker 2 (18:15):
And he talked about this during the premiere of his
Netflix movie Lift. He said, you know, we just talk
about action stuff. It's a real secret chat. And he said,
I shouldn't be talking to you about this chat. I
could get in a lot of trouble from the other
action guys. So, yes, do you have some great chats.

Speaker 3 (18:29):
Chests like a chat with mister Carter and beat it's
not secret, then yeah, I.

Speaker 1 (18:34):
Just blew it up. Is that? Does it come for
the secret segment too?

Speaker 2 (18:37):
Tell us a secret And by the way, speaking of
Mark Wahlberg, you know, I was reading an article the
other day that when it comes to real estate money
out of every actor. He's made the most from his
real estate in the past year.

Speaker 1 (18:49):
I like Mark wall Book. I want to view him
one day.

Speaker 3 (18:51):
Put it out there.

Speaker 5 (18:52):
Some of the Rock Nation brunch. He was all like,
I know who you are, Muscar. He's like, we're going
to do it one day. We're gonna do it one day.

Speaker 1 (18:59):
And I'm like, all right, because.

Speaker 3 (19:03):
I'm sorry I couldn't. This is the lips over that,
all right, Kevin Hart says.

Speaker 2 (19:11):
You know, he commented about Kat williams comedy tour as
Tory Hart his ex wife is going to be going
on tour for somebody else dates O game TMZ ran
up bottom and here's what happened.

Speaker 11 (19:21):
Your ex wife is going on tour with Cat.

Speaker 3 (19:24):
Everybody is great. What's gonna say? You know, because you know,
good luck, bring the money home, all right.

Speaker 2 (19:34):
And in the meantime, you know, Cat Williams and Steve
Steve Harvey, apparently they don't get along too great.

Speaker 7 (19:39):
Now.

Speaker 2 (19:39):
Cat Williams had some things to say when he was
on with Shannon Sharp. Here's what he said initially about
Steve Harvey.

Speaker 6 (19:46):
The same steam that went to go watch Mark Curry
do his whole sitcom and then stole everything Mark Curry had.

Speaker 3 (19:53):
Then you asked it, why are you not a movie star?

Speaker 5 (19:56):
I didn't want to be a movie star, just the
same meek road that I hated on Bernie with this
same thing.

Speaker 3 (20:03):
No, you couldn't be a movie star. Well, Steve Harvey,
it appears, has responded.

Speaker 1 (20:08):
Finally responded. He's the only one that hadn't responded yet.

Speaker 2 (20:10):
Finally everybody's it's not even mentioned responding about not being mentioned.

Speaker 3 (20:15):
Right, here's what he said.

Speaker 5 (20:16):
Hold, so you a comedian, a radio host, and now
you got a game show.

Speaker 3 (20:30):
Another terrible response to come on, comedy guys, I'm Steve
Harvey said, you don't have to address your haters. One hundred.
Who had the best response? No one did. Cat's winning
out here man, Cat's undefeated. Let me see who did
have the best response.

Speaker 1 (20:44):
The Lula freestyle wasn't bad.

Speaker 3 (20:46):
Mike Epps had a good response. I felt like I
was good.

Speaker 1 (20:49):
He said they had a fake jacket, right, the fake.

Speaker 3 (20:51):
But then he was like, no, but not that.

Speaker 2 (20:53):
I think when he said that he was upset that
he you know, he wanted to he was jealous. Now
that is your yut and when we come back, of course,
we have under the radar. These are the stories that
are not necessarily in the headlines, but we definitely need
you to know about him. I do want to talk
about this story because this was disgusting, all right. This

(21:13):
was a story about a seventy three year old man,
Rudolph Williams, who was boarded up inside of his apartment.
And we're going to talk about this. He was locked inside,
he was boarded up with plywood. He couldn't even come outside.
And we'll discuss what happened and why it's way up
under the radars. Next it's way up but angela, angela yee,
and my guy Elliott to Wilson is here with me.

Speaker 11 (21:32):
It doesn't sit then live.

Speaker 3 (21:35):
We gotta rotate these too.

Speaker 1 (21:37):
All right, Yeah, I ever heard idiot Wilson today?

Speaker 2 (21:40):
I know we gotta rotate them. So let's get into
these under the radar stories. Now, this one hurt my heart.
Rudolph Williams, seventy three year old man. He was home
in a suburb in Chicago when he realized that he
was actually boarded up inside of his home. There was
plywood locking him inside. And here's what he had to say.

Speaker 3 (22:00):
The door and here's just a big piece of plywood
right there.

Speaker 1 (22:03):
But went through your mind at that very boy, wondering.

Speaker 3 (22:06):
How it was going to get out all right.

Speaker 2 (22:08):
It was a low income apartment complex in Harvey, Illinois,
and people are saying, who is there to blame? The mayor,
Christopher Clark, has promised an investigation. But basically there were
some crews. They had no logos on their clothing, there
was no vehicles or anything that people could say identify,
and they started boarding up the units. Residents say they

(22:29):
weren't warned and that the workers ignored residents telling them
that people were still inside. Apparently what happened was this,
these buildings were dilapidated.

Speaker 3 (22:38):
One of the two buildings had no heat.

Speaker 2 (22:40):
Residents were using stoves and space heaters to keep warm.
There were a set of stairs that had collapsed and
that was blocked to pedestrians. There was garbage everywhere, broken furniture,
liquor bottles, numerous safety issues in this complex were people
said police were called to the property more than three
hundred times last year alone, so it was unsafe conditions,

(23:01):
so they had to make some changes. The property owners
j Patel and Henry Cho were warned, we're supposed to
make changes, and so they had notifications strewn about the complex,
but people didn't know if it was real. You know,
when someone's telling you leave your residents were about to
clean this up or do whatever they had to do,
they didn't know if it was authorized.

Speaker 3 (23:19):
So some people stayed. And he's seventy three years old.
I wasn't taken get locked into your house with no
heat or anything, all right.

Speaker 2 (23:27):
Now, the city did not play a role in boarding
up the apartments, and so now the city police are
going to investigate, and they might turn over this matter
to the state's attorney or the Illinois Attorney General to Yeah,
imagine leaving people in those conditions and then boarding people
up inside, like that's just.

Speaker 3 (23:43):
Awful, all right.

Speaker 2 (23:44):
And speaking of which, there's a secret synagogue tunnel and
I saw a lot of people posting about this and
Brooklyn was trending bas nine people were arrested. Apparently this
tunnel was a passageway between the headquarters of this group
and a movement, and it was first discovered late last year.
But on Monday afternoon, as cement truck was brought into
filling in, people were saying they heard noises in the wall.

(24:06):
It was because of this secret tunnel, and so please said,
they found a group of men breaking through a wall
of a prayer space that led to the tunnel.

Speaker 3 (24:13):
And I don't know they're investigating.

Speaker 2 (24:15):
I see a lot of people speculating on what was
going on online. So we're gonna make sure we follow
up this story. But imagine a secret tunnel. What was happening.

Speaker 3 (24:23):
There filled the tunnels?

Speaker 2 (24:25):
They were showing the stained mattress. I mean it looks awful.
All right, Well, that is your under the radar. Now
we do have a Wealth Wednesday today. We have Tiffany
the Budget needs to lt joining us alongside the CEO
of credit rent Boost because there's a free challenge starting.

Speaker 3 (24:38):
You have to sign up by Sunday. We discuss all
of that in Wealth Wednesday, and we got the way
it mixed at the top of the hour. It's way up.

Speaker 13 (24:45):
She's like the tout like they am Julie Jean, like
they am Julie Jee.

Speaker 6 (24:48):
Man, she's spilling it all.

Speaker 3 (24:50):
This is yet way up. All right. Well.

Speaker 2 (24:55):
Doctor Bernice King, who was the youngest daughter doctor Martin
Luther King Junior and Corett cut King has responded to
all of these be a Coretta claims now Elliott Wilson
is here for me, Eddiot, Well, thank you, it's ye
tea time and this is what he does.

Speaker 3 (25:13):
Okay as a journalist, I laugh a lot, man, Come
on now.

Speaker 2 (25:16):
Doctor Bernice King said, my mother wasn't a prop She
was a peace advocate before she met my father and
was instrumental in him speaking out against the Vietnam War.

Speaker 3 (25:24):
Please understand, my mama was a force.

Speaker 2 (25:26):
She is tired of y'all having things to say about
her mom.

Speaker 3 (25:31):
Coretta.

Speaker 2 (25:32):
And just for context, Jonathan Majors in this leaked audio
was telling his ex girlfriend to be a Koretta.

Speaker 1 (25:39):
How did you come home to start the piece of
our house? Just support Correta, Scott King, Michelle Obama.

Speaker 4 (25:45):
No, I'm not. I shouldn't have gone out.

Speaker 1 (25:48):
Let me just play it out for you. I'm a
great man, I am doing great things.

Speaker 6 (25:53):
The woman that supports me needs to be a great woman.

Speaker 3 (25:57):
All right.

Speaker 2 (25:58):
In addition, you know, Jonathan Majors, also called fourth Corretta
during his interview, has sit down inview with Lindsay Davis
on gm A where he was having his first conversation
about his his charges, his conviction, here's what he said,
how would you describe your relationship?

Speaker 1 (26:16):
She's an angel. She's held me down like a Corretta.
He got the corea ball again.

Speaker 3 (26:27):
The love all right?

Speaker 2 (26:29):
Now, Jada Kingdom has woken up and probably a whole
lot of miss calls, a lot of miss text messages,
a lot of tags on social media. Imagine you wake
up and you have no idea what's going on. Here's
what she posted.

Speaker 3 (26:47):
With nor saw.

Speaker 2 (26:54):
Now. This is all in response to the two of them.
Her and Stephlondn have been having back and forth. Yes,
some of it on wax. They both dated burn a
boy now to be clear data Kingdom is now dating
Partisan Fontane and us. Stephlandne did a whole entire distract
dead guy walking.

Speaker 3 (27:12):
Dead guy walking, And here's a part of that in
the cemetery.

Speaker 10 (27:16):
Everybody bar and and something God treat me your which
just you go on your nose. If you forget your
buddiest on your.

Speaker 3 (27:31):
Don't never forfo to be done.

Speaker 11 (27:34):
It's never over on your month.

Speaker 3 (27:35):
But for your granmy now, step Im Clare, it's not
about a man, all right. I guess that slap store
that's all I do.

Speaker 2 (27:43):
Like I have other issues she sounds great, that sounds good.
And Jada Kingdom has said she was done.

Speaker 5 (27:49):
Now that Jada is walking up and she gonna respond
is get walking to continue this dance Hall beef.

Speaker 2 (27:54):
I don't see how you don't right, you kind of
have back in the get in the studio. And and now, Elliott,
you had something you were talking to me about, you know,
off the air, and I wanted.

Speaker 5 (28:04):
To congratulate my guy, Eric Spolstra, you know, back on
some sports you know news. Miami Heat coach just signed
a record breaking one hundred twenty million.

Speaker 3 (28:11):
Dollar contracts million.

Speaker 5 (28:14):
He's the highest paid coach of all time and all
types of records. And on the et side of things,
the gentleman also recently just got a divorce, so it
seems like his even his wife responded. His ex wife
responded and instagram stories about being trolled by fans saying
you fumbled the bag, like look what happened. So we
wondered if strategically the Heat ownership waited until his divorce

(28:35):
was finalized before they cut him the bag.

Speaker 2 (28:37):
Yeah, he's the highest paid coach of any North American
sport period.

Speaker 5 (28:41):
He deserves it, though, Lebron Jo you know he played
lebrono years. When Lebron joined the heat, Lebron congratulated him
and said.

Speaker 1 (28:46):
That he deserved it.

Speaker 5 (28:47):
So, yeah, he's looked at, you know, re member pat
Roley like he sort of that air to pat Roley,
the air to the throne.

Speaker 2 (28:52):
Yeah, because once you figure out that spouse of support
and all of that, it just stands. It non't matter
what somebody has after that. All right, well that is
your yet. Thanks for pading, Elliott.

Speaker 1 (29:01):
You got it.

Speaker 3 (29:02):
You know, sports is like gossip for men.

Speaker 1 (29:04):
There you go. That's very true. That's very true.

Speaker 3 (29:06):
All right, well that is your ut.

Speaker 2 (29:08):
When we come back, we have asked ye eight hundred
two ninety fifty one fifty is a number.

Speaker 3 (29:13):
Any question you have, We're here to help its way up,
but it's.

Speaker 6 (29:15):
Relationship for career advice. Angela's dropping facts.

Speaker 3 (29:20):
This is ask kee what's up?

Speaker 2 (29:22):
Its way up? At Angela Yee. I'm Angela Yee and
Elliott Wilson is here with me today. Yes, yes, both
of us are entrepreneurs and we're also getting ready to
ask ye where we have questions about anything. It could
be relationships, business, friendships, whatever it is. We are here
to help you right now we have Kea on the line.
What's up, kia Hi?

Speaker 12 (29:40):
So my question is I have a cato and business.
I shout it in Philly and we reno for it
here in January of lest year and have not been
able to get our seat off the ground. So I
guess my question would be, how can I get fun
in and investor?

Speaker 3 (29:56):
How long have you had it?

Speaker 12 (29:58):
I had it for a career.

Speaker 3 (30:00):
And how much money have you invested in your own
business so far?

Speaker 8 (30:04):
Probably about like twenty five hundred okay?

Speaker 2 (30:06):
And do you have a whole business plan that shows
all the numbers, the information, your projections.

Speaker 3 (30:13):
Do you have a deck?

Speaker 12 (30:14):
So I have a cash investment plan that I wrote
out and I had to us to an investor laceship
before I came down here, and then he told me
to kind of give more detail with my numbers, right,
So that's what I did, and just trying to figure
out where to go from there.

Speaker 2 (30:31):
Because I will say this, when it comes to getting
an investor, all they really care about.

Speaker 3 (30:36):
For real is numbers, like how is my investment going on?

Speaker 1 (30:39):
Making money?

Speaker 3 (30:40):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (30:40):
And so I also think you need to figure out
right now, are you at the point where you need
an investor or do you need access to funds?

Speaker 3 (30:47):
Because those are two different things, right Like.

Speaker 2 (30:50):
For me having a business, I don't want to get
an investor because people wanted a percentage of your business.
And so there's a lot of grants that are available,
and I will say the government, the sp the Small
Business Administration. You can go on their website and they'll
tell you all about different grants, but also loans that
they have available, because loans are not always a bad
idea either they do have to be paid back, but

(31:12):
sometimes they have really low interest rates. But there's also
a grant and there's so many places that are offering grants.

Speaker 3 (31:18):
Are you a black woman, Yes I am. Do you
have okay? But listen.

Speaker 2 (31:25):
And also if you have your certification, you know for
being a minority owned business owner.

Speaker 3 (31:30):
Do you have that?

Speaker 7 (31:31):
No?

Speaker 12 (31:31):
I don't had that, And then there was a certification
for that.

Speaker 2 (31:34):
There's a certain percentage, like if you're doing business day
in the airport, it might be thirty percent of the business.
There have to be certified minority owned businesses. Minority are
woman owned businesses, and so when you get certified, there's
certain contracts that you can get with the city that
that can help you with that and certain access that
you can have that could be beneficial for you. But
there's also a lot of different grants, Like Hello, Alice

(31:56):
has grants.

Speaker 3 (31:57):
I know they do a lot of different things.

Speaker 2 (31:59):
And so I would have I would definitely encourage you
to find out about different grants that are available. I've
done a lot of things with like Shame Moisture. There's
so many different organizations. You know, Essence has their fund.
There's so many different funds that are available. So get
your paperwork together, all right, get your business together. Never
be afraid to invest in yourself if you have a
great relationship with your bank. A lot of times, I

(32:21):
know JP Morgan Chase has Advancing Black Pathways. There's a
lot of different grants and funds available also, you know locally,
like we have the SBS, the Small Business Services in
New York and they offer a lot of different help
in a different areas. So for you even getting your
business plan and your deck together and getting the numbers
plugged in right and making sure that when you have
a presentation everything is right. You know, get some help

(32:44):
that's free help that you're paying for with your taxes.
So go and get the hope that you need to
get to make sure that is all the way together.
There's different websites and funds like fun Black Women, there's
iFund Women. There's all these different places that can actually
help you as far as mentoring you and how you
can also present yourself. I hate having to pitch to

(33:05):
investors and doing all of those things. It's so hard
to talk yourself up. But when you know your business
to a t, it makes it a whole lot easier
when you have everything in place.

Speaker 12 (33:14):
Okay, I appreciate it, Thank you much.

Speaker 3 (33:18):
At least they learn right.

Speaker 1 (33:20):
I'm learning right here myself. Thank you, Thank you.

Speaker 2 (33:25):
Sometimes you got to just sit down and go through
and look online and see what's out there and go
for it.

Speaker 8 (33:31):
Yes, absolutely, thank you so so.

Speaker 3 (33:35):
Much, No problem, good luck, all right, good fright, all.

Speaker 2 (33:39):
Right, Well that was ask you. You know, I love
talking about.

Speaker 3 (33:43):
I do love talking.

Speaker 2 (33:44):
About business because I've been through it all so right,
being an entrepreneur.

Speaker 3 (33:50):
Yeah, it's a lot of them. All right.

Speaker 2 (33:51):
Well, when we come back, this leads great into what
we have coming up Wealth Wednesday, and we have the budget,
Nissa joining us, Tiffany alit. But we also have Elsa Sanchez,
who's this CEO of Credit rent Boost joining us today.
She has the free Live Richard Challenge that you can
sign up for at l RC credit dot com. But
we'll talk more about it. Wealth Wednesday is next. It's

(34:11):
way up.

Speaker 5 (34:12):
I had a dream of wealthy and I don't mind
sharing my wealth dog.

Speaker 6 (34:16):
Gen you straight financially, mentally and physically. This is Wealth
Wednesday on Way Up with Angela Yee.

Speaker 3 (34:22):
What's up? It's way up with Angela Yee.

Speaker 2 (34:24):
I'm Angela Yee and it is one of my favorite days,
a Wednesday, a Wealth Wednesday.

Speaker 3 (34:28):
And my partner Stacy Tisdale is here. We're so excited
because we have the budget niece dug and she has
got such an incredible thing that she's doing next week
that is going to change all of our lives. And
of course she's doing it for free, and she's doing

(34:48):
it in partnership with an incredible company called Credit rent
Boost and house Psyched. Are we that we have another
sister girl as the CEO of Credit rent Boost, Miss
Elson Sanchez here joy us as well.

Speaker 11 (35:00):
I'm so excited to be here.

Speaker 3 (35:02):
So what is Credit rent Boost?

Speaker 14 (35:03):
So credit ramd boos We're a national rent reporting company,
so we report on time rent payments to the Credit
Burreals to help customers increase their credit score.

Speaker 11 (35:11):
We can report up to the last.

Speaker 14 (35:13):
Twenty four months of the rent history and then ongoing
as well. Our customers can see a score increase, typically
within two weeks of complexity enrollment. So they've they've found
a lot of great benefits for enrolling, boosting their score,
lowering interest rates, getting into better properties, buying properties as well.

Speaker 3 (35:30):
How does it work?

Speaker 14 (35:31):
So what they do is to just enroll through our website, quick,
easy process and they provide a couple of documents, We
verify it, we verify with the landlord as well, and
then it gets reported to the Credit Burreals.

Speaker 4 (35:43):
The Tiffany tell us about the challenge and why did
you choose credit this year?

Speaker 15 (35:47):
Well, the Literature Challenge is something I've been doing almost
every year for about help help over two million people.

Speaker 11 (35:53):
Over two million people have come through the town.

Speaker 2 (35:55):
Last time you were here, so many people were excited that,
you know. The Tiffanylie was on the show The Budget
and he says, so many people have We're like, I
can give my own testimony how much you're helping.

Speaker 15 (36:05):
So the challenge is something I've been doing for about
ten years. It's always been free, and this year about
three hundred thousand people are already signed up for the
credit edition of the challenge. It's twenty two days email course,
and we're really excited because we have a new app
that's also free that's going to come along with the challenge.
It starts January fifteenth, which is a Monday. But you

(36:27):
have min Luther King Day by the way, Okay, you
know we.

Speaker 13 (36:30):
Don't get free one of his dream that was talking
about it.

Speaker 15 (36:35):
But you have to sign up by January fourteenth because
we are closing doors because it is live, and so
we're going to be collectively doing hundreds of thousands of
us will be collectively doing the challenge together. And if
you don't get in, that's okay because we will do
another cohort again in February and then after that.

Speaker 11 (36:52):
But yeah, it's just.

Speaker 15 (36:52):
A three week challenge where Week one you learn all
about what is credit, how do you accumulate it, why is.

Speaker 11 (36:59):
It what it is?

Speaker 15 (37:00):
We two is going to be all about how do
you raise your credit score?

Speaker 11 (37:04):
Because that's what everybody wants to know.

Speaker 3 (37:05):
Y yes, you know.

Speaker 15 (37:06):
And then week three, how do you maintain credit? So
many people come to me when they're about to apply
for mortgage or they're about to buy a car, and
credit really is like you need to know me before.

Speaker 3 (37:17):
You need me.

Speaker 2 (37:17):
Yeah, because some people feel like, right now, I'm not
in a position to purchase a home with the interest
rate the way that they are, even though they say
when they come back down, it's going to be even
more competitive because so many people are waiting, so it's
a hard thing to gauge.

Speaker 3 (37:31):
But your credit should be the.

Speaker 2 (37:32):
Main thing right now, I tell people, because people will
ask me, like I do want to think about buying
How start.

Speaker 3 (37:36):
Getting your credit ready than today, you know?

Speaker 2 (37:39):
And I think rent is probably one of the biggest
things that we have to pay on a monthly basis, and.

Speaker 3 (37:44):
So that's by something like credit rent.

Speaker 2 (37:46):
We would love for that to be able to count
towards our score. Making all these payments, especially when we're
doing what we're supposed to do on time, Why shouldn't
that account for our credit?

Speaker 4 (37:55):
And that's one of the things that's different about the
challenge this year. You're incorporating credit rent, So tell us
about that and what made you want to do that.

Speaker 15 (38:02):
Because first of all, it seems so messed up that
if you do one thing or are you call wrong,
they're like, oh, it's all your credit report right. And
then if you do all these things right, they're like, yeah,
that kind of doesn't count.

Speaker 11 (38:13):
Towards your credit. And so that's really like it's unfair.

Speaker 15 (38:16):
So I love credit rent boost because it allows something
that normally would not go count towards your credit, and
they make it count because the way you pay your
your rent should be an indicator of how you navigate
your money because ultimately that's what your credit is supposed.

Speaker 3 (38:32):
To be a gauge of.

Speaker 14 (38:33):
And I want to add it with credit rampoos too.
You're adding a tradeline to your credit report. You're not
only boosting your score, but you're adding a tradeline with
no additional costs.

Speaker 11 (38:41):
Like you're not adding what's a tradeline because eyody don't
know what is that? A tradeline is just a history.

Speaker 14 (38:46):
You're going to show your rent history on your credit
report without adding additional debt.

Speaker 15 (38:50):
That you would sign up at forliverat tore Challenge, LRC
credit dot Com.

Speaker 2 (38:55):
All right, again, that's LRC credit dot Com to sign
up for that challenge. The deadline is on Sunday, January fourteenth.
We have more with the Budget Nista and with Alsa Sanchez.
When we come back, it's a Wealth Wednesday. I'm way up, were.

Speaker 5 (39:08):
Wealthy and I don't mind sharing my wealth dog.

Speaker 6 (39:11):
Getting you straight financially, mentally and physically. This is Wealth
Wednesday on Way Up with Angela Yee.

Speaker 3 (39:17):
What's up as way up with Angela Yee. I'm Angela Yee.

Speaker 2 (39:19):
My Wealth Wednesday partner, Stacy Tisdial is here and we
are talking to Tiffany the Budget Nista Elite and Alsa Santez,
the CEO of Credit rent Boost.

Speaker 4 (39:28):
Let's talk about mistakes for a minute, because one of
the biggest issues with credit is their whole shame and
blame dynamic and credit that it's the number one cause
of financial stress. It impacts decision making, it impacts self esteem,
People isolate and how important is it to move to
just not become victim, to all take control, to take

(39:50):
control of those emotions.

Speaker 15 (39:52):
Shame is like one of the worst emotions that you
can experience because it tells you that you're a bad person.
It tells you not to tell anyone, and so the
only way to shed shame is to give voice to it,
and that person might relate to them that like, okay,
so then what can we do to help? And you
start to realize that you're not alone because shame shield solutions.

(40:12):
And so if you're experiencing financial shame and you're feeling overwhelmed,
it's one of the reasons why I started the challenge
because you now have three hundred thousand people who are saying,
my credit is imperfect, and so you're not alone, and
so it allows you to release that shame.

Speaker 11 (40:25):
I can now do the thing to fix it.

Speaker 15 (40:27):
But yeah, like, financial shame is one of the worst
because it will keep you inside the house, it'll keep
you from hanging out with your friends.

Speaker 3 (40:33):
Or sometimes you get deeper into it because you like,
I forget it, it doesn't even matter anymore, and.

Speaker 4 (40:38):
You dig yourself analysis and that's how we always talk
about self worth has nothing to do with net worth.
And I'm so touched that you She's actually putting some
of my financial psychology stuff in her challenge, which I'm
really excited about.

Speaker 2 (40:53):
And the truth is that once you start making even
like small steps, it feels better great, Like when you
can say, oh, my credit went from I'm a five
twenty to a five eighty, you start feeling like, Okay,
I see some things happening. Because I definitely have encouraged
some of my own personal people to go ahead and
make sure they even know what their score is. You know,

(41:13):
that's the first step. What's on my credit report? What
is my score? And how can I make sure that
I link certain things? How can I start making payments?
How can I start talking to these creditors who I
owe money to to make sure I can work something out,
because you don't know what you could work out until
you even have those conversations and then put yourself on
a plan, you know. But taking some type of action

(41:33):
I think has been something that's always been helpful to me,
even me here.

Speaker 3 (41:38):
It is.

Speaker 2 (41:38):
Look, I sat at home, you know, all during this
last break, because I personally have been doing a lot
of things. I like to tell people I'm cash poor
right now, so a lot of people will see, like
what you have and think, oh, she could get money
for this, so she could do that. But sometimes personally,
like I've extended myself in a lot of different directions
with different things so now I know I got to
sit down and like, but I also know what my

(42:01):
goal is. And I also have like this whole spreadsheet
that I write down like everything you know that I
owe new things coming in. I put it right on
the spreadsheet what I have coming in, what I have
in the bank. When I'm going to spend on this,
and I communicate with people, I'd be like, log I
don't have this, but I will be able to have
that for you on the twenty first, and at least
you know what it is.

Speaker 3 (42:20):
And now you're not calling me and I'm not even freezy.

Speaker 2 (42:24):
I'm not ducking your text messages and your calls because
we've already spoken, so you know.

Speaker 3 (42:28):
What it is.

Speaker 11 (42:28):
I love. Do you talk about language?

Speaker 8 (42:30):
You know?

Speaker 15 (42:30):
I love a budget, the budget. So when you set
up for the challenge, the first thing you're going to
get is something called the starter Kit. And in the
starter kit are all these tools and resources that I recommend.
So of course credit brand boost is there, but also
like a budgeting tool like a rocket money, also like
one of my books made whole, So all these tools
are inside there that you'll be able to use to

(42:52):
get on track. Because what I don't want is that
you get your score to a great place, but then
you fall back into the old habits. And so that's
starter kit comes free and you get it instantly as
soon as you sign up.

Speaker 2 (43:03):
All right, well again one last time for the website
to join a talent.

Speaker 3 (43:06):
I like to saying that LRC credit.

Speaker 15 (43:09):
Dot dot com credit and you got to sign.

Speaker 13 (43:12):
Up by the fourteen, Yes, because don't cost me out
because y'll be so mean sometimes. And I'm like, I
told you you close it on the fourteenth, because I
want us to all do it together as a community
starting the fifteenth. And don't worry even if you miss it,
you can still sign up for the wait list and
then catch us next month.

Speaker 2 (43:26):
Thank you so much to the budget Nista and to
Elsa Santez for joining us again. It is LRC credit
dot com for that challenge. You gotta sign up by Sunday.

Speaker 5 (44:25):
Think I'm gonna go see man I can't remember say
his last name, Daniel.

Speaker 3 (44:28):
The actor Daniela.

Speaker 5 (44:30):
Yeah, my guy has a premire tonight, so i'll have
something to talk about tomorre and we'll go see The Kitchen.

Speaker 3 (44:35):
That's his directorial debut, Daniel. Maybe I'll come to that too.
They just yeah, they invited us. Also, let's do it.
Let's have a time. Let's have a time, good time.
When does that movie come out on Netflix? Think it's Friday, right.

Speaker 1 (44:47):
It's Friday release day? And of course book Clarence.

Speaker 2 (44:50):
Oh yeah, the Book of Clarence comes out on Friday
as well. Well, after the kitchen, we'll have something to
talk about tomorrow. There we go, There we go.

Speaker 3 (44:57):
All right, well you guys as usual, this is your show,
so you have the last word.

Speaker 7 (45:01):
Hey, what's up Angela? My wife, don't have a clue
that I have over two hundred different girlfriends and loved
them all. They don't lose your new way learned a
complete virgin, love her like yourself.

Speaker 9 (45:13):
I had a question. I've been dating someone in prison
and I am loyal, but I'm a little lonely and
a little stressed and I want to have that. So basically,
is this wrong? Or a woman who is dating a
man that is going ten cnths by me having say
with someone else, is that cheating? Do let mean that

(45:34):
I'm not a rod.

Speaker 3 (45:34):
Or die going way out with Angela? Yee
