And this was in Brooklyn too, at Band Brooklyn Academy
of Music. So congratulations to all the women who were drafted,
no matter what round, no matter what. Of course, we
knew Caitlyn Clark was going to be first in the
first round, and she went to Indiana fever, which I
guess people anticipated that as well, but shout out to
all of the women.

Speaker 2 (02:37):
We'll discuss that more. But that's who we're shining a

Wow, we're just throwing the love word around. Okay, just that,
Just that easy.

Speaker 6 (04:34):
I gotta come in and move different now because I'm
locked down.

Speaker 5 (04:36):
Yeah, he's in a relationship relationship, all right, And since
we're talking relationships, let's talk about some of Walker's relationship,
because this has been a subject of concern for like
the past week, so we'll discuss it.

Speaker 2 (04:51):
It's way up.

Speaker 7 (04:52):
She's about to blow the lead off this pot.

Speaker 3 (04:53):
Let's get it.

Speaker 7 (04:55):
Angela's feeling that.

Speaker 2 (04:56):
Ye, come and get your tea, all right, it's way
up at Angela. Ye, I'm Angela, Yee. Jasmine bring is
here brand I'm my own brand Maino's here may not
always here.

Speaker 5 (05:07):
And I just want to say, you know, in honor
of the fact that Mana is now in a relationship,
let's start off with some relationship stories, all right. Yg
and Sweety are also going strong right now. There's a
picture of the two of them together. At first it
was said that they had broken up, but now.

Speaker 4 (05:23):
I think they did break up at first.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
Yeah, and now it's like they're back together.

Speaker 6 (05:27):
Break up, so it's a breakup.

Speaker 5 (05:28):
Okay, they're cute together, right and then you know they
both from the West Coast.

Speaker 2 (05:34):
Your new girlfriend she called in during Shina like.

Speaker 4 (05:38):
We don't know her name, but okay, Clarissa.

Speaker 5 (05:41):
All right, all right? And Keisha Cole's in a relationship.
She has confirmed that Hauncho is her new men. Okay,
and first she wrote she added him and said mine.

Speaker 4 (05:54):
Okay, ownership.

Speaker 2 (05:55):
Yeah, so you know what it is. He shauld be
all in.

Speaker 4 (05:58):
They have a little age gate age gap too. He's
twenty four, she's forty two. May do this all the time, so.

Speaker 6 (06:05):
I'm with it.

Speaker 4 (06:06):
It's not a big deal. Yeah, oh my gosh.

Speaker 5 (06:09):
And Summer Walker people are harassing her about her new man.

Speaker 2 (06:15):
That's all that yes, I guess his name is Coop Cashington.

Speaker 4 (06:19):
I think that's it.

Speaker 5 (06:20):
Yeah, so she put she wrote delete on my social
media and build a farm with someone hopefully soon, is
what she wrote in the caption.

Speaker 4 (06:28):
Not some nice things to say about her new man, right,
he was a.

Speaker 6 (06:31):
Content creator, but he was doing.

Speaker 5 (06:33):
Bad right, well more than that, Yeah, there are some
women who had some things to say about him. And
you know, he had posted her for a birthday, Happy
birthday to the love of my life. I love you
more than life itself. And so I don't know how
much that should affect you. If you're with somebody, everything
is amazing as soon as you post them. People got

(06:53):
things to say. But people did have a lot of
things to say, and it was more than one person.

Speaker 4 (06:57):
So they've been saying he's you know, harassing them, controlled
them in the has revenge porn like all that kind
of stuff about.

Speaker 2 (07:02):
Its a lot of allegations.

Speaker 5 (07:04):
Yeah, all right, and let's talk about a happy relationship.
Hallie Belly is happily by the way, because people try
to act like her and DDG had broken up, but
they are still together co parenting, and she also talked
about her postpartum issues all right, here's what she had
to say.

Speaker 8 (07:20):
I have severe, severe postpartum.

Speaker 3 (07:24):
It's hard for me to be separated from my baby for.

Speaker 8 (07:27):
More than thirty minutes at a time before I start
to kind of freak out. And you all know that
Hala has the most amazing daddy in the world.

Speaker 5 (07:39):
Yeah, and I remember when Jasmine first had her baby,
she was like, we're going outside.

Speaker 2 (07:43):
As soon as I had the baby, We're going to
go here. I was like, Jasone, you're not going nowhere down,
You're gonna want to day with that. She was like, no,
I can't wait. And sure enough, Yeah, you'll write anywhere
since whatever. All right, well that is your yet.

Speaker 5 (07:56):
And when we come back, we have about last night.
That's where we discussed what we did last night. If
y'all have been watching this show on Netflix, Baby Reindeer,
Oh my god, it's way up this night.

Speaker 7 (08:08):
So about last night, Yes, I went down.

Speaker 2 (08:16):
It's way up. A antela, yeemtos here, jazz here.

Speaker 4 (08:19):
I'm not just any brand, I'm my own brand, man.

Speaker 2 (08:23):
So this is about last night and last night. There
is this.

Speaker 5 (08:26):
Netflix series called Baby Reindeer. Yes, that came out on
April eleventh. Right, Yeah, and I decided to watch it
because I saw like articles about how good it is.

Speaker 2 (08:36):
They said at first.

Speaker 5 (08:36):
When it came out, I had one hundred percent scoring
rotten tomatoes, which is not easy.

Speaker 2 (08:40):
I was like, let me see what this is about.
And it's also a.

Speaker 4 (08:42):
True story, which makes it even better.

Speaker 5 (08:44):
Right, And so it's eight episodes and basically the guy
who's the main character, he's a comedian, but he's working
as a bartender and he has a stalker.

Speaker 2 (08:54):
Has anybody here had a stalker before?

Speaker 4 (08:56):
Yes, we all have.

Speaker 5 (08:57):
I think she's next level though, yes, and I'm not
going to give away too much, but like in the beginning,
you'll see this in the very well you still have time.
But in the very beginning, she shows up like every
single day to his job at the bar. Martha her
name is Martha, Yeah, Martha. She sits there all she does.
She doesn't even drink, so she orders a diet coke
and she doesn't drink the coke and he never charges

(09:18):
her for it, and he feels kind of bad for
her because it looks like, you know, she said she's
a lawyer, she's an attorney. She claims to know all
these famous people and be this high power to lawyer.
She talks about all her cases, but she's always there, yeah,
always when is she working? All right, So it turns
out that it just escalates. Yah, it escalates, but it
really escalates. But how true is it? Because I did

(09:40):
a deep dive and it because you know, initially she
seems to be friendly, but then that behavior starts unraveling,
and then he does feel bad for her because it
feels like she has a problem.

Speaker 4 (09:49):
Yeah, you know that's a viewer. We felt bad for
her Angela yesterday when we first are like, oh, we
feel bad for her.

Speaker 2 (09:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (09:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (09:55):
And so as far as it being a true story,
he says, yes, he was stalked for four years bio
woman who called him baby Reindeer. She did follow him
to his comedy shows and even showed up at his
house and sent him forty one thousand emails and over
three hundred and fifty hours of voicemail, seven hundred and
forty four tweets, all these different Facebook messages, letters, also

(10:17):
gifts and things like that, and a reindeer toy. So
that part of it is a real life thing, all right.
And so she called him her baby rein reindeer.

Speaker 4 (10:27):
That was I'm gonna start calling Maine on my baby Reindeer,
i'ma start stalking you and all that kind of stuff.

Speaker 6 (10:32):
And what's your man gonna think about that?

Speaker 4 (10:34):
Go ahead?

Speaker 6 (10:34):
And all right?

Speaker 5 (10:34):
Well anyway, so as far as whether or not this
is a true story, it is based on his relation experiences. Yeah,
and then he said he did ramp it up a
little bit. So for anybody that's been watching this, it definitely.
I think episode four really takes a turn when I
didn't finish it.

Speaker 4 (10:50):
Yet because I'm I'm on episode three.

Speaker 5 (10:52):
Yeah, so when you see episode I think, I don't
know if it's three or four, but it really when
he goes to the police, that's when it takes a turn.

Speaker 2 (10:59):
So just no that cops, he's a cop.

Speaker 6 (11:01):
Call on what.

Speaker 4 (11:04):
You would you it would be it's bad. You might
have to read it something.

Speaker 6 (11:07):
It was that bad.

Speaker 2 (11:07):
It was that bad.

Speaker 3 (11:08):
All right.

Speaker 5 (11:09):
Well, that is about last night, and when we come
out of this, I want to talk about a story
we just did during YETI, and it's about Summer Walker.
She has this new boyfriend who people online are accusing
him of releasing revenge porn. You can see the full
story on the Jasmine brand attempting to control and harass
multiple women. So it's not just one woman saying this,
but she is unbothered. She's like, look, she just wants

(11:31):
to be on a farm with her man somewhere. And
I want to know if one of your if one
of your friends is dating somebody, would you give them
a warning if that person you felt like maybe in
the past has done some wild things, or do you
mind your business?

Speaker 2 (11:50):
What do you do?

Speaker 5 (11:50):
Eight hundred and two nine two fifty one fifty is
a number. May no A lot of times you come
in here see somebody dating someone, you're like, oooh, she
did this, she did that. But yeah, I keep up
and I.

Speaker 12 (12:00):
Know because it's not right because what don't work for
me may work for somebody else. Now listen, just because
she slept with a couple of rappers, a couple of
ball players, and a couple of actors and maybe a
couple of women actors, I mean, it's okay, right, So
we want.

Speaker 5 (12:15):
To hear what you guys think about it, because I
know a lot of people have warn women about mano.
But we want to know in your circle that somebody
eight two nine fifty one fifty call us up.

Speaker 2 (12:24):
Let us know. What do you think about that warning?
It's way up, y'all.

Speaker 13 (12:27):
I'm more way up with Angela on now you know
what it is.

Speaker 2 (12:33):
All right, it's way up. I'm Angela. Ye, Jasmine's here.

Speaker 4 (12:35):
Yes, I'm not just.

Speaker 5 (12:38):
Maino's here, No man, all right, And we're talking about
Summer Walker and the eet. She deleted all her social media.
She said, and build a farm with someone, hopefully soon.
That's what she's saying she wants to do because she
posted her new man he goes by Coop Cashington, and
some people on social media are weighing in and saying things.
And I want to know if it was you, would

(12:58):
you warn somebody if they were dating some money You're like, oh,
that person's a little shisty.

Speaker 2 (13:03):
Now, may know.

Speaker 5 (13:03):
I would think not for you, because you don't want
people to warn people about you.

Speaker 12 (13:07):
Listen, let me tell you something about me. I get
rave reviews.

Speaker 4 (13:12):
Oh okay, yelp, yeah yeah, rotten tomatoes?

Speaker 2 (13:18):
Do you warning?

Speaker 4 (13:20):
I still may do what I want to do, but
I'm going to take heat.

Speaker 2 (13:23):
Though, all right, as long as it don't sound like hate, right.

Speaker 12 (13:25):
I don't tell nobody nothing unless it's really really detrimentisus.

Speaker 2 (13:28):
It got to be.

Speaker 5 (13:29):
It's how you say it too. But what do you
guys think? Eight hundred two ninety fifty fifty Brittany, are
you warning? How do you feel about a warning before
somebody dates someone?

Speaker 14 (13:39):
Yes, I definitely will, and I have in the past
and had a friend cut me off. But I still
feel like I did my job.

Speaker 5 (13:45):
Okay, Wow, what was the person like? What was he
like that you had to tell your friend?

Speaker 14 (13:50):
Yeah, he was just a grimy person and he tried
to holler. And when I told her, I think she
thought I was coming from a place of jealousy, But
it wasn't even that. I was just looking out for her.

Speaker 4 (14:00):
Are they still together?

Speaker 1 (14:01):
No, maybe he was just mad that he broke your heart.

Speaker 4 (14:06):
Well they're not together still.

Speaker 2 (14:09):
And she was like, I was not jealous.

Speaker 12 (14:11):
And why would and why would your friend be dating
your ex guy?

Speaker 4 (14:14):
It's not her ex.

Speaker 6 (14:15):
He just so, you don't mean.

Speaker 14 (14:18):
We all wege we knew each other, but no, I never.

Speaker 6 (14:23):
Was with him.

Speaker 2 (14:25):
She's like, I ain't that stupid?

Speaker 14 (14:26):
Thank you?

Speaker 2 (14:28):
Hey, Frank, what's up?

Speaker 15 (14:29):
What's going on?

Speaker 5 (14:31):
It's me Mano and Jasmine and we're talking about warning people.
If your friend was dating somebody and you're like, oh,
I don't know about that. Would you warn them?

Speaker 15 (14:39):
No, I'm mind my business.

Speaker 4 (14:42):
Okay, But if it's something really really bad you know
about them, I mean, if they.

Speaker 15 (14:46):
Ain't got no disease or nothing, like, I can mind
my business because they might treat them differently, you know
what I'm saying. Like, so you can't really dare nobody
off the past, you know what I'm saying. Okay, And
that's a lot of teams that person want them. If
they hear what they hear, they still gonna go with.

Speaker 5 (15:02):
What if you personally had a bad experience with that person,
would you say anything?

Speaker 10 (15:06):
Oh?

Speaker 15 (15:06):
Yeah, if I had a bad experience with the person, Yeah,
it's fine. If it's my people, I'm gonna say something
because I'm gonna have to see in their faith. You know,
I ain't gonna to be my dude faith knowing that
man his female had a situation.

Speaker 2 (15:18):
You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (15:19):
Okay, that's fair.

Speaker 5 (15:20):
Okay, Yeah, that makes sense because then she might tell
him her side and now you look crazy.

Speaker 4 (15:25):
He like, why you ain't telling me?

Speaker 8 (15:26):
Boy?

Speaker 15 (15:27):
Yeah, exactly, Like and then it come out there. I'm
gonna be looking crazy because I know I want my
people to tell me. But if it's before and somebody
ain't deal with one of my people, I don't care
about none of that.

Speaker 6 (15:37):
Your pass is your past.

Speaker 15 (15:38):
Let's get it forward, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2 (15:40):
All Right, thank you for calling.

Speaker 10 (15:42):
Y'all.

Speaker 15 (15:42):
Have a good day, you too.

Speaker 2 (15:43):
All right, Well that was us just kind of waiting.

Speaker 5 (15:46):
And it feels like in general, y'all minding your business
unless it has something to do with you. But we
also can see that sometimes you tell somebody something and
it makes y'all not be friends anymore.

Speaker 2 (15:56):
And that's the I'm saying.

Speaker 12 (15:57):
You gotta be careful how you delivering the message. Like
this is what I'm saying about Shorty because she never
experienced homie, but yet she was given an opinion on.

Speaker 5 (16:04):
Them, right for multiple people that had bad experiences and
they were putting it on social media. Because sometimes somebody
does something to you and you want the world to know,
like the same time.

Speaker 2 (16:14):
Let me give you but speak from yeah, yeah, from
your own experience.

Speaker 6 (16:19):
That's what I want to know.

Speaker 4 (16:21):
Yeah, I want to know.

Speaker 5 (16:22):
I want to like, if if it's one of my friends,
I want somebody to tell.

Speaker 4 (16:25):
Me and just told me before.

Speaker 5 (16:28):
But I'm very political about it. I'm like, I don't
know if it would be like you, But here's the experience.

Speaker 12 (16:32):
Anytime somebody pop up with me, they get it's like
rave reviews, like oh my god.

Speaker 2 (16:40):
I'd be like, just have a good time, all right.

Speaker 5 (16:43):
Well, when we come back, we have your yet, and
when we come back, let's talk about n L E Chappa.
He is so confused about why y'all keep trying to
call him gay and what's masculine and what's not and
being able to express himself.

Speaker 2 (16:55):
Well, see what you think, it's way up the.

Speaker 7 (17:00):
Industry shade to all the gossip out send man Angelus
is spiling that et.

Speaker 5 (17:05):
It's way appam Angela. Ye, Jasmine Baron is here, yeah,
you know, on my own brand. Right, let's get into
some yet. And now Gunna is on the cover Double
XL and he can't talk much about this case according
to the story, obviously it's still ongoing. But they asked him,
what's your relationship with young Thug? Now he said, it's
the same, it's love always. Our relationship is our relationship.

(17:27):
And the next question is people like Dirk twenty one
Savage Little Baby among others, have either commented about you
being a snitch or alluded to it in songs, are
on social media posts. What's your response? Are you cool
with these people or not? And he said, none of
those rappers, they're not on the case. They don't know
legally what's going on.

Speaker 2 (17:43):
Okay.

Speaker 5 (17:44):
And then have you spoken to those guys at all?
He said, I talked to like maybe two or three
of those guys. I talk to them on the phone, peacefully,
on good terms. And he said, he feels like everybody's
been misled. And you know, when you're being misled, you've
got a choice to follow or make your own decisions.

Speaker 2 (17:57):
And that's what is being shown right now.

Speaker 5 (17:59):
You're being a follow or you're being neutral to be like,
I don't know what their business isn't what they really
got going on?

Speaker 1 (18:03):
Okay.

Speaker 5 (18:04):
So he's saying he's not a snitch, yeah, and that
he feels people were miss led is what he's saying,
all right. But he does have new music coming out,
so it feels like that has trumped everything, right yep.
In particular, our producer Dan is a huge Gunna.

Speaker 4 (18:18):
Fan Loves Loves Gunna fan club, all.

Speaker 5 (18:22):
Right, and Nli Chappa recently has some issues with people,
uh you know, after he put out slept me out too,
and the first one can I say that?

Speaker 2 (18:30):
All right, someone make sure nobody's panicking.

Speaker 5 (18:33):
H But anyway, people were questioning his sexuality and he said,
I'm gay for showing love. Y'all men lust. That's why
we're killing each other every day because y'all can't show love.
And whole time, y'all be the ones to get down
like that, but be hiding it me saying, think you
got nothing to do with my sexuality.

Speaker 2 (18:49):
And here's what else he had to say.

Speaker 10 (18:51):
It's funny, invites me and used to dance, bro, And
it was like falling who was happy? Nobody looked at
them like they weren't straight, or nobody looked at them
like they weren't gangsters, or nobody looked at them like
there was less.

Speaker 15 (19:05):
Of a man.

Speaker 10 (19:06):
But now it says as if when men dance or
when man show themself having fun, it's less mass feeling
or they made they're not straight.

Speaker 5 (19:16):
Okay, right, have a good time, have fun, dance, nothing
wrong with that, all right? All right now the w
and ba jaff We told you guys this earlier. It
was in Brooklyn at them Brooklyn Academy of Music, and
of course everybody knew Number one was going to be
Caitlyn Clark.

Speaker 3 (19:30):
Ye.

Speaker 2 (19:31):
She went to the Indiana Fever.

Speaker 16 (19:32):
Here's but she had to say, my parents always instilled
confidence in me from a young age when I was
a young girl, and I think that's something a lot
of young girls can learn to have, and I think
people supporting them certainly helped. So yeah, I think the
biggest thing is the confidence. But I told my mom
before this is like, you know, I earned it, and
that's why I'm so proud of it.

Speaker 2 (19:50):
Amazing the WNBA jaff I tell y'all this earlier.

Speaker 5 (19:53):
It's so that within fifteen minutes of great people being
able to go in person, a thousand people.

Speaker 4 (19:58):
All right, that's not a lot of people, though, I
mean it wasn't a lot of seats, you know what
I mean?

Speaker 2 (20:03):
All Right, but it's still nice fifteen minutes sold out
like that.

Speaker 5 (20:07):
Number three was Camilla Cardoza and she went to the
Chicago's guy.

Speaker 2 (20:11):
They got a nice team. So here is what she
had to say.

Speaker 17 (20:14):
You have had the sacrifice maybe more than any other
player here at the draft you had to leave home
from Brazil at fifteen years old, you didn't speak the language,
and here you are. Why did you believe in yourself
so much at such a young age.

Speaker 4 (20:27):
I had to go to be here tonight and give
my family a better life.

Speaker 18 (20:31):
So I'm just so thankful that I was able to be.

Speaker 4 (20:33):
Here all right.

Speaker 5 (20:35):
In addition to that angel, by the way, she looked
absolutely amazing, she is also going to Chicago's Guy.

Speaker 2 (20:42):
And here is what she had to say.

Speaker 18 (20:44):
I'm just so exciting I get to play with Carmela.
I've been playing against her for since high school.

Speaker 4 (20:51):
What are you proud of that you've helped build in basketball?

Speaker 8 (20:53):
Right now?

Speaker 18 (20:54):
Being able to leave my impact. So many different people
came out today and how they can relate to me.
So I care from Baltimore, not supposed.

Speaker 4 (21:02):
To be here, came from Baltimore.

Speaker 2 (21:03):
I love it and shout out to our New York
Liberty too.

Speaker 5 (21:06):
And by the way, you know number one through four
the draft picks, they're going to make seventy six thousand
dollars as rookies. The top pick on the men's side
gets a ten point one million in their first year.

Speaker 6 (21:17):
Just way so low.

Speaker 2 (21:18):
I mean you know, the WNBA has always gotten paid
were less.

Speaker 4 (21:23):
Yeah, I been paid penny. Wait wait, angel were talking
about this yesterday and they were talking about it on
Twitter too.

Speaker 2 (21:29):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (21:29):
I mean, this is the shortest season. That's why a
lot of those women have to go overseas and play
ball to supplement their income. You know, it's not an
easy thing. But hopefully now that there's so much more attention,
there'll be more money too, all right, and that is
your ut when we come back.

Speaker 2 (21:43):
We have under the radar.

Speaker 5 (21:43):
These are the stories that are not necessarily in the headlines.
They are flying under the raidar. And one person in
this room is engaged. Another one just recently got into
a relationship. So I want to talk about an article.

Speaker 2 (21:55):
That I just saw. Four wedding red flag signs that
a couple won't last. Its way up this in the
news that relates to you.

Speaker 7 (22:03):
These stories are flying under the radar.

Speaker 5 (22:05):
It's way up on Angela yee, Jasmine Brandon may no,
I hear. Let's get into some of these under the
radar stories. Now Here are four wedding red flags that
are telltale signs that a couple won't last. This is
according to Anne war White, who is a dating and
relationships coach. All right, A groom shoving cake into the
bride's face could be a sign of underlying aggression.

Speaker 6 (22:27):
Oh my god, I don't like that though.

Speaker 4 (22:29):
I don't like. I don't like. The case is that.

Speaker 2 (22:34):
If it's loving, that's fine.

Speaker 5 (22:35):
But if it's like aggressive shoving a big, big like
boom smashing there in your face. Now, if either the
bride or groom shows off during the wedding, it shows
they aren't willing to share the spotlights. If the bridergroom
shows off during the wedding, mean you they aren't yet. No,
if you were getting married and had a couple of shots, yeah,
you'd be all.

Speaker 2 (22:55):
Over the place.

Speaker 4 (22:56):
This is crazy, I agree, Angela.

Speaker 2 (22:59):
They said.

Speaker 5 (22:59):
Also pay attention to whether the brider groom refers to
the wedding as my day instead of our day.

Speaker 2 (23:04):
Okay, all right.

Speaker 5 (23:05):
A big wedding can also be a sign that a
partner's priorities are in the wrong place and broke, they said.
Some of the least successful couples hosted elaborate weddings, which
can come across more like spectacles than authentic celebrations of love.
Because it's not just about the actual wedding and doing
all of that. You know it is about because I
know people who have done the most and they last year. Yeah,

(23:27):
and now family members speeches don't refer to both parties.
It's a sign they don't like or don't know who
their loved one is marrying. And that is the last
thing that's on here. So those are just some tells
you married.

Speaker 6 (23:38):
Did you have any of those signs?

Speaker 4 (23:40):
You me, jesz, I've never been married, so I have
no idea.

Speaker 2 (23:44):
Dan is getting married though, So that's what it really is, and.

Speaker 4 (23:47):
Man is in a relationship. He's now in love all
right now.

Speaker 5 (23:51):
Speaking of rich for people who are single, AI girlfriends
or the Christian Intelligence girlfriends will create a one billion
dollar business. By the way, according to you Know predictions,
there's a twenty four year old single guy who loves
it and spends ten thousand dollars a month on his
AI girlfriends. So what you can do is program your
likes and dislikes and then you can have nice sex messaging.

(24:14):
He said he likes Candy dot Ai and Cupid with
a kkupi d dot ai and that's when you get
the ultimate AI girlfriend experience with virtual companions for immersive
and personalized chats, and you can communicate them with them.

Speaker 2 (24:30):
You cannot lay down with them.

Speaker 4 (24:32):
You cannot, you cannot. It's good for lonely people.

Speaker 2 (24:35):
That's what they're saying here.

Speaker 5 (24:37):
And nearly one in five people here have actually chatted
flirtatiously with an AI bot at some point.

Speaker 2 (24:45):
So one person in this room has done it, all right,
I bet I know who it is that is under
the radar.

Speaker 5 (24:53):
We do have the Way Up mix at the top
of the hour plus. We have defeated champion. Devin Hayney's
going to be joining us. He's fighting Ryan Garcia this
Saturday at the Barclays.

Speaker 2 (25:03):
It's way up. It's way up. But Angela yea, I'm
Angela ye Jasmine brand.

Speaker 4 (25:06):
Is here, not just any brand, I'm my own brand.

Speaker 2 (25:09):
Mano is here, no man. It's feeling like things have
calmed down with the guys beefing with each other. Right,
we just heard like that.

Speaker 5 (25:16):
I'm gonna tell you who's who's ramped up though, Rick
Ross Rick Russ is ramped up and he actually put
out the song Champagne moments on streaming services. That's the
song where it's going at Drake where he's basically talking
about ghosts, writers talking about him having a nose operation,
BBL and all kinds of stuff.

Speaker 4 (25:35):
You see the hashtag he used BBL Drizzy on the
cover art.

Speaker 2 (25:39):
Yeah, so he's gonna monetize this.

Speaker 4 (25:42):
He reminds me of fifty cent how he's trolling like
they have some similarities although they don't like each other.

Speaker 8 (25:48):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (25:48):
Well, Rick Ross also has been saying about Sickle Mode,
who wrote Drake's verse on that, and then he started
posting little YACHTI. They said, yeah, put your phone on silent,
little Brodrizzy calling again. Yeah, aka, and he keeps putting
the nose thing a white nose, you knows, all right. Well,

(26:09):
in the meantime though, there was Kenjick Lamar disc toward Drake,
and that's ai is what people are speculating. Okay, all right,
so we don't know for sure, but allegedly this song
is called our Hunting.

Speaker 1 (26:22):
You ain never called a body for you're the closest
thing to a quarter a potty. You said, do this industry,
it's more than southing. All these fortificationous bodies that you
caught a party shop were calling on somebody's botch. Since
We're not gonna throw our Supplemental Cell admitted the favorite
rapport Tracy for sleeping with Dinny. Listen, I know the
tenser that's fensing your wonder. When he got punched, he
kept scraping his teeth. He was eating his lunch. I

(26:44):
got the proof on the US speed trying me. If
you want apologize like cold, I.

Speaker 7 (26:48):
Find where you are the stuff.

Speaker 1 (26:49):
I'm never selling my soda, So two hundred pay at
least I could say I'm a man at the end.

Speaker 5 (26:53):
Of the day.

Speaker 2 (26:55):
All right.

Speaker 5 (26:56):
So some people are speculating that it's real. You think
it's real, Angela, No, I don't think it's I don't
think so. But I saw Drake posted wonder. Yeah. And
the other thing, though, Drake has been doing his own trolling,
by the way, he trold metro Booman by putting like
a drum line, you know, and that all has to
do with wanting him.

Speaker 4 (27:15):
To just respond.

Speaker 5 (27:18):
Drums, okay, drums. And he also put out a Mexican.
I guess somebody did like a Mexican and here that is.

Speaker 2 (27:36):
Yeah, that was wild. But he hasn't said anything to
Rick rush It that I've seen. Have you seen him?

Speaker 6 (27:40):
No, I haven't I think he aiming more for Kendrick
and Metro.

Speaker 5 (27:45):
All right, Well, in the meantime future Metro Booman and
Kendrick Lamars like that.

Speaker 2 (27:49):
We just played that before.

Speaker 5 (27:50):
This break is a third total and consecutive weeks at
number one on the Billboard Hot one hundred Songs chart.

Speaker 9 (27:57):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (27:57):
So you know I like that beat?

Speaker 6 (27:59):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (28:01):
You like that?

Speaker 17 (28:01):
I do?

Speaker 2 (28:02):
Okay?

Speaker 5 (28:02):
All right, well listen, that's a great way to do it,
dis record, make a great song and then you get
to make some money off of it, and then it
gets played in the club and on the radio.

Speaker 3 (28:10):
All right.

Speaker 2 (28:11):
Now, Tams has announced.

Speaker 5 (28:12):
Her debut album, Born in the Wild, so congratulations to her.
We cannot wait. I can't believe she hasn't had a
debut album yet, but she did post a woman a
visual teasing her album. It's coming out in May May
twenty twenty four, she said, and here is that teasers.

Speaker 4 (28:32):
On this son jogging and fine, my folks, when is
young Young and.

Speaker 3 (28:39):
Running?

Speaker 18 (28:42):
Bonnie and Woa Bonnie Wow Bonnie the Wow, Bonnie the Wow.

Speaker 5 (28:50):
And The Tamman Halls Show has been renewed for season six,
so congratulations to them.

Speaker 6 (28:55):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (28:55):
Six seasons is a lot.

Speaker 2 (28:57):
Yeah, that's amazing.

Speaker 5 (28:58):
I saw you also posted on the Jazz and Brandon
about Tyler Perry getting all his shows renewed on.

Speaker 2 (29:03):
BT and Yeah. Also I want to shout out again
to Kaitlyn Clark. They just broke the news.

Speaker 5 (29:09):
Her w NBA jersey is a top selling draft pick
across all sports and the history of fanatics, so any sport,
male or female, Kaitlyn Clark's w NBA jersey is the
top selling draft pick across all sports in the history.
We told you our earlier number one w NBA draft pick.
We knew that was going to happen, but.

Speaker 4 (29:31):
That's a huge that's a huge deal.

Speaker 5 (29:33):
And to me, this also signals what's going to happen
moving forward when it comes to women's w NBA, women's
sports in general, because we saw how great college basketball
was for women, but now you're seeing the w NBA.

Speaker 2 (29:46):
It is up to us as people to go and support.

Speaker 4 (29:48):
Yeah, we gotta watch, we gotta show to watch and.

Speaker 5 (29:50):
To talk about it and to suppose it to interviews.
I go listen, I go to the New York Liberty
Games if you want to come, and it's a good time.

Speaker 2 (29:58):
I'm not gonna lie. It's really really fun.

Speaker 5 (30:00):
So shout out to our New York liberty, but shout
out to the w NBA in general and to the women.
All Right, when we come back, we have ask ye
eight hundred two ninety two fifty one fifty is the
number any question that you have. We are here with
are now in a relationship Reno award winning advice giver Maino,
so je, it's here with us. But here's somebody who

(30:21):
is staying out of the beef. Here's Rihanna with all
these rude boys.

Speaker 7 (30:25):
It's way up, whether it's relationship or koreer advice. Angela's
dropping facts?

Speaker 6 (30:29):
Should this is aske?

Speaker 2 (30:31):
What's up? His way up? At Angela?

Speaker 4 (30:33):
Yee?

Speaker 2 (30:33):
I'm angelayee.

Speaker 5 (30:34):
The award winning in a relationship advice give Vermino is here,
Jasmine Brand is here. Why you didn't shout out in
a relationship part just I'm not in a relationship foresca.

Speaker 4 (30:44):
Yeah, we have the proof.

Speaker 2 (30:45):
But anyway, we have an anonymous caller on the line
who wants some advice.

Speaker 9 (30:49):
Hello, how are you I'm good?

Speaker 4 (30:51):
Are you?

Speaker 2 (30:51):
I'm good?

Speaker 3 (30:52):
Thank you?

Speaker 2 (30:52):
And what's your question for the whole panel up here?

Speaker 9 (30:55):
Okay, so I am currently friends kind of friends with
benefit of with somebody who's actively mourning the loss of
her ex. Should I like continue to talk to him
because I know I'm gonna catch feelings eventually, but I
don't want to be let down. And you know, like
guys say, like, well I'm not ready for relationships and
stuff like that. So should I just you know, back

(31:16):
off now so that when.

Speaker 2 (31:17):
You say mourning the loss of his actually mean a
breakup or his ex died. She passed last May, Okay,
and they hasn't.

Speaker 4 (31:25):
Even been a year yet, and they were together when
they when she passed.

Speaker 9 (31:29):
No, they weren't together when when she passed.

Speaker 4 (31:31):
That's different.

Speaker 2 (31:32):
He told you he doesn't want a relationship, Is that
what's happening?

Speaker 9 (31:35):
He's just he told me that he's not ready for
one right now. But they were, They were really close
before she passed away. They hadn't dated for a while
because I guess when he moved back home after college
he didn't want to get with her because she was sick.
But like his family and her family are like very close.
So like, well, maybe like a month ago, I went

(31:56):
to like Orlando with them, I met like her sister
but it's weird, like her family is like still kind
of involved with his family, but he tells them like,
I'm going to eventually like date somebody, but I don't
know if I could just continue to talk to him
or not.

Speaker 5 (32:11):
Well, look, it feels like that's your friend first, right, Yeah,
with benefits they have too, But you know, he's been
honest about everything that he's going through, and he even
brought you around her family and family.

Speaker 2 (32:24):
So yeah, so he does clearly like you.

Speaker 5 (32:27):
But he's also open about the fact that he is
in morning and he is having some issues. So you
have to really be patient with him. If that's somebody
you really care about, you should.

Speaker 4 (32:36):
Sate other people too. Who should He's saying he doesn't
want to be in a relationship, It sounds like she
wants to be in a relationship with him.

Speaker 6 (32:43):
Whip them. How that bad play?

Speaker 2 (32:45):
Oh my god, I.

Speaker 9 (32:49):
Want to be in a relationship with him right now,
in a relationship.

Speaker 2 (32:54):
Does he date anybody else?

Speaker 11 (32:56):
I don't know.

Speaker 9 (32:57):
I'm pretty sure he talks to other people, but I.

Speaker 4 (32:59):
Don't always talk other people. Do you teach to other
people too?

Speaker 8 (33:03):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (33:04):
Okay, so she is right, So let's look, I think
take your time. You do like him, you have feelings
for him. That's your friend above everything else. Maybe you
guys will end up together, maybe you won't, but it's
no pressure. You're talking to other people. He's talking to
other people. He's been honest, and I think the main thing,
be honest, keep the lines of communication open. And if
you guys mutually decide in the future to be monogamous

(33:26):
with each other, then that's the decision you'll make. But
it seems like right now it's not the time anyway,
so anything could happen.

Speaker 9 (33:32):
Okay, Well, I appreciate it, thanks and go.

Speaker 6 (33:35):
To work in that bedroom.

Speaker 4 (33:36):
Good luck?

Speaker 2 (33:40):
All right, Well, thank you for calling it. Good luck.

Speaker 5 (33:42):
It feels like he's trying to do the right thing though,
I mean, he's bringing her around, he's being honest, you know.

Speaker 4 (33:46):
But if a man wants to be with you but
his they weren't even together, Okay, so they were very close.

Speaker 2 (33:53):
And the families clearly have been close. You know that's
not an easy thing.

Speaker 5 (33:56):
Okay, all right, Well that is you're asking eight hundred
two nine fifty one fifty. And when we come back,
Devin Haney is going to be joining us. He is
fighting he's undefeated, by the way, but he is fighting
this weekend at the Barclays against Ryan Garcia, and we
have a lot to ask him about that.

Speaker 2 (34:12):
It's way up about to do.

Speaker 13 (34:13):
This, Yeah, yeah, more way up with Angela on now?

Speaker 2 (34:19):
Is what's up?

Speaker 10 (34:21):
This?

Speaker 2 (34:21):
Way up with Angela?

Speaker 10 (34:22):
Yee?

Speaker 5 (34:22):
I'm Angela yee. Jasmine brand is here, yes, and the
chairp is here, Devin Haney's here. I'm back getting ready
for this fight. And there are so many questions that
I have for you right now because the fight is
in Brooklyn at the Barclays.

Speaker 2 (34:34):
How are you feeling?

Speaker 3 (34:35):
This one is special? I can't wait.

Speaker 2 (34:37):
You know, just a lot of things that have been
going on. This fight is in Brooklyn now.

Speaker 5 (34:40):
I remember when you did your last fight and you
were in your hometown and that went crazy. But the
tickets aren't going as crazy here in Brooklyn, all right?

Speaker 2 (34:49):
So what made you guys?

Speaker 5 (34:50):
Because I remember originally it was going to be in
Vegas and they were like, oh no, actually the fight's
going to be in Brooklyn.

Speaker 2 (34:55):
What happened there?

Speaker 3 (34:56):
So Canelo is fighting in two weeks two weeks after around. Yes,
they made it to where they didn't want it to
be like our tickets and you know, our event effect
that their event, like he's it's kind of like a
grace period. Yeah, too close together. So the next best
place was New York City, but tickets weren't doing as

(35:17):
well because a lot of people didn't know if Ryan
was going to show up. He was doing a lot
of antics and a lot of bulls, so people didn't
know if it was really going to happen. Now tickets
are picking up and doing really well. Now, right, he's here,
because he's here.

Speaker 5 (35:32):
Now, do you think that he did that as a
way to try to like promote the fight and it
backfired or what do you think was going on there?
Because you never believed when he was like, you know,
saying a lot of things online and conspiracy theories.

Speaker 3 (35:45):
I can't say that because even after it was kind
of affecting the fight, he's kept he kept doing it.
So I don't know what's what's up with him, But
that's not for me to really determine or dig too
deep into. At the end of the day, my main
focus is being the best feat that I can be
and going in there and you know, showcasing my skills,
putting on the master class, like always right now.

Speaker 5 (36:04):
The champ is here, Devin Haynes in the building. You
also said you're gonna knock Ryan Garcia out.

Speaker 2 (36:08):
You stand by that?

Speaker 3 (36:09):
Yeah, I stand on it a lots, a perfect planner,
and I feel like it's time. You know, I haven't
had to knock out in five years.

Speaker 2 (36:15):
Did you consider Ryan your friend before this?

Speaker 5 (36:18):
Because I know you guys butt when you were younger
and you've known each other for a really long time.

Speaker 3 (36:22):
No, not never friends, rivals. We've been rivals since we
were young kids. But you know, with this whole build
up and just the way that he just been going
about his approach after the fight, we don't got to talk.
We're not going none of that. It's over. With his
whole approach, everything has been totally wrong. You know, some
unwritten rules that you just you know, not to do.
I'm not gonna speak on the ones that he did,

(36:43):
but I.

Speaker 2 (36:44):
Know you're Muslim. What you just mentioned, and I know
that was.

Speaker 3 (36:48):
He said endless things to where it's just it's deeper
than a fight, which I go in there and do
my job, and I'm a professional. I don't bring emotions
in the ring with me. But once is over, I
don't want.

Speaker 5 (36:59):
No ties to And now I saw some things he
did too, Like he posted the picture of you and Diddy,
and I remember the first time we had you when
I was on the Breakfast Club. They tried to reach
out to you about his water company that he had.
So you guys didn't know each other before that, but
then you came on and they were like, we want
to work with Devin Haney.

Speaker 3 (37:16):
Yeah, so I was working with Diddy's aquahydrate. I don't
know what year was, but just in the beginning of
my career, of my pro career.

Speaker 5 (37:24):
Yeah, so that's how you guys knew each other. Okay,
did that bother you when he posted that and was
like saying a.

Speaker 3 (37:30):
Lot of people, No, I mean he trying. He trying
every angle that he can to just you know, get
in my head. But you know he has he has
a lot of problems going on with him to where
he's he trying to He he just trying any angle.

Speaker 2 (37:44):
Is it stuff that was in public that we don't
know about or is it.

Speaker 3 (37:48):
No, everything is public because that's what he does. He
does it for the Internet, He does it for attention.
He do anything. Dude just said he was dating Kylie Jenner.

Speaker 4 (37:58):
He feel sorry for him at all? I mean because
kind of.

Speaker 3 (38:00):
No, I don't feel sorry.

Speaker 5 (38:02):
Are you gonna shake his hand after you knock him out?
I'm not going to shake his hand, all right.

Speaker 2 (38:06):
Devin Haney is here. He is fighting at the Barclays.
He's undefeated. This Saturday, he's gonna be battling Ryan Garcia.
Right now.

Speaker 5 (38:13):
There is video going viral of an in person push.
But we got more with Devin Haney when we come back.
It's way up, Yeah, yeah, more, way up with Angela
on now you.

Speaker 14 (38:23):
Know who it is.

Speaker 5 (38:26):
What's up his way up with Angela Yee. I'm Angela
Yee and undefeated. Devin Haney is here with us.

Speaker 2 (38:33):
And how is the bag being being split in this
fight with you and Ryan Garcia?

Speaker 3 (38:37):
Fifty five forty five?

Speaker 2 (38:38):
Okay, and so you're getting fifty five.

Speaker 3 (38:39):
It's a little bit different. Yeah, he's getting fifty five.
I'm getting forty five. But it's a little bit different
because you know, most fighters take a guarantee and that's
all they see, so they'll get a small percentage of
the whole part, and they think that they're doing something.

Speaker 5 (38:52):
Why would he get fifty five and you get forty
five because you're undefeated, and.

Speaker 3 (38:55):
Yes, because I wanted it to be fifty fifty. But
going off of his numbers with Tank Okay and his
previous numbers, he had more substance.

Speaker 2 (39:06):
Okay had more leverage, He had more.

Speaker 3 (39:07):
Leverage to say this is what I just did. So
it was a no brainer. And I'm the type of
fighter that you know. I want to make the biggest
fights happen. And forty percent of the whole pot is
good money. It's it's great money. So I'm not mad
at it.

Speaker 4 (39:22):
Okay, he said, he said, hes still gonna knock ab out.

Speaker 3 (39:24):
I'm still going round.

Speaker 5 (39:25):
You think, I don't know for everybody who's out there
trying to figure out what should I put.

Speaker 3 (39:30):
I think I think he'd come in. He'll come in reckless,
so I think it could be early. He has a
new trainer, but his trainer he can't fight for him,
and he could train him all he wants. He's gonna
get in there and do the same thing seen in
the past, and it won't be no different.

Speaker 2 (39:45):
Right now, the champ is here, Devin Haines in the building.

Speaker 5 (39:48):
Now, Devin, off the topic, I got to ask you
all these rap beefs and things are happening.

Speaker 2 (39:53):

You're listening to Rick rush Let's and in the Kendrick

do you weigh in when it comes to paying attention
to those things.

what's not. I don't know right that Drake.

Speaker 2 (40:10):
Song is real?

Speaker 3 (40:11):
Okay, yeah, what's.

Speaker 2 (40:14):
They said? The Kendic one was.

Speaker 5 (40:15):
Ai because but what do you think when you see
all of that happening? Because I know you're a big
hip hop fan too.

Speaker 3 (40:23):
My name Benn, and.

Speaker 4 (40:25):
You like anyone of that could walk me. The competitives, that's.

Speaker 11 (40:29):
Part of it.

Speaker 3 (40:31):
That's that's part of it. I love I love the
competitives uh in it because that just makes it fun,
That makes it entertaining. Uh, that makes you know them
get up and bring it a game.

Speaker 2 (40:40):
So if you have to pick one of them to
walk you out, which one would it be? I mean,
you're from the.

Speaker 5 (40:44):
West Coast, you don't want to pick no. Hest it's competitive,
you know what I'm saying. If it was Drake, I
like Ross future.

Speaker 3 (40:59):
I know future, So I say it's fair.

Speaker 2 (41:01):
Who's walking you out?

Speaker 4 (41:02):

very spicy outside of the ring and they definitely don't
like each other. And Ryan Garcia is something going on
with him.

Speaker 4 (42:37):
It's gonna be a good fight.

Speaker 2 (42:37):
I don't know what it is. But if anybody wants
to bet, man no, you don't want to bet this
time around.

Speaker 6 (42:42):
I don't play what you like that?

Speaker 2 (42:44):
