Speaker 1 (00:00):
Now here's a highlight from Coast to Coast AM on iHeartRadio.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
It is Coast to Coast AM that you are listening
to Connie Willis here. Hope you're staying warm. Let me see,
let me see my temperature where I'm at here real quick.
Isn't it amazing these apps? You just put your phone,
click it. Oh it's it's minus nine where I am. Yeah,
it is bitter cold. That is truly bitter cold. And
it's when you live in between buildings and your doors

(00:27):
in a breezeway kind of set up and things like that.
Oh my goodness, do you feel that wind just cut
you in half?

Speaker 3 (00:33):
Right? Oh my?

Speaker 2 (00:35):
So be sure and stay warm. And those of you
that have to go out walk in the old dogs
and stuff like that, you know, you have to go
out there and it's you know, it's cold. When the
animal is wanting to your pet is wanting to get
back in as soon as possible too. They do their
business and move on. They don't want to go around
the block or around you know, two or three blocks.

(00:55):
They're like, Okay, I'm done now, let's go back in.
You know, it's cold.

Speaker 3 (00:59):
That's X. I like that.

Speaker 2 (01:01):
Lee, Hample is with us tonight and talking about is
Hayfield and a Lee You were so those of you
that are into the cryptids, into dog man, wear wolf,
whatever you might like to call it, but then beyond
it's not just so you all know, it's not just
the dog man or were wolf or the beast. It's
it's way more things happening than that. And I find

(01:22):
that in any of these places that you go that
have activity, it's not just one. Now, Lee, you may
or may not agree with me. I think they all
know each other. I don't think. I don't know that
they're all friends, but I know they all know each other.

Speaker 3 (01:36):
Oh, yes, I have five different types of tracks, so
I know there's at least five different different types of
tracks and different animals or different.

Speaker 4 (01:46):
They're not animals, different.

Speaker 3 (01:49):
Creatures some sort. Yeah, what I have, I'll see two
tracks at the same time. I like in Snow of
the five toad seven pad.

Speaker 4 (02:01):
Track type, and so I.

Speaker 3 (02:02):
Know there's several of those that have the same type
of track too.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
So yes, now you were talking about you were taking
people on the hay Ride and given presentations. I mean
that's so natural for you as a tea shirt.

Speaker 3 (02:16):
Yes, it works out very well. I have a blast
doing it, and it led to May twenty and twenty
twenty three will be the third time that I've seen
the Beast of Bray Road. And so that was last
spring and I had eight o'clock viewing, so we watched

(02:40):
pictures and question answers for an hour and a half.
And so at ten o'clock we went out in the
field on the hay ride and there were some risks,
very interesting adventures out there with a GPS on some
of the iPhones, and people's phones not working properly or
as telling them that their their car was moving uh.

Speaker 4 (03:06):
On the field.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
And when they told my brother that her car was
moving and that her iPhone said that it was five
hundred feet from where it was at, so there's a
lot of electronic interference and and my brother friend told him,
told her, well, it's probably okay, And and when we

(03:27):
got back there, of course her car was in the
same spot. So her iPhone GPS systems had been altered.
It's been you know, disturbed, So that happened frequently frequently,
but that particular night at ten o'clock, everybody had left
them and I had the implement door, and I had

(03:52):
the small door on the east end open, the the
person door, the human door, and of course the lights
were on inside. I took my truck and went out
to the road, which I would say is probably three
hundred feet from from the front from the front of
my barn, a barn, and I had put up some

(04:16):
signs for people to find, you know, to with my
address on it and say, you know, this is the
like the.

Speaker 4 (04:28):
Conferences being held here, you know.

Speaker 3 (04:31):
And so I picked up those signs and I threw
them in my pickup truck.

Speaker 4 (04:36):
Now, I then got.

Speaker 3 (04:38):
My pickup truck and started to drive up to the
barn to put them inside. Well, as I start to drive,
because now I'm looking at my shed and I have
this human door that is back lit with the lights
inside of my barn, suddenly that doorway is eighty to

(05:03):
ninety covered with a silhouette. I can see the head,
I can see the shoulders eighty four inches tall, seven
feet tall, and the head was touching the shadow or
the silhouette. I would it wouldn't be a shadow, because
I'm looking at the silhouette of the or of the creature.

(05:28):
His head was up even at the top of the door.
He basically covered like I say, eighty to ninety percent
of the doorway for four to five seconds. And I
stopped the truck and just looked, and you could see
some movement and then it was gone. So I threw
my brights on, accelerated, drove around the side of the

(05:53):
shed looking and that nothing was there. So that's the
third time that I know I certainly have seen the creature.

Speaker 2 (06:03):
Wow, what were the other two?

Speaker 3 (06:06):
The other two? May fifth? It's interested you're all in name.
May fifth, twenty seventeen, at ten thirty at night, I
was going to go into Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, and I
pulled out of my driveway to turn south on Bowers Road,

(06:27):
and as soon as I turned south, two telephone poles down,
which would be I think probably another two hundred and
fifty feet or so.

Speaker 4 (06:39):
Here on the.

Speaker 3 (06:41):
Side of the road were two red glowing eyes looking
at me about three feet off of the road, you know,
up in here. And I knew immediately. I said, this
is not a kyle to your deer. I've seen them
at night many times and they have yellow to yellowish
green eyes. They don't have red eye. So I threw

(07:02):
my brights on again, accelerating because I know I'm looking
at something that's not that's not a deer coyotes. Then
it went down the embankment very quickly, and then embankment
is four and a half feet tall and may fifth
the grass of the foot tall and foot high on

(07:24):
top of the embankment next to the road. And he's
looking over the top at me with hes going red eye,
very looking at the red eye.

Speaker 4 (07:32):
And I go wow.

Speaker 3 (07:34):
So I try to angle my my lights towards this.
But immediately it was fifteen twenty feet out in the field.
It turned. I felt one red.

Speaker 4 (07:45):
Eye, one going red eye, but it's not glowing.

Speaker 3 (07:48):
I mean it is glowing, but it's not reflecting. Because
then immediately it was another fifteen twenty feet, so that's
forty feet thirty forty feet out of my field, and
that I see. I saw one again. It was just
as bright out there as it was up by the road.

(08:09):
How does it have how does it have a energy
source that could create a red eye? Red eyes like that?
And I could not see anybody. I say, I should
see body, I should see body. I'm talking to myself
because I'm accelerating. I'm trying to turn my lights out,

(08:29):
you know, because it jumped out in the field and
I never saw anybody. Just these red eyes, you know,
that were that. I mean, obviously it was over six
The grass would have been five and a half feet tall,
so it was at least six to six and a
half feet tall looking over the top of the grass

(08:52):
at me, and it was it was like it flew.
I did it really jump or did a fly? I
could really tough, because I mean it was just so
fast and all of a sudden, it's fifteen twenty feet
I see one red eye out the field, and then
another fifteen twenty feet approximately, and I see one red

(09:12):
eye again, and then it disappeared. But it was just
so fast.

Speaker 2 (09:16):
It was just and you thought it had it should
have a body, because you got the impression it should
be a body. Or did you I mean, did you
ever think it was an orb at all? That was
an intelligent orb of some sort.

Speaker 3 (09:29):
No, No, that that didn't create that. I've seen many
orbs with night scopes and things of that type. But
this was two eyes that were, you know, maintained the
same distance apart, and it actually and well, the next
day my son came up and that night I got

(09:51):
real ill too.

Speaker 4 (09:53):
That's an interesting story too.

Speaker 3 (09:55):
Yeah, and I lost about ninety minutes of time. Also,
that's a longer story.

Speaker 2 (10:01):
Come on now, hey, we're here to hear you there, buddy,
go ahead. That's fine. Holy caw, you had ninety minutes
of missing time and you didn't feel good same night?

Speaker 3 (10:11):
Approximately, yes, well, okay, so I'll continue with that story.

Speaker 4 (10:17):
Then.

Speaker 3 (10:18):
So I went down the road and turned around at
the next farm down the road to come back, swung
and put my lights out in the field and there
was nothing there. And I'm thinking, okay, I gotta I
have to tell someone, you know, I have to call
I want to tell him right now. I left my

(10:39):
barn at ten thirty and so I'm thinking, you know,
gotta be like eleven or ten forty five or so.
I mean, I just drove down the road. So I
so I call my brother Fred. I know it's late
at night. He's been dead, but I got it. Tell

(11:00):
somebody because I want to have a you know, as
close to the situation and the occurrence as possible to
relate it to someone else. So I pulled to the
left end of my barn and I get better reception there,
and I called my brother Fred and told him the

(11:20):
story very logically. You know, I just saw this thing
and it was not now you know, I wasn't emotional
at awe, but.

Speaker 2 (11:34):
That you every day, I understand, Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 3 (11:39):
So I told him the story. And then then that night,
so I went in my room there. I have a
bedroom that I built inside of my barn, and I
went there to try to go to sleep. I couldn't asleep,
but I became very ill, you know, later that night,

(12:01):
and h and Fred tried to call me in the morning,
but I was, you know, throwing up and running through
the outdoor bathroom there. But and I didn't answer. I
did not hear it ring in fact, and uh so
he called my wife and my son in Wakanda. Again,

(12:22):
I live thirty five miles from my farm. I do
not live at my farm. I live thirty five miles
away in Illinois. And he called him and he said that,
you know, Lee had had seen the beast the night
before and he's not answering the phone. And I will
go up and see if he's he's there. You know,

(12:44):
Lee's still there. Where's Lee?

Speaker 4 (12:45):
Where's Lee? Well, my son said he'd come up.

Speaker 3 (12:50):
So so he uh, he told my brother Fred that
my my son lives here with us in Wakanda. So
he came up and he said, you're okay, You're okay,
and I go and not really, but I said, let's
go down. I know right where I saw it. Let's
look for tracks. And so we went there immediately right away,

(13:12):
and there were the five toad seven pad tracks just
in the field, the only tracks there. So that those
five toad seven pad tracks.

Speaker 4 (13:24):
I've seen hundreds and hundreds of times.

Speaker 3 (13:27):
Many people have seen them. And there's no animal in
the world that has a five toad seven pad and
caned because you can see the toes the tonaos. So
the tracks were there right at the edge of the field.
We could not find where it landed if it did
land out in the field, there was just too much degree.
So but those tracks were right next to the field.

Speaker 2 (13:51):
So when was the missing time? Did I miss it?

Speaker 3 (13:53):
Okay?

Speaker 4 (13:54):
Nope?

Speaker 3 (13:55):
So that was in May, Okay and my niece Fred's
daughter had a New.

Speaker 4 (14:06):
Year's Day brunch.

Speaker 2 (14:08):
Oh it wasn't the same night that the other happened.
I thought it was the same night, yes, oh, okay, Okay, but.

Speaker 3 (14:15):
I didn't know it until December that year, or December
makes sense. I was talking with Fred and Sharon, his wife,
and I said, I said, uh, you know, you know,
we were talking about you know what, you know, some
other people are asking some questions, and I was talking
about it. And I apologized to Fred for calling, you know,

(14:38):
so late. I said, it had to be like eleven o'clock.
He goes eleven o'clock, it was after midnight. It was
twelve after midnight, like twelve twenty. I know, couldn't have been.
There was no way. How was it that that's what
you called him? Confirmed by my sister in law. So

(15:00):
where was I? I have no recollection of where I
could have been because my thought I drove down the road,
turned around, looked out in the field, came into my driveway,
went to the end of my shed and called him.

(15:21):
I have no idea where I could have been from
let's say, eleven o'clock till twelve after midnight. I don't
know where I could possibly have been.

Speaker 2 (15:34):
It's great that you know he called so that he
could bring this up at one point, so you can
even recognize that you had the missing time. Otherwise you
wouldn't even know that.

Speaker 3 (15:46):
I would not have known that. And so I contacted
my server phone server, and I said, can I get
my phone records from from May?

Speaker 4 (15:57):
Oh? Well no, what do you mean?

Speaker 1 (15:59):
No?

Speaker 3 (16:00):
No, in order and they go back two years. He goes,
TV we keep them thirty days. So I wanted to
get my phone record to see, you know, the actual
time I did call, but I wasn't able to do that,
so I just have the verification from him.

Speaker 2 (16:18):
Oh okay, Well.

Speaker 3 (16:20):
That's really that's really scary.

Speaker 2 (16:24):
Yeah, that's exactly right. And that's where it's really hard
to describe the people that when there is missing time,
it's like try to write down everything that ever happens,
or try to remember and some well you're not going
to remember, but try to write down things down, or
when people call, try to, you know, just include these
types of things. These are the clues along the way

(16:44):
that'll let you know if you were there or not,
because again, you don't feel it right even though you
had that missing time, you didn't feel anything. You didn't
hear noises, you didn't hear a click, you didn't feel
somebody grab your jacket and pull you away.

Speaker 3 (17:00):
Feeling at all, no what now.

Speaker 4 (17:04):
This is three times I've had missing time out there
three times. The other ones are longer stories.

Speaker 3 (17:10):
But the scary part is that now reality that I
think is reality isn't. That's yes, that's what I have
absolutely convinced that I did. There was something else that
I that happened in there for approximately ninety minutes. Yeah,

(17:35):
that's scary. Where was I?
