Speaker 1 (00:00):
Now here's a highlight from Coast to Coast AM on iHeartRadio.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
Welcome back to Coast to Coast M. I'm your host,
Rich Bara. Our guest is Robert K. Tannenbaum, and we
were going in the break. You were starting to go
over some of the evidence that you've uncovered that all
things as they were being laid out to you, that
you just discovered that people were lying to you. And
I wonder if that opened up your world to be like, yeah,
I guess if you're in power and you're trying to

(00:25):
cover up something, the best thing to do is lie
because most people are going to believe it. It's easy
to fool people that it is to tell people that
you're fooling people.

Speaker 3 (00:35):
Well, you hit it on the head here, because you know,
there's one speculative notice that people asking a legitimate question,
why has this gone on? And the best answer that
I have ever come up with going through is laboriously
for many many years, particularly in the writing of my book,
is that the whole Bay of Page operation. Of course,

(00:59):
tremendous uproar from within the administration JFK administration, and he
determined that if he couldn't trust the executive intelligence agencies,
which are part of each government agency on Article two
of the Constitution, the executive branch. Then he was going

(01:20):
to have to change things around. And the way he
was going to change things around was to do away
with the existing intelligence agency agencies and put his brother,
Bobby Kennedy, who was then Attorney General of the United States,
in charge of all intelligence executive branch wise. And that

(01:43):
was something that from all of the evidence and all
the conversations that the CIA could not countenance and would
not countenance. They were not going to go out of business.
And I'll give you a quick example of what I
mean by that. We're going to learn from the evidence
of Daily Plaza that there were not There were not

(02:03):
just three shots fired, as the government argued, one of
which here Kennedy in the back, one of which had
Condeley in the back with a downward track, and one
in which Kennedy was shot in the head, and two
of which Kennedy was shot in the head. And that
was a government's position throughout it still is the government's position.
But what what did the witnesses say that helped us

(02:25):
find out the truth? When I was able to count
the frames of the Zapruer film, it's eighteen point three
frames per second. So it wasn't it wasn't a question
of of how many shots, even though that plays an
important role here because of the hits that were made.

Speaker 4 (02:45):
But there were not just three shots.

Speaker 3 (02:48):
There were five shots, according to basically what the witnesses
testimony was when you listen to it very carefully, and
this is when I said initially, witnesses don't realize how
important their observations are, and thatwithstanding the fact that they
can't identify, for you know, perhaps who the shooter was,
it doesn't take away from their credibility. You'd like that

(03:09):
obviously if you were searching for truth, and that was
a trustworthy fact. But the truth in Daily Pause was
that there were five shots, and in the first flurry,
as the witnesses said, there were two or three well
from various and they said it happened very quickly the
first flurry from counting the frames and every and dealing

(03:32):
with the scientifically, that took two point six seconds the
first flurry, according to what the witnesses were saying, they
didn't know the number of two point six, but that's
what it worked out to be. So in two point
six seconds. There were three shots fired and they struck
Henderley and Connolly in the back. And then the witnesses
said there was a pause again, they didn't have the

(03:52):
exact number, but it was a four point eight second pause,
and then downward track at Zach Brutor film.

Speaker 2 (03:59):
Frame three one three.

Speaker 3 (04:00):
I hope everybody writes that one down. You don't have
to just read my book. And they framed z as
in zach Ruder three one three. The fourth shot coursed
a boom blast from the front right knob Hill stockage
fence area.

Speaker 4 (04:16):
It was like a boom and.

Speaker 3 (04:18):
You notice it when the people who were on the
bridge watching the car come down towards them. The limo
traveling westbound on Elm and you hear this boom coming
off to the left of people who were on the
bridge and to the right of Zapruder. He's to that
area when he hears the shots. There were also witnesses

(04:39):
on the grass, some of whom had children, and they
believed that there were shots coming from the No Hill
stockage fence area over their head, and they put their
children down on the grass and cover their bodies. That's
how concerned they were. About where the shots were coming
from that one might have struck their.

Speaker 4 (04:57):
Kids or them.

Speaker 3 (04:59):
All of the shooting took place approximately eight point three
seconds on that faithful day, But at three point thirteen
we see it in es. It's the boom blast and
it came from geographically the front right knob No Hills
Stockage fence area. The limo hadn't passed that area yet,
and it was in close proximity to where as I said,

(05:21):
zap Rud was filming JFK. It was filming JFK in
the car and the limo and the bullets smashed through
his temple area, the JFK's temple area above his right
ear and this shot course jf heads head. And this
is invaluable evidence the shot course JFK has had to

(05:42):
violently snap back You've seen this so many times, I'm sure,
then to the left, leaving him immobile, badly depressed, and
slump dead in his wife's right shoulder.

Speaker 4 (05:56):
Now why is that so important?

Speaker 3 (05:59):
Because the Sea, in all these sixty two years in
the government has never addressed the fact that someone could
be shot in the back of their head and their
head goes forward right, So you can't if someone is shot.
Let me put it in any more exact way. The
CIA has ignored the fact that since jfk head went

(06:24):
backwards and he was shot from the back, as the
thesis those three shots from the back, how can you
shoot someone in the back of the head and have
their head go forward. That's the essence of what the
government is telling us. So it's another one of those
don't believe you're lying ours. This is what happened. Kennedy,
they maintained was shot in the Kennedy was shot, and

(06:48):
the evidence says he was shot in the right temple
above the right ear and that wound went right through
the back of his head. And we know from experience
to obtain scientific validity and common sense that if you
shoot someone in the back of the head, his head

(07:08):
is going to go forward. But they have never acknowledged
this in everything they've done. And to further complicate the
issue for the government was that seven tenths of a
second after the fourth shot, we were able to determine
that is Bob Groden, and I Bob Groden was a

(07:31):
photographic consultant who aided us in our investigation. He's a
terrific person and he's very knowledgeable. And the fifth shot
that happened seven tenths of a second after the fourth
shot structure afk in the kowlok area on the top
part of his head.

Speaker 4 (07:51):
And that in essence did four things.

Speaker 3 (07:53):
And this is how we were able to find it
out because the fragmentation injuries.

Speaker 4 (07:58):
Play a role.

Speaker 3 (07:59):
In other words, there were only four shots. Why were
fragments being traveled around? It's striking various various objects. For example,
the fragments caused four things. I just managed, may might
mention of the Hague movement. The fifth shot shot to
his head. Courses had to go forward. That shot came

(08:23):
from the back, okay, and he bunched the wound at
the fourth shot.

Speaker 4 (08:27):
You can see it, and they can.

Speaker 2 (08:29):
You can almost see what you're talking about. Is I
mean most of us have probably watched that film a
million times, Robert. Is the Subruter film the main source
of evidence we have for the Kennedy assassination?

Speaker 4 (08:46):
Did you repeat that, please?

Speaker 2 (08:48):
I said, is that Subbruter film the main source of
evidence that we have much the primary source of evidence
that we have?

Speaker 3 (08:57):
Yes, no, good question, right, I was just going to
get to something in this Zapera film and I wanted
to mention to you in the audience.

Speaker 5 (09:04):
And that is at frame two fifty five after it happened,
frame two fifty five of Zappara. Keep in mind again
it's eighteen point three frames per second at frame two
fifty five.

Speaker 4 (09:19):
And all of this is in the book. It's all
in the book that Dan Dallas.

Speaker 3 (09:23):
And it appears that the first flurry of three shots
shows no damage to the limo, to the interior windshield,
so that both Connelly and Kenney we know were hit
by Zaparua frames two two four and two three zero

(09:44):
because there was no damage that we saw, and we
know that at that point there was an issue about
Connelly and Kennedy getting hit, particularly because they had a downhill.

Speaker 4 (09:57):
They had a downhill, a downward track. Now why is
all that important, Because as I.

Speaker 3 (10:04):
Said, there were four issues of fragmentation and it had
to come from another shot.

Speaker 4 (10:09):
And here was the movie.

Speaker 3 (10:11):
The head his head, Kennedy's head on the fifth shot,
not the fourth shot. The fourth shot he shot in
the back of the head and his head went backwards,
according to the government. So the facts were that Kennedy's
head moved forward with respect to the fifth shot that
hit him in the countlock and enlarged the wound at
the fourth shot, and it damaged the interior of the

(10:33):
limo windshield to the left of the rear view mirror,
and it struck over Governor Connolly in the right wrist,
severing the axial nerve in his right wrist and the
tendon in his right thumb area connected very closely, of course,
to the index finger in his right hand.

Speaker 4 (10:49):
Those were the four fragmentations.

Speaker 3 (10:52):
Now, please keep in mind that the government is not
some idiot organization. They understood what this all meant, and
so what they did was they said, we have the
science in this case, not the critics.

Speaker 4 (11:07):
And what is the science? They said, this will blow
your head off, believe me.

Speaker 3 (11:12):
Neutron activation analysis is basically the principal testing component for
comparative bullet lead analysis.

Speaker 4 (11:21):
What does that mean.

Speaker 3 (11:22):
It means that the government was claiming that through neutron
activation analysis NAA, that you could match a fragment to
a fragment and claim it came from a bullet, and
you could match a fragment to a bullet. Why is
that also important? The only lab doing this NAA component

(11:45):
issue for the comparative bullet let analysis came in the
following way. In the car there were two large fragments.
The government said, NAA proves that came from one buatullet,
the same bullet, so that's one missile in the case.

(12:05):
The Governor Connolly had fragments taken from his right wrist
and they matched.

Speaker 4 (12:12):
They said, Commission.

Speaker 3 (12:13):
Exhibit three ninety nine which was which was the so
called pristine bullet. And if you don't believe that, you
believe the Earth is flat. And this is what they're
going around for sixty two years talking about. The problem
with this was no one bothered in the government to
talk to metallurgical PhDs who were invaluable in this examination.

(12:37):
They ignored them, but that didn't stop them intallurgical PhDs
from writing scathing critiques that NAA was an invalid science.
The only Lamb as I said, that was doing this
was here in our country. And then the FBI was
being criticized for using NAA because they had Asians going

(12:59):
around the true testifying about the comparative nature of fragment
to fragmented fragment of bullet, so that they argue again
there were only two pieces of missile evidence in the case,
says the government. But when the experts came back at
the invitation of the FBI, because now they were really
concerned that they had people ations testifying about something that

(13:21):
was not accurate in criminal trials under oath, the government
then was told that NAA is totally invalid. This is
one of the people. They asked the ten expert witnesses.
And on September one, five, our government shut down the
only lab, saying it's two invalid to.

Speaker 4 (13:43):
Rely on.

Speaker 3 (13:45):
And that the metallurgical PhDs got it right, we got
it wrong. Knowing that, the government then decided to do
the following It decided that we're going to be able
to prove that Kennedy's head went backwards, which is okay,
if you shoot someone from the back, imagine this.

Speaker 4 (14:07):
Huh yeah, oh yeah.

Speaker 3 (14:11):
They have their own science now, their own lamps, and
it's ridiculous. The one land they had they shut down
and they and they demanded that no asia has ever
testified to the validity of NAA neutron activation analysis because
it's invalid. That didn't stop them, so they gelatonized Tennis
skulls shut the ten skulls with the rifle and uh,

(14:35):
the alleged murder weapon and all of the heads of
the ten shots. Guess what happened, all of the gelatinized
heads resulting in portrayals of of our skulls, if you will.
And when they were shot from the back, which way
you think the heads moved the skeletons moved.

Speaker 2 (14:56):
That's not from the back, they would move forward to.

Speaker 4 (14:58):
Valid how do you like. So that's what happened in
the case with respect to it. And here we are.

Speaker 3 (15:08):
Talking about what really happened here, because then the government
runs into a major problem. And here's the problem. And
this is interesting. When you lie, you know a truth,
you can tell several different ways, but when you're lying,
you better stick to what your liar is. And here's
what happened. In December of sixty three, the Secret Service

(15:30):
of the FBI found that Connolly and Kennedy was struck
by two separate bullets, two separate bullets, and both were
shot within one point nine seconds of each other. Well,
if that's the case, given the what you know, and
I know when most people know about about manual both

(15:50):
action necessary to fire separate successive shots from the alleged
murder weapon the manlukok got kind of rifle. It takes
two point three seconds.

Speaker 4 (16:01):
Air go if you will.

Speaker 3 (16:02):
The Mandico Carcano rifle could not have fired both of
the shots. Let me repeat that there. The Secret Service
in the FBI found that Connolly and Kennedy was shruck
by two separate bullets and both were shot. Both Kennedy
and Connolly were shot within one point nine seconds of
each other, but the manual both action necessarily to fire
separate successive shots from the Mannico Calcano required two point

(16:26):
three seconds. Therefore, the Manico Calcano could not have been
the murder weapon.
