Wow, two near death experiences within a several months. What happened?
Speaker 4 (00:41):
You know, that's a good question. What did happen?
Speaker 3 (00:44):
You know, is definitely under a lot of spiritual attack
at that time, and now that that was around two
thousand and six, and so you know, now that I
look back at it, I can see what was happening
from just the time periods that what was happening with

those crashes were definitely to stop me from who I
was to become and who I am now.

But they definitely were they were life altering.

The first one, I was left where I could not
walk at the time when the crash happened, it was
I rear ended.
Speaker 4 (01:26):
I was rear ended at a light Grant Road in Tucson.
She was going.
Speaker 3 (01:32):
Probably seventy five miles an hour and rammed into my
car and I hit another car. But I mean that
was like I should have died right then. I think
I was pretty much kind of trapped in the car.
But I felt my body come out. I felt my
spirit come out of my body.
Speaker 4 (01:54):
This was my first encounter with that.
Speaker 3 (01:57):
And I was up above my body looking down at
what was happening, and then that's when I went back
into my body. So the car accidents, both of them
back to back. The second one was about four months apart,
and that one was on the in San Simone in Arizona,
(02:19):
and I was coming back from the holiday and we
were driving my son and I and sandstorm had happened the.
Speaker 5 (02:30):
Night before, but the roads were completely just horrible, and
so I went off the road and the car rolled
fourteen times and we were not killed, even though both
times the cars were demolished.
Speaker 3 (02:47):
And on that second one, I thought, well, this is it.
So I was just like thinking this was it. But
it was like the light flashing before my eyes. But
I also felt a cocoon of energy come around me
and my son, and I felt like we were suspended
in time. And then that I know was God's protection
(03:10):
of us, and we were safe.
Speaker 4 (03:12):
We were safe from that one.
Speaker 2 (03:14):
But that's what happened, was they saved you.
Speaker 3 (03:18):
Yes, there was a reason, you know. And it was
a devastating time in my life. And I did finally
write a book, you know, the book about it, Through
the Veil, I talk about that because that's the most
that was a catalyst, you know, that was a catalyst
for what was was was.

Coming for me.
Speaker 3 (03:39):
And that is when I also the doctors had told
me at the during the first one, they had literally
just given up in a way. So I was going
to be left without being able to really walk at all.
I was in severe pain, and the insurance was taken
care of, let's just say whatever, and I was left
(03:59):
with complete pain, no help, and I just so happened
to be singing, because I'm a singer, and I've worked
with that a lot of my life by former life
and still still do. But I just happened to be
a friend of a person that would be the person
that was going to change my life forever, would help
(04:21):
me heal and also help teach me. Because what happened
was I was given these abilities at that time that
I had never had in my life before ever, and
so I started to be able to see into the body.

I started seeing lights.
Speaker 3 (04:40):
And this person that helped me would end up being
the person that helped me heal through the work he
did at Medicine Will Dental and Wellness and it was
a body jaw alignment program that was at this facility. Well,
I began on that program and then that is what
again healing me. And I went to work for this

particular doctor and I worked for him up until about
two years ago, and I was the head of his
TMJ department. So my life completely took a complete turnaround
from what I was doing. And then I began my
healing journey and also the spiritual journey connected with that.

At the same time. It was all happening at once.
It was It's amazing, Mercedes.
Speaker 2 (05:32):
Your middle name Lucky is was that your birth given name?
Or did you did you hear that because of the
things that had happened to you?
Speaker 3 (05:39):
No? No, isn't that great? But a lot of people
do say that. But no, I was married a Lucky
and so my sons are with the Lucky name. And
when I we went through a divorce, it was it
was around that same time. So it was really a
horrible time in my life at that particular time.

But this name I when I had my other life.
Speaker 3 (06:04):
I was a singer songwriter, and it'll say I won
lots of ASKAP awards.
Speaker 4 (06:10):
I was a performer.
Speaker 3 (06:11):
Well, all of my name was either under Mercedes or
Mercedes Lucky. So when I decided to, of course keep
that name. But I did remarry to a wonderful man
named Joe Benedict, who was an amazing artist, and I
didn't want to lose my name, so.

I just my other name.
Speaker 3 (06:30):
So I added both the names. So I'm a Lucky Benedict,
a Mercedes Lucky Benedict.
Speaker 2 (06:36):
A fascinating name. The accidents you it happened to have
been in a Mercedes car chance, No, I was not.
Speaker 4 (06:46):
I was not.
Speaker 1 (06:47):
I did end up.
Speaker 3 (06:47):
I do have a Mercedes, though we did end up
getting one a few years ago, an older one, but
I still did get that car. But no, I was
in a completely different I was in a bold pt
cruiser of actually and so yeah, but like I said,
those were completely demolished, both cars, they were totaled, and
it's amazing that we did survive, or I did survive

on that the car crashes. But I mean, I think
that's the main thing I like to say to people too,
is that you know, I can talk about it just
fine right now, but living through it was a horrible experience.
And also the fact that at the same time, you know,
(07:32):
I'd also been suffering with terrible depression and different things
like that happening, and I lost my house, I lost everything.
So I literally through those accidents. It was like a rebirth,
and once it started, I totally chose the path to
what God had wanted me to do. At that time,
(07:54):
I really started being guided by God. By the second Act,
I knew that I was saved for sure, and I
knew because I'd already been starting to heal miraculously, and
so with the healing and learning how to work with
that and how to work with others with the same
(08:16):
healing process that was happening to me, that's what ended
up becoming my life. And I went began healing work
with other people. But We also worked as a medical office,
so most of my work was definitely medical, but I
also was becoming and developing my spiritual gifts, and the
(08:40):
remote viewer.

Helped. The remote viewing is what happened with the body.

So I was working on clients and I would start
to see inside their body. So was it was very interesting.
It was a very long journey of working.

Through the veil.

Like the veil would have been like you'd see a
little bit of this or that, and then it would change,
the colors would shift, and then all of a sudden,
years I.

Start to see actual beings and.

Yeah, so it kind of just went on from there,
and the car accidents were the catalyst.

They were Now there's a fine line between remote viewing
and out of body experiences. How do you know you
weren't having an obe.

Yeah, so well that would have been at the very
beginning when I did that, I was very aware.

I mean, I think it was a shock.

So I was literally shocked in trauma and looking at
you know what, that's actually a good question, think about it.
But it just felt to me like it was it
wasn't out of body experience. So I would say that's
a good question. But whatever it was, I was definitely
for the first time out of my body looking down

at what was happening, and went right back into my body.
So it might have been the very first time we
could say that. That's actually very interesting. No one's ever
actually said it that way, so that's very interesting. But
either way, it was the beginning of how the how.

The work would begin. And that's exactly what would happen.

So during a session, during a session with clients, all
of a sudden, when you become in that zone, in
the prayer zone or the zone of whatever it is
that you're in when you're in a spiritual world, that
was when it would happen. All of a sudden, I
would be kind of taken up out of my body

and going into different locations or going into the human
body that I was working on, literally going into that body.

These began to hone your skills as a remote viewer, then,
didn't they.
Speaker 3 (10:57):
Yes, And you know it took a long long time,
and so much, so much time that you know, it
took me when I decided that I really wanted to
really become a person that could work on the phone
and not just in person, because it was mainly in
person for a very long time through my work. But

I spent another three years and I was also working
with a practitioner, a.

Really wonderful.

Healer at that time that had come into my life,
and and also learning about projection and and learning to
project myself up out of the body and say, you'd
project yourself up into the corner of the room, you'd
project yourself up to the roof of the house and

look down and try to see what you see. And
it's a very surreal thing. And at that time I
did not I did not share this on social media.
Everything I did at.

That time was very much under.

A cocoon of the doctor and the office I worked at.
It was a really a healing place. People would come
from all over the world to come to this location
to have us work on them, and so I was
very privy to having.

Amazing people that I would work on.

Monks, you know, Tibetan monks would come, or all kinds
of Native American healers, medicine men and women, different people
like that. Because we're here in Arizona and this is
the land of many things like that. So I really
was very fortunate to be able to and still am

be a part of many amazing healers coming into my
life at that time and still still do.

Mercedes, what do you think the accidents did to you
to give you these abilities?
Speaker 3 (13:00):
I think that I think that what I was doing prior,
which was being the singer, the songwriter, the actress, I
spent twenty years doing that, and then the divorce happened.
I think that it was a way if it didn't
kill me. I think I was trying to be stopped
(13:22):
from things. I didn't even know what we're going to
be happening in the future to me, but I think
that that's what happened. I think that that was my
time to make an exit into another realm of my life.
It was a way to stop the one side and
(13:42):
turn me completely into a different person. And I will say,
at that time you could not get me to sit still.
I never saw myself as being a healer or any.

Of these things.

So I mean the complete change in me, you know,
is very clear. I mean I literally became learned to
be a different person, became a different person.
Speaker 4 (14:10):
And I like to say what.
Speaker 3 (14:12):
I know now is that I believe that there is
a part of all of us and there's a part
of me and most of the things I name my
companies or whatever. I call it my beautiful spirit because
I believe that we all have this spirit that is
with us and connected with us. And it was that
time for her from my spirit to be come to be,

to be into me, like to take away the traumas
that I had.

You have to release those.
Speaker 3 (14:41):
Traumas, to take away the pains that you have, the
physical pains, the trauma, the physical pain, the mental pain,
the past, the baggage that you carry. Every time you
release a piece of the past that you're carrying, your
spirit can shine writer. And that is what happened to me.
And that's what I am here to share with others.

How do you use your remote viewing? Now?
Speaker 3 (15:10):
I have been working on I've worked on some different cases.
So one of the things I work with clients and
that they need help, I will they will call me
and then I will.

Do my prayers.

I have set prayers that I do that secure me
and I can go then to either if there need
physical help, if they need help with their body, or
if they're having issues in their house or on their property,
then I can go through that and we can look
at what is happening on the property and house or

their body or whoever, and we can ask for the
proper I call them universal law enforcement to come help
me and to be a part of that. Since I've
met Bill Being, Reverend Bill Being, and he helped us.

It was it was because of Bill Bean.

I actually stopped doing everything for over a year because
I was afraid that I was not going to be
able to secure my family, secure my property the way
he had helped us, and I didn't. I so I
took a long time where I didn't do anything with anybody.
But what I did, though, was I began to study.

What he was doing.

I became very much a part of him and God
and that full and how to how that works with
God and Jesus. And so I put those rules into
my protocol and that is what I used today.

I have helped people in different areas.

I did help with the missing Person's case, so with
children that have mysterious disappeared, and that's in Connecticut.

And I do mention that in my book, can.

Yes, sir so, And that was I would.

I was asked the first time a couple of years ago,
and so immediately when I decided to do that, it's
like all of a sudden, you know, I'm projected into
a place. It's it's like a movie, so like I'm
projected into. It was by a house. I could see
the front porch, I could see all the details. I

could then walk inside and see the staircase and.

The room down below.

And I live in Arizona. I don't live in a
place where we have a basement or any of these things.
So I was literally seeing a basement and I saw
some tunnels and different things. This is the first time.
And so when I hear back from the person, all
of that was part of it, and I was sent

pictures of what was the real place that she was talking.
All of it was exactly like that. And then the
next time she asked me to help her, I was
I had already been doing the Mercedes Lucky Benedict show.
I'd been interviewing a lot of amazing people, and I've
met two other remote viewers that I thought, Wow, how

awesome is that. I never met other people like me before,
And so I asked these two ladies, La La Bright
and Anne Bender if they would help me with this case,
and I write about this in the book. And we
each I asked if we'd all just do this individually,
like I didn't want to know anything. I didn't want

I didn't want to know what they looked like or anything.

Of these things.

So I mean the complete change in me, you know,
is very clear. I mean I literally became learned to
be a different person, became a different person.
Speaker 4 (14:10):
And I like to say what.
Speaker 3 (14:12):
I know now is that I believe that there is
a part of all of us and there's a part
of me and most of the things I name my
companies or whatever. I call it my beautiful spirit because
I believe that we all have this spirit that is
with us and connected with us. And it was that
time for her from my spirit to be come to be,
(14:35):
to be into me, like to take away the traumas
that I had.
Speaker 4 (14:40):
You have to release those.
Speaker 3 (14:41):
Traumas, to take away the pains that you have, the
physical pains, the trauma, the physical pain, the mental pain,
the past, the baggage that you carry. Every time you
release a piece of the past that you're carrying, your
spirit can shine writer. And that is what happened to me.
And that's what I am here to share with others.
Speaker 2 (15:05):
How do you use your remote viewing? Now?
Speaker 3 (15:10):
I have been working on I've worked on some different cases.
So one of the things I work with clients and
that they need help, I will they will call me
and then I will.
Speaker 4 (15:24):
Do my prayers.
Speaker 3 (15:25):
I have set prayers that I do that secure me
and I can go then to either if there need
physical help, if they need help with their body, or
if they're having issues in their house or on their property,
then I can go through that and we can look
at what is happening on the property and house or
(15:47):
their body or whoever, and we can ask for the
proper I call them universal law enforcement to come help
me and to be a part of that. Since I've
met Bill Being, Reverend Bill Being, and he helped us.
Speaker 4 (16:04):
It was it was because of Bill Bean.
Speaker 3 (16:08):
I actually stopped doing everything for over a year because
I was afraid that I was not going to be
able to secure my family, secure my property the way
he had helped us, and I didn't. I so I
took a long time where I didn't do anything with anybody.
But what I did, though, was I began to study.
Speaker 4 (16:31):
What he was doing.
Speaker 3 (16:32):
I became very much a part of him and God
and that full and how to how that works with
God and Jesus. And so I put those rules into
my protocol and that is what I used today.
Speaker 4 (16:48):
I have helped people in different areas.
Speaker 3 (16:53):
I did help with the missing Person's case, so with
children that have mysterious disappeared, and that's in Connecticut.
Speaker 4 (17:02):
And I do mention that in my book, can.
Speaker 2 (17:04):
You use your remote viewing for that?
Speaker 4 (17:07):
Yes, sir so, And that was I would.
Speaker 3 (17:11):
I was asked the first time a couple of years ago,
and so immediately when I decided to do that, it's
like all of a sudden, you know, I'm projected into
a place. It's it's like a movie, so like I'm
projected into. It was by a house. I could see
the front porch, I could see all the details. I
(17:33):
could then walk inside and see the staircase and.
Speaker 4 (17:36):
The room down below.
Speaker 3 (17:37):
And I live in Arizona. I don't live in a
place where we have a basement or any of these things.
So I was literally seeing a basement and I saw
some tunnels and different things. This is the first time.
And so when I hear back from the person, all
of that was part of it, and I was sent
(17:59):
pictures of what was the real place that she was talking.
All of it was exactly like that. And then the
next time she asked me to help her, I was
I had already been doing the Mercedes Lucky Benedict show.
I'd been interviewing a lot of amazing people, and I've
met two other remote viewers that I thought, Wow, how
(18:21):
awesome is that. I never met other people like me before,
And so I asked these two ladies, La La Bright
and Anne Bender if they would help me with this case,
and I write about this in the book. And we
each I asked if we'd all just do this individually,
like I didn't want to know anything. I didn't want
(18:42):
to know what anymore than I already knew before. But
I didn't want to know what they looked like or anything.
And so we, ea, excuse me, We each did our
own you know, remote viewing sessions privately and then reported
in But so I again, that's why I again, I'm taken.

I'm taken right to these locations. And it was very
hard to do this one. It was very hard because
these are children.
