We were talking about around the nineteen forty seven era
win these underground tunnels really started. The talk of them
starting to be built started really started coming to life.
People were starting to hear about it. I remember listening

of construction around the Washington DC area that was really
covered up and it was clearly going down into the
ground and not up. And it went on for several
years at a great expense. And I'm wondering if those
Washington DC tunnels are part of the major plan or

You bet it's all tied together. I discussed that my
book Hidden in Plane Sight Beyond. The X Files Corporation
was the lead contractor on that project. What they were
doing was building very sophisticated deep facility beneath Washington, d C.

With access from the Naval Observatory, which is which has
the Vice Presidential Mansion on its grounds of the Pentagon,
the White House, and various other areas around Washington, d C.
I believe the Washington Naval Yard is also connected. Now,

that's one of the culminating touches to what's called the DUCC,
the Deep Underground Control Center, which was the plans for
that began all the way back in period right before
JFK was gunned down in Dallas and continued for forty years,

thirty forty years. The documents that I got also from
the Lyndon Banks Johnson Library in Austin, Texas, revealed that
it was planned to be three thousand, five hundred feet
underground to have multiple high speed elevator access from different

points in the Washington, DC area.

Three thousand five hundred feet down? Wow, Well, you see,
these things can be even deeper than that. To go

United States and right around the world is kept reliably ignorant, docile, tractable,
and as stupid as possible, so that they only move

deep underground base below Washington.

I know where many underground bases are or not because
I'm some insiders, just because I read a lot, I
talk to a lot of people. I mean, when I
go to the library, I go on a big way,
I go right into the stacks, and I go to
the microfiche, and I just keep grinding until I find
out stuff. If it takes me one hundred hours a

thousand hours. Not everyone is that way. In fact, the
reason you're talking to me and not to someone else
is because almost no one does it but me. Now,
one of the places where there is a large underground
base is in the Mansano Mountains in New Mexico, just
to the southeast of Albuquerque. Now, the Mansanos are north

south range, about thirty miles long from what I've been
told explicit explicitly by someone who really knew what he
was talking about. He said, the Mansano base, meaning the
underground base, is not big. It's not large, it's not enormous.

It is vast. Now, I've talked to some people who've
been in but just barely inside the entrance. That thing
was started back after World War two, I think in
nineteen forty nine something like that, and I wouldn't be
surprised if they're still expanding it and adding on, just

sprawling for miles. And this is the thing you have
to understand, a lot of these places do sprawl for
miles and at multiple levels, hundreds and thousands of feet underground.
The technology is repeat, we're being they're not for you,
they're not for me. We don't even know at tenke

to one percent of what's happening in most of these places.

When you hear that some of them are for in
case of nuclear holocaust and there's there's a money.

Well, a better question might be are you sure you
want to be on that list.

Because to be on that list, you basically have to
sell your soul and park it at the door. When
you enter into these special access programs, say bye bye
to whoever you are now, and you will become whatever
the program requires. And once you're in, if you don't
like it, I think in many cases, the price of

Oh wow, I still think they go under the ocean too,
or under the wall at least.

So my research definitely suggests that. And not only that,
but I believe that a lot of these facilities, maybe
not all of them, but some of them for sure,
do have interaction between terry special forces, I mean very

special forces, and intelligence agencies, special units, and various extraterrestrial factions.
Another reason to keep it all quiet. Now you might
ask why so secret? Because these are not good things
that are happening. The people would not tolerate it if

they knew about it, so they're built in secret. I understand.
When you're in a compartmentalized program, you can't even tell
your wife what you're doing or what your work really is.
You will tell your wife something like I'm an officer
on a United States Navy submarine and I have to

go away to c for three or four months. Well,
maybe you leave port on the submarine. But maybe you
don't spend that entire three or four months on the submarine.

Who is the authority behind these underground installations?

can I can tell you, uh, the companies and agencies
that have come to my attention, the Rand Corporation for one,
United States Navy, United States Army, United States Air Force

for sure, the the United States Navy CBS, the United
States Army Corps of Engineers. Uh, let me, let me
and and then I'll name off some of the corporations involved.

quite in Douglas, now known as w SP. They were
bought by a Canadian company. I know Donald Trump wants
to buy Canada, but here's an example of Canada buying
