Speaker 1 (00:00):
Scrubbing in with Becca Tilly and Tanya Red and I
Heart Radio Podcast. Hello everybody, we are scrubbing in. We are, yes,
indeed we are, and we are live, well we are,
but we're live in the studio even in real life.

(00:23):
We're all in the same room for the first time
in almost three years. Yeah, that's wild. This is great.
This takes me back at picture You're sitting there with
Jason George from Gray's Anatomy in that same chair. I
don't love it well to be a little bit closer.
So this is very far, Like I cannot touch you.

(00:43):
That's great for who not you? Not you? You know
you like it when we're next to each other. Well,
I was just like overcome. I walked in and then
I realized I haven't I hugged Mark and I was like,
I literally haven't seen you since we did the live
show at the Rocks. Amazing. I didn't realize it had
been that long. I know, it is really wonderful to

(01:03):
see you. It's wonderful to see you. It's wonderful to
be back with the crew all in here because you've
been gone for a minute, because the globe trotting. I
would say, I have. Yeah, I've been globe trotting. I
went to Hawaii for my birthday and it was great.
We went to Kawaii and it was just like beautiful.

(01:24):
I think I may have broken my toe on a hike,
which that happened day one, so like we landed, had
like a nice night at our Airbnb, and then the
next day we went on like a waterfall hike and
I slipped on like a rock and I think I
broke my toe. Number four, Yeah, and toes are hard
to like really figure out if you did something too,

(01:45):
and even if they're if because Hay was like, you
should get it next right, and I'm like, why they
don't do they don't press it, They'll be like it's broken.
They'll probably be like don't walk yeah, and I'm like, well,
I'm going to New York with my mother's there's no
time for resting. Um. And we had a lovely time.
It was great. Definitely missed you, missed you. I don't

(02:07):
know if you'll ever be able to go on a
birthday trip again, because you that's your anniversary. But why
don't we do it on your actual birthday? Now we
do the Halloween party, Well, we don't have to do
a Halloween party. We can do your birthday weekend. Well,
that's up to you. Yeah, yeah, I can't. I don't
know if I can rearrange the whole Halloween birth Halloween
party thing for your anniversary specifically, but maybe I will,

(02:32):
and maybe my anniversary will change. Ah, So don't get
married on that weekend please, right? Yeah, November doesn't feel
like my month anyway? What does feel like your mom? Like?
May interesting? A spring springtime, springtime, spring fleeing. Do we
feel like that's on the horizon or anything? You're just

(02:54):
hypothetically yeah, just hypothetically hypothetically speaking. Um, okay, great, So,
so like, is that what happens like once you because
would you no longer celebrate your dating anniversary? Probably not.
I feel like you once you get married to celebrate
your marriage anniversary. I tried to sink them up. I
asked my wife a year out from our fifth anniversary.

(03:16):
The plan was, I asked her on our fourth anniversary,
we get married on our fifth anniversary, but we just
have one anniversary. I even made sure our fifth anniversary
with a Saturday. Wow. It didn't work out because she
had to start school because she was going back to school,
to work with exotic animals. It's the whole thing. But
we ended up getting married about a month earlier. So
now the day anniversary is just completely forgotten except by me,

(03:38):
and I always stay to her on that day. I
would say happy anniversary, and she always phrases like what
did I forget? And then she remembers the datniversary. See.
I kind of wanted to sink them up to because
I like that. It's that that's just like our date,
you know, and like it's it's in hinge, like it's
in writing, and like I don't know. I just like that.
But I just don't see myself getting married in November.
November so beautiful, though. Oh it's like it's cold. I

(04:02):
can't go. My shoulders cannot be exposed in this Weather's
like it's summer year round. This is not summer. I
was outside last night with a parka and a sweatshirt
and a long sleeve underneath it. It is it is
like cooler one yeah, so I need yeah, I need
a little bit warmer, all right. So that's great some

(04:23):
food for thought. And I would be thinking about that
because I was thinking on the Hawaii trip. I was
like I'm never gonna get to have Tania if we
do this weekend, if we do the Halloween party every year,
and then we do my birthday trip and it happens
to be that next weekend. You don't have to do
a birthday trip every year. It's fun. You could have

(04:43):
a birthday party. Yeah yeah, yeah, ye're right, you're right. Yeah, yeah,
Well we'll get We'll get there next year. Yeah, um yeah.
And then I went to New York with my mom
and so we just went through Hawaii that fast. Yeah. Well,
Hawaii was my toe and then goodbye, bro my toe.
We went to the beach. Um, it was just beautiful.

(05:05):
Like I love Kawai because it's so lush, and there's
something about Yeah, there's something about like the rain. It
rains almost every day, and then it's like there's this
newness that comes after the rain. And you get to
experience that every day too when it rains in l
A like I have the sense of like rebirth. It

(05:25):
reminds me of clean by Taylor Swift. Yes, like the road.
There's no more oil on the road. It's like clean roads,
and the sky looks crisp. Yeah. So I just there's
something about Hawaii and general, but specifically quiet that like
really invigorates me. Did you do a lot of thoughts
about this new year of life? No, no thinking. I

(05:46):
tried not to think about it, tried to just not think,
you know, I just wanted to relax. Got it nice? Yeah,
well I'll do that at New Year's only, you know,
talk about our man of you know whatever, vision boards
and stuff. That's what I'm like, kicking the thinker. But
it was really fun to just go and um, my sister,
her girlfriend art In Laura has been my best friend

(06:09):
since freshman year high school. We have known each other
for twenty years, which really that really struck a chord
with me this birthday because twenty years, Like we met
in high school, it's been twenty years since then, and
I was like, who's really And it certainly was a

(06:29):
large pill to swallow. Um, but that was really fun
to be with her and then Um, obviously Haley and
Marla came, and Marla is Haley's best friend, makeup artist
who's also become one of my best friends. So it
was really you feel very significant that you were on
you are on your birthday trip, and Ali Grant was

(06:49):
at my dog's birthday party. Oh well, so I was like,
this is a moment, this is a moment. It was
really um you know, I didn't think that I would
have fune missing Sunny Dog's birthdays. Like I just was never.
That was never in my plan. Like when I was
thinking about being in Hawaii, I was like, all right,
have fun, but my not like that birthday party. I

(07:13):
need like the details for the next party I planned.
And I literally was thinking, I wonder if Phoebe was thinking,
my mom has never done anything like this for me.
It was like the funniest thing is like I was
on pooh patrol because at some point one dog was
always pooping and so we didn't want anybody stepping it.
So I was like constantly was like picking up poop
and putting in this bag that we had. It was

(07:33):
so funny because like the doctor was running around, so
it wasn't like, you know, I wasn't My eyes weren't
always on Sunny so she had been pooping, but I
was like on poop patrol. I mean, it was a
dare I say, the party of the year. Honestly, it
was we were every detail that you kept posting. I

(07:56):
was like, she well, I was just laughing because we
had done a fitting for a photo shoot, which we'll
talk about in a little bit um and we were
talking about I had there was a sweater that the
style was pulled. It was like a really expensive sweater,
but it was like beautiful, and I was like, I'm
just gonna do it, like I'm going to New York.
I work to New York, which I didn't even end

(08:16):
up taking it anyways. Tony was like, I can't believe
you'd spend that much on a sweater, and I was thinking,
after seeing that birthday party, I was like, we spend
our money differently. Yeah, Like I would never spend that
money on that sweater, like literally ever, but I would
spend it on my dog's birthday, no, no problem, Like
no questions asked. So is this going to be an
annual thing or is this just like a one year

(08:37):
old birthday party? Annual? Every year just gonna get bigger
and bigger. I mean, I'm a bigger and bigger I mean,
we definitely could probably done more dogs. And I think
it needs to be earlier in the day because it
was chilly. Okay, but you know, I learned a lot
from that experience and I will take that into her
next one. And Robbie's just like loves it. He's totally
loved it. Do you see the matching sweaters? Him wearing

(09:00):
the matching sweater doesn't actually equal like loves its just
like wearing it like he does that. I asked him
before I ordered them, and he was just like absolutely,
He's like, yeah, sweater, I love that for you too,
but you did get me a sweater. Phoebe actually went
to the party with Heidi, who was babysitting her, and

(09:24):
I just thought it was so funny because every photo
I saw Heidi was holding Phoebe like like in representing me.
I got so many d ms of people and being
like I love that Becca is not there, but Phoebe
wouldn't miss it. And I was like, exactly, it's like
when your mom is you know, like when your mom
would have like I remember being invited to things, and
if my other siblings had things, it would be like

(09:46):
I don't know if I'm gonna be able to get
you there, but like my friend's mom would take me.
It was like that, like she was still going to
the party whether I was there or not. Yeah, she
was there. So Sunny appreciative, Like did she understand so
happy that Phoebe was there? Would not have been her
birthday without her? I just met in general, like did
she Do you think she knew that it was for her? No?

(10:07):
I don't think so. I'm not happy for you to
acknowledge that. Yeah, but it was a good time. You
were missed, So I mean we were missed on each side,
you know, Yeah, you missed me. I missed you, and
I missed Sunny and her birthday and I missed you
in Hawaii. Yeah, um, what else has happened? Then you
went to New York and then I went to New York? So,

(10:29):
my mom, is it just as cool to New York
as it is in l A. It was like, I
feel like it was equal, if not warmer, in New York.
Right last week I thought so too. So right basically
the week that COVID shut everything down, we were supposed
to go as a family. It was like a whole thing.
We were going. I think my both my parents and

(10:49):
then all my nephew or no, I don't think my
nephews are going, but everyone was going to go to
New York for the first time together. And everything shut
down obviously, and it just kind of was like hard
to replan. And Mom's always wanted to go, and so
I was like, I'm determined to make this happen. And
I really wanted to go during this time of the
year because it's just so beautiful and you see the leaves,

(11:11):
and she lives in Florida, so it's like, you know, sunny,
and she sees the you know, hot weather and humid weather.
So I wanted to take her during this time. So
I was like, I need you to ask work off,
and we're gonna go, and we're gonna do like all
the everything that you've dreamt of seeing that you want
to see, We're going to do it all. So we
went and we stayed, Um, we stayed in a really

(11:34):
cute hotel in Time Square, which I don't know that
I do that again because it was happening chaos, but
I will say it was very convenient to everything, Like
we were able to walk to Central Park and like
we kind of walked everywhere except for one of the days.
And your toe was fine, No, no, no, I mean
my toe was broken, definitely not well. I did notice
that you were wearing flat boots a lot. Well, that's

(11:54):
just because you're walking so much. I mean, what, yeah,
I was all the reasons. I probably would have worn
flat every step. I'm not comfortable, I wouldn't say I'm
not I wouldn't say I'm like in pain. But when
I first did it, I was limping everywhere in Hawaii,
like I could barely walk into it was fun, and
I saw videos everybody was getting bitten from mosquitoes. I

(12:18):
really felt bad because I was the one who was like, no,
like last time we went on this hike, we didn't
get bit. Well I don't think I get bit by mosquitoes,
so I didn't get bit, but everyone else got destroyed.
So I harbored some guilt for that. Anyways, Um, but
my mom had never been and it's been on her
bucket list, and you know, she cried when she saw

(12:39):
the Statue of Liberty. She was like, I just you know,
you see this in the movies and you see it
in photos, and then you know, I'm sixty almost sixty
years old, and I finally got here, you know, and
so it was really special to get to experience that
with her. We went and saw Wicked and just amazing,
like every touristy thing you can think of it. And

(13:00):
it was really fun because normally when I go to
New York now, I go for like two days for
work and then I'm back and I don't get to
like enjoy enjoy it. It'd be fun to do like
the things that are so like New York. Yeah, so
it was really cool. Highly recommend doing like it doesn't
have to be elaborate trip, you know, for your parents,
but just you know, doing things like that that my

(13:23):
mom wanting to experience. That was really cool. Yeah. So yeah,
now I'm back and I'm going to Disneyland today, so
my toe might never heal. She is booked and busy. Yeah.
Well I committed to it before I knew I broke
my toe, and tickets were bought and it's Hayley's nieces
first time, so I'm gonna go. They're already down there.

(13:44):
Different you gotta make a reservation. You can't just go
whenever you feel like right, you have to plan it well.
And it's like it's holidays at Disney, so it's like
even cute. Right now, I'm very excited And I even
bought some new she was specifically for walking. They're not
but they're Brooks, which is like similar to like a
sister brother version. Yeah. I tried to focus on and

(14:07):
my foot didn't like it. Really Oh really Yeah, maybe
it's a different a style or it's funny because like
I used to always work out nikes and I remember
I went to this store somewhere here local and Burpen
and they like do like this three D mock up
of your foot and they're like, oh my gosh, like
you need to be in these like pediatric shoes or whatever.
They look horrendous. But yeah, I think the shoes and

(14:30):
Children's House in Children's foot sees um. But they really
make such a big difference. And now I'm like I
would only wear them running, and I wear them to
like run my errands and pop around town. Yeah, how's
the new gluten free life going? The g free life is?
You know, it's not as easy as I thought, Like,

(14:51):
oh I live in l A. It's going to be
like so easy. Everybody every place has like gluten free options.
It's not really Yeah, and like we I got sushi
last night and I didn't realize like they wash the
fish and like rice vinegar which has gluten in it,
and like there's so much like there's they cook the
rice and rice vinegar which has gluten in it. So
it's like there's just things that you don't realize that's

(15:12):
why you're having issues today. I don't know. I don't
really know I'm having issues when I'm having bathroom issues today.
It could be my period. It's hard to say, but um,
but I'm at it, like I'm going at it. I
am like really trying to like attack this Hashimoto's. But
the gluten free thing is like a lot more challenging
than I had anticipated. And you're right, Like we live

(15:34):
in l A. You would think this is probably the
easiest city to be gluten free in because we have
so many options and like a lot of people have
food restrictions. Imagine living something like where I grew up.
If I would have been gluten intolerant, I don't know
what I would have done. And then here's the thing,
Like you there are things obviously you can have, like
salads and you know, chicken and fish and like stuff

(15:56):
like that. You know there are things that you can't have,
but it's like if you want a pizza, uh yeah,
you know what I mean. There are places that have
a lot of places to have gluten free pizza. But
then there's some places who just like don't do it
or like gluten free pasta. Dominoes has gluten free pizza.
Fresh Brothers. Fresh Brothers is so good and we actually
we went to Italy and they have like they make
it with rice flour and that was sensational. I have

(16:19):
some spots that Halia see that because of her all
her diet terror restriction. So Austen do some like sushi
places Japanese restaurants have like brown rice options. Yeah, a yeah,
we washed the fish with rice and the girls, huh,
it's not this is I did see? Are you kind
of cutting out dairy or is that still dairy? Is
still on the table At the moment, I noticed there

(16:41):
was a either a shake or some ice cream. A
lot of sugary treats are like a hard note to
those are a lot those are more difficult for me
to step away from. Those are your That's like my kryptonite. Yeah,
like if you offered me a tub of ice cream
or any dinner option, I would choose the tub of

(17:01):
ice cream. M hmm. Yeah, that's interesting. I just I
love both, Like I really feel like I need the
savory and the sweet, and they only are good if
I get to have the other interesting. Yeah, yeah, what's
your favorite savory when I'm sober? High? Good question. Let's

(17:22):
start with sober? Okay, sober like pizza. I just and
the thing with pizza for me is like pizza is
always good. There's always there could always be a better pizza,
but pizza consistently is delicious and you can't go wrong. Like,
just a couple of weeks ago, because long story short,
my wife's the booster school said that she had to
feed the whole cast of Mamma Mia, which is the

(17:43):
high school production of Mamma So she brought you know,
twenty Costco pizzas. There's a bunch of left. Was brought
him home. They're delicious. These are great. It's just Costco
mass produced pizza. I was happy, it's gonna be I
love it. I love I love like a frozen pizza. Fantastic.
Is a delivery or is it? Did Jordan? I don't know.
I can't tell. All I know is it's delicious. Yeah,

(18:05):
did your know delivery? Don't know? Delicious, But yeah, that
would probably be my savory anything dorito I could eat
an entire super sized family sized bag. Damn. Yeah, that's

(18:27):
why I'm like, if I'm trying to be like somewhat healthy,
I just have to cut out edibles. I have no
I don't have like I don't have strong willpower in
general to stay away from junk food. It's been well
documented on the show. When I take an edible good
back forget it, and you'll go, I think you're going

(18:48):
to have a stomach ache. So I would really suggest
that I go. Thank you for the suggestion. You worry
about yourself. You know what's so funny, Remember you were
telling me about JoJo's friend that also has hashi about
so I didn't realize, like it's so common and so
many people that follow me also of how she modos
like I've been getting dms like crazy, and so I'm like, okay,
I'm start sharing a little bit more about kind of

(19:09):
the journey when I'm taking what I'm cutting out bla
blah blah. And so I linked up with with Catherine
and she was I was. We were talking about the
like no no sugar, no processed sugar and the gluten
free how that's just like those are the two things
to like no no no, no, and it's her birthday.
She posted She's eating a buttered pop tart and I
was like, that feels like it's not the best thing

(19:31):
for your hoshimotas. And She's like, I can't right now,
it's my birthday and I just gotta live my life.
And I was like, okay, I mean a butter pup
dollar on your birthday is like I know you can't.
I know, yeah, I know, but I'm committed to. I'm
like really committed to six months of like really seeing
if I can do you feel betterr Like, have you
noticed the difference yet? No? How long has it like

(19:53):
a month? And what have you had a buttered pop
tart right now? What would happen to you? I have
no idea. Probably I have no I mean you can
have like hot flare ups, and the flare ups make
you just like really really fatigued and like crash and
like all that kind of stuff. So we'll see. I
haven't had a flare up, so I don't know, but
I'm committed to like six months of this and then
if things don't pan out the way I hope, then

(20:16):
I can maybe take medication or something. Oh yeah, alright,
Well stay tuned for the next six months. Yeah, I
posted about like I can't use bird of filters anymore
because they, like apparently are really bad. They do not
filter your water at all, and people were shook to
the core. I've never received more d MS in my
life about anything than the brittle filter. Yeah, I could

(20:38):
see where that would like trigger. I've been using a
bridle filter for my whole life well. And I would
also like to stand up for tap water if I
could please, just for a moment. There's nothing wrong with it.
It's delicious, it's fine. Everything's fine with tap water. We
have this image that's been put in our heads by
the bottled water industry that tap water is disgusting. It's not.
It's fine. No, there's a lot of chemicals in it.

(21:00):
Those argument, but generally speaking, it's really just fine. I
grew up drinking water all the hose. I did that too.
I did that too healthy as a horse. I can
withstand buttered pop tarts. You've got to build your immune system,

(21:20):
is the thing. Maybe tap waters. Tap water is how
our immune systems get stronger, and we are being told
that we have to only drink this certain, very expensive
type of water. Listen, I don't make the rules here
now when you have an autoimmune disorder? Yeah, but that

(21:42):
that's suspicious. Why are we having Why are we getting
these disorders? Like why are we having to not be
specific about what kind of water we drink? Because what's
going into our food? Why can't you go to Europe
and eat bread and cheese and not be affected by it?
And then here it's like people have to avoid it.
I have no idea. It's crazy. It's going wrong, girl,
But I'm proud of you for avoiding it because we

(22:03):
live in a society that is not easy for people
to be healthy. And also it costs money to Yeah,
like what is and this new one that I bought
was like eighty dollars. Is it a new breada filter? No,
it's a new filtration. It's like it's the same vibe,
like it's a picture and it has like a thing.
But I guess the filter is like much stronger. Yeah, alright,

(22:27):
stay tuned, folks. Journey and then I want to come back.
Have you watched from Scratch? No? But you finished Love
is Blind? No? But I've been saying a lot about it.
But we can discuss it because I watched enough of
it that I think I can hold a conversation about it.
But first we're gonna take a break. We'll be right back. Alright,

(22:59):
we're back. So I didn't watch Love Is Blind. I'm
not finished yet. Oh but I've just been seeing stuff
about the reunion. What are your thoughts on it? I'm
obsessed with the season. Who do you like? Who has
lasting power? And well, no, so I don't know their names?
So well, um, I don't know their names. So well,

(23:21):
there's one couple I really don't know. I know Raven
and sk and that's about it. Yeah, they're gonna make it.
I don't know if I don't think they're gonna make it.
She's the Pilates. Yeah, but there is one couple that
I think could make it. Were they the first couple
that goes? I think they have lasting power? Out of
all of them. Why, what about them makes you feel

(23:43):
like they just seemed genuinely uh compatible? You don't think so?
From different worlds? Well, I just remember when they first
saw each other. I was like, I didn't look like,
oh really, that's all I felt. Oh no, but maybe
she maybe she's grown to all the rest of them.

(24:04):
I just feel like we're having issues aside from them.
So I two would have issues if I got paired
up with someone and then was like, oh, now we're
moving in together and I I don't even know your
last name. I know, but one of the girls that
was funny. They were having dinner and she was like saying,
how she has to compromise on a lot in the

(24:25):
relationship because he like leaves the towels on the floor
and leaves his dirty laundry in the scene or not
the same for like whatever, all these things. And I'm like,
to me, those are just like superficial things that you
can like work on, and like, you know what I mean,
that's not like the root of issues, right. But it's
only gonna get worse. I mean they've known each other,
what three days? No, I think a week. It's OK,

(24:49):
it's only going to get worse from there. If ste
he's already doing that a weekend when he's on his
best behavior, you're in that really exciting honeymoon kind of period.
I think she's got I think that's a red flag. Listen,
he's already a red FLA. I am so in love
with Haley, But do I have to tell her every
time she pours something out in the think that she
needs to rinse out the sink. Yes, it doesn't annoy

(25:10):
me every time. Yes, my favorite is Robbie like takes
his Like I'll pick up his sweatpants off the floor
and like the socks are still in them. Like I'm like,
how does this even? Like do you just disrobe with
like your just take everything off all at once? I'm like,
how does this even happen? Like I take off my socks,
put him in the hamper pants, put it in the hamper, underwear,

(25:31):
put it in the hamper, and it's just like he
like jumps out of his clothes. It's so funny. It's funny.
Now funny now now still annoying. Yeah, I mean there's
things where I'm just like, you know, the Haley and
I used to have this argument about She would say
that I was so messy, which I don't. I consider
myself messy, but like you're messy, I know, but like

(25:54):
I'm very you know, away away and I just get
a lot of stuff. So it's like I constantly am
needing to like go through and purge and organize, and
but she won't take accountability that she too is messy,
and so I'll have my house clean. I'll take the
time to clean, put everything up, and she'll come home
and it'll be like all her stuff in the front

(26:14):
corner and like multiple pairs of shoes, and I'm like,
which ones are you wearing? Because I don't need all
of them out here. Like it's so funny because I
think I'm I'm like very clean. Like my apartment looks
like a museum, Like it looks like nobody lives in it,
because I am like that big of a need for you,
But even even when I was living in it, it

(26:40):
looks like nobody lived in it. You have to agree,
Like it's like all my blankets are rolled up, all
my pillows are fluffed, like my my stuff is clean,
and I have had to unclench a lot and like
learned to compromise in many ways. And I think he's
also doing the same thing, you know what I mean,
Like he is putting like the same shoes are all
over the place. He's starting to kind of but it

(27:01):
is interesting. I feel like it's been a very good
uh Um. I'm clencher for me because I think I
was very tightly wound for a long time and I
think it was. It was good. I needed to kind
of like relax also because throwing kids in the mix,
like things are just not it's not museum, no, no,
And like the whole thing about being a kid is
like letting them be messy, right you know, yeah, because

(27:23):
like they're going to have to clean up eventually, so
let this time be where they get to be. Obviously
have rules and boundaries, but they can be messy. Yeah,
I agree with that with my kids. I really don't
care what the room looks like. If they ever make
their bad doesn't bother me in the slightest different slight
difference of opinion there. But uh, what got me was
chores that aren't chores, like going into a relationship of marriage.

(27:46):
I'm like washing the dishes, happy, too happy to do
this and that dust whatever it is. But then the
things that aren't really that I didn't think of the shorts,
like squeegeeing the shower doors. I don't want to know,
but I do it. And like the sink, renting out
the sink or wiping out the sink of their stuff
in there, Like that's the other kind of thing, Like

(28:06):
I don't even think of that as a chore, but
I guess they have to because you gotta make everybody happy.
So you're gonna you're gonna wash the dish and you're
gonna leave the The thing is it's not like hard,
well it's not hard, but it's also it's not like
one thing. It's like oatmeal, it goes everywhere, or chea pudding.

(28:27):
It's everywhere, and I have like a big scene, so
it's in every corner and then if if there's other dishes.
Today I was doing the dishes and I was like,
there's literally cheeses, seeds or whatever they actually this morning,
all over the scene. My favorite thing is Robbie leaves like, um,
the cabinet drawers, Like every cabinet drawer is like open,
Like I'm like, is it that hard to like just

(28:50):
close this one and push that one in? Like it
there's four or five open partially open at all times.
And he's like, you know, just you never know if
you're gonna need to like go back in there. And
I'm like the always tries to justify and I'm like, no,
just close them and then open it. Cabinets made it
very easy to taste safe yet to point five seconds

(29:11):
and then there's the double standard involved. Like, for example,
if my wife decides she has a bowl of cereal
and she decides she's gonna rise it later and just
leaves it in the sink, right, But if I do that,
it's like I'm leaving it for her to take care of. Right,
I need to clean mine right away. Otherwise I'm making
more work for her, which was not my intention. My
intention may very well be I'll just come back and
do it later I'm in a hurry or whatever. But no,

(29:33):
if I leave it there, it's I'm leaving work for her.
If she leaves it there, it's perfectly fine. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
I clean what I clean, But you don't clean other dishes.
Do not always because she likes the kitchen to be
a certain way. But yes, I I do contribute in
that way. Okay, then no, I don't think it's bad.

(29:54):
I think there's a double standard there. Plus, it's a
close on the bathroom floor. If here closed on the
bathroom for she's gonna get them later. If Michael I
was on the bathroom floor, it's leave it's closed in
the bathroom flor you know what I mean. I just
there's a hamper, So I'm like, just two feet over
if you just live, like in fact, if you just
took him off and throw them right in the hamper,

(30:16):
that they don't have to. And also I would I also,
I'm like, I would rather her leave whatever, like the cheat,
whatever she eats in the bowl, just like in the sink,
not pour it out. I'd rather just be sitting there.
If she's gonna put it in the sink, just leave
it in the bowl and I'll I'll cleanly pour it
down the disposal. You know, it is to say all

(30:39):
the random like little tiny things, but I'm saying, imagine
meeting someone you don't even know if you like them
yet what they're all love Tanya, I know what they are.
They've all said I love you. They've all that does
not you said. They've known each other a week. You're

(31:00):
not in love after a week, says the world, that's
you're not in love. I will say I was definitely
in something with Haley, but I was with her. They
fell in love through a wall and then they saw
each other and they're like, hold on, hold on, I
don't know about this. I don't know guys. Okay, okay,
Well we don't have to get into that, so one

(31:24):
couple has lasting power. That's it. That's my prediction as
of date. I'm gonna watch it because I heard the
reunions crazy and that's the reason why we're watching to
just to get to the reunion. Well, I started watching
the series from scratch and my sister had told me
it's devastating, so I knew it was gonna be sad
going into it, so I can't do that to myself.

(31:47):
I cried so hard last night that like my eyes.
I told Haley, I can't watch the next episode because
my my head hurts from crying so hard. I'm not
going to say and it's a true story, not for me,
and I won't give anything away, but I will say
it's very sad and the fact I don't know, there's
something about like the story about someone falling in love

(32:10):
with someone and being such a like soul connection and
then someone dies tragedy, and you're just like it's not fair,
and it's like, obviously the story is sad in itself,
but then knowing it's someone's experience and what they went through,
it's devastating. I would say, if you're going to watch it,

(32:30):
just just know it's gonna gonna make you feel good,
but it's also beautiful. It does make you feel good,
Like there are parts of it where you're like, wow,
this is so beautiful, and it's like it's based around
like yummy food and like travel, and there's something about
that that's really beautiful. But it's so sad. A lot
of buzz on that show, and I was considering it,
but that that puts me off. I must say, well, okay,

(32:52):
it's no sadder than what we've gone through for nineteen
seasons on Grey's Anatomy. Let me tell you what I
just watched, and it's amazing. I cannot shut up about it.
Is Black Panther, Waconda Forever. It was so good. I
thought I was going to be bored because it was
two hours and forty minutes and that's very little alone
to me, and I was glued to the screen. I

(33:14):
was so obsessed with it and like, I can't shut
up about it. Did you cry? Um? I didn't cry.
I cried at the end. I cried at the end,
but just like a little cry, like a little like tear,
not like sobbed. Okay, it was so good, Like it's
so good that's how I praise because you're not the

(33:34):
target audience for Black Panther Wakonda Forever. Yeah. But she
also liked um Sonic The Hedgehog. I really keep you
on your toes with the with what I'm watching. Yeah,
this is more of like we were going to a
movie with the boys. So I did not pick this movie,
but I was like, whatever, it's fun cute. I'll have
a glass of wine before um and I really really

(33:58):
loved it, like really really loved it Rave review, Yeah,
like I would see it again. And Rhanna song too. Yeah,
and I did the Rihanna songs that is it's like
ends the movie and now I'm like obsessed with the
Rihanna song, like obsessed with it. You don't like it? Before?
Why it was like slow? Oh yeah, I think people
thought she was going to come out with the really

(34:18):
fast song. Bangers can be slow though, Like, which, where's
a slow banger? Give me a slow banger? All too well? Banger, banger,
banger a minute version. I think we have different definitions. Yeah,
I think banger is not bang. You're not banging. You
have to be A banger is like a bop like

(34:40):
a Megan Trainer made you look. Oh that's a good one,
and that's a banger. Okay, but here's the top definition
on Urban Dictionary of banger. A super awesome song, the
kind you listened to for three hours on repeat. A
banger all too well banger that definition, but it's not
a banger. I have to be upbeat? Does it have
to be a club banger? A banger? Tanya banger has

(35:01):
to be upbeat it yeah, banger needs to be like
a club banger. Yeah, Like they're not banging all too well.
The club they had needs to be banged, yea. A
part of the body my head bangs when it gets
to that like one spot, so casually cruel in the
name of being all But that's not really a bang.
That's like a sway like, oh no, I'm banging really

(35:22):
not like so casually cruel. There's all too well. Slap
questions also, what slaps is? Could have? Would have? Should have? Yeah?
I told you about that, should have and I know
everyone did. Everyone was like, where is this on your top?
It was like I would say, the one of the

(35:43):
lower songs. It's like my number three right now. Wow.
I just the bridge of that song, really it hits
that slaps. Yeah, that's a banger. That's okay. I don't

(36:04):
remember this part of the yeah, like right, yeah, um
yeah that song and that's about allegedly about John Mayer
allegedly but not Jake Jollen Hall. What are your top two? Still?
Do you said? Is still number one? And Karma's number two? Oh?

(36:29):
Is that a new number two? And I was always
up there? And then threes could have would should and
then oh my god, and then sweet nothing interesting. That
might be my last one. I know, it's so good,
it's cute. I'm not like, I don't know. Yeah, and

(36:52):
I don't know though it could come out of Noumber
and still your number one. It's up there. Yeah, But
they've stayed pretty consistent, like Midnight Rain, I love you
know what I love is in Mastermind when she says
check me, I couldn't lose Checkmate, I couldn't lose I
do like master I'm that one's growing on anymore too. Alright, great, alright,

(37:15):
we'll do another check in in a couple of weeks
on that. It's consistently changing, honestly, Um, I know. But
that's what's so great about the album is that bigger
than the whole sky too is pretty up there, especially
if oh my gosh, don't listen to that after you
watch from scratch. Wow, I could cry just thinking about it. Um,

(37:36):
we are going to take a break and we'll be
back with emails. All right, Well, we just discussed that

(37:58):
we have not all caught up grades except for Mark,
thank you. But I did see what was the all
the news about Ellen Pompeo where her last episode is
going to be or something. So she's just gone, She's
gonna be she was just gonna be like scattered in
and out of the season. Well, I don't know what
I should say, because it was spoil things for you.

(38:19):
Does she leave with what's his name? Back to wherever
they came from? Well, she's not gone gone, right, Is
she gone gone? That's what they're saying. Well, i'm watching
the show, you're not retreating. Yeah, yeah, I know. These
are the articles written on the interweb. Al Right, Well,
she's moving to Boston to continue Alzheimer's research. But I
know that meant she was out of the show. I
assumed that I was initiating her light her role for

(38:39):
the next of the rest of the season. I assume
we'll check in and see how things are going. But
I thought there was this thing that said that she
was only going to be in nine episodes this season
or something. Okay, yeah, and she's been in what four
or five? How many of them been for not sure? Five?
So that feels like where you have limited, she's really
going to be sprinkled in. Just she's not going stand

(39:01):
behind us of now that Scott Speedman, Scotty Speed's So
what was that whole set up for? Well, we'll see,
I don't know, We'll see how this relationship. You guys
are reading an article on Good Housekeeping dot com and
then you're just like taking that as gospel. Watch the
show and see how it plays out. I'm just saying
they've been teasing this, are we aren't? We? Are we
gonna live? Is it going to be a thing for

(39:22):
like a year? Two seasons? Now? Maybe that's maybe it's
going to pay off handsomely. I just missed the days
where it was dear mayor forever right, like, let's commit
to each other and let's go full speed ahead. Even
when Derek and Meredith weren't together, they still felt like
they were together, and you were just like longing for
moments of them in the elevator together. Anyways, all right,

(39:45):
February supposedly her last show as a full time cast member,
that she's gone right right, right, right right, but that's
when she cuts back, right. I'm all for it. I
like the new crew. February is going to be here
before you know. Let me just tell you it's the
end of the year, like we're done, is no. I
wanted to get you all's opinions on this because I

(40:06):
have mixed feelings about Like, for instance, I still have
my pumpkins on my front porch because it's still like
harvest time, right we have Thanksgiving, and like, yeah, you
can still have but not those like orange like HALLOWEENI ones,
but you could have like those weird small ones are
on my front porch and that's just because I literally
have been gone since Halloween. But I was like, oh,

(40:29):
I'm going to keep them up through Thanksgiving. And now
I'm getting like even the packages I'm getting are all Christmas,
and I feel so rushed, and I'm like, oh my gosh,
I'm behind. But we haven't even hit Thanksgiving. So I'm like,
I love Christmas is my favorite time of the year.
I love it, but I Also there's something about that
being that like special time, and I feel like it

(40:50):
feels rushed right now, like we're in we're skipping through Thanksgiving.
Do you feel that anyone? I like that, I like
not skipping it. But it's like you don't, Decker, I mean,
I don't. I've never been like a Thanksgiving decorate tour,
So to me, it's just like making a winter wonderland.
You're just making a winter wonderland, but it's fall though
it's not winter yet, says who. Well, like California, once

(41:17):
of the time changes and it's like dark at three pm,
like it's wintertime. I'm a little parka and throw up
your Christmas traw. I'm all like, do what Like if
you want to leave your Christmas lights up till January,
then you go forward if that brings you joy. But
I guess growing up, it was always like we didn't
even put out Christmas decorations or anything until Thanksgiving day

(41:38):
or like the day after. Yeah, times are changed now,
I know, I guess. I'm like you know, when you
have something stuck in your head and you're just like, wait,
this feels so soon. That's how I feel. I feel
like Easton's with me on this. Yes, yes, we have
Thanksgiving decorations at our house. We have a nice little scarecrow.
Scarecrow is cute. Actually, this time I want to go

(42:00):
as long as possible, uh, because I don't know, you
just get so many more seasons that way. That's how
I feel. It's like we have this time of like
fall and harvest and gratitude and then it moves into
joy and Christmas in the holidays. But the thing is,
once Thanksgiving happens, it's like Christmas is basically done, like

(42:25):
the year, no the years, like God, Like I don't
think you guys understand, Like it goes so fast, but
everything has gone fast. Summer went fast, right, so like
why not enjoy it for longer? But that's what I'm saying.
But I personally, I'm feeling like rush and I'm like
it's okay that I'm still hot pumpkins that like, it's okay. Yeah,
there's a lot more promotion of Christmas more. I think

(42:48):
I want to get a real wreath, like a living wreath,
because I have fake ones, like I have like one
like holiday one and one non holiday one. Um, but
I think I want a real like smelling one. Oh,
do you to get a real tree? I usually do
a real tree. Okay, yeah, same, I love a real tree.

(43:09):
But that the thing is that real trees don't come
up till they don't sell them to offer Thanksgiving. Are
you sure about that? No? No, I'm pretty sure that's right.
But I'm pretty sure that so that limits might make
tree time. And I was thinking about doing it this weekend.
So well, you could get the real wreath maybe right now, yeah,

(43:30):
and then just do a fake tree so we'll live
that long or yeah. I think I probably lived through January.
This other thing is like keeping a tree. If I
were to decorate now, keeping a tree alive for almost
two months is like, that's hard work. I can barely
keep a plant. I can't keep plants alive, So let
me just put water in it. That's a little bit
about me what I've been feeling personally. Wait, there was

(43:52):
something that I was going to say when you brought
up the Christmas stuff and I totally forgot. Do you
remember when Brad thought I was backa Tobin? That was hilarious.
It was so funny, like it really caught me off guard.
And I know, Becka Tobin well, and he said Bradley Tobin.
I was like, yeah, the video was so funny because
if you heard it, it was funny. But then seeing

(44:13):
the video, the confidence in his face when he said
it was like he never had a doubt that he
was saying the wrong. Yeah. And then I was like,
oh my gosh, Yeah, Brad's gonna be canceled from The Scrubbers. No, no,
because we love Becka Tobin, so it was it was
fair game that. And I will say that it did
seem like there's demand for Brad and we used to

(44:35):
have him on like regularly, like I know, frequent guests.
So I'm glad to know he's still um into being
part of the podcast. Yeah, he loves the Scrubbers. Um,
he's booked it busy, he's kind of going on. What's
what I'm saying. I just was like, you know, maybe
he's moved on to bigger and better, but I'm glad

(44:55):
to see he still makes time. Yes, still takes time
when we need. The Scrubbers really have a place in
his heart, you know that can never be replaced by anything. No,
I really can't buy nothing nothing. Um. Shall we get
into emails? This is from anonymous. A little backstory. She says,
my husband and I have been having problems since the
end of September. I thought those problems were because he's

(45:16):
been through so much trauma with his own parents. His
mom just got remarried for the seventh time. If dad
just got divorced for the fourth time, I'd like to
have a side conversation about that in a few minutes.
But that's not why I'm emailing. I found out today
from phone records that he received and called my new
sister in law multiple times a day since the end

(45:37):
of September. When he's on the way to work, he
calls her. When he's leaving work, he calls her. She
comes over to our house numerous times to see my son. Supposedly,
it says it once a week. It's every day, and
they've been hiding it because there's the record of the
calls on his phone. Mind you, I've been working my
ass off to fix our marriage. It got us into
counseling two weeks ago. I'm doing my best to talk

(45:58):
with him, but he keeps saying I've got nothing to say.
He does a therapist. I don't like talking to people.
Keep in mind, we're living with my parents, My brother
and her live across the street. So my questions are,
what the heck do I do? He says, all that's
happening is she is complaining about my family and my brother,
which I don't love. But I haven't said down with

(46:19):
him yet because I honestly don't want to hear more
about it or know the full truth. How would you
go about sitting down with him? How would I handle
all of this with my brother moving forward? Would you
think it got to an emotional connection? I mean, how
can you not? Like? This is likely all over the place,

(46:40):
because I mean, where where does one Because if they're
both just bitching about their face, it's bad, that's bad.
But like and then if it wasn't, if it was
only that, like complaining about the family or whatever, why
would you hide it? Why would you delete it off
the phone? I don't know, clearly as something to hide.

(47:03):
Clearly he knows he's in the wrong here, and clearly
a line has been crossed. I'm not saying it's a
physical line, but a line has been crossed. What does
she do? Does she? It doesn't seem like he's even
It seems like he's very much like not down to
have a conversation. I hate that he's going to therapy
and just shutting his mouth and sitting there with his
arms crossed. I mean, that's awful. Yeah, you're not going
to get anywhere that way. I'm surprised he's even agreed

(47:25):
to go. Well, he probably thinks that's He's like, well,
I'm going to therapy. Yeah, right, this is bad. Does
she talk to the brother first and saying, hey, have
you noticed the brother should definitely be involved in this
because she's not His wife isn't treating him well either.
Whatever they're doing together, even if it's just conversation, lines

(47:47):
are being crossed, it's gonna go to the brother first.
I just feel like I would try and try and uh,
I would try and like bug the phone somehow hear
what they're saying. Dude, how do you do that? I
don't know. Yeah, I don't know if that would be
my first step. Well, clearly she's tried other steps, Like

(48:10):
she's tried talking to him, she tried asking him, like,
clearly now she needs answers. That's why I'm saying, like
I think going to the brother and being like, hey,
I've tried to talk to my husband about this, but
he won't talk. I'm wondering if if you've noticed anything
going on with and then he just say no, I haven't.
I don't know. I'm just saying it could be a
dead end street. Yeah, and he's dumb. I mean, guys

(48:32):
are dumb in general. I said that many times on
this show. And so I think it's good to have
the just the boundaries conversation. You've got to sit down
with you her husband and make some boundaries. You talking
to her about us is unacceptable. Her talking to you
about her marriage is unacceptable. You deleting phone calls and
hiding things from me is unacceptable. And maybe you can
get a place of a restart, but you've got to

(48:53):
be cleared. You've got to sit down with him, and
you've got to find out what's going on. I how
much for does one person put into relationship for how
well she said she's working, but I guess it's November
two months. But to go to therapy, like to be
putting in that work and it just be one side,

(49:13):
It is annoying, not fair. And like if he won't
even open up in a therapy session, he's going to
shut her down in two seconds. So I I think
you just do what Mark said, like you have the conversation,
and if he's not respectful to you and like gets
defensive or mad, then I think that's very telling that

(49:34):
he will he will you? You got control how I
talked to No, I can't talk to people after what
everybody I talked to? By you first, Does she talk?
Does she have a conversation with the sister in law? No? No? No?
Maybe I think maybe a woman like, hey, what's going

(49:54):
on here? Like it makes me feel uncomfortable? And you
come to our home and I see that y'all are
talking all the time, and he's deleting it, Like, what's
going on? I think I think she'd get further with
the other the sister in law than she would with
her husband. Maybe you and then all four if you
have to get together, maybe you have an intervention better

(50:15):
than than one off. There's no way everyone's just gonna
be sitting quiet. If you bring everyone into a room together,
someone's gonna break. I don't know. I'm really sorry or
in this situation because beyond like obviously he has trauma
with his parents, which seven marriages and four divorces. As

(50:38):
I that's a lot to imagine as a child. But um,
that doesn't mean that he gets to treat you bad.
All right. A side note, you meet somebody you're hinging,
You meet somebody you find out that mom has been
married seven times, dad has been divorced four times. Is
that a red flag for the son or order of

(51:00):
that person. Yeah, you're dating, You meet somebody new highness
to meet you, having dinner, a couple of drinks, you
go out a couple of times. You find out that
mom and dad have between them. I think it's easy
to say, yes, it's a red flag. But like if
you put your person like let's say you put the
person you're with your wife, your wife, like you put
your people in this situation, Like if I met Robbie
and he said, my mom, dad's been married seven times

(51:22):
in whatever, I still had that into connection with him.
I don't think it would be a red flag. Well,
I just think that he I think that they would
be different people if they had that experience. But we
don't know that. I don't know anybody. I would just
think I would clock in my head like this could
be we could have some attachment issues, rightfully, so, but

(51:47):
you know, what attachment issues are not the worst thing
in a relationship, coming from an attached self expression, coming
from an ancient, ancient, anxious attachment herself. Yeah, it's not
the worst thing in the world. You can work through it. Yeah,

(52:07):
but that is. Yeah, I think I would. I think
I would note it, and I think so. I mean,
none of us make it out of childhood unscathed, but
I feel like that person we learned. We learned from
what we see from our parents always. So I think, yeah,
you'd have to follow that away, that this could be
an issue down the line. What if you were hinging
and you met someone and they had been divorced four times,

(52:30):
but you had an instant connection with it. That's different
because then that's them red flag. Yeah, I think so, Yeah,
I think so. Yeah. But hey, this guy's mom found
love for the seventh time. I hope you know not
everyone can find it more than once. I've never been
in love seven times, so good on you. Number seven.

(52:54):
Didn't see the other six as a red flag. No,
Well that makes sense to me, like a man not
seeing the red flag or not. He's like, wow, she's
a hot commodity. Yeah, six guys for me, Yeah, we
were meant to be a big wang. It was fun.

(53:19):
I thought we were all going in that direction. Clearly not.
We rarely all go in that direction. I will say,
you're typically the leader of that direction, proud of it,
which we love. A pioneer, a leader, trail blazer, trail blazer.
Um go where the path has not been discovered, but
where the path, where the trail is rogue. That's that's

(53:43):
what they say. What they say. Yeah, it was poetic. Yeah, um,
I think Walt Whitman. Okay, what's the next? Amuts that? Specifically, Tanya,

(54:13):
this is from Winter, which, by the way, Winter, Dear Winter.
I hope you like your name the song anyway, Yeah,
I hope this person likes their name. I need your
advice specifically, Tanya. I started talking to someone about a
month ago and he still hasn't asked me on a date,
even though we talked daily. He was previously married with
two boys, and he's the best dad. We're both in

(54:35):
our early thirties. We met at church a few months ago.
Our conversation began organically. I've heard from his family, who
I know from church, that he's planning on asking me out. Well.
I know that because of his previous relationships and his kids.
He's being super cautious, but I really like him. He's
so different from the other guys I've dated. Usually I'm
not scared to shoot my shot, but I've been intentionally
letting him take the lead. How long do I wait, though?

(54:56):
Should I shoot my shot? I know dating with kids
is different, but I'm trying to figure out how different.
I don't know the rules. The thing is, there are
no rules, and I think what I the mistake I
made when I first when we first started dating, it
was like, Okay, it's been this long, like we should
be doing this by now, or like you should be
doing that, And I think that's like those rules are
out the window. It's really just like what feels good

(55:17):
to you and your partner. In this case, you don't
have a partner yet. But um, I think like I've
had to kind of lead the way a little bit,
especially in the early days, Like I had to kind
of basically say, like when we were dating and I
want to be exclusive, I was like, I'm ready to
be exclusive. If you're not, that's fine, I'm going to
date other people then and then you know he came around,
but um, I think you kind of have to take

(55:38):
the lead and take charge and kind of say what
you want because it's just that's where he is in life,
you know what I mean. It doesn't mean it's for
lack of wanting you. I think there's just like a
lot of stuff there and I think maybe he's like
scared to take that step, and I think you just
do it for him. That's my personal opinion. I agree, though,

(55:59):
I think I think taking the shot because he probably
is hesitant and scared and if he isn't ready or
it's not the right time, be like I totally respect that,
but I'm gonna, you know, move on and do my
own thing. And I can't like, you know, that's kind
of what you did where you were like, I'm totally
get it if you're not ready for this, but I'm
I'm moving on. And I mean, like every step in

(56:21):
the beginning, I'd say, like the first six months of
our relationship was like he was always a little bit
not behind me because we were always on the same
page and feelings, but he was not He couldn't express
them as quickly as I did. Does that make sense?
So it was always like I said, I love you
first but I know he felt it and I knew
he wasn't ready to say it, so I just kind
of like said it, and I was like, take your time,

(56:41):
you know, um, because there's stuff there that like we
don't understand, when we may never understand. There's all these
things that come with that. Um. But I think that
if you guys have obviously you have a nice bond,
and like that's what really matters, and that's what's going
to shine through, and that's like what kept you know,
Robbie along with me. He like you were just so
amazing and I knew we had something so special, So

(57:02):
I just kind of I kept at it, you know
what I mean, then like kept going through those things
I needed to go through, and like, you know, like
it's just you kind of have to know you're always
going to be a little bit of step ahead in
terms of expressing things. I think, yeah, And I would
say if you're not, if you're not feeling impatient about it,
like if you're willing to wait for him to get
to the same place, then express yourself and if he's

(57:24):
not ready, maybe he'll get there. And if you're if
you're not, like, oh, I need to go on and
move move on to date people like. I think if
he's on his own time schedule because of what he's
gone through, that's okay too. I think it's okay to
wait for him if you have the patience and time.
If you don't want to wait, just ask him out. Yeah,
how she I got an extra ticket for the you know,
imagine Dragons show. Maybe we can go together? No no tickets, like, hey,

(57:47):
let's go grab sushi. See. I think that's that's a
bigger I don't know. I feel like there's a more
casual way to do it that will make him left
feel less threatened, to make her feel more comfortable. Do
you plans this weekend? What are those plants? Oh? Like, okay,
I was gonna go hike. Whatever about a coffee before church? Yeah?
Or maybe yeah, I enjoy a warm treat before service? Okay,

(58:11):
I think that would be a red flag, right, warm
coffee treating made like scoldbrow though, you know it's I
think if you just keep it casual, like, hey, I
would love to see you outside of church? Would you
even before service? Want to get a coffee together? It's
not threatening? Keep cash? That was so I played it

(58:36):
so cool the first three months of our relationship. It's
like he didn't even know that I wanted him. He
had no idea, no idea, no, none of He was
begging for it, you know, like he was like, Tunny,
can you please give me a hint that you're into me?
Just a just a teen Yeah, yeah, letter of your time.
We're rooting for you. Yeah, we are this. I think

(58:57):
he sounds like a good guy. Sounds like a good guy. Um,
well that's it. That'll be it for today. It's time
for you to kick up your heels and head to
Disney in Oh my gosh, I'm going to Disney. I'm
recording my audiobook this week. That is so exciting, and

(59:21):
I'm going to like a recording studio. So I can't
wait to hear about this because I'm always so fascinated
because we mean to studio. Sessions booked for thirty to
eleven PM. No sorry, three two sessions or four thirty
to eleven PM. Riquel is taking the later shifts because
Mama goes to bed and then am to four pm.

(59:44):
But like, you have to read it with the cadence
you wanted to be her. I mean that is I'm
interested to hear about that. I know, are you going
to add add stuff that's not in the book. I
think probably a little bit. I'm sure I will. But
also like some of the book is like work bookie,
where we like left people to like fill in the blanks,
you know, like I may not have blank, but I'm

(01:00:05):
grateful that I have blank, and so I have to
fill those in. So I was doing that for the weekend,
just like filling in my own I was like, Wow,
this most bonus content for the audiobook. That's always appealing,
right right, that's very exciting. I'm excited to hear like
if it's hard because just thinking about how like when
we read things or like you know, if something has

(01:00:26):
to be read verbatim, and how sometimes it can take
a minute to get it the right cadence or the
right I think I want to do it like Peppy,
Like I wanted to be like chill, oh, not like
this do what should it be like this? I think
you wanted to be you, like how you would have
a conversation because I don't think you want to like

(01:00:49):
just my brain just went to when you're trying your
new walk, you know, the walk was just you. It
was like casual it was effortless, but then your other
walk felt very for That was a good walk, and
I bring that back in twenty three. Yeah, but we
we never saw it in its natural form and very forced. Yes, yeah,

(01:01:14):
you know that's a great I'm gonna have a new
walk in the New York when I want to pick
my word because I'm really torn between two words. You
do have some time two or they're very different paths.
So that's why I'm like, can you not have two words? No,
because they're very different words. They don't likely go together
like all in you know, it's like two words, but
it's like one sentiment. They're very different paths, and I

(01:01:37):
don't know which path I want to take in twenty three,
So I'm really just waiting. So you're gonna you have
to decide between two words, A new walk, gluten free lifestyle.
Like there's a lot of commitment you've taken a it's
a lot. We also had a photo shoot right before
I left for Hawaii. When are we going to reveal that?
I don't know are we even allowed to talk? The

(01:01:58):
honts that tease what it is, but don't know what
that means. She has a renaissance of sorts obviously, and
I think we agreed on a few of the photos
we liked together, so that was unexpected moment. Yeah, the
ones I saw were really great. Thank you, thank you
very much, Renaissance of sorts. Um. But yeah, surgical procedure

(01:02:25):
from the inside out, A new face. Yeah, that's good.
I like a new face. Plastics not quite yeah, but
you know what we're trying to say. It's like in
whatever season that was when Alex Krab fell in love
with the fairy um patient. What does that mean? I think, yeah,

(01:02:50):
in the in the uterus. Yeah, so he she was
not in utero and neither was he, but she was
injured and couldn't be recognized, so they basically reconstructed her face.
I love that. That was really good. But anyways, that's
what we did, was screaming it. Yeah. So I don't
know when that I'll be ready. Actually do we know?
I don't think we know. We don't know, but I

(01:03:10):
promised when we know, you'll know, you'll know. Yeah. And
on that note, I have to go see the you know,
Mickey and the Gang and and walk a lot on
my broken toast Ninky in the Gang. But it was
a pleasure. It was such a pleasure being back in
the stud with you all and in the stud. Yeah, yeah,
let's have it down. Well, I said stud, but then

(01:03:33):
I realized it was probably STU. Yeah, really sad. Then
fun being back in the stud with you guys, and uh,
we'll see you next Stude later. Yeah, we always go
longer in the studio. This was like an hour and

(01:03:54):
a half, right, all right, Well we were all excited,
but we'll be back next week, so Goo
