Speaker 1 (00:00):
Scrubbing In with Becca Tilly and Tanya rt an iHeartRadio podcast.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
Hello everybody, We are scrubbing in scrub.
Speaker 3 (00:10):
Dub Dub with the Modern Woman Energy.
Speaker 2 (00:14):
Today is a modern Woman episode.
Speaker 3 (00:16):
That's right, because we have two fantastic ladies in the
o R today.
Speaker 2 (00:21):
And we're at Epic Con.
Speaker 4 (00:22):
Yes, we are still at Epicon.
Speaker 2 (00:23):
And speaking of modern women. The reason this epic con exists?
Speaker 4 (00:28):
Who runs the Epicon girl?
Speaker 2 (00:31):
I like forgot what the lyric was because it was
so off, but we do. We are at a convention
full of modern woman started by modern women, and what
better episode than a modern woman episode exactly.
Speaker 3 (00:43):
So we are going to be talking to Chantelle van Santon,
who we remember from One Tree Hill Quinn Nick Quinn, Yeah,
super excited to have her, and then Danielle Savory, who
is dating our new favorite human on the plane.
Speaker 4 (01:00):
It Kevin McKidd.
Speaker 2 (01:01):
That's right, not that new. It's been about a couple
of years since we've had him on the podcast. Yeah,
and he became our favorite.
Speaker 4 (01:07):
That's true. Yeah, it was.
Speaker 3 (01:08):
It was in the Pandemic I remember because we did
it on Zoom.
Speaker 5 (01:11):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (01:11):
But more importantly, she stands on her own without Kevin McKidd.
We love her. She is a Station nineteen star and
part of the one of the queer relationships and the
multi universe of Grey's Anatomy. So yes, we love her.
So today is modern woman energy and without further ado.
Speaker 4 (01:28):
Let's bring them in, bring them in, bring them in.
Speaker 2 (01:47):
All right, everyone, we have Sean Talvin Senter.
Speaker 6 (01:52):
Thank you.
Speaker 4 (01:52):
We were so excited to have you on the podcast.
Speaker 2 (01:55):
You're so stunning in person. Okay, well, when you walked in,
I was like, whoa, thank you. We're very excited to talk.
Speaker 3 (02:04):
Yeah, we've been like fans of yours from forever ago
and you just have really good energy and so we're
really excited to have you him here.
Speaker 6 (02:12):
Yeah, I'm happy to be here.
Speaker 2 (02:13):
Do you when you come to these things, is it
just like crazy and overwhelming or have you done enough
where you feel at home?
Speaker 7 (02:20):
No, I've done enough.
Speaker 8 (02:21):
It's so funny like that, I see some familiar faces.
I'll never remember names, always feel like I'm sorry.
Speaker 1 (02:27):
But I feel like I met a guy to day.
Speaker 7 (02:28):
I was like, have I met you before?
Speaker 6 (02:30):
And I was like, you didn't have a beard.
Speaker 8 (02:32):
Then he was like, I met you when you were
twenty three at a Walmart in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Speaker 7 (02:38):
They made us do a signing, like my first season there.
I was so excited. I'm like on a TV show
and they're like, we're doing a signing. I'm like, oh
my god, how cool. They're like, we're going to the
little Coobo Walmart.
Speaker 8 (02:48):
Oh okay, And they had like a table set up
in like the like home department with like all of
us cast, and that's where I met him, and I
was like, I cannot believe it.
Speaker 7 (02:57):
He's like, we have to take another picture today.
Speaker 2 (02:59):
That would make me feel so good if.
Speaker 7 (03:01):
Someone later, Oh no, I mean I did I remembered
his face? I was like, have I.
Speaker 8 (03:06):
So It's it's a funny thing that when you start
to come to them, I also feel you just are
there present with whatever person is in front of you.
You're not worried about if there's only two people in
your line or two hundred, Like it's just about engaging
and being present and being real and talking to people
about a show that they loved that I was in,
(03:27):
or a character or a video game that they you know,
play that I mean, like whatever that it is that
makes them feel connected and excited. That's what is that
for you?
Speaker 4 (03:35):
What's the number one show that people come to you
and say.
Speaker 6 (03:39):
I mean, it's it's definitely One Tree Hill.
Speaker 8 (03:41):
You know.
Speaker 4 (03:43):
That's that's where I met you. Well, I didn't meet you.
Speaker 2 (03:46):
But that's where we've all collectively met you.
Speaker 7 (03:48):
That's here everyone met you. You don't remember, yeah, my face.
Speaker 3 (03:52):
But it's so crazy because I feel like I was
so into it when I was watching it, right, I
you could tell me some storylines, and it's like it
was a hundred million year, Like I don't remember anything,
but I remember being so like into the show.
Speaker 2 (04:06):
Yeah, I mean I remember.
Speaker 8 (04:09):
I remember a lot of the memories around it, like
random things like somebody just said, like, oh, I was
just watching Brooke and Julian's wedding and I was like,
oh yeah, where I was the photographer? Oh yeah, I
wore these vintage earrings. I found it, like the little
local place in downtown Wilmington. Like I couldn't remember a line.
I remember I had a scene with I think Jana Kramer,
(04:30):
but like I couldn't. I'm like, I couldn't tell you
really maybe what happened other than maybe off off camera,
like you know, whatever you read those are the memories
that of course stick out to me more than anything else.
But yeah, I mean we talked about it before we
turned the mics on, and like, there's stuff that's in
(04:52):
the trash can for me on some of the memories
of that time.
Speaker 1 (04:55):
But yeah, that's the show.
Speaker 6 (04:58):
I feel like it's so bizarre.
Speaker 8 (05:00):
To me that it's still so iconic. And then had
like this weird Resurgence revival yes where moms are introducing
me to their thirteen year old daughter whose name is
Quinn and they're watching it together and.
Speaker 7 (05:10):
I'm like, oh, I'm so old, like I don't crazy now.
Speaker 1 (05:14):
And now they're doing the reboot.
Speaker 4 (05:15):
Have you heard about the reboots?
Speaker 1 (05:16):
I have heard.
Speaker 4 (05:17):
Are you on it? Are you gonna be on it?
Speaker 8 (05:18):
I've I heard about it because I read the news
with all of you guys.
Speaker 6 (05:22):
Okay, okay, okay, I don't know anything about it.
Speaker 4 (05:26):
I don't really know much about it either.
Speaker 6 (05:27):
Yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 2 (05:29):
I was just kind of been an idea that got
announced of like it's moving forward, but there's not many
details around it. Would you do it? If they asked you,
would you be a part of it?
Speaker 8 (05:39):
This is the first time I've been asked about it.
I would do it if it was about fairness and inclusivity. Oh, interesting,
that's my truth. Yeah, that's what I'm interested in. I'm
interested in like creative projects that don't involve things that
(06:05):
I've already gone through in my past and learned lessons from.
And I don't know, I literally would know as much
as you guys.
Speaker 6 (06:16):
I probably know less.
Speaker 8 (06:17):
Actually I probably actually know less because I think I
read like one clip that I was tagged in that
had said like, oh, they're doing a reboot Hillary and
Sophia and Daniel, right, And I was like, oh, that's cool,
and they're like going to reprise their roles. And I
(06:38):
was like, oh cool, that's awesome for them, that's so cool.
Speaker 6 (06:42):
How fun?
Speaker 2 (06:44):
Well, I just imagine one of those things right where
it's like, okay, you have you have the three who
are involved, and then it's like who will want to
be a part? Yeah, that type of thing, because I imagine
they would want everyone from the show.
Speaker 7 (06:56):
Yeah, I mean I would imagine as.
Speaker 2 (06:58):
Well as fans that's what we've Yeah.
Speaker 8 (07:01):
I mean I would think it would be weird to
do like a re boot and then leave people out,
you know what.
Speaker 7 (07:07):
I mean, but I don't know.
Speaker 6 (07:09):
I don't know how it works.
Speaker 9 (07:11):
Maybe we'll get to cast, maybe they'll like, you know,
like you know sometimes on shows are like all of
a sudden, they'll just cast somebody new, but they'll keep
the same character name but try to trick you.
Speaker 7 (07:24):
But it's like a new person.
Speaker 8 (07:25):
But they'll be like, no, no, that's Quinn, that's Quinn James,
that's show.
Speaker 1 (07:28):
Yeah, that's Quinn James.
Speaker 7 (07:29):
Guys, that's her, you know what I mean.
Speaker 8 (07:30):
But it'll be like just another blonde actress and you're like, right,
what I mean, shows you.
Speaker 6 (07:37):
Know do it all the time.
Speaker 2 (07:38):
But yeah, I'll be ready to riot if you try that.
If anything, they need to say she's off in Spain her.
Speaker 7 (07:46):
Life, I mean, I would be.
Speaker 8 (07:50):
I have no idea what you know, we've been I
know I've been asked for years and years like okay,
if they if you guys could go back, what do
you think they're doing now? What are like Quinn doing now?
Or you know, if there ever was a reboot, what
would you want to see? And now that there is one, I'm.
Speaker 6 (08:04):
Like, oh my god, it's real.
Speaker 7 (08:06):
Right right, right right, it's going to happen.
Speaker 6 (08:08):
What's going to be doing, so.
Speaker 8 (08:09):
It'll be interesting to like watch it unfold and see
who they want involved in it.
Speaker 4 (08:15):
But the show you're shooting now, FBI, do you shoot that?
How many? It's like months out of the year, Like,
would you even have not society? Do you have time
to do anything else? Almost the whole year? There's twelve
months in a year. Yeah.
Speaker 8 (08:30):
Yes, Basically, I said, it's like a school I have
to explain to my family why I don't go home
for holidays and birthdays, and I'm like, it's like a
school schedule. I get one and a half to two
weeks off for winter break. We don't get a spring break,
we get a couple holidays, and we get like a
two month summer vacation.
Speaker 6 (08:48):
And that's kind of it.
Speaker 3 (08:50):
But that's like the dream, right when you're an actor,
to have like a like a somewhat of like a
study study schedule.
Speaker 8 (08:56):
It's so much more consistency than I've ever had any
other job. Like I was on an Apple TV show
called for All Mankind and I was doing The Boys
on Amazon at the same time, and everybody's like, well,
how did that work.
Speaker 6 (09:09):
I'm like, I would shoot.
Speaker 8 (09:11):
For one week a month like my character was in
this one space it was you know what I mean,
I'd shoot for and then I could go and do
that and I still had a week and a half
off you know, every month.
Speaker 6 (09:20):
It was great.
Speaker 7 (09:22):
But yeah, this show is so much.
Speaker 8 (09:24):
More demanding physically and time wise being on FBI than
any show I've ever been on.
Speaker 6 (09:31):
But I kind of love it.
Speaker 8 (09:32):
Yeah, I don't. I don't have kiddos. I just have
a dog.
Speaker 7 (09:37):
And so for me, it is a kid. It is
a kid.
Speaker 8 (09:41):
I'm a bit to go on a two mile walk
with her so that she gets her a walker. Yeah,
but you know, I think that I have I have
the time, and I have the energy. I'm not as
decrepit as I feel, you know sometimes, But.
Speaker 3 (09:57):
There's anything that could take away from this interview. You
are far from decrepit.
Speaker 8 (10:00):
We're talking about like how many years ago I was
filling in Willington and I'm like, I'm literally sitting star
at you and.
Speaker 2 (10:07):
I'm like, I need to work.
Speaker 3 (10:09):
I need your inst and we're like, abs, but did
you your protein?
Speaker 2 (10:16):
I do actually taking care of like being physically like
that as part of your job.
Speaker 8 (10:22):
It is one hundred percent, And for me, it's the
first role I've had where my my idea and goal
for Sean tell and what I would.
Speaker 10 (10:32):
Like to be able to physically be able to I
guess do, but also aesthetically if I could achieve matches
up with a role that I'm playing, Like, I really
love being an athletic woman.
Speaker 6 (10:46):
Who I'm allowed to have muscle, you.
Speaker 8 (10:48):
Know, I'm allowed to like kill them, Like that's what
I like, You're like so important to me.
Speaker 6 (10:52):
I'm like, I don't want to.
Speaker 8 (10:53):
I'm not built to be like incredibly thin, and you
know that's okay for like one of my best friends is.
But it's just it's so interesting because all the other
roles I've played were like a housewife in nineteen sixty
I could no muscle, Like it just was not an option.
And you know then it was like, okay, season two,
can you put on some weight? And so it was
(11:14):
like I gained twenty five pounds, you know what I
mean because of what my character.
Speaker 6 (11:17):
Was going for.
Speaker 8 (11:18):
And so you know, there's there's different physical ideas and
demands for different roles, and it's the first time like
I get to like strength train and feel strong and
physically capable, and if I'm gonna chase after a full
grown male and take him down or shove him up
against a wall and handcuff him. That I actually physically
(11:39):
feel like I can and I want to. Yeah, you know,
I'm always looking at our stunt team.
Speaker 7 (11:45):
I'm like, let me do it. I want to do it,
you know, and they're like are you sure?
Speaker 8 (11:47):
And like I wear like boots and cowboy boots on
the show because the character's from Texas.
Speaker 6 (11:51):
And I'm like they're like.
Speaker 1 (11:52):
Are you sure?
Speaker 8 (11:52):
Do you want tennis shoes on? And I'm like, no, yeah,
I'm good. You know, like I want to do it.
Speaker 6 (11:57):
So it's cool.
Speaker 4 (11:58):
We have to ask you her toxic trade?
Speaker 2 (12:00):
What's your toxic trade? Like mine's always being late, so
something like mine's spatial awareness.
Speaker 8 (12:05):
I don't have any okay, spatial awareness, toxic always being late?
What is my toxic trade? Oh my god, give me
more examples. I had.
Speaker 2 (12:16):
Someone said, get they turn into a monster when they're
hungry long time.
Speaker 8 (12:22):
That definitely doesn't happen, honestly if you don't have one
that no, I definitely have toxic trades and no, no, no,
I'm trying to think of like what my what my
worst one do you read comments for days. No, I'm
not a big I'm really after going through some really
rough life stuff. I got off social media for a
(12:49):
year and I'm back on.
Speaker 6 (12:52):
But I don't I'm really bad.
Speaker 8 (12:54):
Like people will be like, oh, somebody said to me
the other day, oh, this one swimmer from the Olympics
follows you, and I was like.
Speaker 7 (13:00):
How do you know that?
Speaker 8 (13:01):
And she's like showing me and she's like, well, see
you see da da da, and then you go here
and then like it tells me this person and I
was like what, Like, I could not tell you who
follows me. I don't look at like maybe. In fact,
I actually think I turned comments off. Anytime I post
something that like, people are just gonna be like, oh,
my god, is so pretty you are.
Speaker 6 (13:21):
I'm like, no, that's not why I'm posting it.
Speaker 7 (13:23):
You know what I mean.
Speaker 8 (13:23):
I want you to read, just read the caption and
take it in and have your feelings and don't put
a comment.
Speaker 6 (13:30):
But I would say my toxic trait is.
Speaker 8 (13:34):
That when people share with me a story or how
they feel, I want to commiserate or make them feel
like they're not alone, so I'll share mine, and instead
I've learned from my amazing sister who's my best friend,
that you should always ask questions instead of trying to relate. Yeah,
(13:56):
and because it kind of takes over other people's feelings,
and so I probably have done that a lot today.
Speaker 7 (14:06):
But I guess I am here to kind of talk
about myself.
Speaker 8 (14:08):
But it's something I'm trying to get better at. Is
when people share, to get more curious rather than to
just want to try and relate to relate to. Yeah,
it's very I don't know if it's necessarily like it's
not toxic, but I don't think it's maybe my best
quality and so it's something I want to get.
Speaker 6 (14:27):
Better at, and that's my truth. So I'll just be honest.
Speaker 2 (14:30):
Thank you so much for we could talk all day.
Speaker 7 (14:36):
I know, yeah, yes you're saying that I am staying
that I should hang out.
Speaker 8 (14:43):
As long as we're in about pans.
Speaker 2 (14:48):
Thank you so much.
Speaker 5 (14:49):
Thank you.
Speaker 2 (15:04):
We have Danielle's savory in that we did a panel
with your cast yesterday.
Speaker 1 (15:12):
Yes, so you're already laughing.
Speaker 4 (15:13):
I wonder what it was chaos?
Speaker 1 (15:16):
Okay Gray very specifically, yes, yes, he is walking chaos,
so that makes sense.
Speaker 4 (15:22):
Is that what it was like on set.
Speaker 1 (15:24):
Yeah, it's amazing. I mean, you know, if it's really
only more in early in the morning, you're not going
to get that, Like.
Speaker 4 (15:31):
Okay, so's not a morning day.
Speaker 1 (15:32):
Yeah, there's not a morning he's not a morning person.
Speaker 2 (15:34):
Okay, call times you were like, all right, we got
a calm a calm Gray.
Speaker 1 (15:39):
Yeah, basically he's not awake yet. But no, Gray, why
what happened?
Speaker 2 (15:44):
It was hilarious because it was just Jana and then
all the boys, and so it was like we were like,
is this what it was like for the girls on
set with all of the nale energy? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (15:53):
Yeah, it was good when it was all of us
girls some days too, because you could balance it out.
Speaker 4 (15:57):
But it seems like you guys have a lot of fun.
Speaker 8 (15:59):
We do.
Speaker 4 (15:59):
Yeah, we did. Yeah, that it's over, we did.
Speaker 2 (16:02):
Yeah. And I was gonna ask, what how was that
getting the news and how soon in advance did you
get the news that.
Speaker 1 (16:08):
The show we were filming, like the first episode. I
think we had even started the second episode when we
found out. So it was this fin season, so we
were in the first episode. We knew we had only
had ten episodes of season because of the strike. Yeah,
but we didn't think we were getting canceled. Yeah. Then yeah,
during the first episode they took us in at like
lunch and they were like, so weird, this will be
(16:28):
our final season. We're like, okay, well.
Speaker 2 (16:30):
At least and I guess the puzzitive spinds. Y'all got
to really embrace the season, right, we did.
Speaker 1 (16:36):
Yeah, and we it was basically like because what would
have been horrible is if we had basically been canceled
before the even the season even started, or if we
had been told at the end of the season and
didn't know. And so we got to really embrace it
and get to spend time with each other and know
it was the end.
Speaker 7 (16:49):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (16:50):
How did that impact the filming of that season.
Speaker 1 (16:53):
From There's so many different elements that it impacted in
that regard like the writing. Obviously that's a whole different thing.
But I think it just allowed us to mourn and
grieve like together in the process of it all with
the crew and stuff, and hug and make sure you
got your memories and your pictures and like got to
say all the things you wanted to say, because it's
when you're on hiatus and the show gets canceled, you
know't come back. You're like, I didn't get to say
goodbye to that place. Yeah, when's the next time I'm
(17:15):
going to see them?
Speaker 2 (17:15):
Yeah, because everyone just goes their separate ways.
Speaker 5 (17:17):
Yeap.
Speaker 1 (17:18):
When you did you audition or did they call you?
How did the auditions? Okay, I auditioned. It was after
a really long audition process before they saw me, and
then they finally saw me, and then it was quick.
Once I got in there, I was it was nice.
It was a very fast and I didn't think I
was going to get it. I was like, there's no
way this is happening too easy. I was like, I
went for an audition and then another audition and another audition,
(17:39):
and then they were like, we're just gonna use your
tapes to test and I was like, okay, I'm like
I'm not getting it. That's fine, and they're like, you
booked it. I'm like, what do you mean? I booked it?
Speaker 2 (17:47):
Isn't that weird? Though. I do feel like when things
are meant to be there is that ease to it,
and I think we questioned things in life because.
Speaker 1 (17:53):
To say it again, no, it's true.
Speaker 2 (17:55):
I think when things are supposed to be aligned, it
feels easy.
Speaker 3 (17:58):
Yes, Yeah, it's like she just says so much without
saying much at all.
Speaker 4 (18:02):
Again, what I mean, like, how profound?
Speaker 1 (18:04):
Just dropping all the noise. Yeah, I'm thinking that.
Speaker 4 (18:08):
It's pretty deep.
Speaker 1 (18:08):
It's pretty deep. When you auditioned for the role. Did
you know she was a queer character? No, I had
no idea. Wow, Like I'm trying to remember if I
did actually hold on? Did I I wish Emily was
here right now?
Speaker 2 (18:20):
No?
Speaker 1 (18:20):
I didn't. My manager, I'm like, didn't I did? I know?
I don't think I did know.
Speaker 2 (18:23):
Were you intimidated?
Speaker 9 (18:24):
Was it?
Speaker 1 (18:25):
How do you played a role?
Speaker 2 (18:26):
Yeah? Yeah, so it felt very much like stepping into
the familiar territory.
Speaker 1 (18:30):
Yeah, and I love that. I love when I get
to actually play characters that I feel are more real.
Speaker 2 (18:35):
Yeah, well, y'all, yes, let's do that. Y'all's chemistry is
like insane. Did y'all do a chemistry test? So they
just put y'all together and it just clicked.
Speaker 1 (18:46):
That was yeah, And Safannie tells the story so well.
But like we were at a table read for our
first episode. We never met. We met that day at
the table read, and that first scene we had together,
which was just the bar scene, like it felt magnetic.
Speaker 2 (18:57):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (18:57):
At the table read, it was crazy and like the
room was silent, and I think someone was like, Oh,
this is going to work. So it was very instant
the chemistry.
Speaker 2 (19:06):
So what happens. I have a question if say, y'all
did the table read and it was just like dead,
there was no chemistry, what are you doing? Is it
just you have to figure it out or the director
the writers have to figure it out.
Speaker 1 (19:17):
Yeah, I mean that's kind of if you look at
anybody that's come to the show, or relationships that have
happened with other characters that may have come and gone,
it's kind of that sometimes this is still like this
one's not what we wanted to be or it's not working,
which are is just work? So they would have just pivoted,
I mean sadly, like she wouldn't have stayed on Station
and she would have stayed on Great, I mean, which
is great, she would have stayed on Grays and I
would have gone on to whoever else The next person was, Yeah,
(19:39):
I love it, but I'm glad it didn't happen.
Speaker 2 (19:41):
Obviously, I'm queer and I have a girlfriend, so it's
having that representation, especially on a TV show like that,
is just like so important to people. And it was
so important to see people have the chemistry like y'all
to and it was like fun and you were like
rooting for y'all as a couple.
Speaker 1 (19:56):
Yeah, it makes you more invested in the relationship too. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (20:00):
But speaking of relationships, so you're in a relationship with
Kevin mckitt, right, I am.
Speaker 4 (20:06):
We love him, so do I.
Speaker 2 (20:09):
But the funny story is that we had, really we
had beef with his character for a whole time.
Speaker 1 (20:16):
I think a lot of people still have beef this.
Speaker 3 (20:18):
I still had he not been on our podcast, I
still wouldn't do they Yeah, I still, had he not
done it, I probably still would hate his character.
Speaker 1 (20:29):
Tanya be such a nice person.
Speaker 2 (20:31):
Couldn't so nice?
Speaker 1 (20:32):
Tanya told him, she goes before we start, I just
have to tell.
Speaker 2 (20:35):
You I can stand.
Speaker 1 (20:38):
Here's the thing. I've been bashing his character for like
seven years.
Speaker 4 (20:42):
On this podcast. I was like I had to like clear, yeah,
I had to come clean. And he was so cool
about it. He was like I get it, I get it,
and like he was so cool and so nice.
Speaker 1 (20:52):
And like totally won me over.
Speaker 4 (20:54):
And I was like, now I like Owen Hunt.
Speaker 1 (20:57):
He basically like after you meet him, you're like, oh,
that character can do no wrong. Now it would be
such a nice humano.
Speaker 4 (21:03):
It was such a crazy like turn for me.
Speaker 1 (21:06):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (21:06):
When you come to events like this, are you? I
mean you you like brought friendship bracelets, which is I
think you're the first person that did that because everyone
else has gotten them from the signings and whatnot, but
you brought them for the fans, which I love. Yeah,
when you come to things like this, does it ever?
Do you remember your first one coming to a conventional.
Speaker 1 (21:26):
Yes, yes it was. I was so nervous. It was
any thing Milan. It was so nervous. Wow, so nervous
and was so much fun. It felt like a party.
I love it. I love getting to interact with everyone
and see the people that love the show.
Speaker 3 (21:37):
And so when you do the meet and greets, do
you they will give you one and then you give them.
Speaker 1 (21:42):
Yeah, usually they just hand one to me. But now
I'm going to be and so like.
Speaker 4 (21:46):
The other wrist will be yes for the ones that
you keep.
Speaker 1 (21:49):
I had to learn that. I was told because I
was originally putting on both wrestling. No no, no, one
has to be your key risk. Yeah, okay, good to know.
Speaker 4 (21:58):
The Taylor Swift show.
Speaker 2 (22:00):
Oh I didn't. I wasn't doing that. I didn't know.
I know, No, Pully next one. What is next for
you career? Like, what's your dream situation?
Speaker 1 (22:11):
Oh? My dream situation is to do at all, so directing, acting,
producing everything. I'm currently filming a show called Found in
Atlanta on NBC that airs this October. So that was fun?
Speaker 2 (22:23):
Is that season premiere?
Speaker 1 (22:24):
No? Second season?
Speaker 2 (22:26):
Wow? So season two they brought you in? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (22:29):
Season I'm loving filming that right. Yeah, that's where I
just came from. And then I'm going to shadow on
a show at the end of the year to hopefully direct,
So we'll see. Those are two things in the pipeline.
Speaker 2 (22:40):
Do you have like a preference when you're doing I know,
it's like so electric and fun to be in front
of the camera, which is probably what you grew up
wanting to do, right, Yeah, But then is it like
you catch this bug of wanting to be behind the
camera because you're on set and you're seeing what's happening.
Speaker 1 (22:56):
I think be on set for so long has made
me want to be behind the camera more. Yeah, because
it's so collaborative. When you're behind the camera, where's an actor,
You kind of come on and you're collaborative with the
actors and the scenes and the writer. You're out of
touch with the whole process as a whole. And I
love seeing it from start to finish and working with
the three hundred plus crew members to make it come
to an amazing episode's.
Speaker 4 (23:18):
Yeah, it's insane, like sane.
Speaker 1 (23:20):
Some episodes nine days, ten day episodes and three hundred
people for one forty two minute episode.
Speaker 2 (23:25):
It's a specific personality to get excited about wanting to
do that. Yeah, definitely, to see three hundred crew members
and think about the collaboration of that.
Speaker 4 (23:35):
True, it's a lot.
Speaker 1 (23:36):
I am a little typist, so it works in my favor.
Speaker 4 (23:38):
Oh that's good.
Speaker 1 (23:39):
Oh my gosh. I literally was about to ask that.
Speaker 2 (23:42):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (23:42):
Most people they're like, you're going, I'm like, yes, let
me just jump ahead and tell.
Speaker 4 (23:45):
You all true virgo virgo energy in my life?
Speaker 1 (23:49):
You do or yeah you do?
Speaker 4 (23:50):
I need it?
Speaker 1 (23:50):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (23:51):
You cancer? Okay, yeah, scorpio scorpio okay, okay, good for
a cancer to have a scorpio, you know.
Speaker 1 (23:58):
Oh okay, I don't know as much about it.
Speaker 2 (23:59):
I was like, I'm trying to think of like the
ones I know, very specific ones under the people close
to me. And then even then I'm like, you know,
I don't put that much trade into it.
Speaker 1 (24:10):
That's why I didn't want. I was like, I don't
know if my face is anything. It just means that
I don't know what Exactlydanya will do this thing where
she'll ask people and then she'll goes let me guess,
let me guess, and she'll go through basically all of them.
Speaker 2 (24:22):
Yes, I knew that. I was feeling that for you.
Speaker 4 (24:26):
One silly question, what's your toxic trait?
Speaker 1 (24:30):
My toxic trait? Yeah, oh my god. I'm not like
I'm always late, you're always late.
Speaker 4 (24:36):
I don't have spatial awareness.
Speaker 1 (24:39):
My best friends here, I'm trying to figure out. She's like,
I don't know either. I don't know what my toxic
trait is.
Speaker 2 (24:46):
Some of the other ones were like chronically chronically on time,
gets angry like monster when they don't get bad.
Speaker 1 (24:55):
Yeah, I can do that too. I'm trying to think,
though I have I have them. This is me not
saying I don't have toxic traits. I just for some
reason at his exact moment, cannot think of what do
you get to the airport late? No, I'm.
Speaker 4 (25:10):
Yeah, okay, maybe that's my toxic trade.
Speaker 1 (25:12):
Yeah, like I'm too type a sometimes yeah, oh goshly
to it. It's stupid.
Speaker 2 (25:19):
I like to be walking like I like to walk
up a plane boarding.
Speaker 1 (25:23):
Yeah. No, that gives me so much anxiety.
Speaker 4 (25:25):
That's the worst, awful.
Speaker 2 (25:28):
But do you have friends that are like that or
do you not surround yourself?
Speaker 1 (25:30):
And he's like, oh, he's the worst, and I was like, no,
we had we have to find a balance.
Speaker 4 (25:34):
So what's his sign?
Speaker 1 (25:37):
He's a leo?
Speaker 2 (25:37):
Oh good?
Speaker 1 (25:38):
Almost forgot for a second. I was like, what is
his sign? He's a leo? But yeah, he he definitely
will the last second he's like like that. He's like,
I'll walk up as they're boarding in the plane and
I'm like, no, we're not doing it. So we travel together.
We have to like compromise, compromise in a middle ground.
Speaker 10 (25:51):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (25:51):
Do you see the fan edits of you and Stefania?
I do on.
Speaker 1 (25:55):
TikTok, not on TikTok because I don't have I mean
I have TikTok, but I never go on it.
Speaker 2 (25:58):
Where do you see them.
Speaker 1 (25:59):
They post them on in Oh yeah, so I see
them there. I need to just go on TikTok. But
I did it once and I literally lost four hours
of my life. I was like your virgo cell get
I did.
Speaker 2 (26:13):
I did the version of who You Are Will Go Downhill.
But I love the fan at it, so I'm like, wow,
this is so good. They're very good edit to like
a good song. Yes, the song, the song makes it
makes it. It's an I wait, are you swifty? Because
you have your brace? What's your favorite era? Okay, what's
(26:35):
your favorite era from the tour? And then what's your
favorite era? Or so I do well, you know how
like I'm having a different favorite era. When I went
to the show you did while she performed it shook.
Speaker 1 (26:47):
So the ones called the farewell the Man is part
of bad reputation? Right, what did you say? The man?
The song the Man, that's part of the reputation. No,
that's Lover, that's lover.
Speaker 5 (26:57):
See.
Speaker 1 (26:57):
This is where I'm not seem like I'm swifty, but
I'm like, it's okay, the Man is my favorite song.
So the Lover album I think must be my favorite album. Okay,
Cruel Summer cruol Summer's on that one too.
Speaker 4 (27:07):
I forgot that you existed.
Speaker 1 (27:08):
Yes, those are the ones that I'm like, what do
you mean you forgot to exist?
Speaker 10 (27:13):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (27:14):
Those ones, those ones are are my favorite. Those ones
I liked, okay because I was like, as I was there,
I was with my best friend and her daughter, and
her daughter loved all the new stuff, and I actually
didn't know as much of the new stuff, like the
really popular stuff, right is it folk I don't really
know folklore evermore. Yeah, like the poppy songs that were
popular I knew, but yeah, yeah, I knew all the
(27:34):
old stuff. I was rocking out.
Speaker 2 (27:35):
This yeah, like that's what I'm saying, nineteen eighty nine,
all that stuff.
Speaker 3 (27:39):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (27:39):
Reputation was my favorite when it got.
Speaker 4 (27:42):
Performed, it's my favorite.
Speaker 2 (27:44):
I know what's the one she did?
Speaker 4 (27:45):
The black and white reputation?
Speaker 1 (27:47):
Oh, it was Tortured Poets were such a great performance.
Speaker 3 (27:51):
You saw that one, you went recent Yeah in the Oh.
Speaker 1 (27:55):
My gosh, that was like maybe because I'm a sucker
for like films and television and everything, but it was theatrical.
Speaker 4 (28:03):
Old Hollywood black and it.
Speaker 1 (28:05):
Was that was my favorite performance. Wow.
Speaker 2 (28:08):
Okay, we haven't had that experience on the table.
Speaker 1 (28:14):
You guys let us videos on your phone.
Speaker 2 (28:20):
Thank you for taking a busy day. I think we'll
see you on a panel. Okay, they'll be moderating it
and probably just be laughing at all the fun chemistry
that you'll have.
Speaker 1 (28:33):
I can't to see it on You have Gray this time,
so it won't be as as crazy, which is sad
because I love his energy.
Speaker 2 (28:39):
It was hilarious. Sam Sam was in the audience and
she was like if if I was like, that was
like one of my favorite panels because it was just
chaos together.
Speaker 4 (28:49):
Interact like that.
Speaker 2 (28:50):
It seemed like everyone liked each other, which is always nice.
Speaker 1 (28:55):
That's not exactly, that's not the case.
Speaker 2 (28:58):
Is there any world where you were turned to Gray's anatomy?
Speaker 1 (29:02):
If they want me to, yeah, like I would love
I mean, I would love for them to play out
the Karina Maya storyline in the background if they could
in a sense. But they have seventeen series regulars right now,
so that's a lot of stories they have to tell,
So I mean, they have a lot, you know, So
if they can find the space and they want to
and it's something they'd want to do, then I would
one hundred percent be happy to.
Speaker 2 (29:20):
I'd love to see it.
Speaker 1 (29:21):
I would love to see it too. I know the
fans would.
Speaker 4 (29:23):
Definitely bring it back, bring it back.
Speaker 1 (29:25):
I'll drop a little like whisper into Kevin Zaner to
tell the show, and soon it'd be like, I think
they need some Mayan Karina over there.
Speaker 2 (29:31):
Yeah you have, and thank you so much.
Speaker 1 (29:33):
They to me you too,
