Speaker 1 (00:00):
Scrubbing in with Beca Tilly and Tanya rad and iHeartRadio
and two time People's Choice Award winning podcast.

Speaker 2 (00:10):
Hello everybody, we are scrubbing it. Do we sound different?
We should sound different?

Speaker 1 (00:18):
Why?

Speaker 2 (00:18):
Because it's Friday?

Speaker 1 (00:19):
Oh friyay. The energy that you gave with that initial
intro though, was giving Monday. It was hello.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
Everybody, Hello, everybody here on a Friday.

Speaker 1 (00:34):
It is Friday. Yeah, because we are pre recording because
next week is a holiday week.

Speaker 2 (00:39):
Gobble gobble, gobble gobble cluck.

Speaker 1 (00:41):
Oh the gluck gluck gluckluck.

Speaker 2 (00:47):
Yes, so we will be enjoying time, preparing, having family time,
eating all the things.

Speaker 1 (00:55):
Yes, not doing anything last minute because as a host,
we are all prepared and have everything sorted.

Speaker 2 (01:02):
That's what this weekend is for. That's what the weekend
is for.

Speaker 1 (01:05):
Yes, yes, yes, yes, so. I actually I got some
cute little tablecloths actually from Quint's shout Out, not sponsored
but happy if you want to. And then I got
like these cute little linen napkins. I'm gonna have like
little floral arrangements.

Speaker 2 (01:23):
Oh wow.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
Yeah, I'm trying to make it, trying to make it
a vibe.

Speaker 2 (01:27):
Yeah, we're trying to make ours a vibe too.

Speaker 1 (01:29):
And I'm also trying to decide because Hailey said, we're
planning to eat outside because the outdoor area is so
cute now and we have string lights over it. But
she was like four thirty or five, and I'm like,
we're gonna be cold, yeah, so I gotta get heaters.

Speaker 2 (01:43):
We got heaters too, you did, yeah, because I'm like,
the last thing I want is for people, like we're
having a great time and everybody need to like shoe
shoe inside because it's too cold, right, So bet.

Speaker 1 (01:55):
I don't want people too.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
But I looked at the temperature and it's gonna be
seventy four on Thanksgiving. Yeah, but no night correct, we're
eating at like three thirty four.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
That's a conversation that I think about Thanksgiving is when
do you eat? Because growing up, I felt like it
was that weird in between lunch and dinner time for us,
which was like a three or four o'clock.

Speaker 2 (02:17):
Yeah, that's the correct time, but.

Speaker 1 (02:20):
Why why isn't it lunch like normal lunchtime or normal
dinner time.

Speaker 2 (02:24):
Well, you know, this is something we can discuss on
Thanksgiving because we will be back.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
Okay, we'll save the riven and content episode.

Speaker 2 (02:34):
Well, no, there's so much to get it like it.
First of all, I just want to talk about the
fact that you met one of my idols this week. Oh,
and you've been so like nonchalant about it.

Speaker 1 (02:42):
I did. I had a busy week.

Speaker 2 (02:44):
Yeah, and I purposefully didn't ask you about it last
night because I wanted to ask you about it on
the podcast. Isn't that so like mature of me?

Speaker 1 (02:52):
I guess? But like we talked about things that we
repeat on the podcast, would you forget? Yeah, I forgot.

Speaker 2 (02:59):
I's been thinking about it all and I've been trying
to figure out how chatchabt can put me in the
photo of you guys. But I don't have the chat
chubut that's like connected to my stuff, you know, Like
I just have the one that I just ask it questions.
It's not like I'm not logged in.

Speaker 3 (03:12):
Allow me to. If you need a photoshop thing, let
me do it a human, breathing.

Speaker 2 (03:16):
Human and I'm gonna send you a photo of myself.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
I'll have it done in seconds.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
Wo So I a couple of weeks should we have
everybody guess it was? Oh, that's fun.

Speaker 3 (03:30):
I don't know who it is.

Speaker 2 (03:32):
Do you know?

Speaker 1 (03:33):
Okay? Sam? Sam doesn't know either.

Speaker 4 (03:36):
I don't.

Speaker 2 (03:36):
Okay, give them clues, Give them clues.

Speaker 1 (03:39):
It's someone that Tanya is obsessed.

Speaker 3 (03:41):
With, A survivor. Is it Jeff Probs? No?

Speaker 4 (03:46):
Is it a reality star person?

Speaker 1 (03:47):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (03:50):
Yes, Sam's good.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
This person isn't it Leah?

Speaker 4 (03:55):
I know you met Leah?

Speaker 2 (03:56):
Excuse me?

Speaker 1 (03:58):
A more of a throwback.

Speaker 3 (04:02):
Love Island throwback that would not.

Speaker 2 (04:04):
Normally be in the us of A's Oh oh.

Speaker 3 (04:07):
God, well this should be obviously.

Speaker 2 (04:09):
Yeah, crowd, that's was it?

Speaker 4 (04:15):
Dancing with the Stars?

Speaker 2 (04:17):
Okay, Sam's getting very warm?

Speaker 4 (04:21):
Am I allowed to google? Because I'm like, I don't
I don't know if I could pull a name out
for this one.

Speaker 3 (04:25):
I Love Island ker.

Speaker 1 (04:26):
She's a post on one of the the Love Island
franchise shows.

Speaker 2 (04:34):
No Getting Warmer?

Speaker 3 (04:36):
Okay, Maya getting Warmer?

Speaker 1 (04:40):
Okay?

Speaker 4 (04:41):
Oh no, oh no.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
Same first letter of the name.

Speaker 1 (04:46):
Oh he's on the New Trader season coming out?

Speaker 3 (04:51):
Oh my god, me, No, you know the problem.

Speaker 2 (04:58):
But I realized before I started playing this game, I
don't know if Sam or Easton knows who this person is.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
Literally, what's the problem right now?

Speaker 2 (05:05):
Tanya.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
So anyways, it's more Maura Higgins.

Speaker 4 (05:11):
Relating to Ben.

Speaker 3 (05:13):
Okay, yes, not related to Ben. I have the photos now,
Oh my god, well there she is.

Speaker 2 (05:17):
From now on. Will only play that game if they're
like a very well known person or just someone.

Speaker 1 (05:23):
We all watch. Yeah, I mean no, I think in
the world that you love She's not niche.

Speaker 2 (05:28):
She's royalty.

Speaker 1 (05:30):
If you don't watch the Love Island franchise, you're left
out of knowing the lore.

Speaker 2 (05:35):
Right.

Speaker 4 (05:36):
I was going to say zac Efron that was my
first guest.

Speaker 2 (05:38):
Oh no, no, no, yes, so Maura Higgins, Zach, that's
a very hot tang.

Speaker 1 (05:45):
Sorry, although I did so. I'm A few weeks ago,
I went to dinner with Caitlin Bristow and she was like, Oh,
I'm going to be back in town next week. Would
you want to go to Dancing with the Stars of Me?
And I was like, yes, I have been dying to
go to the show, and I've been watching it loyally
this year. I would love to, but you know, with
her schedule and stuff, I didn't know how official it was,

(06:07):
so I just kind of was like set the data aside,
and I was like, if she text me the day
of I'll go. So she text me, she's like, I
do you want to meet me here? And I'm like,
it's official, so I go. And of course Kaylen was
on Dancing with the Stars and one Dancing with the
Stars and so everyone knows her there and it was
really cool to see how people like people that are

(06:27):
on the crew, glam teams, wardrobe and they're all like, Kaylan,
it's so nice to see you back in the studio,
like everyone loves her. So that was really fun. And
they walked into our seats and we're like front row
basically on the ballroom floor, right, and we're seated next
to the judges table and we're sitting by Stacy and
her husband Sasha showed her Wow and then they're filming

(06:51):
her new.

Speaker 2 (06:52):
Reality show Ohez.

Speaker 1 (06:53):
So there's a camera right and our basically sit down
and I'm like, what is this a live Dancing with
the Stars broadcast? And they're like, can you sign if
you're comfortable being on the show, And I go, it's
just Dancing with the Stars and they go, no, Sassy's
new show, so might be to stay tuned. Just me
smiling and trying not to look at the camera. Yeah,

(07:16):
and so then in Maura walks in with her friend.
Talia was her friend with her, and they are sitting
behind us, and at one point there were these choreographers
that they needed to put on the front road next
to Kaitlin and Stacy. So I went back during that time.

Speaker 2 (07:32):
Oh wow, the heavens.

Speaker 1 (07:34):
I was like, oh, I'm I'm Becca, and she goes,
I'm Maura. And then Talia said her name and.

Speaker 2 (07:39):
Were you like, I know who you are?

Speaker 1 (07:41):
Well, I'm like, she's so. I knew she was somebody
because she was so pretty. And then I was like, oh,
it's more Higgins. And then Colton Underwood came and they
all knew each other, and I was trying to put
together how did these people know each other? And then
it clicked They're all in the New Trader season which
got all those names got released because I'm trying to
put the okay Mara Higgins, yea Love Island, Colton Underwood.

Speaker 2 (08:04):
And then it was a third person.

Speaker 1 (08:05):
Well, Mark Ballas came over and said hi to and
then uh, Tara Lipinski.

Speaker 2 (08:12):
Is no season two?

Speaker 1 (08:14):
Yeah, he's a Olympic.

Speaker 2 (08:18):
Wasn't she on Special Forces?

Speaker 4 (08:20):
I don't know, No, I think you're thinking of Sean Johnson.

Speaker 2 (08:24):
No, I know Sean Johnson.

Speaker 1 (08:25):
I don't think Tera, okay, unless it was.

Speaker 2 (08:27):
Like, sounds is that?

Speaker 1 (08:30):
Am I saying it right?

Speaker 2 (08:30):
Yeah? Yeah, I'm just saying the name sounds like something
I saw on Special Forces.

Speaker 1 (08:34):
So they're just like hugging, so good to see each other,
and I go, oh, Traders. So I leaned over and
I was like, how is Traders? And Mara was like
it was insane. And then halfway through the show when
there was a break, I was like, my friend Tanya
is obs Yeah, and I was like, can I get
a photo to sent to her? Say? Oh my gosh.

(08:54):
Of course. She's so funny and lovely and charming. It
made me when you said she on season five that
I've tried to watch so many times. I was like,
maybe I'll try again.

Speaker 2 (09:03):
It's like one of the best seasons ever because it
gave us Maura and Molly May, like my two favorite icons.

Speaker 1 (09:10):
So the show starts and it's really fun. We're seeing everybody,
and if you've never been, I would say, if you
want to go on to a live taping of a show,
Dancing with the Stars is so much fun. It's so
interactive there like Whitney Carson is practicing the opening number
and then she comes off and says hello, hugs me.

(09:32):
I'm like, you're working, Like what are you right?

Speaker 2 (09:34):
It's so nice. Yeah, I'm just like getting my water
break real quick.

Speaker 1 (09:40):
And Emma came over and said hey, Riley came over
and said hey, like all the girls, and then the
show was amazing.

Speaker 2 (09:48):
It was more like, tell me about your friend Tanya.

Speaker 1 (09:51):
No, no, no, no, it was pretty After we took
the photo, that was pretty much the end of that moment.
But halfway through the show, we're sitting there and I
lean over to Caitlyn. I looked directly across the ballroom
and I'm like, that's zac Efron, Like he is in
the ballroom, and it's big. You haven't watched, but it's
been a big deal of people going.

Speaker 2 (10:12):
Why I'm not watching. I'm very much like aware of
what's happening.

Speaker 1 (10:16):
Okay, well it's been a big deal that he's.

Speaker 2 (10:19):
Not been in the ballroom.

Speaker 1 (10:20):
You support Dylan.

Speaker 2 (10:22):
Have you seen did you see girl with No Jobs
posts about this? No, I was peeing my pants because
she posted like zach Efron is in the ballroom, like
freaking out da da da, and then I guess Zach
like posts something on his Instagram stories saying like vote
for Dylan. This is the number shows who has a
gun to hit this man's head?

Speaker 1 (10:38):
Like I So I have this theory that maybe there
was they thought this is Dylan might go home.

Speaker 2 (10:47):
Uh huh.

Speaker 1 (10:48):
So Dylan's like.

Speaker 2 (10:49):
Bro, I know you don't want to do this, but
I need you here.

Speaker 1 (10:52):
I need you to come to the show, and I
need you to post my number. Yeah, or just let
me have your phone and I'll post it for you
right right right. So he's holding their little sister and
I go, that's zac Efron and Calen's like no. The
whole the whole time, I felt like I had to
avoid looking directly over it, really, yeah, because I just
wanted to see, like what he was doing, how he

(11:13):
was reacting to other people dancing. Yeah, he's very normal,
very normal reaction for someone in the audience. He put
his phone light up, so.

Speaker 2 (11:25):
He's a participant.

Speaker 1 (11:26):
He participated they would just have the camera in his
face the whole Sure, I'm sure.

Speaker 3 (11:33):
I watched that episode and every two seconds Zach is
on screen. Yeah, it was.

Speaker 1 (11:39):
We were all really hyped to have with us and
then so that was exciting and then it was like
a jaw dropping elimination. Yeah, yes, because I thought Whitney
Love it was gonna be and like there was never
a doubt in my mind that she was going to
be in the finale. And granted, I don't watch Secret

(12:00):
Lives of Mormon Wives, so I.

Speaker 2 (12:02):
Spoiler alert, wow, but you don't watch Secret Lives of
Mormon Wives.

Speaker 1 (12:07):
Either, you watch I tried.

Speaker 2 (12:10):
I gave it a couple episodes.

Speaker 1 (12:12):
I tried to, and it's not a time. Season one.
I couldn't get into it, but I guess there was
a lot of drama about her basically admitting that she
did Season three of Mormon Wives to have the opportunity
to go and dance with the stars, which I'm like,
if you're not taking that opportunity, then you're not living right,
Like if you have a dream and then someone goes, hey,

(12:33):
your dream could happen if you do this. If you're
not doing that, then you are complacent, and.

Speaker 2 (12:38):
You're just like you're always gonna wonder what if? Why not?

Speaker 1 (12:41):
Why would you not want to take the opportunity? And again,
I don't know the lore of Whitney I don't know.

Speaker 2 (12:46):
Her backstory or what I don't either, but.

Speaker 1 (12:49):
The comments she has it's a very weird, polarizing dynamic.

Speaker 2 (12:54):
From what it appears online, people don't like her so much.

Speaker 1 (12:57):
Yeah, Ason, can you weigh in on this?

Speaker 3 (13:00):
So from my perspective, the only villain thing she's done
is she's gone to a number of birthday parties she
was not invited to. She has shown up.

Speaker 2 (13:08):
But why would she do that? That's so weird.

Speaker 3 (13:10):
Because I think Whitney Lovett. Let me tell you she's
a star. She's a star. She is going to be
on Broadway, She's gonna be in movies. I have no
doubt in my mind Whitney love is going to be
one of the brightest stars in the galaxy. And she wants,
she knows what to do to be to stand.

Speaker 2 (13:26):
Out, to ruffle some feathers.

Speaker 3 (13:29):
If I say Miranda, what reaction do you have? Exactly
like the other girls on the show, like Michail Mirda exactly.
But I think most people, even if they haven't watched
the show, they probably know who Whitney is. And I
think that's by her design. Like she's like done stuff

(13:49):
that's ruffled feathers. But that ruffled feathers get people thinking
about you.

Speaker 1 (13:52):
I mean you think about the literally think about the Kardashians.
Everything they do is there's a ruffled feather within the bunch.
But Chris Jenner knows how to steer the ruffled feather
to become a swan.

Speaker 3 (14:03):
Yes, yeah, wow wow.

Speaker 1 (14:05):
So anyways, I was it was fun to be there
because it was so shocking because Kaitlyn and I grabbed
each other's hands and we were.

Speaker 2 (14:14):
Like, yeah, what did I to be there?

Speaker 1 (14:16):
So it was very exciting. And then Kitln ended up
doing the after show podcast with Joey, and then we
went and met Colton and Mara and some other people
at dinner. And she is so funny. Her accent mark we.

Speaker 2 (14:30):
Went to dinner with her, like, hold on, I feel
like there's more? Is there a lot more to this story?
The dinner, you don't know what she ate, what she wants,
what she drinks? Yeah, I don't know. Yeah, yeah, you know.

Speaker 1 (14:40):
I literally get back to tea because I don't have
anything to offer.

Speaker 2 (14:43):
Oh yeah, yeah, you didn't see what she ate?

Speaker 1 (14:46):
No, Tanya, I just like we came a little bit late,
so I think most of their food had gone because
they had already eaten and our food was sitting there
when we arrived. So I didn't see what she was drinking,
didn't Aska, just I just enjoyed her conversation. Didn't make
it weird.

Speaker 2 (15:03):
I always make it a little weird.

Speaker 1 (15:05):
And that's okay. People love you for that. But I
do want to talk about Sabrina Carpenter last night and
who we sat next to.

Speaker 2 (15:14):
Fine, Oh, we can't play guessing game because we told
them already, yep we did.

Speaker 3 (15:18):
They pretend what if I forgot when we come?

Speaker 2 (15:22):
All right?

Speaker 3 (15:43):
Her back?

Speaker 1 (15:44):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (15:44):
Yeah, jinks.

Speaker 1 (15:47):
So we went to Sabrina Carpenter last night and I
got invited because Sandals Resorts had the one of the
lounges and I got to invite a plus one. So
I invited Tanya, even though she already went.

Speaker 2 (16:00):
She was one vibes.

Speaker 1 (16:01):
She was down to go again. So we went to
We got out in the rain, which if you don't
live in La, I know this sounds so crazy, but.

Speaker 2 (16:10):
Where this is gonna sound so la, But we have
to go there because it's just our truth. Okay, it's
just our truth, and it's a part of the fabric
of who we are.

Speaker 1 (16:17):
Yes, and and until you've experienced living in La you
you won't get it.

Speaker 2 (16:23):
No, Like, I literally almost didn't feed my dog dinner
last night so that she wouldn't have to go out
in the rain to break this morning because she just
got a bath and she's in her she got her
Thanksgiving room.

Speaker 1 (16:34):
Tanya, we have to feed the child, okay.

Speaker 2 (16:37):
Game were double her breakfast, okay, but I ended up
feeding her. But I'm just saying, the rain is like, no,
it's a thing.

Speaker 1 (16:44):
Our streets aren't made for. It's hard to drive my gosh'n.

Speaker 2 (16:47):
Get me started on my drive home. But we can
get to that later.

Speaker 1 (16:51):
Riveting, riveting episode, I'm talking about the rain, but it
really is we all go basically into lockdown.

Speaker 2 (16:58):
No, I'm sorry. If it's midnight. I'm driving home from
Becca's house at midnight and I'm basically halfway to my
house and I pull up and there's a cop with
its brights on and it's like bread and blue things
flashing with five like trash cans in front of his
car basically to stop in the street. But I literally
like I saw it, and I stopped my car and

(17:18):
I put my hands up because I didn't know, like
it seemed like it was like trying to I didn't
see the trash cans up first. I just saw the
cop car and so I like put my hands up
because I thought like there was like a live shooting
or I don't know, I didn't know what was going on,
but I thought it was something like very bad.

Speaker 1 (17:32):
You don't just put your hands up, you just.

Speaker 2 (17:35):
They had their lights out at me, like it was
like I don't think it's you, and so I was
like I put my hands up and.

Speaker 1 (17:44):
Away not in my head.

Speaker 2 (17:47):
Like yeah, anyways, I quickly discovered I saw the trash
cans and I was like, oh, it's just trying to
stop me from continuing on my path. So I made
a U turn and had to like go different way home.
But it was very like.

Speaker 1 (18:01):
But it was because there's big boulders.

Speaker 2 (18:03):
That was a huge tree that was like that fell
over and it crossed the that you couldn't even like
you couldn't pass it. So they were stopping me from
just getting further and then ultimately turning around.

Speaker 1 (18:13):
Right, No, it's nice of them.

Speaker 2 (18:14):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (18:14):
Well, anyways, we getting out in the rain is it's
a big to do. So everyone that got made it
to the concert, appause to all of them, because we
really went through it to get there. So anyways, we
arrived and we get to the suite and it's like
a club in there. Vibes, vibes. They had a buffet
of like food, a open bar, got a Dike coke.

Speaker 2 (18:37):
Let me tell you something, but I will never say
no to a Rice Crispy treat in my life. That
was the most delicious. And I don't have Rice Krispy
treats often, Like I've never presented with one, you know,
like they're not really on menus at restaurants to have
for dessert, Like they're not really in my zeitgeist. So like, yeah,

(18:57):
they're not presented to me much. So it was presented
to me on a platter last night and I took it.
It was warm, the marshmallow is soft. Yeah, and I
was like, the only thing that could make this better
is that I had a little dipping sauce of chocolate
to dip it in.

Speaker 1 (19:12):
We didn't have it.

Speaker 2 (19:12):
We didn't have that, but it was still ten out
of ten.

Speaker 1 (19:14):
But the guy brings out a full like they had
a dessert platter, and so he took one that was
pretty much picked over, and then he brought out a
new one like with warm pastries, and Tanya's like hovering
over him, like he could barely put it down without
her reaching for the rice Chrispy tree. So it was
a little rude. It was great, and so I'm.

Speaker 2 (19:36):
I apologized him. I said, I'm so sorry, this looks
really good.

Speaker 1 (19:40):
It's okay. I'm sure he felt.

Speaker 2 (19:42):
Lovely that you were so excited that yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 (19:45):
So I met the bargaining my drink and one of
the ladies from the suite she goes, oh, like, I
didn't tell you where your seats are, but you are.
You're sitting in the suite by Camilla Luddington and I
was like what. She goes to all her friends right,
and I go.

Speaker 4 (20:03):
Sure.

Speaker 1 (20:04):
I was like, I'll make sure Tanya's not sitting next her.
But unfortunately I went first that Tonia wants to do
next her, but no, she was. She's so fun.

Speaker 2 (20:13):
People think we're friends. That's so good. I texted Robbie
the middle concert. I was like, oh, we're sitting right
exit Camille Huddington from Grays and he goes, does she
know who you are? I was like, yes, she knows
who we are. Yeah, we follow each other on Instagram,
I think.

Speaker 1 (20:29):
Yeah, so it was really fun. Julian Huff was behind us.
I saw her a lot this week, Yeah, more than
ever before.

Speaker 2 (20:36):
Jewels, just like via fast.

Speaker 1 (20:38):
Ships in the night. We see each other and it's
like polite smile.

Speaker 2 (20:42):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (20:42):
I wishould get her on the podcast.

Speaker 2 (20:44):
Would love nothing more. I said my p's and qys
to her, as.

Speaker 1 (20:49):
Everyone knows Tanya, Like Tanya walks into a room and
she's like, oh, this is so and so, and I'm like,
how do you know everybody? It's so crazy. Sometimes it
is crazy.

Speaker 2 (21:00):
Sometimes I like sometimes when I'm in these situations, I
also agree. I'm like, my life is very crazy.

Speaker 1 (21:08):
Yeah, your socialite at this point, I think your socialite so.

Speaker 4 (21:15):
Well.

Speaker 2 (21:16):
You know how I know Julianne. Yeah, because she dated
Ryan Mans so I haven't seen her in like a
really long time.

Speaker 1 (21:21):
Y'all have been both been through many things since you
probably lost all.

Speaker 2 (21:25):
Correct, many many things. But she's always so sweet and
so fun and so just like cute vibes. She's her
dog is a'm sonny too.

Speaker 1 (21:34):
Oh yeah. So after Dancing and the Stars, I was
in the hallway and she was walking and she's like, Sonny,
come on, and I was like, Sunny. Sonny came up,
said hello to me. Oh, I'm drawn. Sonny's are drawn
to me.

Speaker 3 (21:44):
They are.

Speaker 1 (21:46):
So what did you think of the show after seeing
it twice last night?

Speaker 2 (21:50):
It's say, the same feelings I think that she puts
on such a it's not just like a concert. It's
like a theatrical show, like I might I could very
well be on Broadway, you know what I mean. Like
it's very cool, it's very artistic. You can tell she
put a lot of thought and care in it, and
she just looks like she's having the best time. Like
it doesn't sometimes.

Speaker 1 (22:12):
So her, you know, yeah, it's so her.

Speaker 2 (22:16):
Everything, even like the little commercial breaks, like the little
microphone that she puts in and makes it into a
hairbrush and then she brushes her hair like everything is
like so intentional and thought out.

Speaker 1 (22:27):
And she's so talented. Everything feels easy, like you're watching
her dance and sing and then just be cute and normal,
and it feels what she does it with such ease
that you're like you were born to do exactly what
you're doing.

Speaker 2 (22:39):
Sure, but she gave this like little speech in the
middle of the show that she did not give on
Sunday Night. Yeah, that's giving authentic. But she was talking
about how she thought that she was gonna sell out
arenas when she was sixteen and that didn't happen for her,
because this basically this tour was like when she started
selling out arenas and she's twenty five, twenty six I

(23:02):
think she I think she's twenty six now. I think
she said she was twenty whatever age not. The important
thing is that she thought she was gonna be doing
it by the time she was sixteen, and that didn't happen.
And so she was like, I just want anybody in
the audience right now that's like seeking something or hoping
for something. The timing always works out the way it's
supposed to do, and it might not be on your timeline.
And I was like herl she doesn't even know she's

(23:25):
talking to me, and she's like talking to me, do
you know what I mean? At this season of life
where I'm like wanting something so bad? And like I
was like, she's talking to me. It was very crazy.

Speaker 1 (23:34):
Yeah, she she really hid it. Yeah she really hit it.

Speaker 2 (23:39):
And then she it's giving authentic. And then she went
through the Shield, which I did here on Sunday about
how she started out at like the rock Sy and
then went to the Wiltern and then was at the
Fonda and then the Greek And I was like, who
is there at all the shows?

Speaker 1 (23:55):
Tanya? In case you are listening into it now, it
was hurt myself. She was, You've been there from the beginning, started.

Speaker 2 (24:02):
From the bottom. Now we hear. But I hope she
tours again.

Speaker 1 (24:08):
Something that was really exciting is she arrested someone, So
before Juno she arrests someone, which actually I don't think
she did on the first leg of the tour, the
one I saw last year. I don't think she did that.
What she didn't.

Speaker 3 (24:19):
I saw her last year and she did. She arrested
I'm sorry, the guy that plays a Domingo on LAO. Yeah,
he was there, and oh.

Speaker 1 (24:28):
So she does that. Well, maybe i'd gone to the
bathroom or something.

Speaker 2 (24:31):
Did you miss that? It's always someone like epic.

Speaker 1 (24:33):
I know. Well, last night was sizza. Yeah, it was
pretty pretty everyone the crowd went in crazy. Yeah, so
that was fun. And then I didn't get her Juno position.

Speaker 2 (24:43):
Though I didn't either. She went out to the thing,
and she did, have you ever tried this one? And
it was like picture clicks, three different flashes, and she
did like three different poses. So either I haven't. I'm
not well bursed enough in bed to know what that is.
Scratching my head, be like.

Speaker 1 (25:02):
We all looked at each other and we're like Camelicas.
That wasn't the position, that wasn't the juno position. None
of us got it.

Speaker 2 (25:09):
So clearly the youngins are doing something, some new thing.

Speaker 1 (25:14):
And tricks they have for us. I saw Wicked on Wednesday. Yeah,
Wicked for Good, So.

Speaker 2 (25:23):
Hold on, we have to take a break.

Speaker 3 (25:27):
Okay, no, kind of really, but it's your show.

Speaker 2 (25:31):
We can do what every It feels like a natural
divide into you know, like we're done with Sabrina. Now
we're moving into Arian and Cynthia.

Speaker 3 (25:39):
Okay, okay, well in that case, by.

Speaker 2 (26:03):
All right, we'll go back.

Speaker 1 (26:06):
So I went to Wicked for Good. I have to say,
even from the moment I've seen the Broadway musical, I've
always liked part one more just because.

Speaker 2 (26:16):
I like setting me up for diticipation.

Speaker 1 (26:20):
No no, no. Going into the movie, I already was like, I,
you're an act one, girly I'm an act one girly.
It's it's nearly impossible to be define gravity.

Speaker 2 (26:30):
Yeah, I agree.

Speaker 1 (26:31):
I can watch someone. I can be scrolling on TikTok
and it'll be someone filming, someone watching it for the
first time, and I saw like it's new, like it
impacts me. Okay, So I went in being like, I'm
sure the movie is gonna be amazing, just because the
first one was so good. But I know, based on
just the music alone, I'm an act one girly, but

(26:52):
it was incredible.

Speaker 2 (26:54):
Better than the first one.

Speaker 1 (26:55):
No, because I like the first, but I'm saying it's
it's equally as good in the sense of the movie
being amazing.

Speaker 2 (27:04):
So I've never seen the play and I don't know
what happens. Oh wow, Yeah, so I'm going virginized.

Speaker 1 (27:11):
You should go like immediately so the spoilers.

Speaker 3 (27:14):
Have you seen the Wizard of Oz?

Speaker 2 (27:16):
No ever never?

Speaker 1 (27:22):
Oh my gosh, you should take some time and do that.

Speaker 3 (27:24):
How has this Wicked experience been It's just a.

Speaker 2 (27:28):
Brand new story for brand new story.

Speaker 1 (27:30):
She's missing a lot of the little Yeah, I didn't
know that.

Speaker 2 (27:34):
What's his name? What's his name, mister? Or what's his
name Wizard the Wizard, I didn't know it's bad. I
was like, oh, he's bad.

Speaker 3 (27:40):
I didn't know that there's a yellow brick road.

Speaker 4 (27:44):
I'm stunned.

Speaker 1 (27:45):
I don't know. Yeah, I should see it before, Yeah,
I would maybe. Yeah, I think that could be important.
Oh really, Yeah, because.

Speaker 3 (27:54):
There's a lot of from what I understand, there's a
way Dorothy's in it.

Speaker 1 (27:58):
Yeah. Yeah, there's a lot of characters.

Speaker 2 (28:01):
Do they not develop these said characters? Like, is somebody
that's watching it virgin? I should be able to watch
along without having backstory.

Speaker 1 (28:08):
Wicked is basically the prequel to.

Speaker 2 (28:11):
Yeah, so like the understand, I understand. I know, I
know the story of the Wizard of Oz.

Speaker 1 (28:17):
So maybe you watch The Wizard of Oz after Wicked
and be like.

Speaker 2 (28:20):
Oh, this is how it all started and this is
her mat Yeah.

Speaker 1 (28:23):
Yeah, because the whole thing is how the Wicked Witch,
why the Wicked Witch became the Wicked Witch to everybody.

Speaker 2 (28:30):
So for me, as a virgin viewer, for just part
one of Wicked, to me, she doesn't seem wicked, interesting
and evil yep. She seems scorned yep, and like tortured.

Speaker 1 (28:43):
Yeah, it seems like she got pushed to her limits.

Speaker 2 (28:45):
Yeah, but she done. I don't think she seems evil
right personally. Yeah, that's the whole Thing's a good take.

Speaker 1 (28:52):
So sure.

Speaker 3 (28:53):
I kept thinking, like, is there anyone who has not
seen Wizard of Oz and is only watching Wicked. I
didn't realize it was the calls coming from inside the house. Yeah,
she's right here.

Speaker 1 (29:02):
Yeah yeah. So I guess the thing about Broadway musicals
for me is there so much going on and you're
watching it happen live that when people say, oh, that
didn't happen in the show, or that didn't they changed
out the movie, I'm like, couldn't tell you right? It
all and it all encompasses the storyline for me. But
they have two new original songs that were in the

(29:24):
Broadway musical for the movie.

Speaker 2 (29:26):
I'm excited. I I wanted to see it this weekend.
Not sure I'm gonna Robbie doesn't really want to watch it.
M you've seen it.

Speaker 1 (29:37):
I'd go again, all right if you can get tickets, though,
I think it's kind of one of those things that's
gonna be tough to get.

Speaker 2 (29:43):
Oh really, I think I feel like it's all their.

Speaker 1 (29:45):
Show trying to go at like eleven am I love mainee,
you don't love them, No, I like, I can do
a matinee, but not don't give me a morning, day
noon or like one. Yeah yeah, I could be done
for that. Yeah, but I did sob at the edge
in a way where I was trying not to be
loud to let out my sob. I was having to

(30:09):
breathe through it, tears running down my face.

Speaker 2 (30:13):
I might postpone watching this movie for a bit.

Speaker 1 (30:15):
I'm not.

Speaker 2 (30:16):
I am in a very emotionally fragile state right now.
Like I had acupuncture the other day, I'm like, just
sobbed my acupuncturist before she's like, are you okay? I
was like, just let's just I need a nap.

Speaker 1 (30:30):
I do feel like you had a lot going on
and you were exhausted. Yeah last week that makes sense.

Speaker 2 (30:37):
Yeah. So I'm looking for things that are like uplifting
me right now. Like all her fault that's.

Speaker 1 (30:46):
A joke, Oh, Haley. We tried to watch all her fakes.
We tried to watch all her fault and we did
not get into it.

Speaker 2 (30:54):
So now you abandoned it too.

Speaker 1 (30:56):
I abandoned it earlier than she abandoned it. Yeah, I
don't know I think, like this is.

Speaker 2 (31:00):
Just wrong, like this is no I know, but the
show is like number one.

Speaker 1 (31:04):
I know, but so a lot of shows have been
number one that I'm like, how you guys, the bar
is so low. So you watch like old like movies
and TV shows and it's like the music and it
makes it feel like it's a spoof of like a
soap opera. All her faults like don't dun't I don't remember.

Speaker 2 (31:26):
The music so much. I don't remember the music.

Speaker 5 (31:31):
Yeah, by the storyline, I do think Dakota Fanning's amazing,
and she was actually the reason why I thought I
should try to push through this, because I don't think
she'd be in anything that wasn't.

Speaker 2 (31:42):
More Sarah Snook, she's amazing. To the two of them
as the leads is like crazy.

Speaker 1 (31:50):
Yeah, I don't know. Not everything is for everyone.

Speaker 2 (31:53):
I'm shocked by this. And then also due to your recommendation,
I went home that night and I was like, Babe,
we have to watch squid games, the real squid games.
Becka's watching and show watch it. And I'm a team
player and I love my best friend and I want
to do anything to make her happy. Wow, And so
we watched it and we finished it in two days.

Speaker 1 (32:11):
Yeah, it's so such a good season. Yeah, it really
was a good season. Why I wonder if they filmed
that is that in Ella?

Speaker 2 (32:20):
I don't know, but I wonder where they film it
and how many days like it is filmed in because
it doesn't feel like I feel like they're just doing
stuff very quickly, like they should do this in five days.
Oh I'm sure, yeah, yeah, quick quick jaunt.

Speaker 1 (32:35):
Someone on the Facebook group, so I posted, I posted
the video of me trying to do the Dylan Efron
dance with Tanya and it was a little more challenging
than they make it look. But in the Facebook group,
someone's like, we need Tanya on Dancing with the Stars,
And someone in the comments is like, I think she's
in her soft girl era and it's it's like really

(32:56):
hard on the body. Because if that was the reason
why we just cant, I was like, that was so
sweet to meet actually.

Speaker 2 (33:08):
And like it really is this anonymous account anonymous bus
I I feel like I and I'm like I really
genuinely am saying this. I don't think I have a
musical rhythm bone in my body, Like I just don't

(33:31):
have it.

Speaker 1 (33:33):
I feel like Bobby Bones didn't either, and he won it.

Speaker 2 (33:36):
Yeah, look at all the criticism he's got.

Speaker 1 (33:39):
We decided that that is all I'm just saying. I
think you could be one of those people where they're like,
this is what the show's about. Improvement.

Speaker 2 (33:51):
I've learned foxtrot. There's no freaking way I.

Speaker 1 (33:56):
Do a foxtrot. I think you could.

Speaker 2 (33:59):
Learn to temporary dance, like if you give me an
emotional like Tai this was ballad, like I would get
so into it and like roll all over the floor,
but I have to.

Speaker 1 (34:06):
Be a little lighter on your feet fox trot or a.

Speaker 2 (34:09):
Tango like there's just no way.

Speaker 1 (34:11):
The Argentine tango you kicking your feet around. I need
it so badly.

Speaker 3 (34:17):
I I think I've seen you want something and do
whatever it takes to get it, and so I really.

Speaker 2 (34:25):
But nothing that requires a musical or dance talent.

Speaker 3 (34:29):
I completely disagree. I really do think that the work
ethic you have, I think you would be able to
be nice.

Speaker 2 (34:35):
I actually appreciate that that you have that much made
in my work as I do, because I feel like
there has to be some level of musicality or skill
that I just like, do not have do you know how.

Speaker 1 (34:44):
Far Andy Richter made it? He just went home two
weeks ago.

Speaker 2 (34:49):
Was he bad?

Speaker 6 (34:50):
He wasn't great, but he was charming and he worked
really hard and had the heart and people loved that
he They were rooting for him because he even oh
he wasn't amazing, he had a charm about him of
wanting to be good.

Speaker 2 (35:07):
And you know, I do feel like I learn a
lot of dances on TikTok, and I think my biggest
struggle with it is that it's the opposite way, like
I'm looking, yeah, well you know what you can always
confuses me. So I think if I had a teacher
teaching me not in a mirror image, maybe it would
be better.

Speaker 1 (35:25):
Yeah, for sure, but also so just for future, so
you don't exhaust yourself. You can film it and then
just flip it.

Speaker 2 (35:33):
Huh.

Speaker 1 (35:33):
You can film the TikTok what feels natural for you
mirrored and then you can just know it's.

Speaker 2 (35:37):
Hard for me to I can't mimic them because I'm
like always wondering like is it this hand or this hand?

Speaker 1 (35:44):
Well, you can just do it feels comfortable, and then
you can flip the image beyond her a lot. Well,
it is Thanksgiving this week. Is all your hosting stuff planned?
I mean, we can wait to talk.

Speaker 2 (36:01):
About this Thanksgiving. We should wait for Thanksgiving because I
have one more bone to pick. Is not really a
bone to pick, but an interesting thing that happened this week.
Then I'm just like so confused about Chase Stokes and
Kelsey Vallerini.

Speaker 4 (36:13):
What in the.

Speaker 1 (36:14):
World was that. I don't know what you're talking about.

Speaker 2 (36:16):
Oh my gosh, please please and let me let me
light and late light you. So I don't know if
you remember, but there was like rumors that Chase Stokes
and Kelsey Ballerini like broke up, and then there was
rumors that they got back together. Yes, okay, so you're
caught up. So basically, he posted these two things on
his Instagram story. Don't believe the media period. I'm blocked. Comma,

(36:39):
I did nothing wrong period, Sorry heart, I tried. Okay,
that's the first line weird, and then the second one
is I'm sorry for those who believed in us. It
is what it is, onwards and upwards.

Speaker 1 (36:54):
Is he im playing don't believe the media as in
they got back together. Don't believe that they got back together.

Speaker 2 (37:00):
Like, what's the media saying about you guys? Like the
media loves the two of you, So I'm confused on
that unless I'm missing something, Sam.

Speaker 7 (37:09):
No, that's the whole thing is very confusing. That's why
it's like what the last that they hurt. Everyone heard
or the media was reporting was that they were back together,
but they were spotted holding hands.

Speaker 1 (37:21):
But those posts that you just read came after he
commented on her TikTok where fans were like speculating and
spreading negativity, where he said, these comments are effing weird.
Grow up.

Speaker 2 (37:32):
It's all giving something that I can't Like.

Speaker 1 (37:34):
They're promoting her album or something her ep.

Speaker 2 (37:38):
No, because why would he do that? Like why would
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (37:40):
Just has attention on you know, it promotes attention on everything,
you know what.

Speaker 2 (37:47):
It's so funny because it's like your damned if you do,
your damn if you don't. Because like every time, like
celebrities break up, we're like we want to know what
happened or like we want to know more, and then
you do it and I'm like.

Speaker 1 (37:55):
This is so does not give us anything.

Speaker 2 (37:58):
It tells us that he tried.

Speaker 1 (38:00):
Tried, what try not to break up.

Speaker 2 (38:03):
And we know he did nothing wrong. Okay, and blocked
and he's blocked. That's a lot of information we got.

Speaker 1 (38:09):
No, but I'm saying, yeah, I get what you're saying, and.

Speaker 2 (38:11):
It's sorry for the people who believe in them.

Speaker 1 (38:13):
This is not damned if you do. Damned if you
don't think, because if he was, like Kelsey and I
decided to go our separate ways, things were working out.
You know, we have respect for each other the end,
then you can be like, damned if you do, damned
if you don't, because people always want more. But this
is like, let me feed them, but just make it
more chaotic, more titalizing. Yes, yeah, let me cause more chaos.

(38:37):
But again, maybe it's promotion.

Speaker 2 (38:39):
I don't know Kelsey Ballerini at all, but I choose
to be on her side and believe her in all
things because she just seems like she could be my
best friend.

Speaker 1 (38:48):
So but he said he did nothing wrong and he's blocked,
is blocked.

Speaker 6 (38:52):
I don't.

Speaker 2 (38:53):
I just don't believe that my girl bestie Kelsey would
block someone for no reason. I just see her doing
that personally. I don't know nothing about her.

Speaker 3 (39:04):
Were these stories one after the other, Yeah, it bothers
me that the first one is like taking on a Yeah,
there's a film burn filter and space.

Speaker 2 (39:13):
It's like like it's like it's like they're an astronaut.

Speaker 3 (39:16):
I thought it was underwater first, so that was like,
you know, who was at the bottom of a lake?
And the next one just black create mode, black screen.

Speaker 2 (39:23):
Yeah, what does that mean?

Speaker 3 (39:24):
What's he trying to say with that?

Speaker 2 (39:26):
Yeah? Film burn? Maybe there's something there film burn.

Speaker 3 (39:29):
Another picture to burn.

Speaker 1 (39:32):
There will be TikTok theories on that, I'm sure. Yeah,
that will now come across my feed because we are
talking about this anyways.

Speaker 2 (39:39):
That was just like some riveting pop pop yeah goss
that I was interested in.

Speaker 1 (39:48):
Well, I think that's all for now.

Speaker 2 (39:51):
Yeah, but don't you worry if you are baking a
turk baking do you bake a turkey roast? Well, I
think there's there's a lot of week day, so if
you're cooking your turkey or you're doing your Thanksgiving stuff
in the morning, don't you worry, because we're going to
have a special turkey scrubbing in in just a couple
of days and we're.

Speaker 3 (40:12):
Pre recording this. But don't be fooled. We are coming
in on Thanksgiving Day?

Speaker 1 (40:16):
Did love me ya? Yeah, don't pop.

Speaker 2 (40:19):
But before we finish this podcast, I wanted to dedicate
this podcast to our furry best friend, Mochi. She crossed
the Rainbow Bridge and we want to dedicate this episode
to her and to Crystal. We love you. We're sending
you all of our love and just thinking of you
and Mochi.

Speaker 1 (40:38):
Yeah, this episode is especially for a little Mochi girl fifteen.
It's amazing. Yeah, we love you, Crystal.

Speaker 3 (40:47):
I love you, Crystal, We love you, Mochi think yeah,
than so much.

Speaker 1 (40:50):
All right, we love you so much. We'll be back Thursday,
Happy Thanksgiving, and regardless of who you're with or what
you're doing, just know that we're grateful for you and
we love you.

Speaker 2 (40:59):
So let me still my byem
