Speaker 1 (00:00):
This is the Benn and Ashley I almost famous podcast
with our radio. We've got a very special episode today.
It is a episode all about love. Love is in
the air, and we have trist the Center joining us
because Ashley and Jared our parents, and we're celebrating that. Tristan, Yes,

(00:22):
we are so excited. Here. You were here for the
baby shower episode and prepping actually for this moment. She
was super nervous about delivering her baby boy, and it
sounds like she did absolutely amazing, like we all knew
she of course, I'm so excited to hear all the details.

(00:44):
I actually texted her and said, I'm filling in for
you today. I just wanted to say congratulations. Don't you
dare text me back. But I'm so happy for them.
I just love new parenthood and newborns and just this
change their life that is so exciting and monumentis and oh,

(01:05):
I just can't wait to hear how it went and
how she's feeling. Oh yeah, it's gonna it's gonna be
so exciting. And I know she's gonna be joining our
podcast sometimes very soon to tell us all the details
on how it's going. She obviously has uh uh a
very special place here, almost famous podcast considering it's her podcast,
But we're so happy to have you. Now, we have
a big episode. Uh, it is all about love. So

(01:27):
we're gonna interview two of bat Nation's favorite couples. Uh
noan Abigail and Michelle and Nate. We're gonna talk to
him about Valentine's Day. Um, we're gonna talk to him
about what their relationships like with the successes and struggles
have been. Um. But we're also very thankful because Macy's
helped put on this episode for us. Uh So what

(01:50):
better place to kind of celebrate love than going to
Valentine's Day and uh picking up some of Macy's. Now,
I know we have Nate and Michelle here right now
to join us, So let's bring him in and talk
about love. Yeah, hey, Michelle and Nato joined our podcast.
Thank you so much for coming on. It means a
lot to us. Well, thank you. You know we're here

(02:13):
and I don't know if you've heard the big news,
but my uh typical co host is Ashley I kennedtie.
Um we've been able to speak before. She just had
her baby, and so Trista Satter is filling in for
her because Ashley and Jared are our parents and that's
the big deal. Right, that's amazing. I'm so excited for
those two, right, I mean just I've talked to her

(02:34):
a little bit, but just even what she's posted, it
hasn't been the easiest pregnancy here. I'm sure they're really
happy to have their new family member here. Yes, Trista
came on. We did a baby sharp epis, so she
came out and gives some good advice. So I'm sure
actually crept and ready. But we've got to get some

(02:55):
advice from you too today. Uh. This episode is titled
Love is in the Air, and it is uh and
it's very obvious with you too, because we just talked
about it. You just decided to match and we're the
same black T shirt for this episode. So that's a
very like couple of things. Yeah, they have no words.

(03:16):
They have no words. That's great. I I appreciate it.
Um So Nate, Nate and Michelle first off, to kick
it off, how are you two doing. You're obviously together.
I know you travel around, you're not able to be
together at the time. How is your relationship going? Hey,
it's yeah, No, it's it's amazing, you know, like we're

(03:38):
we're definitely like bringing all of our like friends and
found me together, our friend groups together. Um. You know,
Michelle has been able to meet my friends from Canada,
my friends from Austin. I've been able to meet all
our hometown friends, UM family obviously, so it's it's it's
nice like everybody just coming together. But I don't know,
we're spending a lot of good time together, um, and
like really jumping into each other's lives. That's important. I

(04:01):
think that was probably the number one reason that Ryan
and I. I don't even know if you guys know
who I am, but I was the first bachelor at Nate. Um.
I'm sure you weren't watching the show back then if
you ever did before. But so I think that, you know,
Ryan and I moved to Vail, Colorado right after the show.

(04:23):
That's where he was living, and people ask all the time,
and I think that was one of the main reasons
that we've been able to be successful. So I love
seeing that you guys are working so hard on, you know,
intertwining your lives and bringing your families together, bringing your
friend groups together. I think it's really really important for
your future and and I really want you to succeed

(04:45):
because I love the two of you together so um,
just from this old old gal o g um. But
I love seeing that and I'm excited for you guys.
And on that note, I want to know because I
watched the After the Final Roads special, the big old
surprise check you got what do you do? Have you

(05:05):
found a house yet? What's going on with that? I mean,
that's something where like we are so excited about that.
Nat and I are definitely planners, like we we like
to make sure we have all the information. We want
to make sure that we're making the best choice. And

(05:27):
with that excitement, it's so easy to just all of
a sudden just you know, find a spot and jump
right into that. But we do talk a lot about investing.
We do talk a lot about it like generational wealth, um,
and some things that we can do with that, and
just making sure that we are setting up ourselves for
those things that we want in the future, like you know,
having a family, kids, things like that, um. And so

(05:50):
as much as we're excited with that, we we are
taking it slow to make sure that we make the
right choice, um, the smart choice. But yes, but it
is in the works. Very smart, very smart. And then
I'm sorry, but your shirt, what happened? How did you
when did you change? They got hot outside? Palm strings

(06:13):
is a little steamy. So I didn't go to the
Uh wore the palm tree shirt because I thought it
was gonna make me look cool at the airport and
like fit in with the rest of the crowd here. Um,
and I just got called out for it. And uh,
you know it's it's quite the look. I know, you know,
Nate and Michelle, you know, I get this is a
podcast and your personal lives are should be personal to you.

(06:35):
And but you know you're talking to two people here,
one who had a very six best relationship from The
Bachelor that she's made with kids uh as she mentioned
living in Vale with her husband. Uh. Me on the
other hand, did not have a success relationship from The Bachelor,
but in a very successful relationship now. But I also know, um,

(06:57):
even in the midst of the best times after this show,
for me, uh, life gets weird and hard and unexpected,
and people are very nosy, just like I'm being right now,
uh and wondering everything about your business. Have you found
it difficult at all? Um, to navigate a relationship within
this or are you guys finding like some tricks that
you could share with us that have really worked for you?

(07:20):
Thanks for both of us. The biggest thing is that,
you know, everybody wants everything now right like they want
to know what you're doing all of the time, whether
that's they want to know because they want to be
supportive or they want to know because they're waiting for
your relationship to fail, you know. UM. But for us,

(07:42):
it's just Nick and I have really focused on making
sure that we're doing like taking the us their steps
to make sure that we do know each other fully
because it has been really fast, um, and you know,
learning how Nate handles different things versus how I handle
different things, and just really never letting that communication piece disappear,

(08:04):
because that's the biggest thing. And I think both of
us kind of agree that if as long as we're
willing to talk about it and maybe uncomfortable at times,
but as long as we can keep talking about it
and that line of communication and that line of like
truly taking a step back and understanding what the other
person is saying, I feel like that's kind of what's
helped us navigate all of this. Um, and we also

(08:28):
still try to be very private people in our own ways.
But yeah, it's it's we're not used to this still. Um.
I'm not sure if there was ever a point, like
with you guys, where you got used to the attention,
you got used to the fame. But as far as
like the negative attention, that stuff doesn't really affect us good. Yeah,

(08:55):
I know, you never get used to it because there's
a few things and people always are like, you're just
crediting yourself here when I say this, and I need it,
and I actually think it's a healthy mindset for me.
I'm like, I did nothing to deserve this attention. I
went on a dating shows, Like I don't have any
tangible skill sets. I always always say that to people
to like, like my buddies, They'll they'll be they'll be

(09:15):
bugging me like, oh, you're gonna change, You're gonna change.
I'm like, dude, like I don't have any talents. Like
people like me because I was on the TV show.
It's not like I'm like the Weekend and I'm like
the number one, say you're up two. No, I'm just
a dude who ended up on a TV show, like
you know, I will always be just yeah, you know,
just I agree with you, like nothing, Uh, you really

(09:39):
just went on a dating show, you know what I mean,
like keep up ground and don't let it get to
your head, like you know, but it is. It is
kind of cool to like because that's kind of how
I thought about it too. It's just like when you
know people are so excited to see you're like, you know,
we both we both played sports et to track out
of basketball, and like you find it and you worked
for that, and like you know, the spally that's on
you for like that hard work. When you're on a

(09:59):
T show like this, like even more attention and you're like,
i'n't doing well. At the same time, like you stayed
true to who you are and people love you for
who you are. So that's kind of pretty cool too. Yeah. Yeah,
it's it's a good argument. You're right. I mean, like
that's the one thing at night, um that you can
hold onto. It is like, hey, at least I stayed myself.

(10:20):
At least I've tried to do the best I can
with this opportunity that's been handed to me and literally
just handed to me. At least Um, I've tried to
like hold that with appreciation and gratitude, and I do
take pride in that because I do think we've tried
hard and it's oftentimes been the people I've starround myself with.
I was just on a trip to Polm Springs with
my buddies and from high school and we were out

(10:41):
one night and this girl comes up and she has
been and I like had a moment where, you know,
I spent four days with my high school friends and
I was confused on how I knew her and I didn't.
I forgot that like the television show. They're like that
was a weird moment, Like you acted like you had
no clue what was going on it Like you know,
I forget like you do. So yeah, back to you too, though,

(11:01):
UM we do really Uh we should. Best communication is
so key, um during this time because it's so weird,
but you haven't each other to lean on. And that's
important to always understand because nobody's prepped for this. But
Valentine's Day is coming up also, uh and uh it
is a time to celebrate love. Uh. You know, when
you're in love, how are you guys going to spend

(11:23):
Valentine's Day? Do you have any special things that you're
gonna start in, any traditions that make kick in this? Yeah,
I mean I got I got a couple of days,
but obviously can't talk about it, growing some surprises whatnot. Um,
but uh you know, yeah, no, just as long as
we're together, we're thinking about actually going um somewhere for
Valentine's Day or that weekend. So looking forward to that weekend.

(11:46):
So will she be surprised on the somewhere or do
you plan to tell her, uh, the somewhere we're playing together? Yeah?
Do you guys, do either of you like surprises? We
both like surprises. I like doing He's like, never mind, Okay,

(12:11):
I like being I think we might be in the
same boat on this one. I like being the surprise
or like I like being the ones doing the surprise.
I think for both of us it's hard for us
to like receive gifts. Well, okay, you mentioned this. This
makes me think, do you guys know your love language?
Do you know? Yeah? We do? You know that book? Oh?

(12:34):
Was it a show? I feel like we do know
our love languages? There is every all of us. Is
that a good thing? You're a bad thing. A lot
of places you need to hit, right. I feel like, wait,
do you want to tell me mine, I'll tell you
yours or do you want me to do Yeah? Okay,

(12:58):
I feel like yours is quality time and not going
to recheck. Okay, wait, quality. I feel like a lot
of people have to remember about Nate. Okay, I'm not

(13:21):
thinking Okay, okay. Quality time wait, I can't even think
of all of them right now. Okay, So there's quality time, right,
there's I'm not there's gift gimage. No, there's gifts receiving
if it's if it's talking about yours, like what do
you do? Words, words of affirmations of affirmation? Joke? Okay,

(13:44):
quality time never mind, Let's you've got another question. Quality time,
physical touch, that's it? Okay, okay, where's of affirmation? You
don't you don't even know they're good? Accepting compliments? Yeah, mmmm,
that's a that's a good that's an endearing trait though.
I mean, he's a good looking dude, he's he's kind

(14:05):
and if he can't take a compliment, he's like, I
don't I don't deserve That's endearing. Yeah, that is how
Ryan is too. My husband. So it's a good quality.
What would you say, Maday? Yeah, like, are you guys

(14:27):
more there's the puppy? Are you guys more like do
you appreciate a nice hug and a snuggle or a kiss? Like?
How like what's your valent Like on Valentine's there? Are
you wanting like just to snuggle and hug on each other?
Are you more like, hey, let's you know, like a

(14:49):
massive cuddler. Yeah, cudler like I will find every crevice
of his body. You know, I'm a cuddler for sure.
Your cuddler lapsiitter my mom. Still I don't know, I

(15:13):
don't know it his how I was raised or what.
But that's really cute, really cute. Yeah, sometimes you know,
yeah they Jessica used to say, well she still does.
I guess. She says if I just want to get
in your pocket, and I was like please, like I'm

(15:35):
a cuddler, but she just like we'll find I mean
literally somehow watching a movie and she like snuggles in,
snuggles in, and like she like curls up from this
ball that it is so sur body is touching mine
in some way. It's unbelievable. In fact, I find it
very impressive and it happens often. UM's a talent. I

(15:56):
was just going to say that it's a talent talent.
Al Right, guys, another question coming your way. What are
your three favorite traits about each other? I know you're
private and trying to be private, but we'd love for
you to share with our audience three of the favorite
traits about each other. On from Michelle, Um, just like

(16:19):
who she is as a person, especially when me and
my family for the first time, that was really special. UM,
just like she just embraced the entire family, like from
the from the get go, you know, like my family
is very especially like I'm mainly talking about my dad's family,
we're very reserved. You don't really talking about much. We
kind of just go with the flow, very just to
ourselves kind of. I don't know, And yeah, I know

(16:40):
Michelle came in there like a wrecking ball guy. Everybody
in my I remember looking at my step sister in
the middle of like the first day that Michelle was
in Winnipeg, and I mean my stepsister were just looking
at each other like yo, like what's going on? And
we're seeing a whole new side of my dad. A
new side of this side of like everybody, we're just
like this is weird. But yeah, no, she definitely brings

(17:01):
a lot of happiness and joy and excitement that other people.
Um that that's that. I'm honestly that one, that one
hit me in such like a special way that I'm
using that for all three. That's that's just it. No,

(17:22):
it was just it was just such a special like
it was it was only like two weeks ago, so
it's still like really like deer in my mind or
whatever the saying is. So it's just that was that
was just crazy special for me, just because I know
how my family is in there, they're they're not like that.
So how like the same time with my friends, like
this is the first time in Austin. However, how Michelle

(17:43):
like kind of just how my friends, I don't know.
It just seems like Michelle has been friends with my
friends for forever. Like it's it's crazy, it's crazy, it's important. Yeah. Yeah,
I just feel like everybody who is important to him,
they're important to me. And it might be I mean,
I know, like you've known them longer and then I have.
But like I don't know, honestly, why I can't jump

(18:04):
right in so hugger you know, like my family. Well, yeah,
it was fantastic, alright. My three things about Nate would

(18:24):
just be I think the biggest thing is like for
him to be able to look at things in like
such a realistic way that even like there's been times
we're talking about different things that were you know, even
if we disagree, He's able to take a step back
and like actually fully like assessed the situation and then

(18:48):
move forward with that. And I think it seems like
that's a really like weird trade to absolutely love but
but but no, but like when you're in this world,
you can get caught up on so many different things
and so many different emotions, and with like Nate, I
just feel like he's always like consistently at the same spot.
So it's like, you know, if we get in an
argument or if I'm upset, it's like once that arguments done,

(19:12):
like it is like it's not it's not a grudge,
it's not anything like that. And I have I think
that took me and it's still taking me a little
bit to get used to, just because I have been
in relationships where you know, the other person did hold
grudges and health grudges and health grudges, and it's just
like no, once we figured it out, we figured it out.
And Nate's like bouncing around doing his own thing again,

(19:35):
you know. And so I think that that's something that
just keeps the relationship very healthy. And his goofy side,
He's got a big goofy side. I thought I had
a big goofy side, and Nate has a massive goofy side. Um.
And it's just like he's you know, I get home
and he's singing around or he's you know, making up

(19:57):
his own wrap while he's washing wishes and just like
different things that like I don't know, I thought only
I did. And it so it's pretty cool to just
have my little other pieces of weird with me all
the time. Other piece of weird. That's a great comment.
I know weird, um, but I think the last pieces

(20:21):
just like his motivation of you know, his goal setting.
I'm a big gold goal setter. He's very much a
big goal setter as well, um, And just like we
both know that we want to do great things and
we are going to do great things, and he supports me,
I support him, and it's just constantly grind. That's great. Well,

(20:43):
you two are lovely. We're celebrating you too. Um this
Valentine's Day season, we wish you the best. Love and uh,
we know it's hard, we know it's weird at times.
We know it's also beautiful so many times. Um and uh,
if you want to make it work, you can make
it work. And there's a great featurehead. So wishing the best.
Thanks for joining all this Fames podcast. We appreciate you both.

(21:04):
Thank you, bye guys, So Trista. Obviously, today's episode is
full of vascination. Favorite couples Europe a part of that group,
if not the king Queen of that group. Valentine's Day
is coming up before we bring on Noah and Abigail.
What planes do you and Ryan have for Valentine's Day

(21:26):
or do you have any plans at all? Like? Is
Valentine's Day just not something that you guys do. I
didn't really think about it being Valentine's Day until we
started talking about it. I am so engulfed in my
kids activities, so hockey for Max and dance for Blakesley,
and we are constantly going, going, going, going going in

(21:46):
terms of them, so I really the only thing I've
done is I got him a card. That's it. So far.
We haven't planned anything I know that isn't Valentine's Day.
It's got to be on a Is it on on Monday?
I think because I feel like the twelve max as
hockey So uh, and that's how I know what is

(22:07):
going on in my life. Back your schedule, Um, so
I think it's a Monday night. I don't even know
if Rien's working. I have no idea what we're doing,
if we're doing anything. Are you doing anything? Probably not,
So I kind of have this theory that Just and
I should be doing Valentine's Day often. So one thing
we're gonna do is we always around that time of year.

(22:29):
It doesn't hap to be in the day. We go
on a really nice day like at night, and that
we just get away and we have dinner together and
we'll just talk about life. Um and I think that's
the best Valentine's Day. You know. I could get her
a card and I might still just and write something
in it. But one of my favorite things to do
is to leave her notes, like when I leave and

(22:51):
like leave her a note anyways, and so yes, Valentine'sday
is important because I think it's just a good day
to be like, hey, I'm in love, Like this is awesome.
I have a reason to sell whead it. But we
don't always do in the traditional sense, like we don't
always get each other, like you know, and just she's
in she works in skincare. Our house is full of
random gifts from people every day all day. She doesn't

(23:11):
want some other random gifts from me. So so piggybacking
on our last conversation with Michelle and Nate, do you
know her love language? Oh? Yeah, it's physical touching, quality time,
no question. I mean that that girl is a snuggler
and a cuddler, and I mean she is. She's so

(23:31):
good at curling up in a ball on top of
me at every moment of the day. Um r. The
reason the reason I ask is because maybe you know,
for Valentine's Day, you do what her love languages, So
it seems like you're already doing that, and that if
you're going to have quality time, you to go out together,

(23:53):
you you know, actually reconnect or connect if you haven't
if you haven't been together, if you've been together, if
you haven't been out of town or whatever. Um, my
love one of my loved language is probably the top
one is words of affirmation. So Ryan is really really
good about um getting me. I mean obviously that's kind
of one of the big reasons I fell in love

(24:14):
with him. He wrote with poetry. Uh, and he's still
to this day writes me the most incredibly thoughtful cards.
And so that's like a big thing to me is
getting at least a card for any holiday. It doesn't
have to be like some um incredible gift. Although I
love gifts too, but but cards really touch my heart. So, um,

(24:36):
I think just tuning in too. You know your partner's
love language is really important, whether it's Valentine's Day or
every day. You know you're right. Well, let's find out
if no one advocat or celebrating Valentine's Day or what
they do. Um, I think he gives me great advice.
Maybe we'll share with him. Hey, let's bring on Noah
and Abigail a part of Love Is New Year episode.

(25:07):
We have No One Abigail joining the Almost Famous podcast. Yes,
they are part of Vaccination's favorite couples that are joining
us today. No One, Abigail, how are you doing. We're
good good. Yeah, no, I just woke up because he's
usually sleeping during the day because he's working night shifts
at we got to call him out of bed for this. Yeah.

(25:32):
Oh man, that's that's a big deal. Well did we
wake you up or is this about the time you
would wake up? I don't really wake up a little
later because I went to bed. So now it's you
went to bed at nine in the morning. Yeah. Oh
wow wow, So if I look asleep, I might be

(25:56):
a little bit, but I am stopped. Thanks for having
us on. Yeah, thank you so much. Oh my god,
you do a great thank you. Yeah, you're welcome. Well,
this is obviously a Valentine's Day special episode. Uh, you

(26:16):
know you two are spending your time together right right now?
Are you going to be together on Valentine's Day? Do
you have any special plans for this Love Day? Um?
I mean we'll be together for about three or four weeks,
but I think I'm flying back to New York on
Valentine's Day, so we might have to do like a
little early Valentine's Day. Obviously. The correct answer here is

(26:40):
every day is love Day? Been? Do you put it?
You made it easy? There for me. Um, Yeah, she's
been out We're in Huntington's right now, so she's been
out here for a few weeks. We will be going
to Mexico the week before as like little getaway, so
we're gonna count that as a Valentine's Day saying, and

(27:02):
then we'll be Um, I'll be on shift for the
days before Valentine's so we'll be kind of hard to
pull off on Valentine's Day, but we do some fun stuff,
fun stuff planned. Yeah, And how's it going, Like, how
tell us about your relationships and how everything is going. Um,
it's been good. Um. Still doing long distance, so I'm

(27:23):
still based out of New York. Um, but I mean
right now, I have the flexibility so when he's working,
I'm able to fly off to Huntington's. So we spent
a lot of time together. Um, it feels like we
lived together at this point. But still doing distance. I
would say for somebody who is very much a not
long distance person, we're doing great all the time. At

(27:45):
least one person is flying to see the other at
least every every other week. You couldn't have picked a
longer distance from the United States versus New York and Oklahoma.
Then it's just we're just going coast to coast. At
this point, we're gonna really test how far I can get.
I might going down to Mexico, see how far apart

(28:09):
we can go. No, Um, what is you know? When
when I was doing long distance with my now wife,
we had some tricks that made it work, some things
that we stayed consistent. Or do you guys have any
tricks for the two of you continue to make this
relationship work even though you are living on the opposite
side of the country. Um. I wouldn't say it's like

(28:31):
a trick, but I mean we'll do like we'll watch
the same show, Like when we're doing long distant, we'll
make it like a point to lie watch all the
episodes together. So it gives us something to like plan
and look forward to instead of just being my okay,
we're just gonna hop on a call, like we'll try
to talk, and we're doing things like we'll set that
time aside, I like watch our show. Um, do you

(28:51):
have any tricks? Um? We always say good night, even
if yeah, a lot of it's probably obviously with my
schedule being different than hers. Um. Well, at least we
use a show that we'll watch, Um, just because it's
hard for me to be like calling somebody every every

(29:14):
night to talk for two hours every night. I'm not
so much like that. So we find things that, you know,
we can talk as we're watching the show in the background,
or we'll make sure even if I'm on shift or
doing something, we'll still call each other every night. Um.
I don't know about tips and tricks. We just we
both make sure we're putting an effort. I guess it's important.

(29:38):
Definitely have to work on communication for me. So that
was something that we're working on. Yeah, we're both putting it,
putting in, you know, equal effort. What's the show? What
we we gotta know? What shows have you really enjoyed
watching together? Now? So I don't know what happened. Somehow
I missed every show made from like two thousand and

(29:59):
eight to so right now we're watching Game of Thrones
for the first time. Just watch have you seen yellow Stone?
That was our first one that we watched together. So
freaking good. Yeah, it's uh, it's you know what, I've

(30:23):
had a crush I'm Kevin Costner since I was in
my young teen years. So yeah, the show does just
it's perfect for us. Um, well, you know long distance
is hard though, and obviously we've talked about your trip
to Mexico. We've talked about uh, you guys making it work.

(30:44):
Chris and I like asking this question. We just asked
it to Michelle and Nate before you came on. Can
each of you know explained about Abigail? Abigail explained about Noah.
Your favorite traits about each other? Like, if you could
just take this second and say your favorite things about
each other, I think that would really be a special
moment for us. Favorite thing about first? I think you

(31:06):
should go first, all right, I would say favorite thing
would be a two way tie. Is her outlook on
life and she's very funny, so very easy go and

(31:29):
go with the flow, look on the bright side of life. Um,
I think that's very attractive. This is gonna sound crazy,
but she also does call me out on my bs,
which I'm not gonna say is my favorite, but just
keeps me consistent, so able to you know, love life,
go with the flow, have a positive attitude, but still

(31:51):
you know, be able to ground me. I'd say that's
that's probably my favorite love it. What about you? Yeah, bigail,
you're on the spot. Now. I know he kind of
arts of mine because I was gonna say, probably one
of my favorite things is he's just very positive. Um.
He kind of just takes every day um one daytime time,

(32:11):
which is really nice in a relationship. Um. And then
I also think to just it's very easy going with him,
like we I mean, I really just feel like I'm
eating my best friend. It's just really easy. We let
that together. And yeah, we don't take anything too seriously,
which I really like. I think that's so important. I
think that's probably why you guys are successful so far,

(32:34):
is that you are intuitive to how each other is
and you're you have a great outlook on life. At
least you could see that on Bachelor in Paradise when
I watched. You know, I'm a fan. I'm a fan,
so I loved watching you guys know what you're talking
about it but you didn't fight the whole time. Time

(33:00):
got to catch up on your sleep side. Now you
barely sleep now, Yeah, you gotta find your way to sleep,
because come on, waking up four hours five hours after
doing it for this podcast is a big deal to
all of us. Yeah, thank you. Hey, Um, we had
another question for Michelle and Nate, and um, it's something
that I think is important in relationships, especially when you're

(33:23):
first getting started. Not that you guys were just getting started,
but I think early on in your relationship, it's important
to get to know this about each other, and that's
your love languages. Do you guys know about love languages?
Have you heard of that book? I mean a couple
of them actually didn't know what they were until you
want on the show, and then producers were always asking
what they were like so much. So it's something new

(33:46):
for me, but for love languages. Um, so, my I can.
I can tell you that cars are definitely different. That's okay,
That's what I can tell you. Um, And you're like,
I don't know what they are, They're just different. Mine.
Mine kind of pretty much just comes down to, you know,

(34:08):
I don't care so much about the semantics or the
individual thing. It boils down to, like the amount of
effort that I can see is put into it, you know.
So it's not the gift as much as it is
that you thought about a small gift. You know. It's
not the fact that I get five hours a day.
It's the fact that you know, you only had an
hour and gave me twenty minutes or whatever, so mine's

(34:28):
boils down more to the behind, and I feel like,
what would you say? Here's this? Um? I mean, are
you saying nurses like quality time? Quality time? For sure?
Like just do what you can for me. It's like
quality time. I just need. I just need a little bit.
But I don't need you know, it's not like I'm
looking for two hours. Right words of affirmation as I

(34:55):
was going to say, that's what he is. Yeah, I
need words of affirmation, especially during on distance. I think
it just kind of ties in with communication, you knowing,
Am I doing what I can to make you happy?
There anything I can work on? Uh? And obviously quality
time to know what we can so you better make
sure you get her card. Noah, at the very least,

(35:18):
let's working on it. But it was it was a
fun there was It's all over it now. It has
been a fun, um, you know, the journey to kind
of figure out what hers is and me think about
what mine is. Um, you know what I appreciate it
more and what I noticed she appreciate it's more. It
has been a lot of fun and difficulty sometimes but

(35:41):
definitely fun. Yeah, well I think for Valentine's Day and
make sure you remember remember what you just said, both
of you. It's tough. Long distance is hard, Like some
of these things are like sometimes impossibly. You gotta get
creative about how you could satisfy you know, the needs
of others. I get it, and it does seem like
you two are doing an absolutely incredible job at it.

(36:02):
But because you're doing long distance, I'm sure there's some
moments in your relationships so far to stand out too. Um,
do you have any like, as you know we're in
this season of love, do you have any dates that
you've been on together that really like stand out as
some of your favorite dates or just times together favorite dates.
Usually it's Noah that's planning all the dates. He really

(36:26):
likes to take the time to remember different things that
I said, I kind of do like a date night. Um.
There was one time in Oklahoma he put together like
a in his backyard. He has like the strain lights
and he did like a little projector movie. It's really fun.
I am not the best planner. I'm not really I'll

(36:46):
do all. I cook you dinner. Um. I would say
my favorite one was when it was earlier on, we
might have still been a hiding. Um. She was in Oklahoma,
so we couldn't go out to places because we were

(37:08):
still not able to be shown that we were in
a relationship. Um, and my brother has cattle and like
a bunch of land. And we ended up doing I'm
getting to see the sunset, drinking some whisky, watching the
sunset road four wheelers in the rain, uh, had a bonfire,

(37:29):
and then looked at the stars all in one night.
And it was just it wasn't even supposed to be
a date. It was just kind of getting added on.
And then I was like, oh, we're making this a date.
This is gonna be I'm gonna act like I planned it,
but really it was just rolling um and nobody even knew.
Nobody even knew how much fun we're having. We couldn't
post about except for like subtle pictures, you know. But

(37:51):
I thought it was fun because that's like how I
grew up in Oklahoma, and it was like a fun
little you know what I used to always do, just
stay out late, watch the stars, have bonfires things like that.
It was like a little piece of home for me
that you know, I haven't really been on too many
dates in a while, so it was a fun I
don't know what I enjoyed, it was really fun. I mean,

(38:13):
it seems like you could go planning dates for the
Bachelor with that kind of date during their dates, because
I've met people that plan them. But I definitely you're
You've got a romantic soul to you, buddy. We're proud
of you. M final question for you to before we
let you go. Um, if there's one other Bachelor Nation

(38:37):
couple other than Tristan Orion, because we don't want to
make this awkward if you don't say them, so they're
off the table here, Um that you could do a
double date with? Now, who would it be? We are we?
I forgot to mention we are going actually with They
were our favorite couple on Paradise, Joe and Serena. They're awesome.

(39:03):
M hm. So um, okay, if we don't count them,
we do love Joe and Serena. Thomas yeah, back on
Thomas yeah. Um. So most of these couples are like
batching Paradise couples. If it seems like you guys really
bonded with the other couples on during the season, I'm

(39:23):
trying to thank you. Who else? Yeah, I think Caitlin
and Jason might be really fun. Uh, I DM Jason,
and you didn't get back to me, so I probably
just do not Jason, I love it. That's great. I

(39:45):
mean from that comes to mind is, yeah, the ones
for Paradise. We bonded with them a lot. Um. I
don't know the is anyone else out in Huntington's or
in New York? I can't think right now. All Huntington

(40:08):
in New York. I think Tasia lives out here, but
I'm not Yuck. That's great. You should. You should definitely
try that. That's always fun when you run into people
of the past from this show. It's it always goes
well and it's never weird, never never, never, never weird. Well. Hey, um,

(40:31):
the two of you are awesome and a beautiful couple.
Um Noah, thanks again for waking up for this man.
That just means a lot. And Abigail, Yeah, continue to
shine bright. Thanks for joining this episode of Almost Famous Podcasts.
