by the end of May, ahead of schedule. PCCh has
been closed since January, with only Pacific Palisades residents, repair
crews and essential business employees allowed to use it. CRUs
are working to clear toxic debris, fix the roadway, and
demolish collapsed homes. When it reopens, only one lane will
be open for public travel in either direction, and it's
