Secretary of State Marco Rubio says a peace deal between
Russia and Ukraine needs to happen soon. Rubio told NBC's
Meet the Press that the US may decide this week
whether it will continue to mediate the peace process.

We want to see it happen. There are reasons to
be optimistic, but there are reasons to be realistic of
course as well. We're close, but we're not close enough.

Rubio said. The US is reluctant to impose sanctions or

Senator Corey Booker are spending time on the steps of

Police in Canada now say eleven people were killed after
a car plowed into a crowded street festival in Vancouver
last night. Scott Carr has the latest.

Police in Vancouver say a black SUV sped into a
packed celebration at a Filipino block party last night. They
say a thirty year old Vancouver man has been arrested.
Police said on social media they're confident that it was
not an act of terrorism. Canadian Prime Minister Mark Karney
has offered his condolences to the Filipino community in Vancouver,

Authorities are now saying the thirty year old Vancouver man
has a history of mental illness. Aaron Gordon came through
in the clutch as the Denver Nuggets beat the LA

filing a motion to dismiss an LA District attorney from
their resentencing hearing. Their lawyer, Mark Geragos is arguing that
d A. Nathan Hofkman should be disqualified due to a
conflict with the case. Geragos claims Hawkman has admitted to
the conflict previously and that he's organized protests against the

resentencing Emotion's hearing is set for next month. A federal
judge is allowing the video showing Shawn didy Combe's assaulting
his former girlfriend Cassie Ventura to be shown in his
upcoming trial in New York City. Lisa Taylor has more.

The twenty sixteen video shows the music mogul running after
Ventura and then shoving, kicking, and dragging her in the
hallway at a Los Angeles hotel. The disgraced hip hop
moguls attorneys had argued the video was manipulated, but the
judge ruled the video is fair and accurate. Did He's

He's pleaded not guilty to a slew of charges, including

Over seven thousand cases of apple juice are being recalled
Jim Forbes as the latest.

S Martinelli and Company says some of its apple juice
has been contaminated by patuln, a toxic substance created by mold.
The recall effects more than one hundred and seventy three
thousand bottles of apple juice, and the FDA says exposure
to the substance could cause adverse health consequences.

According to the FDA's recall, so far, there have been
no illnesses reported in connection with the juice company. A
new report from realtor dot com says affordable housing and
home building is hard to come by in the US.
The online real estate Marketplace graded all fifty states on
criteria including housing affordability and new construction. The five states

with the highest grades were South Carolina, Iowa, Texas, Indiana,
and North Carolina, which all got a B plus or better.
