is threatening one hundred million people from Texas to New York.
Northern Texas and Oklahoma were hit with severe storms this morning.
For a tenth straight day. The Southern Plains is under

the biggest risk. The mayor of Inglewood says the suspect
in a shooting at a Los Angeles area college is
in custody. Mayor James Buds told reporters the shooter is
no longer at large. The shooting happened late Friday afternoon
at Spartan College. A second person is under arrest in
the Southern Ocean County, New Jersey wildfire that destroyed more

than fifteen thousand acres. Lisa's Salvadi reports.

Prosecutors say a seventeen year old has been charged with
aggravated arson and arson, the same charges that nineteen year
old Joseph klingfaces. Prosecutors have also charged the juvenile with
hindering apprehension, saying he gave false information to authorities about
how the fire started. Kling also faces that charge.

Investigators say the April twenty second bonfire that started in
the pine barrens was left unattended and was not properly extinguished.
It spread quickly, destroyed fifteen thousand, three hundred acres and
affected the air quality of New York City.

President Trump is unveiling his budget proposal for the twenty
twenty six fiscal year. The plan calls for one hundred
and sixty three billion dollars in federal spending cuts. In
a letter to Congress, Office of Management and Budget Director
Russell Vaught said the cuts would lead to significant savings.
Prince Harry said he's been cut off from his father,

confirmed a strained relationship with his family.

Parking rates at the world's busiest airport have increased, but
the first time in nearly a decade. On Thursday, hourly
rates rose from three dollars to ten dollars, with a
daily maximum of one hundred dollars at the International Terminal.
Economy lots are twenty dollars. Frequent travelers have criticized the hikes,
calling them a ripoff. Airport officials attribute the increases to
