This is your twenty four to seven US update. The
latest use this hour in just four minutes. President Trump
says he's not sure what Canada's Prime minister wants to
talk about when the two meet today. I guess he
wants to make a deal.

Prime Minister Mark Carney is scheduled to speak with Trump
at the White House. The high stakes meeting comes in
the midst of a trade war between the two countries.
Trump has also increased tensions, suggesting that Canada should become
part of the US. This will be Carney's first trip
to Washington since he was elected. Last week, the White
House says it's cutting off new federal research grants to Harvard.

It's just the latest in the war of wards between
the Trump administration and the Ivy League Institution. Education Secretary
Lynda McMahon sent a letter to Harvard's president citing serious
failures in dealing with anti semitism and racial discrimination, and
for not allowing viewpoint diversity. Harvard has previously said that
President is attempting to stifle free speech and academic freedom.

The Trump administration is offering one thousand dollars to illegal
immigrants if they self deport using a government app. Tammy

we're going to pay each one a certain amount of
money and we're going to get them a beautiful flight
back to where they came from.

made after their return has been confirmed through the CBP
home app. The app's web page estates that once approved,
undocumented migrants would typically depart the US within three weeks.
Those who submit their intent to voluntarily self deport will
also be deprioritized forw detention and removal ahead of their departure.

And Israel is claiming an attack on Hoothy targets along
Yemen's coastline. According to an IDF statement, parts of a
Yemeny port used by the Houthis as a central supply
source were hit in the strike, as well as a

Officials say it comes in the wake of a strike
by the rebels on airport near Tel Aviv over the weekend,

with jury selection. There are nineteen jurors moving onto the
next stage of questioning. Combs is facing life in prison
on a number of charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering
