accused of helping a man evade immigration authority in the
county courthouse has been indicted by a federal grand jury.
Tony Waterman reports. Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested last month
after she allegedly confronted members of an ice task force
and told them they needed a warrant to arrest the man.

If convicted, Judge Dugan faces up to six years in
