Fifty seven year old Vance Bolter is accused of posing
as a police officer when he fatally shot Minnesota State
Representative Melissa Hortman and her husband. Bolter is also accused
of seriously injuring State Senator John Hoffman and his wife
in a separate, politically motivated shooting.

seen pushing protesters off the steps of a federal building
