Officials in Minnesota are providing more details on the capture
of the suspect and the killing of a Minnesota state lawmaker.
Governor Tim Walls provided the first information following Vance Bolter's
arrest on Sunday. After two day manhunt, two sleepless nights,
law enforcement have apprehended Vance Bolter. Bolter was captured alive

Sunday by a camera. Brooklyn Park Police Chief Mark Brewley
told reporters that the chase to capture Bolter was the
largest manhunt in the state's history and included hundreds of

of Criminal Apprehension Drew Evans says Bolter was armed when

Melissa Horpman and her husband. He's also accused of shooting
Democratic Senator John Hoffman and his wife with Governor Tim Wallson.
Hoffman is out of surgery and moving towards recovery. The
hearing is set today in Boston Federal Court over President
Trump's effort to block Harvard from enrolling international students. More
