The suspect in the killing of a Minnesota state lawmaker
is in police custody and expected to make a court
appearance later today. Vance Bolter is accused of killing state
Representative Melissa Hortman and her husband. He's also accused of
attempting to murder Democratic Senator John Hoffman and his wife, Yvette,
who were both shot multiple times in the weekend attacks.

Longtime friend and roommate of Bolter says he can't believe
what happened. David Carlson says he got a troubling text
message from Bolter after the shootings and called authorities. I
don't know why he did the way he did.

Carlson says. The text Bolter sent to him and another
friend read in part may be dead, shortly adding that
I wish it hadn't gone this way. President Trump is
not backing down on ice raids that have sparked over
a week of protests in Los Angeles. On Sunday, Trump
announced he's directing his administration to use every resource possible
on mass deportation efforts. Trump made the announcement a day

after no King's protests against his policies were held in
major cities across the US. Trump says he's going to
target democratic led cities. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyah, who
is defending his country's military actions against Iran, Mark Mayfield

Israel will do whatever is necessary to remove the nuclear
threat that Iran poses.

two Minnesota state lawmakers were shot on Saturday. Democratic Senator
Amy Klobucher told NBC's Meet the Press that her security

was increased after she was reportedly a target of the
suspected assassin.

they're concerned about everyone.

Authority say. The suspect, identified as fifty seven year old
Vance Bolter, had a target list including dozens of names,
mostly Democratic lawmakers and prominent abortion rights supporters. Apparently animals
