your diet can help you get better sleep. Researchers from
the University of Chicago and Columbia University found that eating
more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains could help you get
better sleep. The studies co author said adjusting your diet
could be a new and couse friendly way to get
better sleep. The study is one of the first to
show that what you eat during the day could change

recommended five cups of fruits and vegetables a day could
improve sleep by some sixteen percent. Over four hundred and
sixty employees at the CDC are getting their jobs back
