Iran without first getting the approval of Congress.

A federal judges ordering for Hilmar Abrego Garcia to be
released from custody depending his trial on human smuggling charges.

US Magistrate Judge Barbara Holmes made the order yesterday's, scheduling
a hearing for Wednesday to discuss the conditions of his release.
The judge made it clear in her order that she
doesn't believe Garcia is a flight risk, but acknowledged that
ICE is likely to detain him if he's released from custody.
The government has already indicated it will appeal the judge's order.

an annual rate of just over four million units. According
to the National Association of Realtors, Existing home sales edged

were still down from May of last year. Housing analysts
were predicting a one percent decline as mortgage rates remain high.
