the White House after Iran response to recent US attacks,
President Trump is calling Iran's missile launch against the American
air base and cutter quote a weak response. Trump posted quote,

there have been fourteen missiles fired, thirteen were knocked down,
and one was set free because it was headed in
a non threatening direction. He added quote, I am pleased
to report that no Americans were harmed. Trump goes on
to say he hopes Iran can now proceed to peace
and harmony in the region. Iran Supreme leader is speaking

out following the country's missile attack on the US air
base and cutter. Ayatola Ali Kameni posted on next quote,
we did not attack anyone, and we do not accept
anyone's attack, and we will not surrender to anyone's attack.
This is the logic of the Iranian nation. Iran State
TV said today it launched a missile strike against the

Alidade Air Base, which stations thousands of US troops. The
US says there were no casualties. New York remains on
high alert after run launch missiles at a US air
base Christen Marx reports.

I'm jim Forbes. The search has been suspended for two
people still missing following a deadly boat accident on Lake Tahoe.

Six of the ten people on board were killed when
the twenty seven foot vessel capsized near dl Bless State
Park on Saturday. Coast Guard officials say two others were
hospitalized with injuries. Rescue crews have now stopped the search
for the remaining two passengers. The cause of the accident
remains under investigation. High waves had been reported in the

area at the time of the deadly incident. Not all
the National Guard troops and marines deployed to California to
protect federal agents and buildings were actually on the ground
in Los Angeles. Jason Campedonia has more.

Text messages released to the San Francisco Chronicles say that
of the nearly five thousand National Guarden Marine troops deployed
to Los Angeles, less than twenty percent were actually on
the ground in the city last week. Messages reportedly come
from a state official with first hand knowledge of the
National Guard staffing levels. Most of the troops deployed are
now stationed at the Joint Forces Training Base in Los Alamidos.
