flight risk, but I acknowledge that ICE is likely to
detain him if he's released from custody. The government has

Garcia was wrongly deported to El Salvador earlier this year,
before being returned to the US earlier this month. Governor
Abbott is taking steps to keep the Texas hemp industry going.
He vetoed a bill that called for a state ban
on THHC products. The action potentially starts a minor feud
between Abbott and Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, who had pushed

have found a possible link between a gene mutation and
